Anon lost 50 lb since January year by shutting Anon's pie hole between the hours of (usually) 1430 hours and 1030-ish hours.
Why?
Because I became pre-diabetic and felt like crap, and Robert F. Kennedy inspired me to do better, after he took his position in President Trump's honorable Cabinet.
RFKJr reminded me of growing up in the 1960s and 1970s, taking the "Presidential Fitness Test" and dancing to "Chicken Fat" in gym class.
Once RFKJr inspired me, in January 2025, I installed a free app called "Fasting Tracker," and miraculously I've stuck with it ever since.
Recently got some new leashes for the dogs and upped all our walks, each day, too, so I'll take this new life over the old life of snacking into the night, drinking diet sodas, etc.
After nine months I usually don't even think of snacks, but, dang, that grilled cheese sammy sure looks good!
I hope I remember to make something like that tomorrow.
Sorry for the drivel. I guess the good part about this poast is to let the good guise know that RFKJr, being the great Secretary of the United States Department of Health and Human Services that he is, motivated a puffy patriot to drop a half a hundred so I can live a little longer and fight these evil bastard enemies of ours.
