President Donald Trump's former national security adviser, H.R. McMaster, said U.S.-backed peace talks in Afghanistan are doomed to end in "failure" and warned the risk of another 9/11-style attack on America is "very high."

McMaster served as Trump's second national security adviser, appointed to the job in February 2017 after Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn was fired for lying about his contacts with the Russian ambassador. Flynn had served in the post less than a month, and McMaster said the White House was not the "well-oiled machine" the president claimed when he arrived.

But his book is not a dramatic tell-all documenting his 13 months in the White House. McMaster said he had no desire to write another "palace intrigue" memoir. Instead, he offers a thoughtful critique of U.S. foreign policy and a restrained assessment of Trump’s approach to North Korea, Afghanistan and other global hotspots.

He says Trump saw a summit with Kim Jong Un as "irresistible." He said he "can't really explain" why Trump seems so deferential to Russian President Vladimir Putin. He won't say if he supports a second Trump term.

"I'm determined, even in retirement, not to be dragged into partisan politics," he said.

Indeed, McMaster takes pains in his book not to attack Trump too directly or too harshly, and in the interview, he tiptoed around some of the most nettlesome issues confronting the White House right now. He says the Obama administration and other presidents also engaged in what he calls "strategic narcissism," in which they base foreign policy decisions more on hopes and dreams than on reality.

But McMaster makes clear he disagreed with some of the president’s decisions – such as withdrawing from the Paris climate accords and negotiating with the Taliban, which he says was based on a "fantasy" and "wishful thinking" that the militant Islamic group would renounce its ties to al-Qaida, which orchestrated the 9/11 attacks.

(CNSNews.com) – Americans United for Life on Friday acknowledged the late Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s contributions prior to being a judge in ‘bringing down legal barriers to women’s advancement” but it said that her reputation will forever be “deeply contentious” because of her “anti-life jurisprudence.”

“Americans United for Life is grateful for Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s contributions as an advocate prior to being a judge, in bringing down legal barriers to women’s advancement in American society. We are deeply saddened by her death, particularly at this moment in our nation’s history,” Americans United for Life President and CEO Catherine Glenn Foster said in a statement.

“Justice Ginsburg’s reputation will regrettably forever be deeply contentious due to her anti-life jurisprudence. While Justice Ginsburg will remain an icon for millions of Americans, she will also remain a lightning rod akin to Chief Justice Roger Taney. What Taney’s Dred Scott decision was in his time, Roe and its jurisprudence of violence remain in our own time,” Foster said.

She said that “future generations will not smile on the culture of indifference toward human life that Justice Ginsburg perpetuated for women who deserve better.”

ANALYSIS/OPINION:

Fox News saw a bit of a dust-up this week when Newt Gingrich, former speaker of the House, referred on air to the influences of billionaire George Soros on the violence that’s gone forth in the streets of mostly Democrat-controlled communities — only to have his comments shut down. Censored, some might even say.

Apologies and clarifications soon after came. But let’s be clear and let’s stay clear on this: Soros is indeed diddling in America’s political and legal systems. And his diddling is indeed having a “have at it” effect on those who would take to the streets, with bricks, to express their frustrations with President Donald Trump.

This is no conspiracy theory.

This is no tin foil hat moment.

This is a fact — a traceable, verifiable fact. What’s more, it’s not too hard to trace and verify.

In the 2018-2019 election cycle, Soros spent more than $2 million on three commonwealth’s attorney races in Northern Virginia. As The Daily Signal wrote it up: “Radical social justice activists will serve as the top prosecutors for three major Washington, D.C., suburbs — including the two wealthiest counties in the U.S. — after George Soros’ political action committee poured $2.1 million into ordinarily sleepy local races.”

Even The Washington Post recognized his financial contributions — at least part of them.

“PAC funded by George Soros pumps nearly $1 million into local races for prosecutor,” the newspaper wrote in June 2019.

Soros tossed almost another $2 million into a Philadelphia district attorney race, helping his candidate of choice, Larry Krasner, actually win. And then he threw more behind other Pennsylvania candidates, too.

“George Soros wading into the Delco District Attorney race shows problematic influence,” Christine Flowers of The Philadelphia Inquirer wrote in November 2019.

Why is this problematic?

Flowers nailed it. Soros, she wrote, has “no connection to the Philadelphia area,” yet “tried to manipulate” the local political machine to his will with $1 million “to get a Delco Democrat elected.”

It’s what he does. It’s how Soros spends his money — by buying or trying to buy political influence and political candidates.

Between 2014 and 2019, Soros spent around $17 million on local law enforcement races around the country, including $2 million to stop the strictly conservative, strictly law and order Sheriff Joe Arpaio in Maricopa County, Arizona, from grabbing the seat.

These are not hidden wheelings and dealings.

These are not hard-to-track, tough-to-discover campaign contributions.

“Soros Aims to Transform the Justice System by Funding DA Races,” Capital Research Center wrote in one headline from December 2019.

Indeed he does.

And there’s nothing quiet about it.

Except maybe the silence of many in the news media.

But facts are facts. And the fact that Soros, a social justice warrior who advocates for the same types of prison reform that make up the leftist talking points — you know, that Blacks are targeted by police for arrest, and criminals in America are too harshly treated — the fact he presses these ideas absolutely explains the thuggery in the streets right now. The fact he furthers these principles absolutely explains the emboldened thugs in the streets right now.

If Soros funds far leftist prosecutors who think justice is about skin color first, alleged crime second, then who’s to prosecute the thuggish, violent street protesters? Who’s to put the Antifa terrorists behind bars? Who’s to reel in the Black Lives Matter radicals tossing Molotov cocktails?

Nobody.

Like it or not, this is Soros’ money, this is the Soros influence, at work.

The Coudenhove-Kalergi plan – The genocide of the Peoples of Europe

What the elites try to present as an inevitability of modern life, is actually the product of a plan conceived around a table and prepared over decades, to completely change the face of our continent.

The Pan-Europe

Few people know that one of the main instigators of the process of European integration, was a man who also conceived the genocide of the peoples of Europe. He was a sinister individual whose existence is unknown to the masses of our people, but the political elites consider him the founder of the European Union. His name is Richard von Coudenhove Kalergi. His father was an Austrian diplomat named Heinrich von Coudenhove-Kalergi (with connections to the Byzantine family of the Kallergis), and his mother the Japanese Mitsu Aoyama.

Thanks to his close contacts with European aristocrats and politicians, and due to the network of relationships created by his nobleman-diplomat father, Richard von Coudenhove-Kalergi was able to work unseen, away from the glare of publicity, and he managed to engage the co-operation of the most influential European heads of state for his plan, making them supporters and collaborators in his “project of European integration”.

In 1922 he founded the “Pan-European” movement in Vienna, which aimed to create a New World Order, based on a federation of nations led by the United States. European integration would be just the first step in creating a world government. His earliest supporters included Czech politicians Tomáš Masaryk and Edvard Beneš, and the German Jewish banker Max Warburg, who invested 60,000 marks in the project. The Austrian Chancellor Ignaz Seipel and the next president of Austria, Karl Renner, took early responsibility for leading the “Pan-European” movement and later, French politicians, such as Léon Bloum, Aristide Briand, Alcide De Gasperi etc., offered their help.

With the rise of Fascism in Europe during the 1930s, the project of European integration was abandoned and the “Pan-European” movement was forced to dissolve. However, after the Second World War, and thanks to frantic and tireless activity and the support of Winston Churchill, the Jewish Masonic Lodge B’nai B’rith and major newspapers like the New York Times, Kalergi managed to gain acceptance for his plan by the United States Government and later the CIA became involved in driving the plan towards completion.
