Biden Admin: K-12 Schools Must Put Boys In Girls’ Bathrooms To Get Federal Lunch Money

K-12 schools must allow boys into girls’ private areas to obtain federal funds for lunches, breakfasts, and snacks, the Biden administration announced this month. A U.S. Department of Education spokesman told The Federalist the Biden administration’s press releases from several agencies announcing this policy will be followed by formal rulemaking in June.

“It seems to be playing politics with feeding poor kids, which is really unfortunate,” John Elcesser, executive director of the Indiana Non-Public Education Association, said via phone amid weeks of attempting to sort out these new demands with government officials on behalf of private schools in his state. “Because if a school feels like they cannot participate because it’s in conflict with their mission or values, if a religious exemption is not granted, you’re taking away a program that’s feeding low-income kids.”

Before many schools shut down in response to Covid-19, the National School Lunch Program fed nearly 30 million kids every school day, in approximately 100,000 public and private schools and residential care facilities.

Under this new demand, establishments that accept any federal food funding, including food stamps, must also allow males who claim to be female to access female private spaces, such as showers, bathrooms, and sleeping areas. Such organizations must also follow protocols such as requiring staff to use inaccurate pronouns to describe transgender people and allowing male staff to dress as women while on the job.

Religious institutions, however, qualify for a waiver exempting them from these requirements, said Alliance Defending Freedom Senior Counsel Greg Baylor in an interview Monday. According to the 1972 Title IX law, he said, religious institutions don’t have to file any paperwork to be exempt, although they can if they wish.

Baylor noted, however, that publicly affirming a commitment to sexual reality by seeking an exemption acknowledgment from federal agencies may assist extremist pressure campaigns. The activist group Human Rights Campaign’s blueprint for the Biden administration pushed for narrowing religious exemptions for multiple federal regulations and for the administration to “out” individuals and institutions who request such exemptions.

Texas Democrat Beto O'Rourke confronted Gov. Greg Abbott at a press conference on Wednesday, accusing the governor of inaction on gun violence in the wake of a mass shooting at an elementary school that left 19 children and two teachers dead.

Abbott, flanked by law enforcement officers and fellow Republican lawmakers, had just wrapped up giving an update on the Uvalde, Texas, shooting Wednesday afternoon — in which he said mental health was the root cause of the deadly event — when O'Rourke approached the stage.

“Governor Abbott, I have to say something,” O’Rourke, who is running for the Democratic nomination to challenge Abbott in November’s midterm elections, said. “The time to stop the next shooting is right now and you are doing nothing.”

The totality of O’Rourke’s remarks were difficult to hear as he was shouted down by those on stage who were speaking into microphones. Among those attempting to speak over O’Rourke was Texas Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick, a Republican, who told the former El Paso congressman to "sit down" and that he was "an embarrassment.”

Uvalde Mayor Don McLaughlin, standing behind Abbott, shouted at O'Rourke, "I can't believe you're a sick son of a b—- that would come to a deal like this to make a political issue."

When O'Rourke yelled toward the stage, “It’s on you,” McLaughlin replied: “It’s on assholes like you. Why don’t you get out of here.”

O'Rourke was escorted out of the event by security.

China Holds Live Fire Combat Drills Near Taiwan As Response To Biden Defense Pledge

China on Wednesday revealed that it held fresh military drills near Taiwan while Joe Biden was wrapping up his first trip to Asia as president. A statement cited "joint patrol and combat readiness operations near Taiwan" while the US leader was in Tokyo where he was meeting with leaders of the other "Quad" nations of Japan, India, and Australia. The military further warned of "collusion" between the US and Taiwan:

Shi Yi, from the PLA’s Eastern Theatre Command, said on Wednesday that the joint naval and air combat-readiness exercise by the People’s Liberation Army was a “solemn warning against recent collusion between the United States and Taiwan”.

The Wednesday statement was issued by the People‘s Liberation Army (PLA) Eastern Theater Command, confirming it held live fire combat readiness exercises both in the waters and airspace around Taiwan. "It is hypocritical and futile for the United States to say one thing and do another on the Taiwan issue," the spokesman, Shi added.

During his Tokyo visit Biden surprised the media and officials by committing to defend Taiwan militarily when asked by a reporter what the US would do in the event of a Chinese invasion. The White House subsequently tried to walk back the comments, stressing that the One China status quo policy has not changed. Beijing condemned the statement, issuing its oft repeated line that the US is "playing with fire". The Biden pledge to defend Taiwan came Monday, with the PLA drills coming apparently the day after.

Senior Colonel Shi Yi, spokesman for the PLA Eastern Theater Command, said the patrol was launched as a warning against recent US support for “Taiwan independence” forces.

“Taiwan is a part of China, and the PLA Eastern Theater Command is determined to safeguard national sovereignty and regional peace and stability,” the spokesman said on Wednesday.

State-backed media outlet The People’s Daily reported China has recently organized “different branches of the forces for joint patrols and live-fire training exercises” in Taiwanese territory.

Further the Chinese Defense Ministry's website denounced the US for "hypocritical and useless" actions that continue to wrongly encourage Taiwan's pro-independence forces.

The PLA has "the resolution and capability to thwart any external forces' interference and secessionist attempts for 'Taiwan independence', and to firmly safeguard national sovereignty and security as well as regional peace and stability," the military statement said further.

Drag Queens Perform at Iowa High School, District Claims Ignorance

At least one of the performers gave students pointers on gender identity

A student organization in Ankeny, Iowa hosted a drag show on Monday where at least one performer gave students tips on “gender identity.” The high school’s Gay Straight Alliance (GSA) club hosted the performers after school for their end-of-year meeting without authorization from administrators, according to a tweet from the district.

In another video, one of the performers told students that drag performances helped them with the “very beginning stages” of a gender identity “journey.”

“When I felt like I couldn’t express myself in school, or I felt like I had to look like this at school… I could be whoever I wanted to be,” the performer said. “And I started to think, ‘What is gender?’ And I realized that no matter what pronouns you use, you are who you are… I know on the inside that I am who I am.”

The performer went on to claim that gender identity can fluctuate over time. “I feel like sometimes I do identify as a male,” the performer said. “I feel like sometimes I’m more in the middle of the spectrum — not one or the other. That’s where I am right now.”

Ex-president charged with treason

A former Moldovan leader and critic of the country’s pro-EU leadership has been detained

The anti-EU former Moldovan President Igor Dodon, detained on suspicion of “passive corruption, illegal financing of political parties [and] illicit enrichment,” is now facing four criminal charges his lawyer revealed on Wednesday. They include corruption and treason.

The day before, Dodon, who headed the country from 2016-2020, was arrested, for 72 hours, the country’s anti-corruption authority revealed. The treason charge appears to have been added later.

“Today, the Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office officially charged Dodon with four counts, including corruption and treason," his counsel Maxim Lebedinsky told the Sputnik news agency.

His opposition Party of Socialists has accused the pro-EU Action and Solidarity faction along with the current Western-backed Moldovan President, Maia Sandu, of “trying to intimidate political opponents and establish a dictatorship in the Republic of Moldova.”

TASS reported that the detention period for Dodon and an unnamed second suspect could be extended.

“Today, the Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office sent a request to arrest for a period of 30 days ex-president Igor Dodon and another detainee,” a judiciary spokeswoman is quoted as saying.

She revealed that the requests would be considered on Thursday by the Chisinau District Court.

Dodon denied all accusations, saying that it is not the first time that he has become “a target of orchestrated and politically controlled justice.” He also claimed that he has the “necessary explanations that remove any suspicion of corruption and violation of the law.”

According to a statement by the prosecutor’s office, the charges are linked to the so-called “bag case.” Video footage from 2019 from the office of the Democratic Party of Moldova showed, now-exiled, businessman Vladimir Plahotniuc, who headed the party, giving Dodon a bag, presumably with money. The president did not take the bag, telling Plahotniuc instead to give it to another person. The two men’s conversation revealed that the funds were intended to finance Dodon’s Party of Socialists (PSRM).

The video was published in 2020, but at the time prosecutors decided not to initiate a criminal case, citing insufficient evidence. Under Moldovan law, recordings made without a prosecutor's permission and without the participation of law enforcement cannot be considered evidence in court. Last week, however, interim General Prosecutor Dumitru Robu ordered the criminal probe to resume.

Prosecutors said on Tuesday that during searches of ten buildings and three cars, which had been conducted as part of an investigation, significant amounts of money and luxury items were seized.

“It should be mentioned that during the searches, one of the persons tried to destroy, by swallowing, the documents found at home, which confirmed the sale-purchase transactions of real estate worth about 700,000 euros,” the authority claimed in a statement.

"Dirty Jobs" television host Mike Rowe called out the General Services Administration (GSA) for canceling his production team's ability to film a new episode because of his "personal politics."

Rowe wrote a lengthy Facebook post on Monday, addressing the boilermaker workers at a facility overseen by the GSA that his permit to shoot was "suddenly revoked."

He said his film team received a call from a woman at the GSA about permits revoked for "security concerns." When asked about the security concerns, the woman had no response. She said: That decision had come down from "the very highest levels within the GSA."

Rowe went on to say Dirty Jobs has filmed in very sensitive government-controlled areas:

"We've received permits from the Army, Navy, Air Force, Seabees, Coast Guard, NASA, and The Army Corps of Engineers. We've gotten permission to film inside the Capitol and a nuclear-powered aircraft carrier. We even got a permit to film inside the National Security Agency!"

Facebook's first big investor, billionaire Peter Thiel, is reportedly stepping down from Meta's board effective immediately.

Thiel is leaving the board after 17 years to focus on backing Republican candidates JD Vance and Blake Masters for Senate in the upcoming midterm elections.

Meanwhile, Jack Dorsey will reportedly leave Twitter's board of directors today 16 years after co-founding the firm. He is expected to stand down ahead of the $44billion takeover by Tesla magnate Elon Musk. It comes after the entrepreneur stepped down as CEO last fall.

Thiel was scheduled to stand down today - the date of Meta's annual shareholder meeting. He previously announced he would not stand for re-election.

Meta has struggled to recover after a difficult last year for the company, which was battered by whistleblower allegations, a major global service outage, and protests and controversy over its policies. This year's first quarter earnings report was devastating and was followed by a huge drop in stock price.

Thiel, who co-founded Paypal in 1998, will turn his attention to candidates supporting the agenda of former President Donald Trump in the 2022 midterm elections.

Last year, he donated $10 million each to two separate super PACs supporting Republican Senate candidates J.D. Vance in Ohio and Blake Masters in Arizona, according to Politico. Both of them have worked for Thiel in the past.

Thiel gave $1.5 million to pro-Trump organizations during the 2016 election. Last spring, he took Vance to meet Trump at the Mar-A-Lago resort, where the former-president-turned-Republican-kingmaker allegedly gave Vance a 'good-natured ribbing.'

Thiel is worth $2.6 billion, according to Forbes.

Today we saw some important testimony in the Michael Sussmann case. First, Rodney Joffe, an FBI confidential human source, went around his FBI handler to relay dubious Alfa Bank information to a friend at the FBI. Second, there were indications that Joffe previously worked on Russia cyber security matters. This leads us to ask whether Joffe was in some way involved in the Trump/Russia investigation.

Texas school shooter bought 2 rifles after turning 18, carried out Robb Elementary attack days later

UVALDE, Texas – Salvador Ramos, the suspect in the Texas elementary school shooting, after turning 18 on May 16, legally purchased two rifles and carried out the second-worst school shooting in U.S. history within the span of eight days, according to multiple law enforcement officials.

The suspect purchased two AR-15-style rifles on May 22, two days before the massacre and six days after his birthday, multiple law enforcement officials told ABC News. They were legal purchases.

At least 19 children and two teachers were killed at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, about 90 minutes west of San Antonio, authorities said. Ramos, a student at Uvalde High School, is also dead.

Once the shooter made entry into a classroom he barricaded himself and allegedly opened fire, killing 18 students, who were mainly third- and fourth-graders, as well as one teacher, sources said.

Officers from the Uvalde Police Department and agents from Customs and Border Protection entered the classroom and immediately took fire from the gunman before they shot and killed him.

Investigators are going through the ballistics to determine who fired the fatal shot.

They're also working to uncover how and when he assembled his arsenal, which included the rifle, body armor and numerous magazines recovered at the scene, sources said.

Gunman's grandfather says he was unaware the suspect purchased weapons

Rolando Reyes, 72, the gunman's grandfather, told ABC News he had no idea his grandson had purchased two AR-15-style rifles or that they were in his house.

Since Reyes is a felon, it is illegal for him to live in a house with firearms. Reyes said he would have turned his grandson in.

Reyes said there were no signs the morning of the shooting that anything unusual was going to happen. The suspect had a minor argument with his grandmother over the payment of a phone bill, but nothing significant.

The suspect lived in a front room and slept on a mattress on the floor, according to Reyes. The suspect had been staying with his grandparents after having a falling out with his mother.

A massive trove of Chinese Communist Party internal documents, including photos of thousands of concentration camp victims, from the Uyghur heartland of East Turkistan, published on Tuesday, revealed that officials in charge of the Uyghur genocide regularly cited dictator Xi Jinping as personally ordering genocidal policies.

In one document, a 2018 speech, China’s Public Security Minister Zhao Kezhi applauded Party officials and police in East Turkistan for working to “break the lineages, break the roots, break the connections, break the origins” of the region’s people, claiming it necessary to end terrorism.

The “Xinjiang Police Files,” published by researcher Adrian Zenz and the Victims of Communism Memorial Foundation, including speeches by high-ranking Party officials, PowerPoint presentations used to train Chinese police in working in East Turkistan, thousands of photos and profiles of concentration camp victims in East Turkistan, and instructional documents teaching concentration camp guards how to handle prisoners. Zenz verified the documents through coordination with academics and experts on East Turkistan – the region China calls the “Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region” – in a peer-reviewed journal article published by the Journal of the European Association for Chinese Studies.

Zenz wrote in the article that he “unexpectedly” received the thousands of files from an unnamed “third party.” The individual, requesting anonymity for his or her safety, reportedly acquired the documents “through hacking into computer systems operated by the Public Security Bureau (PSB) of the counties of Konasheher (shufu xian 疏附县), located in Kashgar Prefecture, and Tekes (tekesi xian 特克斯县) in Ili Prefecture” in East Turkistan.

The Chinese Communist Party is currently engaging in a genocide against the Uyghur people – and other Turkic groups, such as Kyrgyz and Kazakh people – in East Turkistan, as established by a wide range of experts and multiple governments, including the administrations of Presidents Joe Biden and Donald Trump. The evidence leading to the conclusion that China is intentionally attempting to destroy these ethnic groups includes the use of over 1,000 concentration camps to indoctrinate, torture, enslave, and rape victims; the mass sterilization of non-Han ethnic women; and a concerted effort to eradicate Islam in the country by destroying mosques or forcing them to preach only communist indoctrination and promote Xi Jinping’s personality cult.

Of tantamount importance regarding the enforcement of international law, where genocide is considered a peremptory norm that any court can prosecute, is understanding who has ordered the genocidal policies currently being implemented so as to know who should face trial at the International Criminal Court (ICC) or another similar venue. The senior officials whose remarks appear in the Xinjiang Police Files repeatedly, and clearly, credit Xi Jinping personally for mandating a campaign to erase the indigenous people of East Turkistan.

In a transcript of remarks by Communist Party secretary in Xinjiang Chen Quanguo, for example, Chen consistently calls genocidal strategies like trapping Uyghurs in concentration camps “the Party Central Committee’s strategy for governing Xinjiang with Comrade Xi Jinping at the core.” Zenz refers to the document containing these remarks, made in June 2018 following a visit by Public Security Minister Zhao to the region, in his academic article as “perhaps the most important document of the Xinjiang Police Files because it very directly implicates the central government – and Xi Jinping himself – in the campaign of mass internment.”

The strategy Chen detailed, which he directly credits “the General Secretary” (Xi Jinping) with implementing, is a five-year plan that began in 2017 and is expected to end this year that includes the creation of “vocational training centers” – China’s euphemism for the concentration camps – in addition to the infiltration of all mosques with communist propaganda, “the seizing of wild imams,” and a policy of ethnic erosion both Chen and Zhao in his remarks referred to as “breaking lineages, breaking roots, breaking connections, breaking origins.”

Chen applauded his team in his remarks for having successfully implemented Xi’s ideas.

The testimony of retired FBI Agent Tom Grasso.

Grasso, a witness for Sussmann, was a Special Agent with the FBI whose “primary responsibility involved investigating cyber crimes.” He was part of a unit detailed to the National Cyber Forensics and Training Alliance (NCFTA) in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania. The NCFTA, as Grasso explained, “is a nonprofit entity where nonprofit entity where private sector and law enforcement can come together to collaborate on cyber crime matters; and the FBI unit that I was a part of was detailed to be the FBI component of that project.”

Grasso met Rodney Joffe through the NCFTA. I’ll let Grasso explain the connection:

Q. Do you know a gentleman named Rodney Joffe?

Grasso: I did.

Q. How do you know him?

Grasso: Rodney Joffe is a private sector partner and a friend of mine who I initially met in – somewhere between 2005 and 2010, as I recall.

Haunting images show students pretending to be dead during a recent active-shooter drill at the Texas mass murderer’s high school — conducted by the cop husband of one of the slain teachers.

Ruben Ruiz, a Uvalde school district cop and husband of slain Robb Elementary School fourth-grade teacher Eva Mireles, held the chillingly prophetic drill on March 22 at Uvalde High School, where gunman Salvador Ramos, 18, was a student.

“Our overall goal is to train every Uvalde area law enforcement officer so that we can prepare as best as possible for any situation that may arise,” the police agency said on its Facebook page.

Fine told Florida Today that his tweet was not a threat, simply a lesson from history.

“Joe Biden needs to learn a history lesson,” Fine said, referencing attempts by the British to seize guns from colonists during the Revolutionary War. “(The colonists) hid what they could and then they fought back.”

“The history of our nation is predicated on people being afraid of an overbearing federal government,” he added.

“Joe Biden can go on TV and not wait one minute before he blames Republicans and demands our guns be seized. That’s apparently ‘peace and unity.’ We respond and we’re riling people up,” Fine said. “If the president of the United States wants to politicize a tragedy, he should expect people to get angry in return.”

Florida Today said that they have also reached out to the FBI, the U.S. Department of Justice and the Department of Homeland Security.

The University of Pennsylvania, which hosts Joe Biden’s think tank the Penn Biden Center and paid Joe Biden in the lead-up to his run for president, got paid by the company Bavarian Nordic to perform a clinical trial on the Bavarian Nordic monkeypox vaccine. That’s right. Joe Biden’s host university profited from helping Bavarian Nordic develop the MVA-BN monkeypox vaccine, according to a University of Pennsylvania document obtained by NATIONAL FILE. The Penn Biden Center is financed by UPenn general funds. The MVA-BN vaccine tested at UPenn is now known in America as the Jynneos monkeypox vaccine.

“The University of Pennsylvania is being paid by Bavarian Nordic,” the 2014 document states. Biden joined UPenn after leaving the vice presidency in 2017. Anthony Fauci used approximately $100 million in U.S. taxpayer funds to pay Bavarian Nordic for the vaccine and the Biden administration has used over $100 million in taxpayer funds to buy the monkeypox vaccines.

As I also reported, the University of Pennsylvania makes massive money off Coronavirus vaccines. UPenn gets paid by Pfizer’s vaccine partner BioNtech in licensing payments for mRNA technology and UPenn even makes more money if Pfizer-BioNTech sells more vaccines and gets more FDA approvals from the Biden administration, thanks to a deal UPenn made in 2018 when Biden worked for the university.

Here is the University of Pennsylvania document for the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania that invites people to participate in a research study called “Randomized, open-label Phase II trial to assess the safety and immunogenicity of MVA-BN® smallpox vaccine when increasing the number of injections compared to the standard regimen in immunocompromised subjects with HIV infection…”

The document states that “The University of Pennsylvania is being paid by Bavarian Nordic, the sponsor of this trial who is also providing the material to conduct this research trial.”

University of Pennsylvania financial documents obtained by NATIONAL FILE show that the UPenn fund that bankrolls Joe Biden’s think tank the Penn Biden Center makes money in “milestone payments” from the sale of Pfizer-BioNTech vaccines and from FDA approvals of the injections. The University of Pennsylvania, which paid Joe Biden prior to his presidential run, was accepting big money from donors apparently to carve out spaces for foreign students at UPenn including from Communist China, and NATIONAL FILE can confirm that internal controversy and a staff shakeup occurred when staff questioned how international funds were being spent. With Joe Biden able to return to the Penn Biden Center after his presidency, Biden puts himself in a position to personally profit from the vaccines he is pushing. Pfizer-BioNTech is trying to get a new authorization for a child booster for 5 to 11 year olds.

Under the watch of UPenn president Amy Gutmann, massive amounts of money have flowed into the university’s funds apparently to import students from around the world including from Communist China and the “People’s Republic of China” with administrator notes including “MAKE SURE STUDENT IS FROM CHINA…” Amy Gutmann, the UPenn president who oversaw the establishment of Joe Biden’s think tank the Penn Biden Center in 2018, is now Biden’s Ambassador to Germany. There were arguments in the UPenn administration about where the Chinese-oriented money and other foreign money was going. Some insiders questioned how funds for international students were being managed without transparency, and the arguments led to a staff overhaul. The controversy stemmed from funds set aside for international students.

UPenn’s China links are numerous, as evidenced by its Center for the Study of Contemporary China and the Penn Wharton China Center. In 2019, UPenn’s foreign donations spiked approximately 389 percent.

Look at these “Development Milestones” that the University of Pennsylvania gets paid for, and keep in mind that the term “BLA,” according to this agreement, is defined as “an application submitted to a Regulatory Authority for marketing approval of a product, including (a) a Biologics License Application or New Drug Application submitted to the FDA, (b) a Marketing Authorization Application (“MAA”) in the European Union, (c) any equivalent or comparable application, registration or certification in any other country or region, or (d) any successor applications or procedures, supplements or amendments that may be submitted with respect to the foregoing.”

The BLA process appears to be very lucrative for the University of Pennsylvania. For example, when the FDA approved the Pfizer-BioNTech “COMIRNATY” Coronavirus vaccine in August 2021, the FDA granted “BLA APPROVAL” to the injection.

UPenn Hosts The Pro-Vaccine Website FactCheck.Org

NATIONAL FILE’s source told us: “Even in FactCheck.Org’s seemingly extensive “A Guide to Pfizer-BioNTech’s COVID-19 Vaccine,” they omit info about their host university’s contributions to mRNA and payments from BioNTech specifically. There is no mention at all of UPenn’s mRNA licensing agreements.”

FactCheck.org, which claims to be “nonpartisan,” states the following on its website: “FactCheck.org is a project of the Annenberg Public Policy Center of the University of Pennsylvania. The APPC was established by publisher and philanthropist Walter Annenberg to create a community of scholars within the University of Pennsylvania that would address public policy issues at the local, state and federal levels.”

The Annenberg Public Policy Center, which owns FactCheck.org, is based on the University of Pennsylvania campus in Philadelphia and also in Washington, D.C. and is funded with an endowment from the Annenberg Foundation, which partners with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. The Annenberg Foundation is FactCheck.org’s top funder according to its most recent financial disclosure. FactCheck.org also takes funding from Facebook and Google and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation but claims that its donors “have no control over our editorial decisions.”

FactCheck.org has an extremely close working relationship with its host university. FactCheck.org states that “FactCheck.org receives in-kind support from the Annenberg Public Policy Center including some infrastructure costs as well as supervisory, technical, and administrative support from APPC faculty and staff. We do not attempt to assign a dollar value to these in-kind services, which are funded from the APPC’s own resources.” Kathleen Hall Jamieson, the director of the Annenberg Public Policy Center and the co-founder of FactCheck.org, is a University of Pennsylvania professor. FactCheck.org’s director emeritus Brooks Jackson gave birth to FactCheck.org shortly after joining the Annenberg Public Policy Center. Fox News host Sean Hannity discriminated and launched a smear campaign against Kathy Barnette, Diamond and Silk said on the Todd Starnes Show Tuesday.

The political commentators and Newsmax TV hosts claimed Hannity made every attempt to scale back the ground Barnette made as a candidate for Senate in Pennsylvania, from bringing up old tweets out of context to releasing images of her at the Capitol on Jan. 6.

“That’s not borderline, it is discrimination,” the Trump-supporting duo told host Todd Starnes.

“You know, there were two other candidates in a race,” Diamond and Silk said. “They were white. I didn’t see Sean Patrick Hannity do anything like he did to Kathy to them. To me, Kathy is a patriot. She was out in the cold while Sean Hannity was texting somebody, telling them to tell Trump to stop talking about the 2020 election.”

For Diamond and Silk, it isn’t as black and white when it comes to the Republican Party. Their concern is that this is just what the legacy-media wants and even make worse if Barnette does make it past the primaries.

Diamond and Silk, who used to be Democrats, compared the Left’s attacks to establishment Republicans.

“The same way that I saw Sean do Kathy, a lot of white people do that to Diamond and Silk,” they said. “They act as though, ‘how dare you think you can just come out of your box and say this? You just got off the Democrat plantation. Now we’ve got to seek the dogs on you to bring you back… we are sick and tired of that.”

100 Percent Fed Up Exclusive– On Monday, five of twelve MI GOP gubernatorial candidates, including the top two Republican Gubernatorial candidates, former Detroit Police Chief James Craig and self-made billionaire Perry Johnson and three other GOP candidates for governor, were found to have an insufficient number of signatures to be placed on the ballot in the August primary election. Gubernatorial candidates in Michigan must submit a whopping 15,000 signatures to be eligible to run for governor.

The other three candidates include Michael Markey, MI State Police Captain Michael Brown, and Donna Brandenburg. They were notified by the State of MI Bureau of Elections that thousands of fraudulent signatures had been identified on their nominating petitions, which placed them all in danger of being removed from the primary ballot in August.

The MI Board will make the final decision of Canvassers on May 26. The board is comprised of two Democrats and two establishment Republicans.

Yesterday, I spoke exclusively with a whistleblower* tied to the petition gathering process in Michigan as I tried to understand better how so many intelligent candidates were caught up in what appears to be a significant signature forgery scheme.

During a lengthy conversation with a Michigan whistleblower who’s been in the signature-gathering business for a long time, she named some of the key figures involved in the unethical and likely illegal practice of gathering forged signatures for candidates paying them in good faith to complete their nominating petitions.

The first name we discussed was First Choice Consulting founder “Shawn Wilmoth.” When I mentioned his name, the whistleblower immediately responded, “Shawn is definitely” behind the scandal.” When I asked her to define Wilmoth’s alleged role in the gathering of fraudulent signatures, specifically for the GOP gubernatorial candidates whose campaigns are in jeopardy, she explained: “Shawn owns a company called First Choice Consulting, and he just had too many clients.” In addition to being overwhelmed with too many clients, the whistleblower also blamed a “labor shortage” for some of the unethical practices within the signature-gathering community, citing an “unusually long winter” coupled with a shortage of workers because “so many people are still getting government assistance [COVID payments].” She admitted that it’d become a challenge to get the same amount of required signatures for candidates with fewer workers.

Another source in the business of collecting signatures told me, “If Shawn Wilmot’s behind the [GOP fraudulent signature] scandal, the person who hired him needs to be held accountable.” He explained that Wilmot has two previous voter fraud felony convictions,” and almost everyone in this business who hires him knows what they’re getting into” when they hire him.

The whistleblower explained how forgery became prevalent in their industry. “A couple of years ago, Mark Jacoby, he’s a big name in the industry—started paying people to do a ‘plebiscite,’ which means it’s a fake petition, it’s not a real. And then people would get signatures; they really wouldn’t get signatures; what they would do, is they would forge all of them. And in our industry, it would open the door for people who are not petitioners to forge stuff—and that’s what we’ve been getting deluged with—with all of these forgeries. Mark Jacoby is the founder of “Let The People Decide.”

The petition was ultimately rejected, but she blames the “plebiscite” scam for petition gatherers falsely believing that forging signatures on petitions is a legal practice.

In 2008, Jacoby was arrested for an elaborate scheme by CA state investigators and the Ontario Police Department after dozens of voters said they were duped into registering as Republicans by people employed by Jacoby’s company YPM (Young Political Majors). The voters said YPM workers tricked them by saying they were signing a petition to toughen penalties against child molesters.

The firm was paid $7 to $12 for every Californian it registered as a member of the GOP.

Dan Goldfine, an attorney for Jacoby, denied any wrongdoing by his client and called the charges “baseless.” Jacoby was also accused of registering himself to vote twice – in 2006 and 2007 – using the address of a childhood home in Los Angeles where he no longer lived. The Secretary of State’s Office said Jacoby used a CA address to meet a state requirement that signature-gatherers sign a declaration stating that they are either registered to vote in California or are eligible to do so.

The whistleblower explained that fraudulent signatures for candidates in Michigan are riskier. If a petition has fraudulent signatures, “they can go back and check all petitions,” she said, adding that petition gatherers will get “charged back” for all of the signatures they gathered, and not just the fraudulent ones.

Sixteen German shepherds and three dobermans have been rescued from squalid living conditions at a decrepit mansion used as a puppy mill in New Jersey, officials said.

Long before FBI computer contractor and Clinton operative Rodney L. Joffe allegedly trolled Internet traffic for dirt on President Trump, he mined direct-marketing contact lists for the names and addresses of unwitting Americans to target in a promotional scam involving a grandfather clock.

Michael Sussmann: Durham's indictment of this ex-Clinton lawyer also reveals much about Joffe.

Not just any clock, mind you, but a “world famous Bentley IX” model, according to postcards his companies mailed out to millions of people in the late 1980s claiming they'd won the clock in a contest they never entered. There was just one hitch: the lucky winners had to send $69.19 in shipping fees to redeem their supposedly five-foot mahogany prize.

Tens of thousands of folks forked over the fees, only to discover the grandfather clock that arrived was nothing as advertised. It was really just a table-top version made of particle board and plastic and worth less than $10. Some assembly was required.

The scheme generated thousands of complaints, sparking federal and state investigations. Joffe and his then-California partner, Linda M. Carella, were eyed by federal postal authorities and several state attorneys general for allegedly operating a multi-state mail-order scheme. Joffe settled several state lawsuits by agreeing to refund hundreds of thousand of dollars mainly to elderly victims, according to several published reports at the time.

Joffe and his attorney did not respond to requests for comment. But in a phone interview, Carella told RealClearInvestigations that Joffe ran the operation. “I was just the secretary, the receptionist,” Carella, 76, said from her home in Florida, where she is now retired (though she picked up the returned postcards and checks from mailboxes).

Carella said she quit after the investigation: “I said I don’t want anything more to do with this … I have not seen Rodney since then.” But Joffe pressed on with his direct-mail marketing business before packing up for Arizona a few years later. Federal and state tax lien records reveal Joffe who also sent out mailers for skin care and other beauty products owed more than $110,000 in back taxes on his property in Los Angeles in 1995.

Joffe’s checkered past now has national security ramifications after the South African-born computer expert was outed as a key player in Special Counsel John Durham’s ongoing Russiagate probe. To date he has not been charged with a crime. But in a September indictment of former Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann, and a court filing last week, Durham has suggested that Joffe (identified as “Tech Executive-1”) was at the center of an effort to monitor President Trump’s communications and then share the information with Clinton associates.

Former prosecutor and assistant FBI director Chris Swecker said the credibility issues that cropped up from Joffe’s early career raise questions about how he managed to pass an FBI personal background check and obtain the government’s highest security clearances and win several bids for sensitive federal contracts despite his checkered past, although he noted that such background checks were often ridiculed in the bureau as “a joke.” In addition, the federal mail-order probe involving Joffe’s companies might not have raised serious red flags since the case was opened decades earlier and was settled without any charges or judgments against Joffe.

The FBI declined comment.

Another part of the answer as to why Joffe’s past remained buried may involve how successfully he appears to have reinvented himself during the 1990s.

He relocated then to Phoenix from Los Angeles and changed the name of his mass-marketing firm American Computer Group to “Whitehat Data Services.” Instead of targeting consumers, he developed a reputation as a cyber-security expert and, ironically, a champion of consumers battling abusive direct-marketers and spammers...

Perhaps it was a sign of his redemption....

A decade later, Joffe moved to Washington, where he eventually landed lucrative security-related contracts with the FBI and Pentagon requiring top secret clearance.

In 2006, Joffe joined Neustar Inc., a Beltway computer contractor that, among other things, secures and maintains Internet servers for federal agencies, including the White House...

Republican Dean Knudson, a republican member of the WEC, abruptly resigned today after serving five years. Knudson slammed President Trump on the way out the door saying there was no fraud in the 2020 Wisconsin Election.

Knudson chose to ignore the voter fraud discovered by the Wisconsin Special Counsel earlier this year.

Remember, WEC, with the exception of Spindell, asked clerks across Wisconsin in 2020 not to follow election law involving Special Voting Deputies in nursing homes, which Justice Gableman believes in his March 1st Interim Election Fraud Report, was the breeding grounds for massive election fraud.

WEC, with the exception of Spindell, literally looked the other way in 2020 involving indefinitely confined and ERIC’S mover list.

WEC also unequivocally endorsed the illegal ballot drop boxes.

Dean Knudson, a Republican member of the Wisconsin Elections Commission, will resign after serving almost five years on the commission, he announced Wednesday.

Speaking at a meeting scheduled to elect the commission’s next chair, Knudson said he would continue to serve until Assembly Speaker Robin Vos, R-Rochester, appoints his successor.

During his remarks, Knudson said, “I will put my conservative record against anyone in the state of Wisconsin, and yet, now I’ve been branded a RINO (Republican in name only).”

Knudson said he’s received that brand because “two of my core values are to practice service above self and to display personal integrity.”

He continued: “And to me, that integrity demands acknowledging the truth even when the truth is painful. In this case, the painful truth is that President (Donald) Trump lost the election in 2020. Lost the election in Wisconsin in 2020. And the loss was not due to election fraud.”

Knudson also took an indirect jab at fellow GOP commissioner Robert Spindell, who is vying to be WEC’s next chair. Spindell was one of 10 Republicans in the state who posed as a false elector for former President Donald Trump.

“Unfortunately now, elected officials, appointed officials and candidates at the highest levels in my party have refused to believe that President Trump lost,” he said. “Even worse, some have peddled misinformation and perpetuated falsehoods about the 2020 election.”

Five years ago in 2017, when the US labor shortage was in its nascent stages and when the US was years away from a wage-price spiral, the Fed’s Beige Book surveys of economic activity across the country in April, May and July all noted the inability of employers to find workers able to pass drug screenings: “It’s not just a matter of labor participation; there is also a lot of collateral economic damage,” said Alan B. Krueger, a Princeton economist who wrote a widely discussed paper on the subject last year. In other words, too many people were high 24/7 to be gainfully employed.

Well, fast forward to today when with the US in the depth of the biggest labor crisis in history, when there are almost two job openings for every unemployed worker (according to the latest JOLTs report), we learn that just marijuana violations have taken over 10,000 truck drivers off the road this year, adding more to unprecedented supply chain disruptions.

While the COVID-19 pandemic has been the catalyst for a myriad of supply-chain challenges, including delayed packages, bare grocery store shelves, and inflated prices, there are other bottlenecks also causing supply chain issues, including a lack of truck drivers to transport goods from one place to another. In late 2021, the American Trucking Associations reported that the driver shortage had risen to an all-time high of 80,000, partly due to the aging population and shrinking wages.

In response, the Biden administration vowed in December to get more truck drivers on the road by boosting recruitment efforts and expediting the issuing of commercial licenses. However, that won’t have an effect on another hurdle: disparate marijuana laws across the U.S. that are contributing to an increase in violations. According to KPLC News, in 2022, a growing number of truckers are being taken off the job, which could soon worsen the already suffering supply chain.

As more states legalize recreational marijuana—four of which did so in the past year and three more are expected to by the end of 2022—more truck drivers have tested positive for the substance. As of April 1, 2022, 10,276 commercial vehicle drivers have tested positive for marijuana use. By the same time in 2021, there had been 7,750 violations. That’s a 32.6% increase year over year.

Truck drivers who travel cross-country face inconsistent state regulations as 19 states have legalized recreational marijuana and 37 states permit it for medicinal purposes. But even if a driver used marijuana or hemp-based products like CBD while off duty in a state where those substances are legal, they could still be faced with a violation due to the Department of Transportation’s (DOT) zero-tolerance policy at the federal level.

“While states may allow medical use of marijuana, federal laws and policy do not recognize any legitimate medical use of marijuana,” a DOT handbook for commercial vehicle drivers reads. “Even if a state allows the use of marijuana, DOT regulations treat its use as the same as the use of any other illicit drug.”

Sussman Trial Day 8: Ex-Clinton Lawyer Told Different Stories To Congress And FBI, Jury Hears

A lawyer representing Hillary Clinton’s campaign told members of Congress in 2017 that he took information about Donald Trump and Russia to the FBI on behalf of a client, even though he told the bureau previously that he was bringing the data on his own volition, jurors in federal court heard on May 25.

“I think it’s most accurate to say it was done on behalf of my client,” Michael Sussmann, the lawyer, told the House Intelligence Committee on Dec. 18, 2017.

Portions of the transcript were read into the record as prosecutors with special counsel John Durham’s team wrapped up their case against Sussmann, who is on trial on the charge of lying to the FBI.

Sussmann texted James Baker, a bureau lawyer, in September 2016 asking for a meeting so he could share information, but claimed he was coming forward on his own accord, not as part of his representation of any clients.

Sussmann, with Perkins Coie, at the time was representing both the Clinton campaign and Rodney Joffe, a technology executive who has said he was promised a position in the government if Clinton won the 2016 election.

The parties colluded in gathering data and claiming that it showed a secret link between Trump and Russia’s Alfa Bank, prosecutors say. They hoped to sway the election in Clinton’s favor.

About 14 months after handing over the allegations to Baker—the FBI and the CIA both deemed the claims false—Sussmann sat before the House panel and told members that he received the Trump-Russia information from a client, whom he indicated was not the Clinton campaign.
