Independent Journalist Oswaldo Eustáquio Forced To Flee Brazil After Arrest Warrant Issued by Alexandre De Moraes
In turns out, the intel Eustáquio received was accurate. De Moraes ordered the arrests of Eustáquio and Fugazza on Monday.
Christina Bobb’s “Interview” in front of the unconstitutional Jan 6 committee was released yesterday along with other interviews and testimonies. The hacks in the mainstream media ignored the dynamite portions of her testimony.
Some of the media hacks were triggered by her comments.
Others in the media focused on the fact that she was one of many that listened in on President Trump’s calls.
What the leftists in the media missed was the last part of her interview when Bobb was very honest about what she thought of the committee.
Here are some parts of this part of her interview.
Starting on page 173 in the interview below is the best part of Bobb’s testimony.
4 Q Were you at the rally on the Ellipse when the president spoke?
5 A No. I was at the Capitol. I was reporting from Cannon.
6 Q What was happening in Cannon at that point, if anything?
7 A Absolutely nothing. It was completely dead. I had no idea what was going on because I was watching the speech on the iPhone or iPad or whatever. And as a reporter, you try to get members of Congress to give you a sound byte or something, and there weren’t even any walking the halls…
On p. 175 the questioning turns to Mike Pence and his ability to send the results back to seven states to review and decide which set of electors the state will confirm.
15 Q And when you say he can solve this now by sending it back, are you talking about the violence at the Capitol, like that would help quell the violence?
17 A No. There was no — I did not — like I saw violence. Like I said, the doors hadn’t been opened yet so there was no actual breach, but I didn’t see violence at the Capitol when I was there. I saw like holes that I thought the police would be, you know, but I didn’t — I never thought — like you can see I didn’t even tweet out anything violent at the Capitol because I didn’t think there was any violence at the Capitol. It was that small…

Oswaldo Eustáquio, an independent conservative-leaning journalist who was incarcerated in 2020 and allegedly tortured, was forced to flee his home country of Brazil in a small passenger plane on Wednesday, December 21st along with comedian Bismark Fogazz after the pair received intel that the Supreme Tribunal Federal (STF), or the Federal Supreme Court, would issue warrants for their arrests.
“Ten days ago, we received information from a very hot source that our names would be on the list of an arrest warrant” Souza told media outlet, Revista Oeste.
The whereabouts of independent journalist, Oswaldo Eustáquio, and comedian, Bismarc Fogazza, are unknown, and they are considered to be on the run or in hiding after they became de-facto enemies of the state.

A federal judge seated in Montana, The Honorable Donald W. Molloy, recently ruled that “public safety” trumps individual autonomy over what gets injected into your body.

A person’s choice to decline vaccinations does not outweigh public health and safety requirements in medical settings, a federal judge ruled in a Montana case.
U.S. District Judge Donald Molloy last week permanently blocked a section of law the state said was meant to prevent employers — including many health care facilities — from discriminating against workers by requiring them to be vaccinated against communicable diseases, including COVID-19.
“The public interest in protecting the general populace against vaccine-preventable diseases in health care settings using safe, effective vaccines is not outweighed by the hardships experienced to accomplish that interest,” Molloy concluded in his Dec. 9 ruling.

The vague, undefined “hardships” that Judge Molloy references presumably include heart inflammation (myocarditis) (previously derided as “conspiracy theory” in corporate media), neurological conditions such as Guillain-Barré syndrome (GBS), and other serious health consequences.
This judge’s ruling is tantamount to medical terrorism for the sake of social engineering and Big Pharma profiteering – literally the most morally repugnant function that a government could serve.
The absurdity and immorality of Judge Molloy’s ruling are compounded by the fact that, despite the Public Health™ lie in the early days of the rollout that the jab stops transmission, we know now that it does not.
In fact, Pfizer never even tested whether their shots stop transmission before introducing them to market.

So where’s the “public safety” angle? The entire ethical justification for mandating vaccines – to stop community spread to vulnerable people – falls apart given that the vaxxed spread COVID just as the unvaxxed do. Even worse, the vaxxed facilitate COVID mutations that evade any protections existing mRNA shots might offer.
The bottom line is that if you don’t have control over what gets injected into your own body, you have no meaningful freedom in any sense of the word. Any state that does not safeguard the right to full autonomy over what pharmaceutical products you do or do not take is, by definition, despotic.
The only proper consequence for Judge Malloy is to be disbarred and possibly prosecuted under any available legal frameworks, potentially for crimes against humanity.
Call his office at (406) 542-7286 and relay to his secretary how you feel about the biomedical police state his ruling has facilitated. Call your local GOP congressional member and ask him whether he’s going to stand up for basic human rights and, if not, what exactly he’s good for in public office and why he shouldn’t get primaried to the high heavens come 2024.
It’s way past time to stop playing games with these people.

A parliamentary rule in the House of Representatives called the "motion to vacate the chair" is playing a major role in Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy's (R-CA) bid to become speaker of the House.
A motion to vacate is a parliamentary procedure similar to a vote of no confidence in which members of the body can submit a request for the presiding officer to step down. McCarthy reportedly told his conservative naysayers this week that he would lower the number of members needed to bring forth a motion to vacate and force a vote on the House floor.
As the rule currently stands, half of the House GOP would have to vote to bring forward a motion to remove a leader. McCarthy has apparently agreed to lower that number to "less than five," according to CNN. This may not be enough to appease his most ardent critics, who reportedly want just one member to be able to force a vote on the speaker's suitability. However, the centrist wing of the GOP has suggested they don't want to lower the threshold to less than 50.
Before the 116th Congress that began in 2019, any member could, in theory, bring forward the motion at any time and force a vote on it. This changed to requiring the approval of the majority of the party bringing forward the motion. Though the option was available, it was only used twice — once in 1910 against Speaker Joseph Cannon (R-IL) and in 2015 when then-Rep. Mark Meadows (R-NC) tried to use it against Speaker John Boehner (R-OH). Neither of the previous motions was successful in ousting the speaker but did weaken their political power.
In Cannon's case, he brought it against himself to end a 26-hour filibuster to block any legislative business until he stepped aside. The motion failed because Republicans wouldn't risk a Democratic speaker, but his near-autocratic rule over the House was greatly lessened. When Meadows tried it against Boehner, his motion was referred to the rules committee and did not trigger a vote, but it contributed to the storm of criticism from within the GOP that led to Boehner's resignation from Congress later that year.
McCarthy previously said he wouldn't concede anything on the motion to vacate, and his change in direction could unlock the votes of members that currently appear poised to sink his speakership bid. He needs the support of half the present and voting members in the election on Jan. 3, and the slim Republican majority means he can only afford to lose a handful of votes. Five conservatives — former House Freedom Caucus Chairman Andy Biggs (R-AZ) and Reps. Matt Gaetz (R-FL), Bob Good (R-VA), Ralph Norman (R-SC), and Matt Rosendale (R-MT) — voiced that they would not support McCarthy on the floor and would continue to vote as a bloc in the weeks leading up to the start of the new Congress.
The leadership election will be on Tuesday, Jan. 3, the first day of the 118th Congress.

The antithetical quality of the two epithets is meant to refer to the alterning opposite conditions and is commonly found in the indigitamenta: in relation to Janus, Macrobius cites instances of Antevorta and Postvorta, the personifications of two indigitations of Carmentis. These epithets are associated with the ritual function of Janus in the opening of the Porta Ianualis or Porta Belli. The rite might go back to times pre-dating the founding of Rome. Poets tried to explain this rite by imagining that the gate closed either war or peace inside the ianus, but in its religious significance it might have been meant to propitiate the return home of the victorious soldiers.
Janus was also involved in spatial transitions, presiding over home doors, city gates and boundaries. Numerous toponyms of places located at the boundary between the territory of two communities, especially Etrurians and Latins or Umbrians, are named after the god. The most notable instance is the Ianiculum which marked the access to Etruria from Rome. Since borders often coincided with rivers and the border of Rome (and other Italics) with Etruria was the Tiber, it has been argued that its crossing had a religious connotation; it would have involved a set of rigorous apotropaic practices and a devotional attitude. Janus would have originally regulated particularly the crossing of this sacred river through the pons sublicius. The name of the Iāniculum is not derived by that of the god, but from the abstract noun iānus, -us. Adams Holland opines it would have been originally the name of a small bridge connecting the Tiber Island (on which she supposes the first shrine of Janus stood) with the right bank of the river. However Janus was the protector of doors, gates and roadways in general, as is shown by his two symbols, the key and the staff. The key too was a sign that the traveller had come to a harbour or ford in peace to exchange his goods.
The rite of the bride's oiling the posts of the door of her new home with wolf fat at her arrival, though not mentioning Janus explicitly, is a rite of passage related to the ianua.
The temple of Janus was dedicated by Gaius Duilius on 17 August, day of the Portunalia. The key was the symbol of both gods and was also meant to signify that the boarding boat was a peaceful merchant boat.
