GOP Rep. Jim Jordan Hypes YouTube Amnesty, But Fine Print Tells a Different Story

House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan claimed Tuesday on X that Google, under GOP pressure, had committed to offer "ALL creators" banned from YouTube for "political speech" the opportunity to return to the platform, but he appears to have simply been lying.

"BREAKING: Due to our oversight efforts, GOOGLE commits to offer ALL creators previously kicked off YouTube due to political speech violations to return to the platform," Rep. Jordan announced triumphantly on X.

Despite Jordan's claim, the text of the document written by Google's lawyers only says that they will "provide an opportunity for all creators to rejoin the platform if the Company terminated their channels for repeated violations of COVID-19 and elections integrity policies that are no longer in effect."

That means the plethora of right-wing figures who were banned over the four years following Trump's election (Red Ice, Nick Fuentes, Alex Jones, etc.) are going to remain banned – just as the Israel Lobby wants.

Fox News Digital on Tuesday asked Google for comment on their new policy change and they responded that they have nothing more to add "besides what was in the document."

"We've had a lot of questions about a pathway back to YouTube for some terminated creators to set up a new channel," YouTube's press account said later in the day on X. "This will be a limited pilot project that will be available to a subset of creators in addition to those channels terminated for policies that have been deprecated. More to come soon!"

Charleston judge accused of having child sex abuse material to remain in jail

Federal investigators asking public to help them identify potential victims

The Charleston County magistrate judge accused of having sexually explicit material depicting underage children will remain in jail after waiving a scheduled detention hearing.

James B. Gosnell Jr., 68, faces charges of possession of child sexual abuse material, according to the United States Department of Justice. It is not clear how many charges he will face in total.

Gosnell was scheduled to appear before a judge on Monday afternoon to seek bond.

But Monday’s hearing lasted for only about five minutes. Gosnell’s attorney, Lionel Lofton, asked the court for two more days to prepare for a preliminary hearing. The judge said that hearing will be scheduled within the next 10 days.

Federal investigators filed a detailed 18-page motion opposing bond for Gosnell that detailed allegations that Gosnell not only possessed a USB flash drive with hundreds of videos of child sex abuse material, but that they found evidence that Gosnell communicated with another man “with a shared interest in pedophilia,” describing “unimaginably explicit conversations” that suggest the judge was romantically involved with the man and that “their romantic interests involved abusing children together.”

In one of those conversations, prosecutors allege that Gosnell and the other man plan a trip for Gosnell to visit him in Florida for the two to “jointly rape and torture” the infant son of a family member of the other man.

The filing also states that Gosnell’s conversations on the app Telegram “reveal numerous instances in which he raped and abused children.”

Prosecutors say in one conversation, Gosnell described abusing a five-month-old in public in his neighborhood and later sent a selfie of himself and a 2-year-old child with the message, “my new buddy.” Court documents allege that Gosnell claimed to have sexually assaulted the girl two weeks earlier.

Conversations reveal that Gosnell described traveling to Puerto Vallerta to have sex with a 2-year-old and a 5-year-old and that other international travel was made for the purpose of engaging in sex with children.

IDF footage shows terrorists firing from hospital in Gaza City

The Israel Defense Forces on Wednesday released footage of Palestinian terrorists opening fire from Shifa Hospital in Gaza City.

“The use of an active hospital is further proof of Hamas’s cynical and systematic modus operandi of exploiting civilian infrastructure as manned terror command posts,” the IDF said.

The military added that the incident, which took place several days ago, shows that Hamas knowingly endangers the lives of patients, medical staff and innocent civilians in the Strip.

“The IDF will continue to operate resolutely to thwart terrorist activity, while adhering to international law and mitigating harm to civilians,” the statement continued.

In April 2024, the IDF completed a two-week operation to dismantle a Hamas terrorist base at Shifa Hospital. The operation followed intelligence indicating that Palestinian terrorists had regrouped inside the medical facility.

According to the military, around 200 terrorists were killed and more than 500 Hamas and Islamic Jihad members were arrested.

U.S. spy agencies have verified Israeli claims that Hamas used Shifa Hospital as a command center. The IDF has said that Palestinian terrorists held at least three hostages at the facility.

Meanwhile, IDF troops on Wednesday continued operating in Gaza City, targeting terrorist infrastructure. During their operations, soldiers from the Nahal Infantry Brigade encountered a terrorist and engaged in close-quarters combat, resulting in the Palestinian’s death.

The soldiers also discovered numerous weapons, including firearms and body armor, along with IDF uniforms. They dismantled an active terrorist compound from which a rocket had been fired toward Israeli forces.

IAF Eliminates Hamas Deputy Naval Commander in Gaza

The Jerusalem Post reports that another high-ranking Hamas leader has been killed by an IAF strike in Gaza –deputy commander of naval police, Iyad Abu Yousef.

The information provided for the strike came from the Israeli Navy. Yousef was notorious for planning and executing ambushes against IDF troops, and his part in the October 7 massacre.

“The forces are eliminating terrorists and destroying military structures that were used by terrorist organizations in the Gaza Strip,” the IDF said last week, after striking around 140 targets in a single day.

About 550,000 Palestinian civilians have evacuated Gaza City out of the nearly one million who were there before the current operation started, according to an IDF report on Sunday night, despite Hamas’s desperate attempts to prevent civilians from leaving the city.

Hamas leadership has been taking a hit since Israel launched an offensive in Gaza City to defeat the terror group.

So much so that Hamas is planning to ask the United States for a ceasefire in exchange for releasing half of the hostages.

'Suspicious' drone spotted flying over Oxfordshire

A "suspicious" drone was spotted flying over Oxfordshire at night.

Police constables Jenkins, Kingham and Gurney were patrolling south Oxfordshire and West Berkshire on Tuesday night (September 23).

The trio were called to a drone flying over a farm near Wantage.

A rural crime team police spokesman said: "If you ever see suspicious activity, please report it to us on 999 or 101."

Flying drones comes with many rules, but anybody can fly one without a licence if it weighs less than 250 grams.

What's more, flying over private land, including farms, is allowed by guidance unless stated otherwise, as long as the drone remains in eye sight of the pilot, is not hovering over a crowd and is below 120 metres.

Restrictions, however, can be put in place by the Civil Aviation Authority restricting drone use and users should always confirm before take off.

That night, the officers also found and "dealt with a man who allegedly had a class B drug on him", also in Wantage.

It has not been made clear whether the man was arrested, released or charged with an offence.

The police spokesman added: "Finally, they stopped this tractor in the early hours of the morning near Newbury to ensure that it was in the right hands."

European Space Agency ESA Introduces Point of Contact for Enquiries on UFOs and UAP

The European Space Agency (ESA) has clarified its position on unidentified flying objects and anomalous phenomena (UFOs / UAP) and has introduced an internal point of contact for UFO-related inquiries from the public and the media.

For years, Philippe Ailleris, who works at ESA as Senior Project Controller of the Earth Observation Sentinel projects, has also been active in the scientific investigation of UFO phenomena.

Last week, Ailleris presented—via online connection from ESA’s spaceport in Kourou—at the SETI & UAP Conference of the “Interdisciplinary Research Center for Extraterrestrics” (IFEX) at the University of Wuerzburg, the first internally formulated stance and perspective of ESA on the subject of unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAP).

“For ESA, UAP are not part of our mandate or our programs,” said Ailleris.

“However, questions from the public are unavoidable, particularly after visible space events such as rocket launches, satellite reentries, the deployment of satellite constellations (like the Starlink trains), or the flyby of the International Space Station ISS.

Many of the reported sightings can be explained by such activities, which of course fall within ESA’s area of responsibility in space safety and monitoring.”

At the same time, however, UAP remain a subject of public curiosity, often linked to the larger question of extraterrestrial life, Ailleris continued. “Here ESA’s position is clear: while UAP are not part of our formal mandate, we take the topic seriously.

Our task is to respond consistently, objectively, and responsibly, guided by transparency, rigorous science, and the same spirit of exploration that drives our missions to Mars, to comets, icy moons, and exoplanets.”

In this way, ESA could and would “constructively engage with public curiosity, strengthen preparedness, and reaffirm its role as a trusted and respected scientific institution.”

As Ailleris further explained, there will continue to be neither a dedicated UAP research or reporting office nor research funds for UAP at ESA.

Nevertheless, he himself will in future be available as the internal ESA contact point for UAP inquiries, ensuring that questions from the public and media are handled in a consistent and coordinated manner.

As recently as last May, current ESA Director General Josef Aschbacher explained ESA’s handling of UFO questions in response to a viewer’s question from journalist Harald Havas during an ORF radio interview:

“UFOs are of course always something that is very current and that always generates a lot of discussion.

To be honest, we don’t work very much on it. But maybe we should address it more strongly. (…) also personally receive emails and letters written about sightings and the like. (…)

But it is a very interesting and current topic, and something that probably deserves more attention, or where perhaps one could invest a bit more in order to really go deeper into it.” (…read more)

The latest positioning of ESA now follows years of initiatives by Ailleris and colleagues in the exchange between interested researchers and the space agency, as well as an informal meeting between ESA representatives and staff of IFEX this past June.

The “Interdisciplinary Research Center for Extraterrestrics” (IFEX) at the University of Wuerzburg is Germany’s first and so far only academic research center where, alongside space technology, the search for extraterrestrial intelligence (SETI) is pursued and unidentified flying objects and anomalous phenomena (UFOs/UAP) are scientifically studied.

Under the direction of Professor Hakan Kayal, civilian UFO researchers, specialist journalists, and scientists from international universities are brought together in a network to study UFOs—now more often referred to as UAP—scientifically and with an open-ended approach.

‘I Am Shaking’: UFOs Over California And Mexico Go Viral, Spook Local Residents

There are predominantly three shapes when it comes to UFOs: the traditional flying saucer, orbs or spheres, and triangular.

The reason why these are the most common UFO shapes is unknown, but based on years of reports of sightings, those are what appear the most often.

NASA has said in the past that unexplained orbs have been reported all over the world. More recently, however, a couple of Los Angeles residents recently spotted and recorded a triangle-shaped UFO flying over the city.

According to the National UFO Reporting Center (NUFORC), this is not a new occurrence in the area. This particular UFO also had two V-shaped rows of circular white lights on it when it was recorded around 11:38 p.m. local time on August 28.

“While sitting on my balcony I saw a light in the sky bigger than stars usually appear,” one of the witnesses explained. “I took out my phone to zoom in to see what it was and started taking pictures and videos.

“It stayed in the same area for about 25-30 minutes for the first time I saw it. It moved around a little bit but didn’t go too far. At the end it just flew off in the south direction until I couldn’t see it anymore.”

Some speculated that the UFO could have been a kite, but that seems unlikely. Another explanation is that is was an unmanned drone testing out new technology for the United States government.

“I’m convinced that a lot of famous UFO incidents are basically highly advanced terrestrial technology that is 30 to 40 years ahead of what we think they have,” UFO researcher and filmmaker Mark Christopher Lee told the Daily Mail.

UFOs in Mexico go viral, spook local residents

Meanwhile in Mexico, on Wednesday, September 17, three UFOs were seen flying over Tulcingo de Valle, in Puebla, in a triangle-shaped formation.

Video of the crafts was shared online by infamous researcher and journalist Jaime Maussan and quickly went viral.

In the video, three large lights appear over a hill in the distance flying in a V-shaped formation. They are soon joined by a fourth which seemed to almost detach from one of the other three.

The lights eventually end up in an almost straight line before the video ends as the witnesses decided they had seen enough and headed for safety.

One of the witnesses can be heard in the video saying that the lights “formed from nothing” and that seeing them had them “shaking.”

Some people speculated that the UFOs may have come from or were going to Popocatepetl, a volcano located about 90 miles away that is often cited as being an alien base.

Others, according to local media, believe they were merely lanterns or drones. Thus far, no concrete explanation has been provided for either the UFO in Los Angeles or the strange crafts recorded in Mexico.

GEORGE, Utah — The transgender live-in boyfriend of Charlie Kirk’s alleged assassin appears to have fled their cozy Utah townhouse, leaving mail piling up outside — as he faces mounting criticism for not turning the accused killer in after he confessed to the hateful slaying in a string of text messages.

Lance Twiggs, 22, who has reportedly been cooperating with authorities since his partner, Tyler Robinson, also 22, allegedly shot the Turning Point USA co-founder dead during a speaking event on Sept. 10, has disappeared, neighbors in St. George, Utah, told The Post Tuesday.

Mail was spotted piling up outside the $1,800-per-month townhouse the couple shared, as backlash from the public jeopardized his safety — and cops are still a presence in the quaint community even two weeks after Robinson was cuffed.

Jesse Riley, who lives just a few houses down from the couple, said he hasn’t seen any recent signs of life in the apartment.

“It definitely is a shock it happened here. It’s a quiet neighborhood. You know your neighbor on your left or your right, but people are pretty isolated,” Riley told The Post.

“I haven’t seen anyone come out. There are still all these notes on the door, so it looks like nobody has been in there.”

Washington County Sheriff Nate Brooksby previously said that Twiggs was in a “safe space very far away from St. George,” and needed “to lay low for a long time.”

Twiggs has not been charged with a crime in connection with Kirk’s shooting, and has been an integral part of the investigation as Robinson’s apparent go-to in the immediate aftermath of the assassination.

Robinson apparently left a note underneath Twiggs’ desktop keyboard and instructed him to find it after Kirk was shot.

The alleged assassin also texted Twiggs to confess to the murder, with Twiggs responding in apparent disbelief as he tried to rationalize what was quickly unfolding.

Twiggs, a transitioning transgender woman, was described as the “black sheep” of his Utah family, who were unaware of his reported relationship with Robinson.

His parents kicked him out in 2018 because his father deemed him “problematic”and disrespectful, according to a relative.

The family member also allegedthat Twiggs overindulged in video games and started “acting out” because of substance use.

Twiggs lived with his grandparents before moving in with a group of college roommates. After they graduated and the roommates moved out, Robinson entered the fold.

He shared support for former President Joe Biden in 2022 and joked about being targeted by advertisements for different mental health disorders, including schizophrenia and borderline personality disorder.
