I found the Democrats next major play for Covid-19 testing and inflating the numbers.

They are moving toward something called 'Pool Testing'. It is quite devious in regards to how they will end up reporting the numbers. This was discovered in an internal email at Stanford and was referencing a Wall Street Journal article ( https://www.wsj.com/articles/labs-turn-to-pooled-testing-for-more-efficient-covid-19-surveillance-11593521544 ) detailing the process. I do not have a WSJ Journal account to link the text but basically it breaks down to this:

They swab a large number of people and process them ALL on the same single test medium. I'm just grabbing a number here, but lets say they swab 60 people and then run the test in a 'pool'. The chances of the test coming back positive is pretty high, but the thing is that this will end up resulting in a statistic of them saying '60 new positives recorded today' meanwhile only 1-3 of the tested swabs actually had a virus. Now everyone that was involved in that pool test now needs to be tested AGAIN to 'rule out' the positive test against the new secondary tests.

End result? 10 pool batches with 60 swabs each will results in an amazing 600 new daily cases! Only when they are secondary swabbed with the results be changed to negative, but the mainstream media will use this hysteria to inflate the numbers and further scare the sleeping masses.

We must hold the testing facilities accountable as seen by FOX35 in Florida. If new numbers start exploding somewhere verify with the facilities if they implemented pool testing and how quickly they are resolving PUIs against their secondary tests.

Before you don't read this because it's about high end art, apparently Mnuchin and Ivanka are considering an expansion of the 1031 Exchange (usually used for real estate transactions) to art that "appreciates" in value, thereby eliminating the capital gains when the painting is sold.

From my point of view, this is a gift to only the high end galleries and collectors. It leaves small galleries, artists, and people who buy a painting "because they like it" out in the financial cold. Why subsidize the elite galleries and collectors with tax breaks? Is it because Mnuchin's father is a gallery owner and collector?

I don't think these elites, who are very wealthy, should be subsidized with tax payer dollars. The other segment that is being subsidized are the non-profit art organizations who have full time grant specialists to feed the beast.

Meanwhile, small galleries and artists are having a very tough time.

Chevron to buy Noble for $5 billion in stock, biggest oil deal since price crash

Chevron Corp (CVX.N) said on Monday it would buy oil and gas producer Noble Energy Inc (NBL.O) for about $5 billion in stock, the first big energy deal since the coronavirus crisis crushed global demand for oil and sent crude prices to historic lows. Chevron, which last year dropped its offer for Anadarko when Occidental Petroleum Corp (OXY.N) bid more, has been seen as a financially disciplined oil major best positioned to strike a deal during the downturn. This purchase boosts its investments in U.S. shale and in natural gas with Noble’s flagship Leviathan field in Israel, the largest natural gas field in the eastern Mediterranean. Chevron would be the first oil major to enter the country.

The deal helps diversify Chevron assets, said Tom Ellacott, senior vice president at Wood Mackenzie, adding that Israel “will rebalance the portfolio towards gas and provide a springboard” in the region.

Chevron’s shift to more natural gas output comes as oil companies are under pressure from investors to reduce their carbon footprint. Gas is seen as a cleaner burning fuel that can cut greenhouse gas emissions. The deal “is a tremendous expression of confidence in the Israeli energy market, and in the continued development and export of natural gas from Israel,” Israel’s Energy Minister Yuval Steinitz said in a statement.

Chevron Chief Executive Officer Mike Wirth characterized the purchase as a way to generate cost savings and add to reserves. “This is nearly 7 billion barrels of resource that is added to our inventory at attractive economics and, we think, good long-term value creation,” Wirth said. Noble “offers an unique combination of shale as well long-cycle assets,” much as Anadarko would have, said Jennifer Rowland, analyst with Edward Jones.

It is unlikely to spark a wave of consolidation in the industry or pressure other companies to make a deal, she said. The market can “never rule out a bidding war,” but the smaller scale of this deal - $5 billion versus the $33 billion Chevron had offered for Anadarko - means that other “prospective buyers would find it easier to replicate via other means,” said Pavel Molchanov, analyst with Raymond James.

Noble’s assets will expand Chevron’s shale presence in Colorado and the Permian Basin, the top U.S. shale field, where margins and drilling have been decimated by the collapse in prices. Chevron, under pressure to expand output before existing Permian production tails off, last year tried to double down on its bet on surging shale output by bidding for Anadarko, but ultimately walked away and instead pocketed a $1 billion break fee.

This spring, oil prices plunged to historic lows, with U.S. crude averaging $20 per barrel as the coronavirus crisis halted travel and decimated fuel demand. While prices have rebounded, they remain depressed, making assets cheaper. Just seven months ago, Noble had a market capitalization of about $12 billion. Shares of Noble were up about 6% to $10.23, after falling more than 60% this year through Friday’s close. Chevron was down 1.5% to $85.85.

The offer values Noble at $10.38 a share, a 7.5% premium to its Friday close. Including the company’s debt pile, the deal is worth roughly $13 billion.

Monday, 12:30 PM – ABC News reports that the Suspect in shooting of Judge Salas family was found dead of an apparently self-inflicted gunshot wound.

A gunman wearing a FedEx driver’s uniform came to the home of a federal judge connected to high-profile cases, one involving Jeffery Epstein, killing her son and leaving her husband in critical condition after they answered the door to the assailant, according to news reports and law enforcement officials.

Judge Esther Salas is linked to federal court cases involving Jeffery Epstein, and oversaw cases involving the reality TV couple the “Real Housewives of New Jersey,” as well as very dangerous gangs that operated the state.

The killings are now being investigated by the FBI and occurred at the families North Brunswick home around 5 p.m., according to reports.

Salas’s husband was defense lawyer Mark Anderl, 63. According to reports he survived but was left seriously injured and is in critical condition at a local hospital. Judge Salas was in the basement at the time of the shooting and was not injured in the shooting, according to Fox News.

According to local New Jersey reports, Daniel Anderl , was the judge’s 20-year-old son and a student at Catholic University in Washington, D.C.

Feds: Illegal Alien Attacked Female Jogger After Being Freed from Jail

Julio Andres Gonzalez-Palacios, a 23-year-old illegal alien from Guatemala, was in Denver Police Department custody on July 9 after being arrested and charged with assault and burglary.

ICE officials said they placed a detainer on Gonzalez-Palacios on July 10, requesting that he be held in local custody until federal immigration agents could transfer him into their custody. The Denver Police Department said they notified ICE three and half hours before Gonzalez-Palacios’ release.

The heads-up, though, was not enough time for ICE agents to take Gonzalez-Palacios into their custody, and he was freed into the general public. Colorado’s sanctuary state policy prohibits law enforcement from holding a suspect for ICE.

The next day, on July 11, Gonzalez-Palacios allegedly attacked a female jogger with a board. The woman has been seriously injured and is still recovering in the hospital. Gonzalez-Palacios was arrested and charged with assault with a deadly weapon.

“This was a completely preventable crime,” Colorado ICE official John Fabbricatore said in a statement. “Gonzalez-Palacios could have been safely transferred to ICE custody and he may have been removed from the country, but due to Colorado’s misguided sanctuary law, law enforcement agencies are no longer able to work with us to keep repeat offenders off the streets.”

According to ICE, Gonzalez-Palacios has been convicted of multiple crimes in Denver since 2017, including theft, assault, failure to appear in court, and trespassing.

Gonzalez-Palacios first entered the United States on a B visa, meant for temporary visitors. He was supposed to leave the U.S. by June 4, 2017, but instead has remained illegally present in the country.

Gonzalez-Palacios is currently being held at the Arapahoe County Jail. ICE officials have again placed a detainer on the illegal alien, requesting he be turned over to their custody if released at any time.

Last year, Colorado officials freed an illegal alien from Cuba who went on to be arrested less than a month later for attempted murder.
