The Irony Is Thick – Congress Passes FISA-702 Extension, Allowing Warrantless Document Searches and Electronic Surveillance of Americans, on Patriots Day 2024

The Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution says: “The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.”

Late last night, early this morning (after midnight), theUnited States Senate passed a FISA reauthorization bill that directly and specifically violates every tenant of the 4th Amendment.

The Senate voted to authorize warrantless federal government searches of every American’s private papers, effects, emails, electronic data records, cell phone calls, contact lists, text messages, buying habits, purchases, banking records, social media posts, direct messages, private communications and every keystroke of every electronic device in your life. All of it continues to be subject to the capture, review and surveillance of an unelected opaque law enforcement mechanism, and Congress supports it.

The issue is magnified, becausethe Supreme Court has never ruled on the constitutionality of the FISA-702 data collection system, because the Supreme Court also says no American has standing to challenge the federal government violation of their 4th Amendment right to privacy.It’s all infuriating… It’s all FUBAR!

Last night, Senator Dick Durbin (D-IL) teamed up with Sen. Kevin Cramer (R-ND) andadded an amendment that would have required the government to get a warrantbefore reviewing any communications incidentally collected from Americans. The amendment was the last effort priority for a smidgen of hope;the IC railed against it, saying it would stop them from acting on critical “national security” information in real time. It failed by a vote of 42 to 50.

Another Democrat Senator, Ron Wyden (Oregon), a senior member of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, vowed and pledged that FISA-702 would never be renewed by any measure that required his signature. “I’ll do everything in my power to stop it,” he previously said. “Searches have gone after American protesters, political campaign donors, even people who simply reported crimes to the FBI. The abuses have been extensive and well documented,” Wyden argued to colleagues.Wyden’s effort to strike the language failed by a vote of 34 to 58.(the 58 have IC agencies knowing what they have done)

“Egregious Fourth Amendment violations against U.S. citizens will increase dramatically if this bill is passed into law,” Utah Republican Senator Mike Lee warned. Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) offered anamendment to block DHS, FBI, DOJ, IRS, and various ancillary intelligence, law enforcement, national parks and government agencies from buying Americans’ electronic NSA data from third parties and federal contractors.Paul’s amendment failed by a vote of 31 to 61.

The House and Senate bill does include provisions that would force the Intelligence Community to notify political leadership in Congress about 702 database searches involving lawmakers,but you, Comrade Citizen, are not allowed to know about the searches done on you. You, comrade prole, must improve your elite status if you wish to participate in any benefit from the shredded and reconfigured 4th Amendment, now reserved for the entitled class.

As noted by The Hill, Senator Mike “Lee offered an amendment to require the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court to appoint an outside lawyerto argue for the rights of a U.S. person the government wants to surveil secretly. It would have also required government employees appearing before the FISA court to disclose factual evidence that might call into question the accuracy of their statements.It also failed even though it had previously passed the Senate with 77 votes in 2020.”

India’s top court defends use of voting machines

Numerous petitions demanding verification of EVMs ahead of the general election were heard

India’s Supreme Court has cautioned against claims that the electronic voting machines (EVMs) used in the country’s general election, which began on Friday, are unreliable, adding that they are not inferior to those used in Europe.

The court has been hearing a number of petitions seeking 100% cross-verification of votes cast on EVMs with paper slips. The petitioners also suggested tweaking the current system – including the use of paper ballots, citing examples from European countries.

On Thursday, a day before the first phase of voting kicked off, the court reserved judgment in the case, noting that rising voter turnout is an indicator of the “people’s faith” in the electoral process.

Responding to comparisons drawn by the petitioners between foreign countries and India, Sanjiv Khanna, one of the justices presiding over the case, said, “We have our own system. It’s working well.” The court added that elections in India are a “humongous task,” given the size of the electorate. Nearly 970 million people are eligible to vote – more than Europe’s total population.

In the run-up to the election, opposition parties questioned the accuracy of the electronic voting system, with many suggesting that anything with a chip installed can be tampered with. India’s Election Commission has dismissed the allegations.

I want to repeat, the $113 billion that’s already been appropriated for Ukraine – Only $44 to $47 billion of that, two different reports I’ve seen, is lethal aid. So what was the other $66 to $69 billion dollars for? If they had held that back and used it responsibly, then maybe they’d still have money to come over and try to buy the stuff they need. I don’t want to get into the details in terms of classified stuff, but the stuff that they need to continue to fight.

So that’s what they did. And so now we’re trying to be responsible. We want to secure the border… So the President (Trump) is exactly right. Don Jr is exactly right. This is a complete capitulation by the speaker. It’s completely irresponsible.

Met Police apologize twice after calling man ‘openly Jewish’

An activist prevented from crossing a street near a pro-Palestinian rally has accused the force of “victim blaming”

The Metropolitan Police has issued not one, but two apologies over a video that surfaced online showing one of its officers telling a campaigner against anti-Semitism that he could not cross a road near a pro-Palestinian rally due to being “openly Jewish.”

The incident happened last Saturday as tens of thousands gathered in London to demand a ceasefire in Gaza and urge the British government to stop arms sales to Israel.

In the clip, a policeman was captured blocking the path of Gideon Falter, chief executive of the Campaign Against Antisemitism, who says he was returning from synagogue and was wearing a traditional Jewish kippah skull cap.

“You are quite openly Jewish, this is a pro-Palestinian march, I’m not accusing you of anything, but I’m worried about the reaction to your presence,” the officer is heard telling Falter. Another officer in the footage told the activist that his presence in the area was “antagonizing.”

Falter later claimed that he had no intention of staging a counter-protest, but was just going about his business. “Instead of addressing that threat of antisemitic violence, the Met’s policy instead seems to be that law-abiding Jewish Londoners should not be in the parts of London where these marches are taking place. In other words, that they are no-go zones for Jews,” he said.

A few days later, assistant police commissioner Matt Twist issued an apology on X (formerly Twitter), saying that the use of the phrase “openly Jewish” was “hugely regrettable.”

At the same time, Twist said that there is a “new trend” of those opposing pro-Palestinian marches appearing along their route to show their stance, “knowing their presence is provocative.”

However, Falter was dissatisfied with the apology and accused the force of “victim- blaming.”

The Metropolitan Police then deleted the initial message and issued a new apology on Friday. It reiterated that the use of the term “openly Jewish” was “hugely regrettable.”

The force also said that “in an effort to make a point about the policing of protest we have caused further offense. This was never our intention.”

“Being Jewish is not a provocation. Jewish Londoners must be able to feel safe in this city. Our commitment to protecting the public extends to all communities across London,” the statement read.

The death toll from Israel’s airstrikes and ground offensive in Gaza over the past six months has surpassed 34,000, according to the enclave’s health ministry. The campaign was launched in response to a raid into Israel by Palestinian armed group Hamas on October 7, in which at least 1,200 were killed and 250 taken hostage.

Though the world just narrowly avoided witnessing a major regional war explode with Thursday night's Israeli 'limited' retaliation on the Islamic Republic, the White House apparently thinks the 'answer' is to pump Israel with yet more and more weapons and ammo, to the tune of $1+ billion.

"The Biden administration is considering more than $1 billion in new weapons deals for Israel including tank ammunition, military vehicles and mortar rounds, U.S. officials said, at a time of heightened scrutiny of the use of American-made weapons in the war in Gaza," Wall Street Journal reports Friday.

"The proposed weapons transfers—which would be in addition to those in a military aid deal currently before the Congress—would be among the largest to Israel since it invaded Gaza in response to Hamas’s attack that killed 1,200 people, mostly civilians, on Oct. 7," the report continues.

The Biden regime’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is allocating $300 million to ‘sanctuary‘ cities offering support such as shelter and food to illegal aliens. In light of a surge in border crossings, this funding will be channeled through the Shelter and Services Program (SSP). The SSP funds non-federal bodies such as NGOs and local governments that aid illegal aliens who are released into the United States. Of the total funding, $275 million will be dispensed initially, with the remaining $25 million set aside for later in the year.

The program covers costs related to providing shelter, food, transportation, medical care, and personal hygiene to illegal aliens. Other expenses, such as the remodeling of existing facilities, clothing, translation services, outreach information, and administrative costs, are also included.

In addition to this, DHS disclosed an allocation of $340.9 million for the SSP competitive grant program. This comes after a distribution of over $780 million last year through SSP and another program to sanctuary cities and organizations providing services to illegals.

According to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) data, the influx of illegal immigrants into the United States has skyrocketed in recent years, with exceptional numbers recorded in FY 2023 and the first six months of FY 2024.

House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) estimates that nearly 16 million illegal immigrants have entered the United States during President Biden’s tenure. Critics argue that policies under the current government have led to increased illegal entry into the country, citing a significant rise in the number of people on the terrorism watchlist attempting to cross the border unlawfully.

At this point in time, the avian flu "crisis" is just an animal issue. It is still negatively impacting humans in the form of mass bird slaughter, which is damaging the supply chain for eggs and chicken meat, but as of yet there is not a human bird flu "pandemic" – though that could soon change.

At first it looked like maybe they would try to usher in the next COVID-like scamdemic with monkeypox. When that failed, they tried other "variants" and "subvariants" of the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19), which also failed. Now, they appear poised to give bird flu, also known as H5N1, another try.

Over the past several years, at least 86 million birds have been killed in the United States for supposedly being infected with bird flu. Whether or not this is actually true, it has created a convenient cover for destroying a large segment of the American meat and egg supply at a time when inflation is through the roof.

It would seem as though the goal is to make bird flu transmissible to humans as well, which would turn it into another COVID whereby the powers that be will once again lock everything down, usher in new "vaccines" at warp speed, force everyone back into masks, and all the rest.

"From an animal welfare perspective, it's viciously cruel. From a sustainable agriculture perspective, it's senseless," writes Alexis Baden-Mayer on her The Scamerican Century Substack page. "From a food justice perspective, it means skyrocketing food prices, more hungry people and worse food quality."

While there is not yet a known bird flu "vaccine" in circulation, you can bet your bottom dollar there is one or five soon on the way. Once these injections get unleashed, you can pretty much count on another global public health crisis that in the end destroys animal agriculture entirely.

"Would the pharmaceutical companies be willing to create a full-blown food crisis for the opportunity to vaccinate 33 billion chickens? Probably, but there are plenty of bad actors who would see opportunities in a food crisis."

Since the world is still in the early stages of this manufactured bird flu crisis, our hope is to get ahead of it by exposing it, that way enough people know about what is coming before it comes, that way it is much less likely to take hold and spread like a virus – and we mean the idea of bird flu spreading like a virus, just to be clear.

If enough people know that bird flu is a scam just like COVID was, it may be possible to stop this nightmare before it takes hold. And one way to help do that is to shine a light in the darkness about what the cretins in charge are up to as they seek to destroy what remains of humanity.

We can see that one of their overt goals is to eliminate all meat and replace it with fake, lab-grown "meat" that is toxic, but that fills the pockets of globalists like Bill Gates who became self-made millionaires and billionaires by destroying the lives of other people for profit.

Always, whenever possible at least, buy your food locally from trusted, non-toxic sources. Also, contact your legislators and tell them to resist any attempt, no matter the cover story, to destroy the food supply.

in any history of the American Revolution.
