Popular Republican Kari Lake spoke out on Thursday surrounding the 2020 election during an appearance on Steve Bannon’s War Room on Real America’s Voice. This interview followed former President Trump’s latest arraignment on speech crimes in Washington DC.

During the discussion, Lake posited that the conflict American citizens are currently witnessing is one between “We the People” and the “tyrannical” government.

“Well, yeah, it’s pretty obvious that it’s we the people versus our tyrannical government right now. And there’s only one candidate who’s willing to stand up to that swamp or the tyranny, and that’s President Donald J. Trump,” said Lake.

The Lake further emphasized the illegitimacy of the 2020 presidential election, stating that the January 6 riots were staged to distract from the fraudulent election certification.

She said, “All that January 6 was a staged riot to cover up the fact that they certified a fraudulent election.”

Lake further expressed her opposition to the idea of impeaching Joe Biden — rather than impeaching him, she proposed revisiting the 2020 election fraud results.

“If we just go back and deal with this fraudulent election and what happened in 2020, we don’t have to impeach him, because he really isn’t, in my opinion, and many others and you look at the evidence, the true president. Why don’t we decertify 2020 [election], and that’s the way we deal with it,” Lake said.

In a Twitter post, Lake wrote, “Impeaching the illegitimate occupant in the White House isn’t necessary here. We have all of the evidence from the fraudulent election. Let’s decertify 2020. Save our legislators the trouble.”

COLLETON COUNTY, S.C. (WCSC) - The Colleton County Sheriff’s office says a three-year-old died in a single-vehicle crash on Wednesday.

The sheriff’s office says Detective Sgt. Daniel Greene and his family were traveling on Round O Road near Cottageville Highway around 11 a.m. on July 30.

Their vehicle went off the road to the right and hit a tree, Lance Cpl. Nick Pye with the South Carolina Highway Patrol says.

The sheriff’s office says the vehicle was a county-issued Dodge utility vehicle.

Officials say Greene, his wife and another child were transported to MUSC to be treated for their non-life-threatening injuries. A second child, a three-year-old was airlifted to the hospital where she was later pronounced dead.

The Colleton County Sheriff’s Office identified the child as three-year-old Carter Greene.

The South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating the crash.

A Colleton County police officer who played an important role in the Alex Murdaugh double-murder investigation is mourning the sudden loss of his 3-year-old daughter after his SUV crashed into a tree, RadarOnline.com has learned.

The Sheriff's Office announced with "great sorrow" the death of Carter Greene, the daughter of CCSO Detective Sgt. Daniel Greene and his former wife, Ashley Taylor Greene.

Sgt. Greene was one of the first local officers on the scene on the very night Alex's wife, Maggie, and son Paul Murdaugh were fatally shot at their rural Colleton County estate.

Greene later took the stand and helped convict Murdaugh of both murders during a six-week trial in Walterboro in February/March of 2023, Greenville News reported.

A press release said Sgt. Greene and his loved ones were involved in a single-vehicle crash on July 30 around 11:30 AM after losing control. Greene was off-duty and driving his county-issued SUV when it "left the road" and struck a tree, according to police.

"CARE Flight med-e-vaced his daughter to MUSC for medical treatment, where she was later pronounced deceased due to the severity of her injuries," the Sheriff's Office said about Greene's 3-year-old. "Colleton Fire-Rescue also transported him, his current wife, and another child to MUSC to treat severe, non-life-threatening injuries."

Ashley mourned her family's unimaginable loss in a Facebook post shared Thursday.

"I'll never understand why you had to leave us, or how we're supposed to live this life without you. I am so lost without you and I am so angry," the toddler's mother said in a heartbreaking tribute. "This will never make sense to me. You were taken from me way too soon. God knows I need you here. I just wish I could hear you say 'I love you more' one more time, and give you all the bear hugs in the world."

Many have shared messages expressing their condolences to Sgt. Greene and his loved ones following his contributions to the Murdaugh case.

RadarOnline.com exclusively learned in March that Murdaugh's new maximum-security prison, Kirkland Correctional Institution in Columbia, South Carolina, had a shocking history.

The prison had been accused of fostering an environment for sexual assault, encouraging physical fights among inmates, and having a horrible track record with its officers while housing some of the worst and most violent offenders.

Just last month, photos of the disgraced attorney emerged showing him lounging in his cell shirtless while adjusting to life behind bars. The images were reportedly obtained through a Freedom of Information Act request by YouTuber Phone Calls From Prison.

The pics were published weeks before news broke that Russell Laffitte, who assisted Murdaugh in stealing over $2 million from clients' legal settlements, was sentenced to seven years in prison for his financial crimes.

FBI exposes its own agents in contract probe – NYT

The FBI used code names in its dealings with the offending contractor, suggesting it knew the rules had been broken

The FBI has acknowledged it was responsible for a widely-reported violation of US federal policy prohibiting the use of spyware tools manufactured by Israeli vendor NSO Group, best known for the Pegasus spyware used to snoop on journalists, human rights activists and other innocent civilians in dozens of countries, the New York Times reported on Monday.

After being ordered by the White House in April to investigate which US federal agency violated its executive orders by doing business with the banned vendor, the agency found it was to blame – or rather its contractor, Riva Networks, was.

A senior FBI official told the Times the agency had merely given Riva a handful of Mexican phone numbers to track, claiming they were wanted fugitives and that the agency believed Riva was using a geolocation tool of its own devising. Riva, several US officials claimed, had the ability to exploit vulnerabilities in Mexican cellular networks in order to covertly track users.

Riva was instead using an NSO spyware tool called Landmark, which tracks the location of individuals based on the cell phone towers their phones are communicating with. Riva had renewed its contract with the Israeli spyware purveyor in 2021 without informing the FBI, the official claimed, explaining the agency had informed all of its contractors that same year that they were forbidden from using NSO products, in keeping with the Biden administration's declaration.

The official claimed the FBI only became aware Riva was using Landmark earlier this year, and that no data from Landmark was ever passed back to the agency – based on Riva’s own reports to the FBI, which would presumably not have included any mention of using an illegal spyware tool.

Despite the FBI’s pleas of ignorance, the agency had authorized Riva to acquire NSO’s most infamous product, Pegasus, just a few years before. Further throwing the agency’s claims into question, the cover name used for Riva in the Pegasus purchase, Cleopatra Holdings, was used again when Riva purchased Landmark from NSO. Riva CEO Robin Gamble even used the same pseudonym, William Malone, to sign both contracts, two people familiar with the deals told the Times.

The FBI is not the only US government agency contracting with Riva; the company has been paid by the Drug Enforcement Agency, the Department of Defense, and several others. The White House did not seem particularly energized to punish the federal contractor for violating its much-hyped crackdown on zero-click spyware, declining to comment when asked by the Times whether any penalties would be forthcoming.

While NSO’s Pegasus was initially prohibited from hacking US numbers, it later developed a workaround called Phantom, which the FBI eagerly snapped up in 2019 but claims to have never used.
