Suspecting that Michael Flynn’s family members deleted documents and communications, CNN asked a federal judge to order a forensic examination of their cellphones.

It’s the latest wrinkle over the fallout of a video that former national security advisor Michael Flynn posted of himself and his family members at a July 4th barbecue on 2020.

In the footage, the Flynns raised their right hands in the style of a pledge of allegiance, reciting the words “Where we go one, we go all.” Flynn posted the video to his Twitter account with the hashtag #TakeTheOath. CNN flagged the video in a segment days later, characterizing it as a QAnon oath. The broadcasts sparked multiple federal lawsuits by Flynn family members, claiming the resemblance of the slogan and hashtag to the extremist conspiracy theories are incidental.

The lawsuit currently snaking through the Southern District of New York, filed by Flynn’s brother John “Jack” Flynn and that sibling’s wife Leslie Flynn, insisted that what CNN branded an oath was a “simple, family, July 4 statement of support for each other.”

As discovery in that case progresses, CNN claims that the Flynns have stonewalled requests for encrypted chats.

“Plaintiffs’ counsel has said he has not — and will not — search additional messaging platforms containing potentially responsive documents on his clients’ cell phones, despite confirming that his clients communicated on these platforms,” the network’s lawyer Katherine M. Bolger, from the firm Davis Wright Tremaine LLP, wrote in a filing on Thursday evening.

CNN believes that relevant messages might be lurking on Signal, WhatsApp and Telegram.

Speaking on his YouTube show, Glenn Greenwald went off on reporters seeking to discredit fellow investigative reporter Seymour Hersh. “What you can’t do, what Hersh did, is you spread ‘conspiracy theories’ that are against the narrative of the US security state, that undermine US foreign policy. That’s the only thing that’s prohibited” Greenwald said.

Seymour Hersh has “long been hated in Washington circles … for his refusal to play ball” which “used to be the hallmark” of good reporting, but not in the “era of corporatized media”, Greenwald said.

Hersh is being attacked for reporting “what most rational people already believe: That it was not Russia which blew up its own Nord Stream pipeline,” but “instead it was the US.” Greenwald called Seymour Hersh, “the most illustrious journalist of his generation.”

“Who is ‘Business Insider’ and Mia Jankowicz to talk about Sy Hersh in this way? Who discredited Sy Hersh?”, Greenwald said. “Not a single person at this site has ever broken a story, yet they talk about him as if he’s some sort of unmentionable.”

“It’s proving a gift to Putin? Who cares? The only question a real journalist asks is, ‘is the story true?’ and if it’s true you publish it, without regard to who it helps or hurts. This obsession with Is something ‘a gift to Trump’ or a gift to Putin – this is not something a real journalist thinks or cares about. The only thing you care about is ‘Is it true?’”

“These people are propagandists. That’s how they think,” Greenwald said.

Business Insider claimed Hersh’s reporting was “poorly-sourced, conspiratorial, and over-reliant on anonymous sources.” Democrats sought to impeach President Trump over fake charges by an “anonymous whistleblower” who turned out to be a Biden veteran working with Rep Adam Schiff.

Business Insider cited shady propaganda outlet Bellingcat, which “was deeply critical of (Hersh’s) reporting on chemical attacks in Syria.”

Glenn Greenwald called Bellingcat, “essentially a US-government funded outlet,” which “receives funding from the NED, which was created by the CIA and the State Department to interfere in other countries and destabilize governments like Syria.”

“It also gets funding from the EU,” Greenwald said. According to the EU Financial Transparency Portal, Bellingcat received €320.000 from the EU in 2021.

“We get a lot of our money from donors like the Open Society Foundation,” Bellingcat founder Eliot Higgins told the Guardian 2018.

“Of course Bellingcat doesn’t like Seymour Hersh because his reporting undermines the narrative of the U.S. security state and western media outlets,” Greenwald said.

“And the giants of journalism at Vox”, Greenwald said, “raised doubts about (Hersh’s) infamous 2015 claim that President Barack Obama did not, in fact, mastermind the killing of Osama bin Laden”, according to Business Insider.

“Many of the claims about the killing of Osama bin Laden were lies, (including) how bin Laden picked up his wives and used them as shields, that it was bin Laden and his crew who started shooting – most of those claims ended up changing,” Greenwald said.

“But you cannot express skepticism of the claims of the US government or the US security state,” Greenwald said, “or this is what happens to you. They’ll start calling you ‘discredited’, a ‘conspiracy theorist’.”

“The people who have lied the most, who have spread the most conspiracy theories, are the ones who have been promoted and enriched most within corporate journalism,” Greenwald said. “That’s the only way to get ahead.” The difference is, “you have to spread lies and conspiracy theories on behalf of the CIA, and that advance the interests of the US government. That is not only permitted, that’s required to be promoted,” according to Greenwald.

Multiple Injured After Commercial Plane Collides With Bus at LAX Airport

At least five people were injured late on Friday after a passenger plane being towed on a taxiway collided with a shuttle bus at Los Angeles International Airport, commonly referred to as LAX, according to officials.

LAX stressed that there was no interruption to airport operations.

“A jet being towed tonight from a gate to a parking area made contact with a shuttle bus, resulting in injuries to about 5 people,” the airport said on Twitter.

LAX applauded their partners and the Los Angeles Fire Department (LAFD) for their quick response and for treating everyone who sustained injuries.

The LAFD described the incident in a statement as a “low-speed collision.”

The agency said the collision happened shortly before 10 p.m. and resulted in four people being hospitalized, while one individual was treated at the scene and declined to be transported.

“The tug driver was transported in moderate condition,” the agency stated. “The bus driver and two passengers were transported in fair condition.”

One employee, who was also the only person aboard the plane at the time of the collision, was treated at the scene and refused hospitalization, according to the LAFD.

The shuttle bus’s windshield had extensive damage, KABC reported. The collision also left a large skid mark on the runway from the jet’s tire.

According to Simple Flying, a leading publication for aviation news, the commercial plane was an American Airlines Airbus A321 aircraft and was being tugged for maintenance.

Pictures and video footage of the incident appeared on social media shortly after the collision, showing a large presence of police, fire personnel, and medical professionals assessing the scene of the crash.

It wasn’t immediately clear what caused the crash and the damage to the aircraft is currently unknown.

Judicial Watch announced today it received 57 pages of heavily redacted records from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) that show, just two days prior to FDA approval of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine, a discussion between U.S. and UK health regulators regarding the COVID shot and “anaphylaxis,” with the regulators emphasizing their “mutual confidentiality agreement.”

All emails sent to and from members of the Vaccines and Related Biological Products Advisory Committee regarding adverse events, deaths and/or injuries caused by investigatory vaccines for the prevention or treatment of SARS-CoV-2 and/or COVID-19 currently produced by Pfizer/BioNTech, Moderna and/or Johnson & Johnson.

The Vaccines and Related Biological Products Advisory Committee (VRBPAC) is the U.S. Government’s central advisory body, along with Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP), advising whether to approve COVID vaccines.

A lengthy, heavily redacted December 2020 email exchange shows U.S. and UK health officials placing a heavy emphasis on their “mutual confidentiality agreement” in a discussion regarding “anaphylactoid reactions” to the COVID vaccine.

The exchange is initiated by Jonathan Mogford, policy director of the UK’s Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency and is sent to Acting FDA Commissioner Janet Woodcock as well as Peter Marks, director of the Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research (CBER). The subject line and body of the email are fully redacted under FOIA Exemption B3 (relating to statutory prohibitions).

As background, Mogford includes information on “two cases of anaphylactoid reactions in individuals with a strong past history of allergic reactions….” Marks replies to Mogford: “It would be very helpful if our Office of Vaccines could receive additional details [redacted] from MHRA [UK Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency] under the terms of our mutual confidentiality agreement.” Mogford later replies, “… attached are [redacted] hope that’s helpful in the meantime. If I can just remind – information shared under our confidentiality agreement.”

Marion Gruber, head of the Office of Vaccines Research and Review (OVRR), then replies to Mogford, “Thank you so much for this information. Our emails crossed. If possible, would be available for a t-con [teleconference] today?” The exchange concludes with OVRR Deputy Director Phil Krause advising UK Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency official Jamie Convisser, “Your summary is correct. I’m cc:ing Amanda Cohn at CDC who can provide the most up-to-date details about [redacted]. Obviously, [redacted], not all of this is public so please hold these details confidential.” Cohn then replies to Mogford, and includes an attachment titled “Anaphylaxis CLARK Dec 19 2020 Final”. She writes, “I am adding my colleagues Tom Clark and Stacey Martin, we are happy to share more information with you. Attached are slides that were presented at a public meeting on Saturday. [Redacted].”

The FDA issued its Emergency Use Authorization for the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID vaccine for individuals 16 years of age and older on December 11, 2020.

On May 14, 2021, the CDC’s Dr. Amanda Cohn emailed Office of Vaccines Research and Review Director Marion Gruber and Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research Director Peter Marks with the subject line “Coadministration of COVID-19 Vaccines with Other Vaccines During Pregnancy.”

Gruber writes, “I am fine with this language.” Marks then responds to Cohn and her CDC colleague, Sarah Mbaeyi, “I can live with this too. Please let me know if you want to connect about the adverse event issue later today. Seems like work is still ongoing, but let me know. Thanks.” Cohn replies, “We have a meeting with Rochelle [presumably CDC Director Rochelle Walensky] at 3:30 about if we should say anything or wait until we have more definitive information. I will let you know where we land. I’m not sure there is a right answer.”

Anthony Albanese will be the first sitting Prime Minister to march in Sydney's Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras when he joins the parade for the WorldPride festival.

'Education Crisis': 23 Baltimore City Schools Have No Students Proficient In Math

A Project Baltimore investigation revealed the devastating reality of nearly two dozen Baltimore City Schools having zero students proficient in math.

New test scores, known as MCAP (Maryland Comprehensive Assessment Program), obtained by Project Baltimore, revealed that 23 schools, including elementary, middle, and high schools, had not one student that could do math at grade level.

"The results of the latest Project Baltimore study are very alarming, "Civil rights attorney Ben Crump told FOX 45

The civil rights attorney joined a lawsuit against the school system last year, which accuses them of squandering taxpayer dollars and failing to provide basic skills to kids.

"I think anytime a young person is denied a quality education, it represents a crisis. What we have to do is look at the situation for what it is; we have to say 'we are failing our children and we have to take the responsibility to do better,'" he said. "This is an unprecedented lawsuit because what it's trying to do is give the taxpayers a greater say in the education of their children based on the fact it's their tax dollars being used by the city school system, and if I'm paying my money, I need to see some results."

The Maryland State Department of Education recently released the 2022 state test results known as MCAP, Maryland Comprehensive Assessment Program.

Baltimore City's math scores were the lowest in the state. Just 7 percent of third through eighth graders tested proficient in math, which means 93 percent could not do math at grade level.

"They [school kids] go there to get babysat for eight hours and come home," Nichelle Watkins, a Baltimore City parent.

Biden's DHS removes bulk of 'eyes in the sky' from surveillance tools used along southern border

The Department of Homeland Security is reducing its fleet of surveillance blimps along the overwhelmed southern border from 12 to four, Fox News reported Thursday.

"It's hard to believe how badly Biden has botched the border," Senator Rick Scott (R-Fla.) told EWTN News Nightly on Thursday.

"Now, if he gets rid of these blimps, we're not going to know how many gotaways there are. It's going to make our border way less secure," the Sunshine State lawmaker continued.

So far in 2023, U.S. Customs and Border Patrol reports 770,175 total encounters, which include both apprehensions and expulsions.

“I think we need to work with everything that we have, use other tools, whether they are to deter, to apprehend, to detect,” Border Patrol Council's vice president Art Del Cueto told News Nation.

“But unfortunately, we’re under an administration now that’s perfectly comfortable removing one tool, (and) adding the different tool instead of saying ‘Hey, we can utilize both tools at the same time and be more effective at defending our borders,’” Cueto added.

News Nation reports a fleet reduction from 17 to six in the last year, or about 64.7%. Fox News reports similar figures, with a reduction of about 66.7%.

Aerostats are tethered, remotely-piloted surveillance blimps. They carry digital cameras or communications devices. They allow officials to conduct border surveillance, manage crowds, and respond to natural disasters, according to a DHS description of the crafts' capabilities.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection calls aerostats their "eyes in the sky."

"Raising radar and other sensors to high altitude boosts surveillance range, and the physical sight of an aerostat is a visual deterrent to illegal activity in the air and on the ground," said Rob Brown, then-manager of the Tethered Aerostat Radar System in 2016.

The $52 million program is being cut due to funding concerns, according to Fox News. The four aerostats that survived the cuts are all in the Rio Grande Valley Sector.

"Aerostats have been one of the most successful tools deployed on the border. It allows us to see what’s crossing into the US illegally, guide us to the location, and apprehend both people and contraband, including fentanyl," the Border Patrol union said in a statement to Fox News.

"The loss of these tools will be a blow to border security, making the American people less safe. This move defies logic and is directly contrary to Biden’s comments last night during the State of the Union which proves he does nothing but peddle rhetoric," the statement continued.

Brazilian Socialist President Lula da Silva Forces Poor Families to Vaccinate their Children So They Can Receive Financial Aid from His Regime Or Risk Receiving Nothing

Brazil’s socialist President, Lula da Silva, has made mandatory childhood vaccinations a condition of receiving government subsidies.

The socialist president announced that parents would once again need to provide proof of vaccination for their children in order to participate in the Bolsa Familia program and receive the benefit, or else families will not receive any help from the government.

“The Bolsa Família Program (BFP) in Brazil is a conditional cash transfer program with national coverage that aims to support families living in poverty or extreme poverty, as well as expanding access to education and health services. The program was created by the federal government in October 2003 and enshrined in law in January 2004,” according to Inter-American Development Bank (IDB).

The program targeted families with children and adolescents aged 0-17, where the household income is equal to or less than R$ 85.00 ($16.30) per person in extreme poverty, or between R$ 85.01 ($16.3) and R$ 170.00 ($33) in poverty.

Tens of millions of people are promised something akin to a universal basic income, but they will only receive it if they comply with Lula’s demands, The Rio Times reported.

“For God’s sake, we can’t be ignorant to the point of thinking it’s not worth getting vaccinated,” said Lula during the inauguration of the ophthalmology and diagnostic units in Benfica, Rio de Janeiro.

“I keep asking myself what kind of love does this mother have for her children, that she doesn’t take care of them at the most important moment when they can be vaccinated and can avoid a more delicate disease in their lives,” Lula continued.

Lula announced that the campaign of Zé Gotinha, a mascot used to make vaccination campaigns more attractive to children, will begin.

“We can’t hesitate; we can’t play around. It is a question of science,” he said.

It is still unclear which vaccines would be required in the program, but Lula hinted about COVID vaccines in his speech.

“If there are ten covid vaccines, 50 to take, I will take as many as necessary because I like my life. I think everyone has a duty to their children’s life, take them [to vaccinate] at the right age, that’s why they say the Bolsa Família is coming back,” Lula said.

“The Bolsa Família is coming back, and it is coming back with something important; it is coming back with conditions,” he added.

The Bolsa Familia program has four conditions:

First, children up to 6 years old will receive R$ 150 ($29) more.

Second, the children have to be at school, if they’re not at school, the mother loses the benefit.

Third, the children have to be vaccinated, if they’re not vaccinated, the mother also loses the benefit

Fourth, if the mother is in gestational stage, she has to take all the tests that medicine requires so that she can have a child that is “robust, strong and beautiful like me [Lula].

The Gateway Pundit previously reported that six bills are currently being introduced in the Brazilian senate that would criminalize those who refuse the mandated dose of COVID shots or who comment negatively about the vaccine’s efficacy and safety.

Senator Angelo Coronel of the Social Democratic Party of Brazil authored a bill (PL 5555/2020), which proposes adding a one- to three-year prison sentence to the Criminal Code for those “who omit or oppose the mandatory vaccination of children or adolescents” during a declared “public health emergency.”

Those who choose not to comply with the country’s forced vaccination schedule will face a prison sentence of two to eight years.

Anyone spreading “fake news” regarding the safety and efficacy of the COVID vaccines will face the same prison time.

If the person works for the government, the penalty will be doubled.
