Interesting series of events converging. According to multiple media outlets, a delegation from the U.S, Europe and Ukraine are scheduled to meet again in London tomorrow for further discussions of the peace proposal.

President Trump said Monday they had “very good meetings” about Ukraine and Russia recently as Trump was likely debriefedfrom the meeting that Secretary Rubio and Envoy Steve Witkoff held in Paris, France with Emmanuel Macron, Ukraine, EU and U.K officials.

However, this was the same Paris meeting that preceded Secretary Rubio saying if progress was not made quickly, the USA would exit their role in negotiating a peace deal==.

President Trump and Secretary Rubio areputting pressure on Ukraine, EU, U.K as well as the CIA background playersto get to a place of earnest peace discussion, by threatening to pull back from their effort and likely allowing Russian President Putin a lot of implied latitude to increase hostile action.

The belligerent Ukraine officials (harsh Nazi tones on display) feel emboldened to keep fighting with enhanced funding and support from the EU, U.K, NATO and CIA operativesembedded with Ukraine forces. As an ancillary matter, the potential for Trump to pull back standsas a visible motive for the USA Deep State to keep attacking Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth.

At a certain point President Trump is going to have to make a decision on further support.If Trump exits the proxy war, that’s when the real internal battle with the CIA will likely surface.This is a very interesting dynamic to keep watching asCIA Director John Ratcliffe appears to be a bystander, incapable of stopping the independent elements of the CIA from operating their own agenda.

According to the Moscow Times, “Putin aide Yuri Ushakov told Russian media on Tuesday that Witkoff will visit Russia later this week, though he did not specify what day he would arrive, nor did he say whether the Trump envoy would meet with Putin.” If Witkoff is in London on Wednesday, that would put him traveling to Russia Thursday or Friday.

Again, a simple reminder. It appears Steve Witkoff is the traveling ears and voice of President Trump back and forth to Moscow, which -as we identified for quite a while- is the best way to handle the discussions. Normal diplomatic lines ofcontact between President Trump and Vladimir Putinwould be risky given the oppositional nature of the U.S. Intelligence Community. The emissary/envoy approach removes the IC influence and control agents from the issue.

On the ‘ceasefire’ table is still the subject of European countries being the peacekeepers on the demilitarized zone between Ukraine and Russian forces. France and the U.K want assurances that U.S. troops would protect the “coalition of the willing” if the EU puts peacekeeping boots on the ground in Ukraine.

There is a lot of contradictory narrative engineeringvery visible in western media about the ongoing dynamic [SEE HERE] and [SEE HERE]. I would estimate that well over half the information inside those articles is fabricated,intelligence-manipulated information control; ie. totally fake news.

Rubio (?) and Witkoff will be in London tomorrow. From there, Witkoff will likely return to Moscow to debrief Putin on the talks and enhance with President Trump’s advice on status. Then President Trump and President Zelenskyy will cross paths again on Saturday at the funeral of Pope Francis in Rome.

As an ancillary note,it does seem a little obvious that Nat Sec Advisor Mike Waltz has been completely removed from the negotiating team, instead being dispatched to the job of just cleaning up and reformatting the National Security Council.

Zelensky refuses to recognize Russia’s Crimea

The Crimean peninsula officially joined the Russian Federation after an overwhelmingly positive vote in 2014

Kiev will not discuss recognizing Crimea as Russian territory, Ukraine’s Vladimir Zelensky told journalists on Tuesday, according to Ukrainian outlet Suspilne.

The US will propose officially accepting the peninsula as part of the Russian Federation at a meeting with Kiev and its European backers on Wednesday, as part of a broader peace deal to stop the conflict, the Washington Post wrote on Tuesday citing anonymous sources.

“[Crimea] is our territory, the territory of the people of Ukraine. We have nothing to talk about on this topic – it is outside our Constitution,”Zelensky said.

The Ukrainian leader claimed that discussing the issue of sovereignty over Crimea could only lead to additional fighting.

“As soon as we start talking about Crimea, about our sovereign territories, we enter the format of prolonging the war,” he said, adding that this is “what Russia wants.”

Last week, Zelensky lashed out over the subject in a press conference, saying that US special envoy Steve Witkoff had no authority to discuss such issues with Russia.

The US proposal on Crimea was already presented to Ukraine in Paris last week, and includes eventual sanctions relief for Moscow in exchange for a peace deal, the Post reported on Tuesday, citing sources familiar with the deliberations.

Ukrainian officials interpreted the plan as Washington’s final offer before the US washes its hands of peace efforts, the newspaper wrote, citing anonymous sources.

US President Donald Trump is expected to present Washington’s “final offer” on a full ceasefire dealas early as next week, the New York Post wrote on Saturday, citing a senior administration official. (This aligns with Sundance article)

In 2014, the predominantly ethnically Russian population of Crimea voted to join Russia following a Western-backed armed coup in Kiev. Both Ukraine and its Western supporters continue to claim that the referendum was illegitimate.

CBS 60-Minutes has been one of the most deliberately manipulated news and opinion programs in the past several years. They have been so over-the-top in their gaslighting and biased media coverage, that all credibility within the weekly broadcast TV show has been eviscerated. Yemeni army downs US drone, strikes carrier with missiles

Brigadier General Yahya Saree said in a statement on Tuesday night that the Yemeni armed forces carried out a military operation, targeting USS Harry Truman in northern Red Sea with missiles and drones.

"Yemeni armed forces also targeted the US aircraft carrier Vinson in the Arabian Sea, using 3 cruise missiles and 4 drones," he said.

"Yemeni armed forces also downed another US MQ-9 Reaper drone while it was conducting hostile operations over the coastal airspace of Hajjah province," Saree said.

Yemenis have been hitting Israeli and American targets in support of Palestinians in Gaza since the regime launched its devastating war on Gaza on October 7, 2023, and in response to the American-British aggression on their homeland.

The operations have effectively shut down the Eilat port south of the occupied territories, causing significant economic setbacks for the Israelis.

The Yemeni Armed Forces have said they will not stop their attacks until Israel’s ground and aerial offensives in Gaza end.

Ukraine targeted a key Russian military arsenal near Moscow, setting off massive explosions and prompting evacuations.

On April 22, 2025, Ukrainian forces executed a long-range drone strike targeting the 51st Arsenal of Russia’s Main Missile and Artillery Directorate (GRAU), situated approximately 70 kilometers (43 miles) northeast of Moscow, near Kirzhach in the Vladimir Oblast, approximately 530 kilometers (330 miles) from the Ukrainian border.

The strike triggered a chain of powerful secondary explosions and a massive fire at the facility, according to Russian Telegram channels and local sources.

In response, authorities closed the main road connecting Moscow to Kirzhach and initiated the evacuation of nearby villages as a precautionary measure.

“An explosion occurred in the Kirzhach district. Responsible services are working at the scene,” the Kirzhach district administration reported on Telegram. “The evacuation of the villages of Barsovo and Mirny, Kirzhach district, is underway.”

The 51st GRAU Arsenal, spanning 502 hectares, is a strategic site within Russia’s military infrastructure, responsible for the storage and management of various missile and artillery systems.

Ukrainian strike capabilities expand

The attack highlights Ukraine’s growing capacity to conduct long-range strikes deep within Russian territory, targeting logistical and strategic military assets.

The use of drones for such operations allows the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) to bypass heavily defended areas and disrupt critical supply and storage nodes far from the front lines.

Although it has not been confirmed what specific weapon was used in this strike, the target lies within the operational range of the Palianytsia turbojet drone missile system.

Developed domestically during the Russian invasion of Ukraine and unveiled in the summer of 2024, Palianytsia is designed for precision long-range attacks on targets deep within enemy territory.

This is not the first time Ukraine has struck a facility of the GRAU using such drones.

On the night of September 17 to 18, 2024, Ukrainian forces launched a drone attack on the 107th Arsenal ammunition depot in Toropets, 500 kilometers (310 miles) from Ukrainian soil.

BREAKING: Gorsuch and Roberts Side with Liberal Justices — Illegal Alien Can Ignore Deportation Deadline If It Falls on a Weekend or Holiday

In yet another blow to immigration law enforcement, the Supreme Court today ruled 5–4 in Monsalvo Velázquez v. Bondi that illegal aliens granted voluntary departure under federal immigration law can remain in the United States past their court-ordered departure deadline—if that deadline happens to fall on a weekend or legal holiday.

Justice Neil Gorsuch authored the majority opinion, joined by Justices Roberts, Sotomayor, Kagan, and Jackson, effectively rewriting the meaning of a “60-day” voluntary departure period to accommodate the convenience of deportable individuals, not the rule of law.

At the center of the case was Hugo Monsalvo Velázquez, a Mexican national who entered the U.S. illegally nearly two decades ago and was ordered to leave within 60 days.

His departure deadline fell on a Saturday, but instead of leaving, he filed a motion to reopen his case on the following Monday.

Both the Board of Immigration Appeals and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that he had missed his deadline. But the Supreme Court has now overruled them, injecting ambiguity into what was once a firm immigration deadline.

In a strong dissent, Justice Clarence Thomas—joined by Justices Alito, Kavanaugh, and Barrett—blasted the majority for stretching the law beyond its clear terms, arguing that ’60 days means 60 days,’ not whenever the alien gets around to it.

“The merits question in this case—whether petitioner left the United States within “60 days” after October 12, 2021— is straightforward,” Alito wrote in his opinion.

The 60th ‘day’ after October 12, 2021, was Saturday, December 11, 2021. And petitioner failed to depart the country by that Saturday. … There is no justification for [a 2-day extension],”

He continued, “The 60th “day” after October 12, 2021, was Saturday, December 11, 2021. And petitioner failed to depart the country by that Saturday. Saturday is a day of the week, and there is no reason why petitioner could not have left the country on or before that date. Petitioner gives us no reason to believe—and I am aware of none—that the roads to Mexico, his home country, were closed; so he could have driven or taken a bus across the border. He also could have flown to Mexico or any other country that would admit him.”

“Nevertheless, the Court holds that he was entitled to “a 2-day extension because the last day of his voluntary departure deadline happened to fall on a weekend. There is no justification for that decision,” he added.

Florida bill would let homeowners use ‘reasonable force’ against drones

Florida lawmakers are considering a bill that would permit homeowners to use “reasonable force” against drones — likely sparked by last year’s uptick in sightings of mysterious unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).

The measure, sponsored by state Sen. Keith L. Truenow (R) last month, was placed on the Florida Senate’s legislative calendar on April 16.

Constituents across the U.S. have signaled discontent with the federal response, prompting more questions on where the drones originated and how they could be regulated.

The Biden administration stressed that the UAVs were not a threat to national security or operated by foreign adversaries.

President Trump earlier this year said he would look into the drone spotting, but he ruled they were “not the enemy” and likely authorized by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) or belonged to hobbyists.

The Sunshine State legislation seeks to change property owners’ guidelines for unmanned aircraft that remain suspended above their own land.

It has already cleared several committees despite potential conflicts with federal law.

The FAA prevents people from shooting down drones even if they are hovering above their personal property.

“A private citizen shooting at any aircraft – including unmanned aircraft – poses a significant safety hazard,” the agency’s website reads.

“An unmanned aircraft hit by gunfire could crash, causing damage to persons or property on the ground, or it could collide with other objects in the air.”

However, the FAA declined to comment on Florida’s pending legislation. Currently, there are over 1 million drones registered to the federal oversight agency.

Drone flights are prohibited over areas designated as sensitive to national security, certain military bases, infrastructure and national landmarks; and from airspace covered by Temporary Flight Restriction regulations.

Florida’s proposed bill aims to include airports, prisons, inland ports, refineries and gas pipelines as a part of the restricted airspace.

The added limitations would not apply to law enforcement — who often use drones to monitor crowds of 50 or more.

If passed, it will go into effect in October.

Foreign policy is being run out of the White House, with Rubio doing well. All economic policy is being run out of the White House, with Bessent and Lutnick doing well. Conversely, President Trump leaves Pam Bondi (Justice), Kash Patel (FBI) and Tulsi Gabbard (DNI) to run/manage their own shops. It’s an issue of (in)ability, and you can see Main Justice and the FBI remains a hot mess.Bondi and Patel refuse to call their institutions corrupt, so the operators within them just keep doing what they have always done. This was predictable, if you just look honestly at the big picture dynamic.

The office engaged with media outlets and platforms to censor speech it disagreed with, including that of the President of the United States, who its director in 2019 accused of employing “the same techniques of disinformation as the Russians.” Despite Congress voting to shutter it, the GEC simply renamed itself and continued operating as if nothing had changed.

Unless we confront the underlying bureaucratic culture that prevents the State Department from carrying out an effective foreign policy, while allowing offices like GEC to flourish in the shadows, nothing will change. That is why I am initiating a broad reorganization of the Department to address the steady growth of bureaucracy, duplication of functions, and capture by special interests that have crippled American Foreign Policy.

Russia confirms Trump aide’s next visit

US President Donald Trump’s special envoy, Steve Witkoff, will visit Russia later this week, Moscow has confirmed.

The plans for a new meeting involving the key US negotiator on the Ukraine conflict were first reported by American media last week. Yury Ushakov, who advises Russian President Vladimir Putin on international affairs, told the press on Tuesday that the reports were accurate.

Witkoff has had multiple rounds of talks with senior Russian officials, including Putin, and is viewed as one of the architects of the rapprochement between Moscow and Washington during the second Trump presidency.

The US president previously touted a possible breakthrough this week, potentially leading to a comprehensive ceasefire between Russian and Ukrainian forces.

In contrast with his predecessor, Joe Biden, Trump has sought a mediation role in the conflict rather than being a direct supporter of Kiev.

Last Thursday, senior US representatives, including Witkoff, met with European officials who advocate continued military support of Ukraine, as well as Ukrainian representatives.

They reportedly outlined a range of options for a resolution of the crisis, to which Kiev is expected to respond this week.

Ukraine’s Vladimir Zelensky has accused Witkoff of serving as a route for the Russian “narrative” purportedly flowing into the White House.

With a bloated budget and unclear mandate, the expansive domain of the former Under Secretary for Civilian Security, Human Rights, and Democracy (known internally as the “J Family”), provided a fertile environment for activists to redefine “human rights” and “democracy” and to pursue their projects at the taxpayer expense, even when they were in direct conflict with the goals of the Secretary, the President, and the American people.

The Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor became a platform for left-wing activists to wage vendettas against “anti-woke” leadersin nations such as Poland, Hungary, and Brazil, and to transform their hatred of Israel into concrete policies such as arms embargoes. The Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration funneled millions of taxpayer dollars to international organizations and NGOs that facilitated mass migration around the world, including the invasion on our southern border.

To transfer the remaining functions of USAID to such a monstrosity of bureaus would be to undo DOGE’s workto build a more efficient and accountable government. Consequently, the bureaus and offices in the J Family will be placed under the new Coordinator for Foreign Assistance and Humanitarian Affairs charged with returning them to their original mission of advancing human rights and religious freedom, not promoting radical causes at taxpayer expense.

Massive explosions reported in Russia’s Vladimir Region

Massive explosions have been reported on Tuesday near the town of Kirzhach in Russia’s Vladimir Region, some 75 km northeast of Moscow.

The blasts are said to have taken place at a munitions depot. Local authorities have announced a state of emergency in the district and blocked the roads leading to the area.

Аt around 3:30 pm, residents of nearby villages reported a series of powerful explosions and began posting videos of a huge cloud of smoke rising towards the sky which could be seen from over a dozen kilometers away.

Russia’s Defense Ministry has since confirmed that a fire had broken out on the territory of a military unit in the region, which caused the detonation of ammunition.

In 2022 several Russian servicemen were killed in an accidental detonation at a military facility in the same region near the village of Barsovo

Vladimir Region governor Alexander Avdeev also confirmed the blast on his official Telegram channel and announced that “the relevant services are working at the scene.”

Russian news outlets have reported that emergency services have begun the evacuation of residents from Barsovo and the village of Mirny, which are located near the epicenter of the explosion.

A temporary accommodation center which has been established in a local school has already received about 100 people, including children and elderly citizens, a representative of the facility has told TASS.

Meanwhile, Russian military authorities have established a special commission to investigate the cause of the explosion and bring any culpable officials to justice. The commission will be headed by Deputy Defense Minister Andrey Bulyga.

Kiev needs to scrap its own self-imposed ban on talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin if it hopes to facilitate future bilateral talks regarding the Ukraine conflict, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov has said.

On Monday, Putin declared he was ready to discuss a potential unilateral halt on civilian infrastructure strikes in a bilateral format with Kiev.

This came after Ukraine’s Vladimir Zelensky floated the idea of a halt on long-range strikes on non-military targets by both sides in a social media statement on Sunday.

In a press briefing on Tuesday, the Kremlin spokesman was asked if Ukraine’s ban on direct talks with Russia could be an obstacle to negotiations on the matter.

”If the Ukrainian side is willing and open, some steps should probably be taken to legally clear these obstacles on the path to such contacts, if there is such a willingness,” Peskov told journalists on Tuesday.

Putin’s statement was “yet another show of Moscow's readiness” to solve issues via diplomacy, he added.

”So far, we have a de facto/de jure situation, when the Ukrainians themselves have banned such contacts, and no action has been taken to lift this ban,” Peskov said in a statement to Russia TV 1 journalist Pavel Zarubin.

In October of 2022, Zelensky signed a decree to ban all talks with Russia for as long as Putin was in charge. The Ukrainian leader has since repeatedly described his hatred of Russia’s president and his lack of trust in Moscow.

During Monday’s press conference, Putin noted that Zelensky’s initial reaction to the Russian offer of the recently-expired Easter ceasefire was that Moscow was playing “a game,” rather than being serious.

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov has recommended that people go to primary sources regarding developments in the US-Russian talks on the Ukraine conflict, warning of fake news.

In an interview with RIA Novosti on Tuesday, the spokesman was asked to comment on a recent report from the Financial Times that claimed Moscow was ready to halt hostilities in the Ukraine conflict along the current front line.

“A lot of fakes are being published now, including by respected publications, so you should only listen to the primary sources,” Peskov said.

According to the FT article from Tuesday, Russian President Vladimir Putin offered to freeze the conflict along its current front line during his meeting with US special envoy Steve Witkoff earlier this month in St. Petersburg.

Russian presidential foreign policy aide Yury Ushakov confirmed on Tuesday that Moscow is expecting another visit from Witkoff later this week.

This will be the diplomat’s fourth visit to Russia since the start of the US diplomatic push around the Ukraine conflict.

US President Donald Trump has touted a big reveal of his plan to wrap up the hostilities in Ukraine.

“I will be giving you a full detail over the next three days,” he told journalists on Monday, adding that the US has held “very good meetings on Ukraine, Russia.”

The Kremlin has noted that while work is underway, the peace process is unlikely to conclude soon.

“This topic is so complex that it probably shouldn’t be constrained by strict timeframes,” Peskov told the press on Tuesday.

Trump and his administration have signaled a growing dissatisfaction with the pace of the peace talks.

“If it is not possible to end the war in Ukraine, we need to move on,” Secretary of State Marco Rubio told reporters last Friday.

Throughout the Ukraine conflict, Moscow has consistently said it remains open to talks with Kiev.

Negotiations must be based on the realities on the ground and address the root causes of the crisis, such as Ukraine’s aspiration to join NATO.

The Kremlin has previously insisted that it will not accept a temporary halt in hostilities, saying this would just allow Ukraine’s Western backers to rearm Kiev.
