Confidence in US military at two-decade low – poll

Support for the armed forces has plummeted since President Joe Biden took office

Fewer Americans are confident in their military than at any point since 1997, according to a Gallup poll published on Monday. With trust in the armed forces dropping ten points in the last two years, the services are currently grappling with a historic recruitment crisis.

Conducted in June, the poll found 60% of respondents expressing “a great deal” or “quite a lot” of confidence in the military, down from 64% last year. Public confidence in the military last dipped to 60% in 1997, and has not been lower since 1988, when it sat at 58%.

Public support for the US services soared following the 9/11 attacks in 2001, with the armed forces enjoying 82% approval when President George W. Bush invaded Iraq in 2003. While the surge of post-9/11 patriotism receded as the conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan dragged on, approval sat in the mid-70s until 2020, when it began to steadily decline year after year.

Republicans are traditionally more likely to back the military than Democrats, however their confidence has plummeted from 91% in 2020 to 68% today.

Republican politicians and pundits have been some of the Pentagon’s fiercest critics since Biden took office in 2021, and have lambasted the military for its vaccine mandates and its embrace of ‘woke’ politics – exemplified by its provision of ‘sex reassignment’ surgery to transgender troops, its teaching of ‘critical race theory,’ and its efforts to scrap gendered language in the barracks.

Biden’s withdrawal from Afghanistan in August 2021 – which saw 13 US troops killed in a suicide bombing and tens of billions of dollars worth of US equipment fall into Taliban hands – also earned scathing condemnation from both sides of the political spectrum.

With public support falling, the armed forces are struggling to fill their ranks. Leaders from the army, navy, and air force told a Congressional hearing in March that they all expect to fall short of their recruitment targets this year, after the army experienced its worst year for recruitment last year since the abolition of the draft in 1973.

Of the17-24-year-olds typically targetedby military recruiters,80% are physically unfit for service due to obesity, drug use, or poor mental health, according to a Pentagon study published in March. Furthermore, only 9% of this age group are interested in joining in the first place, Army Secretary Christine Wormuth told CNBC News in October.

Flannery Associates LLC, an agricultural land buyer, is seeking more than $510 million in damages against defendants that include Barnes Family Ranch Associates LLC and Kirby Hill Associates LLC over the sale of properties in the Jepson Prairie and Montezuma Hills area of Solano County, California, between San Francisco and Sacramento. ( claiming they conspired to inflate the price of real estate by hundreds of millions of dollars and overcharged the company in violation of U.S. antitrust law.)

"If the conspirators had acted independently, they could have each individually negotiated a sale with Flannery and made tens of millions of dollars in profits," Flannery's attorneys said in the complaint. "But the conspirators wanted to make hundreds of millions."

In the lawsuit, Flannery said land it has acquired is used for interstate commerce. The company said various energy and power entities had contracts or proposals to operate on Flannery-owned land in the region.

The lawsuit alleged "the price-fixing conspiracy has resulted in the suppression and elimination of competition, leading to artificially high prices and fewer transactions."

The case is Flannery Associates LLC v. Barnes Family Ranch Associates LLC et al, U.S. District Court, Eastern District of California, No. 2:23-cv-00927-TLN-AC.

‘Mystery company’ buys $1B worth of land near US Air Force base

Flannery Associates, a limited liability company that is registered in Delaware, has purchased around 52,000 acres of mostly farmland near Travis Air Force Base in Solano County, which lies about 60 miles northeast of San Francisco.

The firm, which in five years has become the largest landowner in the county, is now the subject of an inquiry by the federal government, according to The Wall Street Journal.

The buying spree by Flannery has led the Agriculture Department to request information on the company’s ownership structure, according to the Journal.

lawyer for Flannery told the Journal the company is controlled by US nationals and that 97% of its invested capital is from American investors while the rest is from British and Irish sources.

Last month, company sent a formal response letter to the Agriculture Department, which was provided to The Post by Flannery lawyer Richard Melnyk.

“No foreign person…or group of foreign persons holds any significant interest or substantial control…over Flannery, either now or at the time of any land purchase made by Flannery,” according to the letter, dated June 21.

The Air Force’s Foreign Investment Risk Review Office, which has been investigating the purchases by Flannery for months, has not been able to determine who is behind the company, according to the Journal.

Flannery once told Solano County officials that the firm “is owned by a group of families looking to diversify their portfolio from equities into real assets, including agricultural land in the western United States.”

Lawmakers, however, are demanding answers.

“We don’t know who Flannery is, and their extensive purchases do not make sense to anybody in the area,” said Rep. John Garamendi, (D-Caifl.) the top Democrat on the House Armed Services Committee’s readiness panel.

“The fact that they’re buying land purposefully right up to the fence at Travis raises significant questions.”

Flannery is not required to disclose its owners because it is an LLC that was registered in Delaware.

Melnyk refused further requests for comment by The Post.

Recent signals suggest the indictment vote could be imminent.

Federal grand juries consist of between 16 to 23 people and meet behind closed doors. At least 16 jurors must be present for a quorum, and at least 12 must vote in favor of the indictment for it to be returned.

The grand jurors — all D.C. residents, in this case — are asked to vote on whether there is probable cause to believe the individual in question committed a crime. It’s a much lower standard than prosecutors would need to prove at trial: proof beyond a reasonable doubt.

The charges prosecutors would seek remain unclear. After the vote, the indictment would under normal procedure be given to the duty magistrate judge in D.C.’s federal courthouse.

On Tuesday, Judge Moxila Upadhyaya is scheduled as the duty magistrate. A separate judge would oversee the trial.

Project Veritas has just released information and audio about how they came by the Ashley Biden diary. In the video below, they include the audio call from one of the people who found Ashley’s diary, and she details how she came by them. She also warns, “The diary is pretty crazy.”

But perhaps the most shocking thing in the video is that it includes a conversation Project Veritas has with Ashley Biden, who confirms that the items are hers and tries to arrange with Project Veritas to get the incriminating material about her father back.

Redstate.com reports: Ashley asks if they could set up a meeting with her “friend, Eric,” who was down in Del Rey, so he could pick up the material for her. The PV person asks her about the diary; she repeats her request that they give everything to Eric. The PV guy says he just wants to make sure that he’s turning it over to the right person. Then Ashley says that she doesn’t want to “have to get Secret Service involved in this” because it’s a “whole process.” But she said, “I am Ashley Biden; it is my stuff.” She confirms that the bag that was found was also hers as well. She tries to arrange for a meeting to turn over the material.

Now this was happening in October 2020. PV then sent a letter to Biden’s presidential campaign asking for comment but didn’t publish the diary. Meanwhile, the Biden campaign allegedly notified the DOJ about the situation, and they immediately opened a case, according to PV. PV then turned over the items to law enforcement.

But that wasn’t the end of it, as Project Veritas and James O’Keefe found out. Project Veritas journalists were raided by the FBI in November 2021 (after Joe Biden came to power). They seized a boatload of electronic devices — 47 — including laptops, cellphones, and thumb drives. They said no one was arrested or charged with any crime. They also note that the NY Times’ Michael Schmidt contacted them immediately after the raids. Hmm, who told him about the raids? PV accused the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York of “spying” on their journalists even before the raid.

A judge ordered the DOJ to stop the extraction of material from the phones of James O’Keefe and other people who were connected with Project Veritas at the time.

As we reported, two people who originally found the diary and the other material pled guilty to federal charges about it. As we noted, there were allegedly entries about inappropriate showers in the diary.

China's Volt Typhoon APT Burrows Deeper Into US Critical Infrastructure

US officials are concerned that the Beijing-directed cyberattacks could be a precursor to military disruption and broader destructive attacks on citizens and businesses.

The US military was reckoning with two major cyber concerns over the weekend — one the widespread and still unresolved Chinese campaign known as Volt Typhoon targeting military bases, and the other an insider breach affecting Air Force and FBI communications.

Biden administration officials have confirmed that Volt Typhoon's malware is much more endemic than previously thought; responders have found it planted inside numerous networks controlling the communications, power, and water feeding US military bases at home and abroad, according to The New York Times.

Also concerning, those same networks also touch run of the mill businesses and individuals as well — and investigators are having a hard time assessing the full footprint of the infestation.

Meanwhile, a search warrant obtained by Forbes revealed that the Pentagon is dealing with a wholly separate cyber intrusion — in this case, a communications compromise affecting 17 Air Force facilities, and possibly the FBI as well, courtesy of an Air Force engineer.

Chinese Malware a 'Ticking Time Bomb' Inside Critical US Networks

The Chinese state-aligned advanced persistent threat (APT) behind Volt Typhoon, aka "Vanguard Panda," came to attention after Microsoft observed Chinese cyber activity in Guam, the site of a US military base strategically significant to the defense of Taiwan against Chinese aggression. Microsoft posited at the time "that this Volt Typhoon campaign is pursuing development of capabilities that could disrupt critical communications infrastructure between the United States and Asia region during future crises."

That case, disclosed in May, has turned out to be just one small part of a much broader campaign, and the aim towards being in place to carry out destruction now seems increasingly likely as a motivation; sources told the Times that the attackers are in a position to handicap military response and supply chains for materiel should a kinetic conflict kick off.

"More than a dozen US officials and industry experts said in interviews over the past two months that the Chinese effort goes far beyond telecommunications systems and predated the May report by at least a year," the New York Times reported July 29, with one congressman pithily labeling the campaign "a ticking time bomb."

Further, the Times reported that "There is a debate inside the administration over whether the goal of the operation is primarily aimed at disrupting the military, or at civilian life more broadly in the event of a conflict."

Hungarian Foreign Minister Péter Szijjártó has claimed that the member countries of the European Union are expecting to fund the war in Ukraine for at least another four years at a cost of €5 billion per year.

In a video posted online, Szijjártó states “The European Union thinks that there will be war in Ukraine for another four years. How many people will die in four years? How many Hungarians will die in four years? And how much more devastation will be created in four years that someone will then have to repair?”

The comments prompted Slovakian Foreign Minister Miroslav Wlachovský to respond “Dear Péter, please do not tell what other people think before you ask them. EU consists of 27 countries. Wlachovský added “Russians, go home! Let there be peace! 1956,” referring to the year that there was an anti-Soviet uprising in Hungary.

Wlachovský’s post then prompted Hungarian Minister of State Tamás Menczer to respond “Minister Wlachovsky either has a bad short-term memory — and this is a benign assumption — or he is lying.”

Menczer further noted that EU foreign ministers agreed at their last meeting to propose financing arms shipments to Ukraine for the next four years at a combined cost of €20 billion.

“The Slovak foreign minister did not oppose the proposal,” Menczer continued, then posing the question “If there will be no war in the next four years, why should there be financing for arms supplies?”

“The Hungarian position is unchanged: We want an immediate ceasefire and peace,” Menczer concluded.

Who knows how much more the U.S. will send to Ukraine in that time.

This comes as Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky commented last week that “As long as the war continues, nothing can be enough,” despite Ukraine having received an estimated €165 billion ($185.6 billion) from Western nations, including the U.S.

She was admitted to Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston on Monday, Murphy’s office announced.

Oliver rose to the post of Assembly speaker in 2010 before losing the seat to Vincent Pietro in 2013, Fox16 reported.

While serving as acting governor in Murphy’s absence, she signed a number of bills that included a pilot program to revamp the state’s juvenile justice system in four Garden State cities, the outlet reported.

Oliver became lieutenant governor in 2018, and also served as the head of the Department of Community Affairs.

Prior to her election to the state Assembly, she served on the Essex County board of freeholders from 1996 until 1999.

Following her hospital admission earlier this week, Senate President Nicholas Scuarti acted in Oliver’s place, as per the state’s constitution.

Thomas Ulrich Brechbuhl (born January 19, 1964) is a Swiss-American businessman and former government official, having held the position of Counselor of the United States Department of State from May 1, 2018, to January 20, 2021.[1][2] He was appointed by and reported to Secretary of State Mike Pompeo,[3][4] and replaced Maliz E. Beams. Along with the role of Counselor, he served as the Acting Under Secretary for Public Diplomacy and Public Affairs at the Department of State from March to September 2020.

Early life and education

Brechbuhl was born in Switzerland and grew up in Garden City, New York.[5] He attended the Waldorf School of Garden City through 12th grade,[6] serving as president of the student council his senior year.[7] He graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 1986.[8] His college yearbook describes him as a "hardworking and disciplined" student, a member of the Chapel Choir, Scoutmaster's Council, French Club, and the Lacrosse team.[9] He was a classmate of Brian Bulatao and Mike Pompeo and later helped Pompeo found Thayer Aerospace.[10]

After leaving military service he completed his Master of Business Administration at the Harvard Business School in 1994.[5]

Career

Following his graduation from West Point, Brechbuhl was stationed in Europe as an officer with the 2nd Armored Cavalry Regiment and during the Persian Gulf War he served with the 1st Squadron, 7th Cavalry in the U.S. Army's 1st Cavalry Division. After graduating from the Harvard Business School, he worked for Bain and Company, Inc., from 1993 until 1998.[5] Brechbuhl joined Pompeo and two other college friends in founding Thayer Aerospace, which was partly funded by Wichita's Koch Venture Capital, Cardinal Investment Co. and Bain & Co. He served as CFO.[11] Following his role as President and CEO of Migratec, Brechbuhl served as Chief Executive Officer of Chamberlin Edmonds and Associates Inc., a subsidiary of Emdeon, from 2004 until 2014.[12]

Before becoming Counselor, Brechbuhl was president of Appenzeller Point, LLC. Prior to that, he was executive chairman of Avadyne Health.

On the 77th anniversary of the Battle of Athens, one tiny Tennessee town's story proves something can, indeed, be done to fight political corruption.

In the summer of 1946, war-weary GIs began to return from World War II battlefronts in Europe and Japan, ready to resume life in their sleepy Tennessee town. What they found, instead, infuriated them to the core. A power-hungry Democrat and his associates had since usurped local government and law enforcement, and had imposed a maniacal chokehold on the McMinn County town through extortive fines, excess laws, and arrests of anyone who opposed them.

While the soldiers were away fighting power-hungry foreign enemies in 1936, Paul Cantrell, a Democrat from a wealthy and prominent family, used that influence to win the position of sheriff. Though many Athens citizens strongly suspected Cantrell hadn’t been elected through entirely legal means, there appeared to be no way to challenge the results.

As the years passed, Cantrell and his deputies took full advantage of Tennessee law which gave the unscrupulous men a fee for each person arrested, jailed, and released. According to some accounts, the lawmen even pulled over buses that happened to pass through town, summarily arrested everyone on board for drunkenness — whether or not they actually were — in order to profit handily from their misfortune. But such arrests and fines required paperwork — which meant traceable money — and to some degree hindered the men’s ability to rake in cash.

“It was less troublesome to collect kickbacks for allowing roadhouses to operate openly,” American Heritage explained. “Cooperative owners would point out influential patrons. They were not bothered, but the rest were subject to shakedowns. Prostitution, liquor, and gambling grew so prevalent that it became common knowledge in Tennessee that Athens was ‘wide open.’”

Because Cantrell and his cronies faced only limited opposition, they thwarted subsequent elections by transporting ballot boxes from every precinct to the McMinn County Jail to be counted behind closed doors. Neutral elections observers became the ‘enemy’ and were frequently forcefully ejected from polling sites, if not arrested.

With nearly 10 percent of the town’s population fighting overseas, the beleaguered citizens didn’t feel there was much they could do to fight the nefarious political machine.

Cantrell eventually moved on to become a state senator, leaving Pat Mansfield to become his successor as sheriff — exactly as they had planned — but by the time soldiers were arriving home, Cantrell intended to resume his position as McMinn County Sheriff.

By 1946, most GIs had returned home to find the liberties and freedoms they assumed they’d fought for quashed by the succession of zealous sheriffs and their deputies, who made a racket of roughing up and arresting the former soldiers. But their profiteering scheme wasn’t exactly well-received.

VIDEO: Cops in Spain Arrest Mexican Los Zetas’ European Cartel Boss

Authorities in Spain announced the arrest of a 54-year-old Moroccan man who they claim was the leader in Europe of the fearsome Mexican cartel known as Los Zetas. The arrest comes soon after U.S. authorities revealed that the Sinaloa Cartel and Cartel Jalisco New Generation had close to 44,000 members in 100 countries around the globe.

The arrest took place this week in Madrid, when authorities arrested five drug traffickers and seized close to 1,000 kilograms of cocaine and €200,000. The head of the criminal organization has been identified as a man named Said, 54, who was described as very elusive and difficult to track. According to authorities, Said was based in Madrid but expanded the presence of Los Zetas to other parts of Spain.

Spain’s National Police carried out the arrest, along with U.S. Homeland Security and Colombia’s National Police. Spanish authorities released a short video of the actual arrest.

The information released by Spanish authorities does not show any participation by Mexican authorities in the arrest of the Los Zetas leader, even though that criminal organization is based in Mexico.

The arrest of a top Los Zetas operator in Spain comes just days after the head of the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration Anne Milgram, testified before Congress that the Sinaloa Cartel and Cartel Jalisco New Generation had close to 44,000 members and associates in 100 countries. As Breitbart Texas reported, Last week Mexico’s President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador criticized Milgram’s comments demanding that she provide proof. Lopez Obrador has been internationally criticized for his refusal to fight drug cartels, claiming that violence is not the answer.

In a sign the Department of Justice expects it will be forced to go head-to-head with Maxwell in a courtroom for a second time, they have asked a New York judge to agree to the “categorical withholding” of the FBI’s top-secret files on her sex predator pal, Jeffrey Epstein, Knewz.com has exclusively learned.

The website RadarOnline.com sued the FBI in 2017 and demanded they reveal their entire case against Epstein, the former friend of Presidents Donald Trump, Bill Clinton, Bill Gates and other famous identities, who died in his Manhattan jail cell on Aug. 10 that year.

Ever since, the FBI and the Department of Justice have been relentlessly fighting to keep the majority of the documents from RadarOnline.com and out of the public.

In their latest filing in the near six-year lawsuit, Maurene Comey, the lead prosecutor against Maxwell, admitted the FBI is sitting on unreleased information that could impact a jury appeal in any appeal from Maxwell.

Comey — the daughter of former FBI director James Comey — admitted the Epstein files include exhibits that were not publicly filed at the first trial, specific information about witnesses who may testify at a new trial, as well as “information and documents” authored by potential trial witnesses.

The files include topics and witness statements that “go far beyond the issues covered during the first trial,” Comey said in a July 11 declaration to the United States District Court Southern District of New York.

“The first trial focused primarily on the abuse of six victims, and many exhibits were received under seal to protect the privacy of those victims and other third parties,” she added.

“The withheld records include statements from and evidence regarding many more victims of Epstein and numerous witnesses who were not called or referenced during the first trial, including some who the Government may elect to call and/or reference if this case were to be retried."

“Accordingly, premature release of the records would risk unduly influencing potential jurors for a retrial.”

Maxwell, 61, appealed her conviction after a jury found she joined and enabled the sexual abuse that Epstein committed on scores of teenagers and young women for more than a decade.

She has claimed she was prosecuted as a “proxy” for Epstein to “satisfy public outrage” over the case in the aftermath of his death in a Manhattan jail.

The former British socialite is serving a 20-year jail term at a federal facility in Tallahassee.

RadarOnline.com, represented by noted first amendment lawyer Dan Novack, filed suit in 2017 and alleged the FBI stonewalled its Freedom of Information Act request.

“Conspiracy Theorists” Were Right Again!

The pilot project of Brazil’s Central Bank Digital Currency the Real Digital allows the freezing of user wallets and reducing balances, as was always highly suspected by “conspiracy theorists!”

The Real Digital

The president of the Central Bank, Roberto Campos Neto, presented Brazil’s digital agenda back in November 2022 where a preview of the Real Digital app was presented. According to Campos “The Real Digital, the central bank digital currency (CBDC) in Brazil, appears to tokenize the banking system” he explained that the “CBDC is nothing more than a token issued by the bank upon deposit” (source).

However, it is clearly more than that as revealed in a report by Journalist Vini Barbosa on the website Portal do Bitcoin.

The Public Audit

On Monday the 3rd of July the Central Bank of Brazil (Bacen) published information on their Central Bank Digital Currency Pilot scheme which offered public participation in its audit. As a result, developers found that the digital currency allows the freezing and manipulation of users’ wallets.

According to Barbosa, following the publication of the documentation about the Brazilian CBDC pilot project on GitHub, the Central Bank of Brazil also allowed the start of a public audit of the system’s source code.

Developers

As we would expect, the audit attracted attention and feedback from a number of developers who went on to analyse the code leading to the discovery of a few unknown code functions (Commands). These functions essentially allow the controllers to make several relevant changes in the data of the CBDCs ledger, directly affecting its users.

Reverse Engineering

One full-stack developer Pedro Magalhães who specialises in Blockchain and DeFI, and the programming language Solidity, announced on LinkedIn that he had “discovered Solidity’s Source Code of the CBDC through the ABI (interface) of Real Digital using reverse engineering”.

Magalhães wrote “Recently, I delved into the world of ABIs (interfaces) of Real Digital, a Central Bank’s initiative, with the intention of exploring possible vulnerabilities for purely didactic purposes.”

In a conversation with Portal do Bitcoin, Magalhães explained “Reverse engineering is a technique to understand how a system works just by observing its behaviour” and that an Application Binary Interface (ABI) is “basically a way to interact with smart contracts on Ethereum.

Mar-A-Lago Property Manager Released On $100,000 Bond Amid Classified Documents Case With Trump, Arraignment Delayed

Mar-a-Lago property manager Carlos De Oliveira, who is involved in the classified documents case with former President Trump, was released on a $100,000 bond.

However, his arraignment has not yet taken place.

De Oliveira appeared in court on Monday at the James L. King Federal Courthouse in Miami. Federal prosecutors recently accused him of instructing another unnamed Trump employee to delete security footage at the Palm Beach property.

Last week, De Oliveira was added to the indictment alongside Trump and the ex-president's valet, Walt Nauta. He is facing charges including conspiracy to obstruct justice and lying to investigators.

During his court appearance, a magistrate judge in Miami's federal court read the charges against De Oliveira. The judge also ordered him to surrender his passport and sign an agreement to pay $100,000 if he fails to appear in court. De Oliveira's arraignment is scheduled for August 10 in Fort Pierce.

These developments in the classified documents case come as Trump awaits possible charges in another federal investigation related to his attempts to overturn the 2020 election results.

Trump, who is currently a front-runner in the 2024 Republican presidential primary race, claimed to have received a letter from special counsel Jack Smith indicating that he is a target of that investigation. Trump's legal team met with Smith's team last week. In June, Trump pleaded not guilty to 37 counts in the classified documents case and has consistently denied any wrongdoing.

A couple years ago I wrote an article on the growing global problem of human trafficking and the sex slavery trade. Another related ongoing shameful practice that’s also increasing globally is the harvesting of human organs from war victims and selling them on the black market. This presentation will focus on this deplorable crime being committed regularly on each of the current warfronts and beyond, who the profiteering perpetrators are and the beneficiary nations where organs are trafficked.

With the war in Syria still raging in its fifth year, the Damascus university medical doctor heading the newly formed Medical Forensics department Dr. Hussein Nofal estimates that at least 18,000 Syrians have had organs removed during the war thus far. Since the outbreak of war in 2012, 6.5 million people have been displaced within Syria and another 4.8 million have become refugees forced to flee to neighboring countries like Turkey and Lebanon or 10% have migrated to Europe. With another 386,000 estimated dead, that’s 11.7 million humans in Syria who have violently lost their lives or homes – stunningly over half the total prewar population of 22 millionSyrians.

All this tragic human horror only occurs because of an overly aggressive, imperialistic US-Israeli foreign policy creating a path of chaos and destruction across the Middle East and North Africa secretly supporting Islamic terrorists to fight US-Israeli proxy wars to illegally overthrow sovereign national governments like Assad’s. The ruling elite behind the Greater Israel Project deploys US Empire to manufacture unlawful wars and the subsequent largest migration crisis since WWII to willfully and methodically destabilize the world generating such dire human living conditions that expedite formation of a one world government.

The all too common human story is that thousands of Syrians unable to find work trapped in inhumane conditions at migrant refugee camps in adjacent countries have opted to desperately sell their organs in order to support their families. Parasitic criminal gangs and international cabal rings opportunistically set up thriving predatory operations exploiting the surplus of war refugees by organizing intricate organ trafficking networks throughout countries like Turkey, Lebanon, Jordan, Iraq and Egypt.

Ironically but also by criminal design, the two closest neighboring countries most powerful in the region that are most directly responsible for the Islamic terrorists and the MENA wars – Israel and Saudi Arabia – refuse to even take in a single refugee from the very same wars they both create and promote. Note that Israel, Saudi Arabia along with third wheel Turkey as part of the US Empire-led axis-of-evil, longtime regional ally and fellow NATO member Turkey received a $6.6 billion bribe from the bankrupted EU to “manage and control” the migration crisis, only to then turn around and unleash yet more waves of refugees pouring into Europe to this day. And it’s Turkey and Israel that both also play the most prominent role in the soaring organ trafficking epidemic as well. But more on that later.

Similar to Syrians, Palestinians in Israel have also been known to donate kidneys and other organs to feed their impoverished children. See a pattern here? Create extreme economic hardship purposely engineered to manipulate desperate parents trying to provide for their families, endangering themselves to give up their own body parts for sorely needed survival money.According to Dr. Nofal, donors in Turkey can earn $10,000 for a kidney while in war torn Iraq the price may be as low as $1,000 whereas in Syria and Lebanon the going rate for selling a kidney is around $3,000.

The barbaric crimes of a multibillion dollar gangster business sanctioned and protected by the likes of Israel, Turkey and the United States is yet one more crime against humanity committed daily by the mass murdering cabal. Rather than accept the evils of global slavery and organ trafficking perpetrated by power and profit driven psychopaths with total impunity, the corrupt, criminal victimization of preying on and murdering poor humans to keep a few rich humans alive is morally reprehensible. The perps need to be held accountable while their victims need justice.

Elizabeth Hirsh Naftali has sent millions to liberal politicians and causes, regularly visited White House

A Tennessee school district offered voluntary Diversity, Equity and Inclusion training for staff that included a section about how people who are white, male, cisgender, heterosexual or Christian are considered privileged while people of color and those who are nonbinary, polyamorous or pagan are oppressed.

The parental rights group Parents Defending Education obtained a presentation, published Monday by Fox News Digital, from the Clarksville-Montgomery County School System through a public records request.

The presentation from the district's July 19 ENGAGE conference was titled, "The World Needs More Purple People," and it promoted using Diversity, Equity and Inclusion to connect with students.

A "privilege" and "oppression" chart is included in the slideshow. It states that "Privilege Status" is associated with the labels "white," "able-bodied," "men, cisgender," "heterosexual," "Christian," and "middle class."

Meanwhile, the presentation states that "Oppression Status" is associated with the labels "person of color," physical, cognitive and mental health disability, "women, grand, nonbinary, genderqueer," "LGBQ+, polyamorous, asexual, aromantic," "Muslim, Eastern, Pagan, Jewish, Hindu, Sikh, Buddhist," and "working class."

The presentation also included a section titled, "Trauma from language," which stated: "Topics can be triggering," such as saying things to students like "Make this for your mommy."

Staff were also advised to not use the word "should," in phrases like "You aren't in kindergarten, you should know...," according to the slideshow. It also said that the phrase "'I don’t see color' is the same as saying 'I don’t see you.'"

A spokesperson for the school told Fox that the lecture was not mandatory and the district is in compliance with state law.

"Since this presentation was developed independently by educators and not developed or delivered by the District, I do not have any additional information on the presentation," the spokesperson also said.

The contributions show just how far Naftali and her family have gone to curry favor with liberal politicians. Naftali's daughter—a self-described "data engineer photographer surfer hiphop dancer big d democrat yogi"—landed a spot on Clinton's National Finance Committee as an 18-year-old, less than one year after she sent Clinton thousands of dollars. She went on to work as a "technology consultant" for the Democratic National Committee as a college student.

She notes that policymakers now have more power post-COVID, and changes need not be incremental. In the full video, she states:

I will go into regenerative farming in another post, but it ultimately transfers the production of crops to the globalists under the lie of climate change.

Nicole Schwab stated that the youth would be the easiest to brainwash into accepting this new reality. “And one of the key reflection points here is also around engaging youth, and for me, it’s again, I come back to this shift in the mindset of the restoration generation can we conceive of ourselves as humans?” she stated. Hence, they are confusing children in schools about their identity and disrupting their sense of self at the core. They are teaching the youth the “facts” when they have no other point of reference.

Schwab’s daughter knows that lockdowns and power grabs may happen instantaneously. They studied the masses during the extended plandemic to see how well everyone would obey. The masses gave into the fear-mongering, permitted their own children to be injected with an experimental drug, covered their faces for years, and placed themselves on house arrest. The “fringe minority,” as Trudeau put it, was small enough to control and punish. The push toward 15-minute cities will enable the globalists to keep us in place at whim.

Boston mayor bans 'fossil fuels' in new city-owned buildings to advance 'racial and economic justice'

Boston Mayor Michelle Wu announced that she has banned "fossil fuels" in new city-owned buildings after teaming up with the city's director of the Green New Deal.

The executive order was announced in a press release and will eliminate "the Use of Fossil Fuels in New Construction and Major Renovations of City Buildings."

The goal is "accelerating climate action by requiring that all new municipal buildings and major renovations operate without fossil fuels." The press release also claimed the move would reduce "emissions from Boston’s building sector while creating high-quality jobs, improving public health and quality of life, and advancing racial and economic justice."

All new buildings in the city must be planned, designed, and constructed using non-combustion for cooking (stoves/ovens), HVAC, and hot water apparatuses.

The mayor claimed that recent weather means that there isn't much time to make quick political changes.

“Week after week, we see the signs of extreme heat, storms, and flooding that remind us of a closing window to take climate action,” said Wu. “The benefits of embracing fossil fuel-free infrastructure in our City hold no boundary across industries and communities, and Boston will continue using every possible tool to build the green, clean, healthy, and prosperous future our city deserves.”

The ordinance also sets emission standards for what are categorized as "large existing buildings," which also require all covered and municipal buildings to achieve net zero emissions by 2050.

The announcement boasted work by Oliver Sellers-Garcia, who is the city's first "Green New Deal director," a role the city created to make sure it was aligning with a radical climate agenda first promoted by Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez in 2019.

The role officially "works across the City to advance climate action through strategies that address social, racial, and economic inequality."

“As part of the Green New Deal for Boston, we are taking an all-of-government approach, finding ways for our Cabinets and departments to play a role in climate action,” said Sellers-Garcia. “This Executive Order directs and empowers the Operations Cabinet and facilities managers across the City to lead the decarbonization of our building portfolio."

Sellers-Garcia, whose government page lists his preferred pronouns as "he/him/his," also assured citizens that the order will also apply to major renovations, because "the most sustainable way to make a green building is not to start from scratch.”

The mayor's office declared that any new capital investments must contribute to "the decarbonization of Boston’s building sector."

A former daycare worker accused of sexually abusing 91 children over 15 years allegedly had links to a twisted dark web paedophile network.

The 45-year-old Gold Coast man is accused of carrying out more than 1,600 sickening offences at 10 childcare centres in Brisbane, one in NSW and one overseas between 2007 and 2022.

It's understood in 2014 when police dismantled a disturbing dark web ring known as The Love Zone, in which members produced and traded child abuse material, images and videos were discovered which put investigators on the man's trail.

The network was run by Australian Shannon McCoole, who is now serving 35 years in prison for a litany of child sexual abuse offences.

Police initially had no clue who made the material or where it was produced, but they uploaded it to an international law enforcement victim identification database in the hope a collaborative effort could shed some light.

Then in August 2022, bed sheets pictured in one of the sickening videos were traced by the Australian Federal Police back to a Brisbane childcare centre in which the man had worked.

He was arrested on August 20, with police allegedly finding nearly 4,000 images on his digital devices.

Victim identification specialists then had to take on the immensely difficult but necessary work of combing through those images to identify the dozens of victims.

The man had apparently kept his Blue Card, required to work with children in Queensland, and been left unsupervised with children despite two previous police reports against him.

Queensland Police Commissioner Col Briggs previously said the reports in 2021 and 2022 were thoroughly investigated but there had been insufficient evidence to take any action.

AFP Assistant Commissioner Justine Gough warned on Tuesday the alleged details would be 'deeply distressing' for the community, while NSW Assistant Commissioner Michael Fitzgerald described the matter as 'one of the most horrific child abuse cases he had seen in his 40-year career.

The parents of the identified victims have been informed by police.

An Australian cop who engaged in vile online chats with teenage girls still has not told his wife of nine months about his sexual fantasies involving children and animals.

James Anthony Gwynne has pleaded guilty to sending explicit messages referencing incest and bestiality to adult and underage users of the encrypted social media app Whisper.

Gwynne - who married in October last year - contacted women he had never met to share his sick fantasies, which included impregnating his own daughters.

The 30-year-old, who does not actually have children, bragged about being a policeman and told one female Whisper user 'my secret is that my fantasies are illegal'.

He has admitted trying to groom one 15-year-old American girl by forwarding her graphic content including a picture of his genitals taken next to his police shirt.

Most of the messages, which were sent between February and April last year when he was based at Waverley police station in Sydney's east, are too explicit to publish.

In the earliest recorded conversation with another Whisper user, Gwynne asked, 'What did you do that crossed a line?' and then encouraged her to describe having sex with a boy when she was a babysitter.

He asked one woman, 'Do you ever wish your dog could get you pregnant and have your own puppies?' then said, 'You will get no judgement from me' followed by a smiley face emoji.

Gwynne told another woman, 'I also have a fantasy about one day having daughters and taking their virginities and impregnating them. Sorry if that's way too f**ked up for you.'

When a third woman asked what it was Gwynne liked about the idea of his future wife engaging in bestiality he replied, 'Oh I just like the thought that she's so submissive she'll even bow to my wishes'.

The Southern Illinois University Edwardsville settled a lawsuit from one of its former students for $80,000.

Maggie DeJong was studying towards her master's degree in art therapy counseling when she received three no-contact orders against her from the school after three of her fellow students complained about her political opinions. DeJong's Christian faith has informed her conservative views, which she spoke of openly and posted to her social media. Following the no-contact order, DeJong filed a lawsuit against the university for violating her first amendment right.

They also promised to change the university's policies "to ensure students with varying political, religious, and ideological views are welcome in the art therapy program," per the ADF.

“DeJong clearly has the right, as enshrined in the First Amendment, to express her religious, political, and social views on her personal social media account and to engage in mutual conversations with fellow students regarding those opinions without fear of retaliation from school officials,” U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Illinois wrote in its decision in March when the university attempted to dismiss the lawsuit.

LONDON (AP) — Britain’s government on Tuesday formally declared that atrocities committed by the Islamic State group against the Yazidi people in Iraq were acts of genocide.

The U.K. Foreign Office said the government’s official acknowledgement came after a recent landmark ruling by the German Federal Court of Justice, which found a former member of IS, also known by its Arabic acronym Daesh, guilty of genocide and crimes against humanity.

Britain previously gave official acknowledgement of four other instances in which genocide occurred, including the Holocaust; in Cambodia during the 1970s under the Khmer Rouge, the 1994 mass ethnic killings in Rwanda; and the 1995 massacre of men and boys in and near the Bosnian town of Srebrenica.

“The Yazidi population suffered immensely at the hands of Daesh nine years ago, and the repercussions are still felt to this day,” Tariq Ahmad, the U.K.'s minister of state for the Middle East, North Africa, South Asia and United Nations. “Justice and accountability are key for those whose lives have been devastated,”

Tuesday’s decision was announced ahead of events in Baghdad marking nine years since the Islamic State group began atrocities targeting the Yazidi minority, considered heretics by the militant group.

The Islamic State declared a self-styled caliphate in a large swath of territory in Syria and Iraq that it seized in 2014. The extremist group attacked the heartland of the Yazidi community at the foot of Sinjar Mountain that year, killing hundreds of Yazidis and abducting thousands, more than half of them women and girls.

A regional court in Frankfurt, Germany, in 2021 sentenced Taha Al-J., whose full name wasn’t released because of privacy rules, to life imprisonment over the death of a 5-year-old Yazidi girl he had purchased as a slave and then chained up in the hot sun to die.

In January, Germany’s Federal Court upheld the sentence and rejected the defendant’s appeal. The case was the first conviction of an IS member for genocide.

Others including the United Nations and the European Parliament have also pronounced the IS assault on the Yazidis a genocide.

UN condemns Ukrainian drone attacks on Moscow

The Kremlin has described two recent strikes as acts of “terrorist” violence by Kiev

United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres’ office has condemned a series of drone attacks on Moscow and called for an end to “any and all attacks on civilian facilities.” Russia has blamed the “terrorist strikes” on Ukraine, and Kiev has heavily suggested that it was responsible.

“We are against any and all attacks on civilian facilities and we want them to stop,” Guterres’ deputy spokesman, Farhan Haq, told reporters on Monday.

Haq spoke a day after multiple unmanned airborne vehicles (UAVs) were intercepted over Moscow’s financial district, with debris from the downed craft damaging two skyscrapers and injuring one person.

One of the same buildings was damaged again on Tuesday, when one of three incoming UAVs was electronically jammed and veered off course into the glass facade of the tower, according to Russian authorities.

While Kiev has not taken direct responsibility yet, Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky declared on Sunday that “war is returning to the territory of Russia,” while one of his top advisers, Mikhail Podoliak, said on Tuesday that “Moscow is rapidly getting used to a full-fledged war,” and will soon experience “more unidentified drones, more collapse, [and] more civil conflicts.”

Zelensky and his officials have followed a similar pattern after previous Ukrainian strikes on civilian infrastructure. Ukrainian officials cheered the bombing of the Crimean Bridge last October, but denied responsibility. Ukrainian security officials eventually admitted to the attack earlier this summer, and claimed responsibility for a follow-up strike on the bridge last month.

Kremlin Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov said on Monday that Ukraine is launching “terrorist strikes” on Moscow and other civilian targets in Russia out of frustration over its failures on the battlefield. The attempted drone strikes are “some sort of acts of desperation against the background of those failures. And, of course, Kiev resorts to such terrorist tactics,” Peskov said.

Russia hasthus far limited its missile and drone strikeswithin Ukraine to military and infrastructure targets. Former Russian president Dmitry Medvedev warned last month that this may soon change if Kiev continues to attack Russian civilians.

“We need to choose non-typical targets for our strikes. Not only warehouses, energy hubs, and oil bases,” said Medvedev, who currently serves as deputy chairman of Russia’s Security Council. “There are other places where they are not expecting us yet. And where the effect will be very significant.”

Several large NYPD vessels and rigid inflatable speedboats were first seen in the water shortly after 11:30am, with police confirming several hours later that the body was Castic.

The 27-year-old banker from Chicago vanished after telling friends he was getting an Uber home to his apartment in the early hours of Sunday.

The discovery comes just weeks after another man was found dead in the same creek after vanishing from the same Brooklyn venue.

MSNBC figures and Rep. Dan Goldman, D-N.Y., both invoked the death of President Biden's son Beau on Tuesday while attempting to provide "context" to his conduct related to his other son Hunter Biden's business deals.

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer said Devon Archer confirmed in his appearance Monday that President Biden "lied to the American people when he said he had no knowledge about his son's business dealings and was not involved."

"Morning Joe" regular Jonathan Lemire then asked what the calls were "specifically about" if they weren't about overseas business dealings.

"Let's put this in context. Beau Biden got very sick in 2015. He died in the spring of 2015, which was right in the middle when Devon Archer had his business dealings with Hunter Biden. At that point, Joe Biden and Hunter Biden began to speak every day because they were devastated by Beau's death," Goldman said.

"They spoke every day. The witness testified that over his 10-year relationship with Hunter Biden, there may be approximately 20 times when… Hunter Biden would put his father, at a dinner, not at a business meeting, a dinner he was having, if he happened to get a hold of his father, and would ask his father to say hello to whoever was at the table," Goldman continued. "That was essentially the extent of it."

Goldman then said, "Joe Biden was doing nothing to benefit his son."

In a separate conversation with Washington Post columnist Eugene Robinson, Lemire said that while Democrats admit Biden's conduct related to Hunter was "pretty unseemly," it doesn't necessarily make it illegal.

The FBI’s efforts to mislead a federal court in order to wiretap an adviser to the Trump campaign were more extensive than previously reported, according to classified documents described to RealClearInvestigations.

The embattled bureau tried to hide its misconduct by redacting information about its actions under the guise that it involved sensitive intelligence information. RCI has learned that at least some of the redacted material, included in a “Classified Appendix” to Special Counsel John Durham’s final report, has nothing to do with protecting “sources and methods” and other “sensitive” investigative techniques.

Instead, it covers up additional improper behavior by the FBI brass, which initiated and signed off on all four of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act applications to spy on former Trump adviser Carter Page and his contacts within the Trump campaign and presidency in 2016 and 2017.

For example, the FBI tried to justify continuing to spy on Page in early 2017 by indicating to the secret FISA court that it had verified a rumor about Page receiving dirt on Hillary Clinton from the Russian government and facilitating a “well-developed conspiracy of cooperation” with the Kremlin to swing the 2016 election in Trump’s favor. But the bureau had corroborated no such thing. Its source was a front-page report in the Washington Post – one the newspaper later retracted after determining it was false, according to two former U.S. officials who have seen the original, unredacted FISA applications and described the passages to RCI.

The embarrassing revelation hasn’t been previously reported thanks to redactions blacking out references to the Washington Post article in the still-partially classified applications. The officials confirmed to RCI that the censored section covers up the FBI’s reliance on the bogus Post story, published in March 2017, as purported evidence supporting probable cause to continue spying on Trump’s former aide. In the sections of the FISA renewal applications blacking out references to the Post, the officials said, the FBI claimed the underlying text was “sensitive information.” The officials spoke on the condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to discuss still-classified sections of the FISA warrant affidavits.

The FBI’s references to the Post story are contained in the April and June 2017 FISA applications. These applications were so tainted by bad information, politics, and glaring exculpatory omissions that after an inspector general’s probe, the Justice Department years later had to secretly concede to a federal surveillance court that they were “insufficient” to establish probable cause to spy on Page and therefore “were not valid”

FBI Director Christopher Wray recently told Congress he has instituted a number of reforms in response to the FISA surveillance abuses, yet at the same time, he appears to have tried to hide the full extent of those abuses under redactions.

An FBI spokeswoman said, “We decline comment on this matter.” Attempts to reach Durham, who has closed his office looking into FBI malfeasance, were unsuccessful.

A truism that came out of the Watergate scandal is that often the coverup is worse than the crime. But that is not the case in the unraveling Bidengate scandal. The alleged crime here is so bad that it is probably the worst ever committed by an American president.

Yet the coverup should be studied, too. It deserves superlatives for its longevity, inventiveness, and sheer audacity. The strategy has been simple: deny, deflect, destroy. Deny the facts. Deflect with distractions, and when all else fails, work tirelessly to destroy Trump, who was among the first to raise questions about the Biden family’s shady dealings. At Year 5, it may be the most successful coverup in modern history, especially since so many of the facts have been in plain sight for the entire time.

So what exactly is Bidengate? A decade-long influence-peddling scheme that saw Joe Biden, the former vice president, using his son Hunter as a conduit for millions of dollars in payoffs from foreign entities in Ukraine, China, and elsewhere in exchange for favorable treatment. The most famous instance of this scheme was the millions of dollars paid to Hunter Biden for his role as a board member of the corrupt Burisma energy company in Ukraine. Even Hunter acknowledged that his only qualification for being on the board was his last name.

Trading on one’s name to gain employment is not a crime in itself, but using your father’s public office to influence U.S. policy is definitely against the law – especially when the clout is used to protect your corrupt foreign employer.

That’s just what happened in March of 2016 when Vice President Biden threatened to withhold $1 billion in U.S. aid to Ukraine if prosecutor general Viktor Shokin were not immediately fired. Biden even bragged about this escapade a few years later when he told the story to the Council on Foreign Relations.

It’s hard to know whether Biden’s threat to withhold aid was approved by the State Department or whether it was “on the fly” diplomacy, but we do know that Shokin has publicly stated that he was fired because he was investigating Burisma’s alleged corruption, and that after he was fired there was no further substantial investigation of Burisma. Quid pro quo.

Another famous mantra from the Watergate era is “Follow the money.” It almost makes you think Biden was taunting his accusers, quipping to a reporter on June 8, “Where’s the money?” when asked about allegations of corruption.

“That’s what we want to know,” the reporter should have demanded, but of course there was no follow-up question. There never is.

Far left Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel on Tuesday charged her former Republican for Attorney Matthew DePerno for daring to look at a Dominion voting machine following the 2020 presidential election.

This is now against the law in Democrat-run Michigan.

Nessel previously appointed a special counsel to investigate her Republican opponent Deperno just weeks before the general election.

Nessel has made threats against Matthew DePerno since last year before the midterm elections.

Former republican attorney general candidate Matt DePerno and ex-state Rep. Daire Rendon are facing criminal charges for their alleged role in a scheme to access voting machines following the 2020 presidential elections, according to case details provided by the Oakland County Circuit.

DePerno – spelled erroneously online as “Matthew DeParno” – is facing four charges: two counts of undue possession of a voting machine, one count of conspiracy for undue possession of a voting machine and conspiracy for unauthorized access.

Rendon is also facing two charges: Conspiracy for undue possession of a voting machine and false pretenses.

Both were arraigned via Zoom on Tuesday and released on $5,000 personal bonds, each standing mute to the charges according to staff for Chief Judge Jeffery Matis.

As of time of publication, DePerno and Rendon are the only ones officially charged for their role in allegedly seizing and tampering with a tabulator machine in the wake of the 2020 presidential election.

Niether DePerno, Rendon or the attorneys listed as representing them responded to requests for comment Tuesday.

Others who could face indictments, however, include Stefanie Lambert Junttila, an attorney who has repeatedly pushed to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election in Michigan and Barry County Sheriff Dar Leaf.

Nessel previously appointed a special counsel to investigate her Republican opponent Deperno just weeks before the general election.

Nessel has made threats against Matthew DePerno since last year before the midterm elections.

Dana Nessel is the same public official who made headlines after she was passed out drunk at a Michigan-Michigan State game and had to be taken out in a wheelchair.

Ottawa businessman and Muslim activist Kamel El-Cheikh is organizing a Million Person March to protest gender ideology and "Pride" month in schools. He told The Post Millennial that his goal is to bring together a million Canadians of all faiths from coast to coast on Sept. 20.

Although he has rarely been in the media spotlight as a businessman, El-Cheikh has become a prominent protest organizer in the last months as he has led groups of Muslims and Christians in Ottawa who are opposed to children being told they can change their gender without telling their parents and to pornographic literature used in sex education.

"I am optimistic – absolutely. You know, if [there's] one thing that's going to inspire Canadians from coast to coast to go down and protest it's the kids and their innocence and it's families," he said.

El-Cheikh says LGBTQ ideology is being preached to children and has shared photographs with The Post Millennial of school pamphlets that specifically target Muslim children. One such form asks the question, "Can I still be Muslim if I am queer?"

The literature assures the reader that there is no conflict between Islam and homosexuality, a contention that El-Cheikh called "blasphemy." He said Prime Minister Justin Trudeau's insistence that Muslims accept his views on LGBTQ ideology amounts to a "fatwa," or an edict on faith and morals.

Even though the material is presented by imans who have apparently bought into gender ideology, El-Cheikh said the kids rejected his words.

"The kids called them out on it and they told them, 'Excuse me sir, you're a liar.' These are 14- year-old kids and they walked out of class anyway."

El-Cheikh spoke to a group of protesters on June 13. He says that speech urged Muslims, Christians and people of all faith to band together to protect their children from the state.

"You know Canada's built of Christians and Muslims and and all denominations, why not celebrate that?"

"We can coexist and I think that's what absolutely these protests are illustrating is that Christians and Muslims and most Jews and of course a lot of common sense Canadians have a lot in common that's it's not what Justin Trudeau is preaching because Justin Trudeau is preaching and I've talked to people in the so-called LGBT communitywho just say lay off stop defining us absolutely you know let the state get out of this because stop telling me I have to vote Liberal."

He wonders why the school system and the Trudeau government are so obsessed with teaching sexuality to children and not focusing on real education.

"Remember sex is between two consenting adults that's a universal law right so how can kids consent to sexual indoctrination, sexual exploitation, sexual mutilation and all that kind of stuff? US trucking giant Yellow shutting down operations amid standoff with Teamsters union

The company sent notices to customers and employers, according to a report from The Wall Street Journal.

The end of the road comes after the company earlier this month averted a strike by some 22,000 Teamsters-represented workers, saying the company will pay the more than $50 million it owed in worker benefits and pension accruals.

Then on Thursday, the company said it was exploring opportunities to divest its third-party logistics company Yellow Logistics Inc, and was engaged with multiple interested parties.

Formerly known as YRC Worldwide Inc., Yellow was one of the nation's largest less-than-truckload carriers with some 30,000 employees across the country.

The shutdown comes after more than a decade of financial struggles and seeing customers leave in droves.

FreightWaves reported last week that employees were told to expect the filing Monday. Yellow laid off an unknown number of employees Friday, the outlet later reported, citing a memo that stated the company was "shutting down its regular operations."

According to Satish Jindel, president of transportation and logistics firm SJ Consulting, Yellow handled an average of 49,000 shipments per day in 2022. Last, that number was down to between 10,000 and 15,000 daily shipments.

As of late March, Yellow had an outstanding debt of about $1.5 billion. Of that, $729.2 million was owed to the federal government.

In 2020, under the Trump administration, the Treasury Department granted the company a $700 million pandemic-era loan on national security grounds. Last month, a congressional probe concluded that the Treasury and Defense Departments "made missteps" in this decision — and noted that Yellow's "precarious financial position at the time of the loan, and continued struggles, expose taxpayers to a significant risk of loss."

The government loan is due in September 2024. As of March, Yellow had made $54.8 million in interest payments and repaid just $230 million of the principal owed, according to government documents.

Meanwhile, a series of heated exchanges had been building up between the Teamsters and Yellow, who sued the union in June after alleging it was "unjustifiably blocking" restructuring plans needed for the company's survival.

The Teamsters called the litigation "baseless" – with general president Sean O'Brien pointing to Yellow's "decades of gross mismanagement," which included exhausting the $700 million federal loan.

When you read each Q Post ask yourself who the information is intended for and what is the information intended to accomplish. Among other things Q informed us that not all posts were meant for anons.

If a Q post reveals information similar to 'Patton has an army in England' or 'The landing will be at Pas-de-Calais' or 'We'll be on the beach on the next new moon', think about both the intended target of the information as well as the information's purpose. With information that reveals strategy, tactics, or deadlines the target of that information is the opposing force and the purpose is military deception.

In the writings of Q this is true of dates and/or hints of dates in particular. For example, 'D5' was a very successful illustration of a feint that caused the opposing force to take an unnecessary action.

"A feint is an offensive action involving contact with the adversary conducted for the purpose of deceiving the adversary as to the location and/or time of the actual main offensive action." (JP 3-13.4 I-9)

The 'D5' feint resulted in the GHWB funeral. The opposing force wasted 'ammunition' (Q#2553). The following objective was achieved:

"Causing the adversary to misallocate personnel, fiscal, and material resources in ways that were advantageous to the friendly force." (JP 3 - 13.4 I-6)

In the writings of Q '11.3' and '11.11.18' are examples of information that conveys multiple possible interpretations. Information like '11.3' and '11.11.18' is consistent with DISO, or Deception in Support of Operations Security. DISO:

"… protects friendly operations, personnel, programs, equipment, and other assets against foreign intelligence and security services (FISS) collection. The intent of a DISO is to create multiple false indicators to confuse or make friendly force intentions harder to interpret by FISS, limiting the ability of FISS to collect accurate intelligence on friendly forces. DISOs are general in nature, they are not specifically targeted against particular adversary military, paramilitary, or VEO decision makers, but are, instead, used to protect friendly operations and forces by obfuscating friendly capabilities, intent, or vulnerabilities. (JP 3-13.4 I-2)

CBTS and /qresearch were used as MILDEC conduits.

"Within MILDEC, conduits are information or intelligence gateways to the deception target. Conduits may be used to control flows of information to a deception target. It is rare that a deceptive message is sent directly to the deception target itself. Most often, deception messages are sent to intelligence collectors (conduits) with the expectation that the deceptive message will systematically make its way to the deception target." (JP 3-13.4 I-4)

Anons who interpreted and amplified 'D5', '11.3','11.11.18', etc. served a specific and positive purpose.

Not every Q post is intended to deceive. The conduit and the information source had to appear authentic and real information was shared along with information similar to the above examples.

FBI announces 32 arrests in connection to sex trafficking; rescues 5 minor victims

A national operation led by the FBI has resulted in the location and recovery of five minors in the Valley believed to be victims of sex trafficking.

In a press release from the FBI Phoenix Bureau, officials said on Tuesday morning that agents had identified and located five minors in the area who had been sexually exploited.

Moreover, as part of the operation, 31 people were arrested for allegedly trying to have sexual contact with minors and one suspected trafficker was also taken into custody. The identities of the arrested individuals were not released by the FBI.

This investigation and arrests were part of a larger national operation called “Operation Cross County,” which focused on finding victims of sex trafficking. According to the FBI, police officers from Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Phoenix, and Tempe contributed to the investigation.

Across the United States, 126 people were arrested as suspects of sexual exploitation, 68 were arrested due to allegations of trafficking and 59 minors were located during the operation.
