Noah was just 13 when the HPV vaccine took his short life.

Noah Tate Foley received his first and only Gardasil injection on May 7, 2018, just two days after his 11th birthday.

Noah enjoyed hunting and fishing with his dad, playing games with his younger sister, building Legos, and playing his drum set. He loved school and was active in his church. Most of all, Noah loved his family and treasured the times they spent together.

Prior to the Gardasil shot, Noah had no autoimmune diseases and no autonomic issues. He was extremely healthy, having received a clean bill of health during a medical check-up.

Roughly two weeks after the Gardasil shot, Noah experienced fevers that reached as high as 102.9 degrees. His symptoms continued and one week later, his blood was checked to rule out Mononucleosis or other causes for the ongoing fevers. Testing revealed no “cause” for his fevers, which came and went throughout the summer of 2018.

On October 10, 2018, Noah went to the emergency room at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, North Carolina. After examination and blood tests, Noah’s mother, Kelli Foley, was informed that her son’s inflammatory markers were elevated, possibly due to a viral infection. Noah was then referred to the Duke University Infectious Disease department, where blood work revealed that Noah’s white blood cell count had tripled in two weeks.

For months, Noah endured countless doctor visits and testing, including a CT scan and biopsy of a swollen lymph node.

Kelli Foley recalled the 35 days between the discovery of the swollen lymph node and a report that ruled out cancer as “long and torturous.” Still, the family had no answers to the underlying cause of Noah’s health issues.

On May 7, 2019, Noah had an appointment for weight loss where the records state:

“Over the past year, [Noah] has had a rough year. He was in his usual state of good health per Mother until he went for his 11-year-old vaccine and well child check-up. After that he continues to have fevers and fatigue. He has been seen by multiple specialists over the past 7 months – starting in October 2018. He has had one lymph node removed from his neck as well as CT scan (neck/abdomen) and MRI to evaluate what inflammatory process may be occurring. He has continued to have fatigue and not feel like himself. It has been noted that over the past year he has lost 20lb despite continued good vertical height growth and continued to eat fairly well…”

Noah’s weight was 69 pounds, his BMI was in the 4th percentile at 14.79, and his inflammatory markers remained elevated.

At a May 21, 2019 pediatric gastroenterology consultation, the assessment discussed an “autoimmune or inflammatory process.”

According to a report released Monday by the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI), Israel appears to be upgrading its plutonium core facility in Dimona, possibly maintaining around 90 nuclear warheads, similar to previous estimates.

Globally, out of 12,121 nuclear warheads, SIPRI estimates 9,585 are actively deployed by military forces for potential use. Approximately 3,904 of these are deployed on missiles and aircraft, a 60-unit increase from last January, with the remainder kept in storage.

It turns out that before resurrecting and pushing forward the garbage case against President Trump in New York, corrupt Colangelo was up to even more shocking corrupt acts.

Pennsylvania investigative team Leah Hoopes and Greg Stenstrom released information they uncovered that shows that corrupt Matthew Colangelo during his short term at the DOJ was the one who shut down all investigations into the 2020 Election.

Hoopes and Stenstrom put together the following timeline that implicates corrupt Colangelo.

The above time series shows in the first column that in October of 2020, former US Attorney General (AG) Bill Barr created a memo instructing all election fraud to be investigated Federally. This included the AG, the Inspector General, the FBI, and more.

Then came the election and after the election Barr received mountains of credible evidence of wrongdoing in the 2020 Election which is noted in the second column above. This information is still trickling in to this day.

On November 9, 2020, AG Barr issued a memo (noted in the third column above) authorizing US Attorneys to investigate US election fraud. Far-left sites like the New York Times reported:

Attorney General William P. Barr, wading into President Trump’s unfounded accusations of widespread election irregularities, told federal prosecutors on Monday that they were allowed to investigate “specific allegations” of voter fraud before the results of the presidential race are certified.

Mr. Barr said he had authorized “specific instances” of investigative steps in some cases. He made clear in a carefully worded memo that prosecutors had the authority to investigate, but he warned that “specious, speculative, fanciful or far-fetched claims should not be a basis for initiating federal inquiries.”

Labour Maintains Dominant 21 Point Lead | Survation

The latest Good Morning Britain tracker indicates that the Conservative Party is poised to receive its lowest share of the vote at a general election…

The Conservatives have been unable to repair their fractured 2019 vote. The party is currently retaining just 53% of its 2019 voters while losing them to both the left and right. Labour is peeling away 14% of Conservative voters, but Reform UK is the most attractive destination for those who backed the Conservatives in 2019, with one in four intending to back Farage’s party.

The sankey diagram below, made using data drawn from our polling for Best for Britain, shows just one in three Leave voters currently intend to vote for the Conservatives, with 28% supporting Labour and 27% Reform UK. This is a stark contrast to 2019, when approximately three-quarters of Leave voters backed the Conservatives.

Farage’s decision to lead Reform UK into the general election has exacerbated the Conservatives’ troubles. This week he leads the Prime Minister on favourability both nationally (+15 points) and among 2019 Conservative voters (+6 points). Sunak’s favourability among these voters stands at just +2, whereas Keir Starmer enjoys a +40 rating among 2019 Labour voters. Leave voters, who were pivotal to the Conservative victory in 2019, also favour Farage (+12) to Sunak (-25).

Sunak has attempted to frame the election as a presidential-style choice between himself and Starmer. To the extent this has had any effect on voters, it has not been in the way the Conservatives intended. Starmer now leads Sunak by 17 points on the question of who would make the best Prime Minister – the largest gap we have ever recorded between the two.

The news for the Conservatives is no better on the economy, as both Starmer and Reeves continue to lead their counterparts on economic trust.

Despite Conservative claims that Labour’s policies will add £2,000 to individual tax bills, the public perceives Starmer as more honest when it comes to tax pledges.

Labour’s manifesto is what you might expect from a party that is 20 points ahead in the polls, and the Conservatives manifesto is what you might expect from a party that is 20 points behind. Nonetheless, we find Labour’s manifesto is seen as more credible than other parties.

The Conservatives are in deep trouble. Far from the polls narrowing, the fundamentals actually look worse than they did at the beginning of the campaign. Labour lead the Conservatives on the NHS (+32), cost of living (+25), immigration (+12), and the economy (+10); Starmer leads Sunak on best PM (+17), economic trust (+6), and honesty on tax pledges (+10); while Reform UK are eating into the Conservative vote share from the right. With just over two weeks until polling day, there is little indication that things will improve.

Chief Petty Officer Bryce Pedicini, who was convicted of attempted espionage in April, has been sentenced to 18 years in military prison, the service confirmed in a statement released Thursday.

In addition to his prison sentence, which comes after a conviction on charges of attempted espionage and failure to follow a lawful order, the statement from the Naval Criminal Investigative Service also said that Pedicini was given a dishonorable discharge and a reduction in rank to E-1.

In earlier statements, NCIS said that the sailor "engaged with the foreign government representative under the guise of writing research papers," but officials never disclosed the identity of the country.

In January 2020, an incarcerated transgender woman petitioned a federal court with a simple request — that her name Katherine Nicole Jett be used in the court record and the court remove all references to her deadname, and that the court refer to her using she/her pronouns consistent with her gender identity going forward. “I am a woman and not referring to me as such leads me to feel that I am being discriminated against based on my gender identity,” wrote Ms. Jett. “I am a woman — can I not be referred to as one?”

Her two-sentence motion, simple and straightforward, was all the invitation that anti-LGBTQ 5th Circuit judge, Stuart Kyle Duncan, needed. Tossing aside common decency, professionalism, and judicial ethics, Judge Duncan authored a lengthy transphobic screed masquerading as a court opinion, denying Ms. Jett’s motion. In it, he rallies against Ms. Jett’s plea for basic respect,instead claiming that there is no law “requiring” a court to use a litigant’s correct pronouns — it is merely a “courtesy” extended by some courts(but certainly never his). Further, he says that allowing a litigant to use their correct pronouns calls into question the court’s “impartiality” and culminates with his final absurd point that it’s all just too “complex” for our courts.

Judge Duncan’s manifesto, while claiming to be at least loosely acquainted with the law, completely ignores its ethical responsibilities. All federal judges, except for Supreme Court justices, are bound by an enforceable code of conduct, with ethical canons to guide them. Canon 3 of this code says that judges should perform their duties “with respect for others, and should not engage in behavior that is harassing, abusive, prejudiced, or biased.” In spite of this, Judge Duncan reveals he can’t even be bothered to use the word transgender in the opinion, instead opting to refer to Ms. Jett and transgender people generally as “gender dysphoric persons.”

While the simple idea of treating people in your courtroom with dignity and showing respect to litigants might be too “complex” for Judge Duncan, there are judges who intentionally create inclusive and welcoming courtrooms. Judge Mustafa Kasubhai, a current magistrate judge and federal judicial nominee for the District of Oregon, is one such judge.

Judge Kasubhai leads by example. His courtroom rules include a section on pronoun usage, where he encourages all attorneys and litigants who come before him to share their pronouns and honorifics so that all parties involved know how best to refer to one another. Further, he and his staff include their own pronouns in email signatures, electronic filings, and on their website. In fact, he authored a best practice guide, “Pronouns and the Courts,” to help others create a more inclusive courtroom.

Why is this notable? In an ideal world, it wouldn’t be.

Judge Kasubhai’s intentionality and respect for all people in his courtroom is commendable. The Leadership Conference supports Judge Kasubhai’s confirmation because his career has been steeped in defending and protecting the rights of working people, and his rulings as a magistrate judge have shown that he is a fair-minded jurist.If confirmed by the Senate to the District of Oregon, Judge Kasubhai would be the first Muslim Article III judge on this court and the only Asian American judge to ever serve a lifetime appointment in the state of Oregon — something worth noting as we celebrate AANHPI Heritage Month this month.

More than ever, our courts need judges like Mustafa Kasubhai:Judges who understand the responsibility to equity and fairness that comes with the lifetime job security of a federal judge. Judges who ensure that their courtrooms are welcoming and safe spaces for all people to show up as they are. Judges who treat all people with dignity. And judges who preside over courtrooms where all can trust that their case will be decided by a neutral arbiter on the merits, nothing more or less.

A promise for our judiciary is carved in stone above our nation’s highest court — “Equal Justice Under Law” — yet we’re still failing to live up to this promise. But with a swift confirmation of Judge Kasubhai, we will be just a bit closer.

Poll Predicts Historic Victory Sending Nigel Farage to UK Parliament in July Election

A poll claiming Nigel Farage is on track to win the Clacton Parliamentary seat by a comfortable margin would be by a degree “unprecedented in modern electoral history”.

Brexit leader Nigel Farage is standing for election to the United Kingdom House of Commons for the eighth time, and polling suggests he may be on the verge of being sworn in to Westminster. Beyond a nationwide swing to Reform UK, the party he founded and now leads again, speat-specific polling by mainstream British pollster Survation by Farage ally Aaron Banks says he is likely to win big in Essex in 15 days time.

Survation performed their research in Clacton last week and said by their reckoning Farage’s Reform could overturn a huge 72 per cent Conservative vote from 2019 and get a clear win with 42 per cent. The Conservatives would come second with 27 per cent and Labour third with 24 per cent. The Times notes this latest poll buttresses earlier findings by Ipsos, another British pollster, which said it expected Reform to win by an outright majority at 53 per cent, followed by Labour on 24 and the Tories on 17 per cent.

The newspaper cites Damian Lyons Lowe, the founder of Survation, who said of the enormous swing he foresaw, saying: “In examining the history of UK elections, we find that swings as large as the one currently projected in Clacton are extremely rare. The projected swing in Clacton from the Conservative Party to the Reform UK party is 43.5 per cent. This is considerably larger than many significant historical swings.

“The swing currently projected in Clacton, from a 72 per cent Conservative vote share in 2019 to a 42 per cent vote share for Nigel Farage’s Reform UK in 2024, would indeed be unprecedented in modern UK electoral history. While Farage will no doubt wish to toast the findings, it is evident pollsters are having a tough time prognosticating support for new political force Reform, which spiritual successors the Brexit Party and UKIP aside has never fought a nationwide election before and defies the old conventions of the two-party system. Recent nationwide polling has on one end of the spectrum found Reform beating the Conservative for votes nationwide — a historic achievement if they prove to be founded — to coming a distant third.

A Savanta poll published by The Daily Telegraph today predicts a Conservative Party bloodbath with even the Prime Minister Rishi Sunak could face losing his seat next month, the first time this would have happened in British history.

SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP) — School districts in California would be barred from requiring teachers to notify parents if their child asks to go by a new pronoun at school under a bill the state Legislature is weighing amid legal battles over the rights of parents and gender-nonconforming students.

The state Senate approved the proposal Thursday, which would ban school districts from passing or enforcing policies requiring school staff to disclose a student’s gender identity or sexual orientation to anyone else without the child’s permission, with some exceptions. The goal is to protect students whose safety could be threatened if they live in unwelcoming households.

The issue is personal to Kai, a transgender man who recently graduated from high school within the Rocklin Unified School District near Sacramento and was treated for suicide attempts before coming out. He confided in a teacher “who had displayed her dedication and empathy toward all her students,” Kai said at a news conference last month.

“Having a trusted adult is paramount to ensuring a queer kid makes it to their next birthday,” he said. “If you care about kids, you’ll enact this legislation that will protect their well-being and protect their lives.”

Lawmakers approved the legislation along party lines after more than an hour of an emotional debate in which Democratic LGBTQ+ senators recounted stories about how they delayed coming out to their parents or were outed by someone else. They argued gender-noncomforming students should be able to come out to their families on their own terms. But Republican lawmakers said the state shouldn’t dictate whether school districts can enforce so-called parental notification policies and that schools have an obligation to be transparent with parents.

It is part of a nationwide debate over local school districts and the rights of parents and LGBTQ+ students. States across the country have sought to impose bans on gender-affirming care, bar trans athletes from girls and women’s sports, and require schools to “out” trans and nonbinary students to their parents. Some lawmakers in other states have introduced bills in their legislatures with broad language requiring that parents be notified of any changes to their child’s emotional health or well-being.

Republican state Sen. Kelly Seyarto, who represents Murrieta in Southern California, said schools should increase transparency with parents by notifying them of their child’s gender identification change.

“If we include the parents, that’s the best way to take something from people being angry and mad to developing a solution that works for everybody,” he said.

New 'compelling evidence' found at Roswell UFO site could prove alien craft crashed in 1947, experts say

America's most famous UFO case is still producing more evidence as scientists and civilians are on a mission to prove that the Roswell crash was not of this world.
