Yuma County School Board Member Set To Plead Guilty For 2020 Election Ballot Trafficking Crimes As Exposed In “2000 Mules”- State Senate Candidate Gary Snyder Who Busted the Fraud Weighs In
Guillermina Fuentes, the Gadsden Elementary School District Board Member and Ex-Mayor of San Luis, Arizona, will appear in court next Thursday for a plea hearing.
Fuentes was indicted for trafficking ballots in San Luis, Arizona,
She was originally scheduled to appear on May 12, 2022, and plead “not guilty,” however, the plea has been changed because of the evidence presented in True The Vote’s “2000 Mules”.
Catherine Engelbrecht and Gregg Phillips investigated the ballot trafficking incidents in Yuma County, Arizona, and included this information in the film “2000 Mules.”
“18 months ago, we knew that when the full story was told about Yuma, Arizona, it would reveal systematic, systemic, ballot trafficking with connections that spread nationwide. It’s now happening, thankfully, with law enforcement fully engaged. Much more remains to be revealed in the days ahead,” Catherine Engelbrecht told the Gateway Pundit.
The Gateway Pundit previously reported that Fuentes was charged with two Class 4 felonies alleging forgery and conspiracy, and two felonies of ballot abuse. Alma Yadira Juarez pleaded guilty and admitted to police that Fuentes gave her the ballots to stuff in drop boxes.
The hearing is set for June 2nd.
Guillermina Fuentes and Alma Juarez were both caught by David Lara and Arizona State Senate candidate Gary Snyder, who set up a hidden camera after years of investigating the operation. Their undercover work was featured in True The Vote’s “2000 Mules” documentary.
The Gateway Pundit reported that video evidence was delivered to the turncoat Attorney General Mark Brnovich before the 2020 Presidential Election, but he waited until December 2020 to file these charges.
RINO Mark Brnovich has done almost nothing despite the massive evidence of Arizona voter fraud presented in the film.
Despite her indictment for election fraud, Fuentes still serves on the Gadsden Elementary School Board. Fuentes’ daughter, Lizeth Esparza, was recently hired by the Board as Superintendent of the district shortly after her indictment.
The Gateway Pundit reported that investigators from the Arizona Attorney General’s office recently served another member of this school board, Gloria Torres, warrants at the Comité De Bien Estar nonprofit organization. Torres’ home was also raided. This is directly connected to the ballot trafficking scheme exposed in True The Vote’s “2000 Mules.”

Long Withheld Records Reveal More than 20,000 Mail Ballots Received After the Legal Deadline in Maricopa County
A new Maricopa County 2020 election report from Verity Vote used public records requests to discover that more than 20,000 ballots were illegally counted.
Arizona’s 2020 Presidential Election was decided by less than 10,500 votes.
After numerous records requests and months of waiting for responses, Verity Vote found that Maricopa County received and counted tens of thousands of ballots after the election day deadline.
This finding was not mentioned in the Arizona Attorney General’s interim report on election fraud.
A previous report by Verity Vote discovered that Maricopa County failed to record the number of ballots on 1,514 out of 1,895 unique chain of custody documents and failed to record signatures on 48 of these documents. This resulted in 740,000 ballots missing proper chain of custody documentation. The Arizona Attorney General’s report undercalculated this number of ballots by over 500,000.
Arizona Law requires that all ballots be received by the county no later than 7pm on Election Day in order for them to be counted and valid1. However, review of Maricopa County 2020 General Election records shows that more than 20,000 ballots were transported from the United States Postal Service (USPS) after that deadline.
Verity Vote obtained delivery receipts from the county that show USPS ballots were re ceived on November 4, 5 and 6. Any ballots not rejected are accepted by default and tabulated into the election results. Arizona law is clear that it is not an issue of the ballot postmark but the receipt of the ballot by the county prior to 7pm on Election Day.

Thomas More Society Files Lawsuits Against Election Officials in Wisconsin’s 5 Largest Cities Over Illegal Use of Ballot Drop Boxes
Independent investigations in Wisconsin and Pennsylvania this year revealed that 7% of the ballots dropped into drop boxes in the 2020 election were illegally harvested.
The Gateway Pundit, 100 Percent Fed Up and MC4EI recently released numerous clips of ballot traffickers in Detroit, Michigan in 2020 illegally stuffing the ballot boxes several times with numerous ballots.
We are releasing new video on Friday of Detroit ballot traffickers from the 2020 election!
And, of course, True the Vote, Catherine Engelbrecht, Gregg Phillips, and Dinesh D’Souza recently released “2000 Mules” which reveals how Democrats stole the 2020 election with fraudulent ballots jammed into drop boxes.
Now this…
On Friday The Thomas More Society filed lawsuits against election officials in Wisconsin’s five largest cities over the illegal use of ballot drop boxes.
The Thomas More Society reported:
Voters in Wisconsin’s five largest cities filed lawsuits over the use of illegal unmanned absentee ballot drop boxes in elections. Thomas More Society attorneys submitted the complaints on May 25, 2022, on behalf of voters in the cities of Green Bay, Kenosha, Madison, Milwaukee, and Racine.
Wisconsin election law precludes the use of unmanned absentee ballot drop boxes for voting, and yet each of these cities implemented them, despite their illegality, explained Thomas More Society Special Counsel Erick Kaardal.
“In 2020, the cities of Milwaukee, Madison, Racine, Kenosha, and Green Bay made an agreement with the nonprofit Center for Tech and Civic Life to use the drop boxes to get these cities’ residents to vote,” reported Kaardal. “This so-called ‘Wisconsin Safe Voting Plan,’ involved $8.8 million of private grants to these five cities, to target specific populations to vote. It had little, if anything at all to do with keeping voters safe from Covid-19, as it purported to do.”
The lawsuits come only after the Wisconsin Elections Commission refused in April 2022 to investigate each of the five cities for violating Wisconsin law as it pertains to unmanned drop boxes. The commission’s refusal to investigate came after the Waukesha County Circuit Court conclusively determined in January 2022, in a case involving the Wisconsin Election Commission, that the unmanned drop boxes were legally unauthorized under Wisconsin law.
“My clients have done everything in their power to get the Wisconsin Elections Commission to investigate the ‘Wisconsin 5’ cities for their policies of using the illegal drop boxes,” added Kaardal. “Nonetheless, the Wisconsin Elections Commission refuses to investigate these known illegalities. Because the Wisconsin Elections Commission has made itself irrelevant, we now turn to the great circuit courts of Brown, Dane, Kenosha, Milwaukee and Racine Counties for judicial remedies to prevent these cities from using illegal drop boxes as they did, by agreement and with private funding, in the November 2020 election. Never again.”

Biden’s Chief Climate Officer Is A Klaus Schwab Fellow.
President Joe Biden’s Chief Climate Officer and Deputy Administrator of the U.S. Agency for International Development was a fellow at the Schwab Foundation for Social Entrepreneurship, founded by World Economic Forum Chairman Klaus Schwab.
The prominent position of the Biden Appointee, Gillian Caldwell, gives her considerable direction over the White House’s energy and climate change policy, which the World Economic Forum (WEF) has highlighted as an integral component of its “Great Reset” agenda. In addition to exploiting COVID-19, the WEF has been accused of using issues like the environment to advance its radical agenda of abolishing private property ownership.
Caldwell was a Schwab Foundation for Social Entrepreneurship Fellow in 2001, which earned her “all expenses paid participation at the World Economic Forum in Davos annually,” according to her resume. The Schwab Foundation for Social Entrepreneurship was founded by WEF Chairman Klaus Schwab in 1998 and is run by his wife, Hilde.
While attending several WEF events, Caldwell has been a featured blogger for the group, which she reveals on her resume:
“The Schwab Foundation brings several dozen of us here each year as the primary vehicle through which is aims to support our work.”
Several blog posts authored by Caldwell from 2006 focus on panels she attended and business leaders, media figures, and celebrities she spoke with while at the WEF.
“Day 1 at the World Economic Forum. I attended a session this morning on how we did as a global community in the last year in the areas identified as top priorities by Davos attendees last year: poverty, equitable globalization, climate change, education, global governance, and the Middle East,” she reported
The USAID has previously funded research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, believed by many to be the source of COVID-19.

Former Attorney General Bill Barr Says Clinton Guilty Of ‘Sedition’
Former United States Attorney General Bill Barr has given a stark warning to former Democrat presidential nominee Hillary Clinton over her “seditious” conspiracy against former President Donald Trump.
“I thought we were heading into a constitutional crisis. I think whatever you think of Trump, the fact is that the whole Russiagate thing was a grave injustice. It appears to be a dirty political trick that was used first to hobble him and then potentially to drive him from office,” he said on Glenn Beck’s Blaze TV podcast.
“I believe it is seditious,” he said, but he warned that those charges would be tough to prove in a court.
“It was a gross injustice, and it hurt the United States in many ways, including what we’re seeing in Ukraine these days. It distorted our foreign policy, and so forth,” the former attorney general said.
He said that he named Special Counsel John Durham to lead the case in private so it would stop President Joe Biden and Attorney general Merrick Garland from interfering with him.
“I was highly confident he would remain in office and they wouldn’t touch him,” he said.
“The Biden administration had no real interest in protecting either Hillary Clinton or Comey,” he argued.
“And at the end of the day, for them to lose the capital and appear to be covering something up that would then never get resolved, I didn’t think was in their interest,” he said.
“And I think institutionally that would’ve destroyed the new AG if he had tried that.
“If you don’t have the threat of a grand jury, no one will come in and talk to you. You’ll say, the usual thing is, ‘Please come in for a voluntary interview,” the former attorney general said.
“And people come in because they know if they don’t, they’re subpoenaed.
“But if there is no grand jury, they say, ‘No, I’m not coming in,’ and there’s nothing you can do,” he said.
“And people don’t understand that that state of affairs lasted until the month before the election,” he said of the pandemic that delayed the Durham probe.
“So his hands were very much tied as to how far he could push things and how much pressure he could bring on people through most of 2020,” he said.

Big Pharma Boss Caught FAKING His COVID Vaccination Status; Injected Himself With Salt Water Instead… Now Facing Criminal Charges
While the WHO and our political leaders want us to trust in the COVID vaccines and push for legal measures to force it upon us, it seems even Big Pharma executives don’t even trust the safety of the vax.
Police have charged Jose Maria Fernandez Sousa-Faro, the president of European pharmaceutical behemoth PharmaMar, with being falsely vaccinated against COVID-19. Dr. Sousa-Faro is embroiled in a European controversy involving individuals, many of whom are well-known figures, being added to the National Immunization Registry in exchange for large sums of money.
According to police sources and El Periodico de Espana, Sousa-Faro arranged to be injected with a saline solution instead of a COVID-19 vaccination and spent hundreds of euros to have his name added to Spain’s immunization register.
Dr. Sousa-Faro is one of almost 2,200 celebrities and European elites who have been erroneously vaccinated against Covid, according to a list compiled by National Police.
Jose Maria Fernandez Sousa-Faro, president of European pharmaceuticals giant PharmaMar, has been charged by police with being falsely vaccinated against Covid-19. Dr. Sousa-Faro has been caught up in a scandal in Europe involving people being added to the National Immunization Registry in exchange for large sums of money, with many of them familiar faces and household names.
Police allege that Sousa-Faro arranged to be injected with a saline solution instead of a Covid-19 vaccination and paid thousands of dollars to have his name added to Spain’s immunization register, as confirmed by police sources and reported by El Periodico de Espana.
Dr. Sousa-Faro is among more than 2,200 celebrities and European elites on the list drawn up by National Police of those falsely vaccinated against Covid.
According to El Mundo, Spanish police carried out the investigation called Operation Jenner which uncovered the vast network of celebrities and elites who have paid money to have their names fraudulently entered on the National Immunization Register, despite refusing to be vaccinated.
Euro Weekly News report: The leader of the network was a nursing assistant at the La Paz University Hospital, where he is accused of charging more than €200,000 euros for fraudulently registering 2,200 people as vaccinated in the National Registry against Covid-19. He has been arrested and is currently in custody.
Among those accused are Bruno González Cabrera, a defender who played for Betis, Getafe, Levante and Valladolid. Fabio Díez Steinaker in beach volleyball, runner-up in Europe and fifth in the Sydney Olympic Games. The former Valencian boxer and wrestler José Luis Zapater, alias Titín, who starred in more than a thousand fights.
The famous people invesitaged so far includes: José María Fernández Sousa-Faro, President of PharmaMar, Trinitario Casanova, one of the richest men in Spain, Kidd Keo, trap singer in English and Spanish, Anier, rap singer, Jarfaiter, rap singer, Veronica Echegui, actress, Bruno Gonzalez Cabrera, soccer player, Fabio Díez Steinaker, former beach volleyball Olympian, José Luis Zapater, alias Titín, former boxer, Camilo Esquivel, recognized and prestigious doctor.
According to the police who are investigating the 2,200 false Covid-19 vaccination certificates, the fee was dependent on your social standing. The more important you were, the higher the price.

Ukrainian Officers Continue Killing Their Soldiers. Number Of Ukrainian POWs Grows (Photos 18+)
There are about 8,000 Ukrainian prisoners of war in the Donetsk People’s Republic and the Luhansk People’s Republic. The numbers were claimed by the LPR Ambassador to Russia on May 26th.
“There are a lot of prisoners. Of course, there are more of them on the territory of the DPR, but we also have enough. Now the total figure is about 8 thousand. That’s a lot, and literally hundreds are added every day,” LPR Ambassador to Russia Rodion Miroshnik said in his interview.
Amid the growing number of the deserters in the ranks of the AFU, the Kiev regime is trying its best to threaten its oen military by legal and illegal means.
On May 24th, a bill has been submitted to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, according to which officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine would be allowed to kill servicemen who refuse to follow orders and decide to leave their positions without permission. The initiator was the representative of the party of Vladimir Zelensky “Servant of the People” Mariana Bezuglaya. At the moment, the Ukrainian officers are allowed to use a weapon or give an order to subordinates to use it only if it is not possible to stop the criminal activities of the servicemen in any other way. At the same time, it should be used without causing death to a serviceman.
Later, the bill allowing Ukrainian officers to kill deserters has been shelved from the Verkhovna Rada.
Despite the official prohibition to kill their own servicemen, numerous cases of the deaths of the Ukrainian soldiers killed by their comrades have been recorded so far. Some Ukrainian prisoners of war also confirm that special groups, mainly consisting of the members of the nationalist formations were killing Ukrainian servicemen who attempted to flee from the battlefields.
On May 26, another case was revealed on the Donbass front lines. After the AFU units fled from their positions during the offensive of the Armed Forces of the Russia, the bodies of servicemen with their hands tied and gunshot wounds in the back of the head were found in an unidentified area. According to the reports, these servicemen attempted to surrender, but were executed by the members of the Ukrainian nationalist battalion.

Gun-Running Sting Blows Up: House Hearings on ATF's Fast and Furious
John Solomon exclusively traces the origin of the sting to the Justice Department, which originally denied involvement.
The operation went on for 15 months, and ATF officials now concede they let more than 1,700 weapons fall into the hands of the straw buyers, with nearly 800 showing up in criminal activity on both sides of the border.

World Economic Forum ‘Press Freedom’ Panel Calls for Algorithmic Suppression of Hate Speech, Rumours
Rumours, falsehoods, division, and hate speech should be suppressed by social media algorithms, according to a “freedom of the press” panel at the World Economic Forum in Davos on Thursday.
The WEF panel, which was held in collaboration with Time magazine, featured the head of Soros-backed Human Rights Watch, Kenneth Roth, who argued that social media should not focus on banning or overt censorship but rather on algorithmic manipulation in order to promote content from a “subset of society… journalists” to convey information as “carefully as possible” to the public.
“The algorithms are written to promote engagement because engagement is profitable, engagement is more eyeballs, and what is engaging? The provocative, rumours, falsehoods, hate speech, divisiveness.
“I don’t focus so much on what should be taken down, the overt censorship, but rather what is being promoted. If algorithms are promoting information that in essence is false or divisive because it is profitable, there I think there is accountability that is quite warranted for these companies”, Roth said.
The statements from Roth fall in line with previous arguments from the globalist World Economic Forum, which has previously called for the promotion of “diversity and anti-bias” on social media.
A blog post published by the WEF last April said that “technologies can be designed and developed in an inclusive manner by engaging those who are affected by online hate and discrimination.”
The post said that tech companies should partner with organisations such as the Anti-Defamation League (ADL), which has already reportedly begun working with PayPal to blacklist and surveil so-called extremists.
“Unless tech companies want to play catch-up on a constant basis, they should move beyond detection and content moderation to a holistic and proactive approach to how hatred is generated and disseminated online,” the WEF argued.

Chinese manufacturer sent 100,000+ defective COVID tests with false positives to US company
Not far from where the COVID-19 pandemic originated in Wuhan, China, the Chinese medical technology company Anhui DeepBlue manufactured and distributed to the United States tens of thousands of defective antibody tests that showed false-positive results. Now, an American medical company is suing DeepBlue in an effort to recover nearly half a million dollars it lost buying defective tests.
Shane Stevens, CEO of AnyPlace MD — a nationwide mobile medical company that provides “point of care testing with real-time results” based in Austin, Texas — told American Military News that he first sought a contract to purchase DeepBlue’s tests in March 2020, but finding tests in the early days of the pandemic was “like a fight.”
Months later, Stevens was finally able to purchase 100,000 antibody tests from Anhui DeepBlue Medical Technology Co. for $600,000 on May 30, 2020.
Under the contract – organized by a broker known as Rallo Holdings, Ltd – Stevens was required to pay 75 percent of the cost upfront, totaling $481,125.00. The remaining balance of $118,875 would be due one month later.
“It was super scary,” Stevens recalled feeling about the massive purchase. “What we called it back then was ‘pay and pray’ because you had to pay for them, for the most part, upfront. It was one of those things that makes you go, ‘What’s the best decision here: not buy any tests and not have any here in the U.S., or buy them from the only country that magically has the formulas to produce these tests right now so that way we can at least try.”
While the “pay and pray” method had worked with other manufacturers, Stevens quickly realized that DeepBlue would be a different story. After a series of delays during which the Chinese company “held [Stevens’] money for a long time,” he said the tests finally arrived — but the trouble was just beginning.
Stevens said his company always conducted “sample validations on all tests to ensure good quality prior to using or distributing,” a standard that made AnyPlace MD “a preferred provider to many states and military customers.”

Hero Border Patrol Agent: Allow Teachers to Carry Guns for Classroom Defense
Jacob Albarado, the off-duty Border Patrol agent who rushed into Robb Elementary School during Tuesday’s attack to save his daughter, says teachers should be trained and armed for classroom defense.
Breitbart News reported that Albarado borrowed a shotgun from a local barber where he was about to get a haircut when he learned of the attack and charged into the school to save his daughter.
He found her alive and helped her and numerous other children get out of the building.
The school did not have an armed guard on duty when the attack occurred, and the gunman entered through an unlocked door.
The New York Post reports that Albarado wrote of his frustration on Facebook after the attack, saying, “I’m so angry, saddened and grateful all at once. Only time will heal their pain and hopefully changes will be made at all schools in the U.S. and teachers will be trained & allowed to carry in order to protect themselves and students.”
The commission that investigated the February 14, 2018, Parkland high school shooting noted that armed teachers could have made a difference in the outcome of that heinous incident.
Breitbart News observed that Pinellas County Sheriff Bob Gualtieri, head of the Parkland commission, said the investigation of the Parkland attack had changed his views on armed teachers — he went from opposing the idea to supporting it. He noted, “People need to keep an open mind to it, as the reality is that if someone else in that school had a gun it could have saved kids’ lives.”

Shouldn't Hillary Clinton Be Banned From Twitter Now?
Trial testimony reveals Hillary Clinton personally approved serious election misinformation. Is there an anti-Trump exception to content moderation?
Matt Taibbi
Last week, in the trial of former Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann, prosecutor Andrew DeFilippis asked ex-campaign manager Robby Mook about the decision to share with a reporter a bogus story about Donald Trump and Russia’s Alfa Bank. Mook answered by giving up his onetime boss. “I discussed it with Hillary,” he said, describing his pitch to the candidate: “Hey, you know, we have this, and we want to share it with a reporter… She agreed to that.”
In a country with a functioning media system, this would have been a huge story. Obviously this isn’t Watergate, Hillary Clinton was never president, and Sussmann’s trial doesn’t equate to prosecutions of people like Chuck Colson or Gordon Liddy. But as we’ve slowly been learning for years, a massive fraud was perpetrated on the public with Russiagate, and Mook’s testimony added a substantial piece of the picture, implicating one of the country’s most prominent politicians in one of the more ambitious disinformation campaigns we’ve seen.
There are two reasons the Clinton story isn’t a bigger one in the public consciousness. One is admitting the enormity of what took place would require system-wide admissions by the FBI, the CIA, and, as Matt Orfalea’s damning video above shows, virtually every major news media organization in America.
More importantly, there’s no term for the offense Democrats committed in 2016, though it was similar to Watergate. Instead of a “third-rate burglary” and a bug, Democrats sent schlock research to the FBI, who in turn lied to the secret FISA court and obtained “legal” surveillance authority over former Trump aide Carter Page (which opened doors to searches of everyone connected to Page). Worse, instead of petty “ratfucking” like Donald Segretti’s “Canuck letter,” the Clinton campaign created and fueled a successful, years-long campaign of official harassment and media fraud. They innovated an extraordinary trick, using government connections and press to generate real criminal and counterintelligence investigations of political enemies, mostly all based on what we now know to be self-generated nonsense.
The Clintons, and especially Hillary, have been baselessly accused of all sorts of things in the past, the murder of Vince Foster being just one example. The “vast right-wing conspiracy” was so successful that the Clintons ended up aligning with and helping fund its chief architect, David Brock, ahead of the 2016 cycle. Along with Perkins Coie and the research agency Fusion-GPS, headed by former Wall Street Journal reporter and current self-admiring sleaze-merchant Glenn Simpson, they engineered three long years of phony “collusion” headlines. No matter what papers like the Washington Post try to argue this week, this was an enormous scandal.
The world has mostly moved on, since Russiagate was thirty or forty “current things” ago, but the public prosecution of the collusion theory was a daily preoccupation of national media for years. A substantial portion of the population believed the accusations, and expected the story would end with Donald Trump in jail or at least indicted, scrolling for a thousand straight days in desperate expectation of the promised justice. Trump was bounced from Twitter for incitement, but Twitter has a policy against misinformation as well. It includes a prohibition against “misleading” media that is “likely to result in widespread confusion on public issues.”
I’m not a fan of throwing people off Twitter, but how can knowingly launching thousands of bogus news stories across a period of years, leading millions of people to believe lies and expect news that never arrived, not qualify as causing “widespread confusion on public issues”?

Ukraine Was Building Dirty Bomb. Advance Of Russian Troops Reveals New Circumstances
Just before the beginning of Ukraine’s war with Russia, Vladimir Putin uttered a key phrase, the meaning of which was that Russia could not allow Ukraine to reacquire even tactical nuclear weapons and that Kiev was literally one step away from creating them. It was this emphasis that immediately fell out of the public spotlight amid claims of “denazification” and “demilitarization”. What is a dirty nuclear bomb and how likely is Kiev to have one?
The classic nuclear charge has a monstrous destructive power, but the effect of using such weapons is relatively short-lived. Yes, indeed, during a nuclear explosion extremely dangerous isotopes are formed, including strontium-89, strontium-90, cesium-137, zinc-64 and tantalum-181. These isotopes, once in the body, accumulate there, causing severe and often incurable diseases. For example, radioactive iodine accumulates in the thyroid gland, cesium in muscles, strontium in bones and so on.
At the same time, the affected area of a nuclear explosion denuclearizes rather quickly, i.e. actively loses radioactivity. Hiroshima and Nagasaki, the only cities in the history of mankind to have been nuclear bombed, are a case in point. The masses were under the impression that they left a scorched desert for decades, which is not true. As early as August 1949, the Hiroshima Peace Memorial City Construction Law was passed, which gave an immediate start to the total reconstruction of the city. That is, little more than four years had passed since the nuclear strike.
The principle of the dirty bomb is different. This type of munition is much simpler in its construction and does not require complex technical solutions. In fact, it is simply a delivery vehicle (missile, bomb or artillery shell) to which a container with radioactive filler is attached. One of the potentially most effective and therefore dangerous applications in general involves simply spraying radioactive dust from an airplane or any other aircraft.
Dangerous isotopes with long half-lives are deposited on the surface of the earth, plants, and further into the ground and aquifers, making the area dangerous to live in for many decades. To a man to develop radiation sickness it is enough to get just one sievert dose (Sv), a dose of 3 to 5 Sv leads either to death in a couple of months or to the development of cancer, 6 to 10 Sv is a guaranteed death as the irreversible death of bone marrow begins.
The issue of the possibility of Ukraine, which renounced nuclear missile weapons as part of the Budapest Memorandum, creating a dirty bomb has been repeatedly considered by various experts. Most of them agreed that it is impossible for a number of reasons.
First, for political reasons: Western allies will not give the unpredictable government in Kiev such a bargaining chip. Second, Ukraine does not have the appropriate technical capabilities, no centrifuge capacity for uranium enrichment, and no suitable means of delivery. Some experts do not agree with the latter assertion, because a large amount of equipment and specialists capable of creating such means has been preserved since the Soviet Union days.

PASSING OF FORMER USAID COLLEAGUE ABDULHAMEED AL-AJAMI
Statement by Administrator Samantha Power
For Immediate Release
Friday, May 27, 2022
Office of Press Relations
press@usaid.gov
It is with great sorrow that we learned of the passing of a member of the USAID family. Abdulhameed Al-Ajami, a former Yemeni U.S. Embassy employee who worked for USAID was detained by Houthis in November of 2021, and perished earlier this week in their custody. I'd like to extend my sincere and deepest condolences to his family and friends and recognize his tremendous service to the United States and to Yemen.
Abdulhameed was dedicated to helping bring a brighter future to all Yemenis, and worked to expand the reach of education in the country as the head of our education portfolio. He was a beloved figure in our mission and in Sana’a, one who could charm a crowded room and cut through complex challenges at work. His death in Houthi captivity, following six months during which he was denied contact with his family, is a complete outrage and those responsible for his detention must be held accountable. We condemn the Houthis for their continued detainment of current and former U.S. locally employed staff in Sana’a and demand their release.

43 arrested, cited for drugs, weapons, crimes against children by HSI Phoenix and partnered agencies
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. – On Tuesday, results from an undercover operation dubbed “Spring Fling” aimed at targeting alleged sexual predators was announced by local law enforcement in partnership with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI).
HSI joined the Scottsdale Police Department Human Exploitation and Trafficking (HEaT) Unit along with Phoenix, Mesa, Tempe, Gilbert, Surprise Police Departments along with Arizona State University Police Department for Operation Spring Fling.
This was an undercover operation targeting the demand for commercial sex, sex buyers, and human trafficking, which led to 43 arrests for crimes including child sex trafficking, prostitution, drug charges, and misconduct involving weapons. The focus was on hotel prostitution and street prostitution enforcement. The suspects allegedly solicited and/or brokered deals for various sex acts and were subsequently arrested.
HSI takes a victim-centered approach to child exploitation investigations by working to identify, rescue and stabilize victims. HSI works in partnership with NCMEC, ICAC partners, and other federal, state and local agencies to help solve cases and rescue sexually exploited children. Suspected child sexual exploitation or missing children may be reported to NCMEC’s toll-free 24-hour hotline, 1-800-THE-LOST. HSI is a founding member of the Virtual Global Taskforce, an international alliance of law enforcement agencies and private industry sector partners working together to prevent and deter online child sexual abuse.
One of HSI’s top priorities is to protect the public from crimes of victimization, and HSI’s child exploitation investigations program is a central component of this mission set. HSI is recognized as a global leader in this investigative discipline, and is committed to utilizing its vast authorities, international footprint and strong government and non-government partnerships to identify and rescue child victims, identify and apprehend offenders, prevent transnational child sexual abuse, and help make the internet a safer place for children.

'It was clearly the wrong decision': Top Texas cop breaks down as he reveals 19 officers stood outside classroom where gunman trapped victims doing NOTHING because Uvalde police chief thought everyone was dead despite kids continuing to call 911
Nineteencops stood outside the classroom where the gunman was for over an hour while kids were outside
They thought that everyone inside was dead - despite ongoing 911 calls from kids inside begging for help
The shooter fired his last shots at 12.21 and it's unclear if those shots were at the kids or at the door
'Clearly in hindsight, it was the wrong decision,' Texas Dept. of Safety Steven McCraw said on Friday
The 911 calls from inside the classrooms lasted from continued until 12.50pm, when police killed the gunman
The kids who were alive and trapped phoned for help seven times unaware that police were outside
Police will not say how many people were rescued and how many were shot in the time that lapsed
The gunman fired 100 shots when he first arrived at the school then another 16 shots four minutes later"
Kabuki Theater:
"Texas' Director of Public Safety broke down in tears as he admitted 19 cops stood outside the classroom where the gunman in Tuesday's shooting had his victims trapped and did nothing because they thought everyone inside was dead, despite ongoing 911 calls from inside from children begging for help.
Col. Steven McCraw made the admission at a press conference on Friday where he said it was 'the wrong decision' and came as the result of the Chief of the Uvalde School District Police Department Pete Arredondo mistakenly believing all of the kids in the classroom had already been killed.
Police say they thought that every shot the gunman fired after that was aimed at the door and designed to keep them at bay."
"'The incident commander thought at that time there was no more children at risk. Obviously there were children that were at risk,' he said.
It remains unconfirmed how many children died while those 19 cops stood outside the classroom door. McCraw also revealed at the press conference;
The gunman fired more than 100 rounds after at 11.33am within seconds of walking into the school
He had purchased 1,000 rounds of ammo in total and been talking about buying guns for months
In March, he asked his sister to help him buy a gun and she 'flatly refused' but it's unclear if he was reported
In May, he spoke about school shootings with friends on Instagram and on May 14 he wrote: '10 more days, you'll see'
The shooter's final shots were fired at 12.21pm and it's unclear if those were at kids or at the door
Children who were trapped inside the classroom made seven 911 calls in the hour that they were trapped, begging for help
There was no resource officer at the scene but one arrived within seconds of hearing the first 911 call. He however didn't see the gunman hiding between cars in the parking lot and drove right past him
The gunman was able to get into the school because a teacher had propped open a door
Ramos entered the classroom and locked the door at 11.34am. In the first few minutes, he fired more than 100 shots inside classrooms 111 and 112.
He carried on shooting 'sporadically' until 12.21pm, and it wasn't until 12.50pm that police eventually gained access to the classrooms with a key from the janitor.
'With the benefit of hindsight, from where I am sitting now - of course it was not the right decision. It was the wrong decision. There is no excuse,' McCraw said."

Obama-Appointed Judge Throws Out Trump’s Lawsuit to Block New York AG Letitia James’ Witch Hunt Investigation
A federal judge on Friday tossed Trump’s lawsuit seeking to block New York Attorney General Letitia James’ witch hunt investigation into the former president’s business practices.
U.S. District Judge Brenda Sannes for upstate New York, an Obama appointee, issued the ruling just one day after a state appeals court ruled Trump must testify under oath.
“While the New York proceeding has been ongoing since August 2020, Plaintiffs have submitted no evidence that the subpoena enforcement proceeding has been conducted in such a way as to constitute harassment,” Sannes wrote in a 43-page decision.
Trump’s lawyers said they will immediately appeal the decision.
The Hill reported:
A federal judge on Friday threw out a lawsuit filed by former President Trump seeking to block the New York attorney general from investigating his business practices.
Sannes granted New York Attorney General Letitia James’s (D) motion to dismiss the case, rejecting Trump’s arguments that the investigation is being conducted in bad faith and motivated by politics.
Trump attorney Alina Habba quickly vowed to appeal the decision on Friday.
“There is no question that we will be appealing this decision. If Ms. James’s egregious conduct and harassing investigation does not meet the bad faith exception to the Younger abstention doctrine, then I cannot imagine a scenario that would,” Habba said in an emailed statement, referring to the legal standard governing when federal courts should abstain from interfering in state court proceedings.
The former president sued James in federal court in December, alleging that her public criticisms of Trump demonstrated a political bias pervading her civil investigation into his company.
James applauded the decision on Friday.
“Time and time again, the courts have made clear that Donald J. Trump’s baseless legal challenges cannot stop our lawful investigation into his and the Trump Organization’s financial dealings,” the attorney general said in a statement. “No one in this country can pick and choose how the law applies to them, and Donald Trump is no exception. As we have said all along, we will continue this investigation undeterred.”

MOSCOW, May 27. /TASS/. Russia calls on the WHO leadership to investigate the activities of US-funded Nigerian laboratories in Abuja, Zaria and Lagos, Chief of Russian Radiation, Chemical and Biological Protection Force Igor Kirillov said on Friday.
"Against the background of numerous cases of US violations of biosafety requirements and facts of negligent storage of pathogenic biomaterials, we call on the leadership of the World Health Organization to investigate the activities of US-funded Nigerian laboratories in Abuja, Zaria, Lagos and inform the world community about its results," Kirillov said.
He recalled that according to the WHO report, the West African strain of the monkeypox pathogen came from Nigeria, another state in which the US has deployed its biological infrastructure. "According to available information, there are at least four Washington-controlled biolaboratories operating in Nigeria," the official stressed.

Uvalde School Children Desperately Called 911 Begging for Help as Police Waited an Hour to Kill Shooter
Several children at Uvalde Elementary School made 911 calls begging for help as a lone gunman shot their classmates and teachers during Tuesday’s massacre in the western Texas town of Uvalde that killed 19 students and two teachers. The report of the 911 calls was made by Texas Department of Public Safety Director Steve McCraw at a press briefing Friday. McCraw also said the on scene commander, the Uvalde police chief, decided the situation was a barricade and not an active shooter, even as 911 calls came in throughout the hour from the children, and held off storming the classroom until a tactical unit arrived even though 19 officers had gained entry to the school. After an hour the 18-year-old gunman Salvador Ramos was killed by a Border Patrol agent who stormed the classroom.
Summary: 911 calls were received at 12:03 p.m. CDT from a student room 112. Student called back at 12:10 advised multiple dead. Called again at 12:13. Called again 1t 12:16 and said 8 to 9 students alive. at 12:19 a 911 call from another student in room 111, call ended after another student told her to hang up. At 12:21 three gunshots could be heard over a 911 call. At 12:36 a 911 call lasted 21 seconds, the student caller called back and was told to stay on the line and be very quiet. She told 911 “he shot the door”. 12:43 (and/or) 12:47 she asked 911 to “please send the police now.” 12:46 she said she could “hear the police next door”. 12:50 shot heard being fired. 12:51 very loud, sounds like police officers moving children out. The call ends as child is outside of the classroom.
CNN interviewed a student survivor who said she called 911 and smeared herself with the blood of a dead classmate to make the shooter think she was also dead (excerpt):
An 11-year-old survivor of the Robb Elementary School massacre in Uvalde, Texas, feared the gunman would come back for her so she smeared herself in her friend’s blood and played dead.
Miah Cerrillo spoke exclusively to CNN about her horrific experience that day inside the classroom where the mass shooting took place that killed 19 of her classmates and two of her teachers.
…Miah said after shooting students in her class, the gunman went through a door into an adjoining classroom. She heard screams, and the sound of shots in that classroom. After the shots stopped, though, she says the shooter started playing loud music — sad music, she said.
The girl and a friend managed to get her dead teacher’s phone and call 911 for help. She said she told a dispatcher, “Please come … we’re in trouble.”
Miah said she was scared the gunman would return to her classroom to kill her and a few other surviving friends. So, she dipped her hands in the blood of a classmate — who lay next to her, already dead — and then smeared the blood all over herself to play dead.
Miah said it felt like three hours that she lay there, covered in her classmate’s blood, with her friends.

Rediscovered Native American remedy (Sarracenia purpurea) kills poxvirus
Herbal medicine used to treat smallpox in the 19th century found to halt viral replication in vitro
An old herbal remedy for treating smallpox that is thought to have been used by native Americans in the late 1800s has been rediscovered and found to kill the poxvirus. Smallpox has been eradicated, but the finding offers a possible treatment for poxvirus in the unlikely event of a bioterror attack or increased incidence of similar poxviruses such as monkey pox.
Smallpox ravaged human populations for thousands of years, but in 1796 Edward Jenner discovered that exposure to cowpox lesions could provide immunity to smallpox. This led to the creation of the first vaccine for a disease. It took some time, but in 1979 the World Health Organization officially declared that smallpox had been eradicated.
Historical sources suggest that in the 1800s, when smallpox still posed a serious threat, the Micmac native Americans of Nova Scotia treated the disease using a botanical infusion derived from the insectivorous plant Sarracenia purpurea, a species of pitcher plant.
Now, Jeffrey Langland at Arizona State University in Tempe, US, and colleagues have conducted in vitro experiments with the herbal extract and found it inhibits replication of the variola virus, the causative agent behind smallpox.
Although, natural smallpox no longer poses a health threat, there is a remote possibility that unstable states or terrorist groups could have acquired stocks of the virus following the collapse of the Soviet Union, which had developed smallpox as a biological warfare agent.
Vaccinations are still administered to at risk groups including researchers working with poxviruses and members of the US military who could potentially be exposed to the virus through biological warfare. But since the risk is so low for populations at large, it is hard to justify vaccinating everyone, particularly because the vaccine can have serious side effects. Developing therapies is therefore important in order to treat people if a bioterror event does occur.
’There is much scepticism on herbal medicine but what our results illustrate conclusively is that this herb is able to kill the virus and we can actually demonstrate how it kills the virus,’ says Langland. ’It takes this herb out of the realm of folklore, and into the area of true scientific evidence.’
The team made extracts of S. purpurea and found that it was highly effective at inhibiting the replication of the virus in rabbit kidney cells. They then looked at the replication cycle of the virus and found that the herb inhibits mRNA synthesis, halting production of proteins vital for replication. ’Other drugs are being developed against smallpox, but S. purpurea is the only known therapy that will target the virus at this point in the replication cycle,’ says Langland.
’The extract blocks early transcription appearing to have a distinct mechanism of action from that of two other antivirals currently in clinical trials,’ says Mark Buller, a virologist at Saint Louis University, Missouri, US. ’The results are very compelling, and support the need to further evaluate the purified active ingredient in small animal studies.’
’With smallpox, it is obviously impossible to see if this herb is effective in the human body unless a bioterror release of the virus occurs,’ says Langland. ’We are in the process of doing animal studies to confirm our results in at least this type of whole animal system.’

In Vitro Characterization of a Nineteenth-Century Therapy (Sarracenia purpurea) for Smallpox
Abstract
In the nineteenth century, smallpox ravaged through the United States and Canada. At this time, a botanical preparation, derived from the carnivorous plant Sarracenia purpurea, was proclaimed as being a successful therapy for smallpox infections. The work described characterizes the antipoxvirus activity associated with this botanical extract against vaccinia virus, monkeypox virus and variola virus, the causative agent of smallpox. Our work demonstrates the in vitro characterization of Sarracenia purpurea as the first effective inhibitor of poxvirus replication at the level of early viral transcription. With the renewed threat of poxvirus-related infections, our results indicate Sarracenia purpurea may act as another defensive measure against Orthopoxvirus infections.
Discussion
Here we report on the in vitro characterization of antipoxvirus activity associated with an S. purpurea extract which was historically reported to prevent symptoms associated with a smallpox infection [3], [4], [6], [7], [10], [12].
During the 1800's, patients were treated with S. purpurea after the symptoms for smallpox had already appeared and as a preventive during epidemics.
Historical reports stated that“the effects were so…speedy and beneficial as to leave no doubt that they were due to the Sarracenia”[8].
“The disease continued very severe until (S. purpurea) was administered, and became entirely changed in its severity after the administration…, the effect being due to (S. purpurea) alone”[1].
In this study, we demonstrated that S. purpurea extracts were able to effectively inhibit viral replication and the viral-induced cytopathic effects of various Orthopoxviruses. The data supports that S. purpurea effectively inhibited MPXV and VARV replication similarly to VACV, and points to the relevance of using VACV as a model of the more virulent MPXV and VARV. At doses where virus replication was inhibited, little to no cellular toxicity was observed.

Violent Felon Breaks Into Elementary School, 3 Teachers Take Action
May 27, 2022
While children were going inside from recess at an elementary school, a strange man forced his way into the building and ran toward the students. However, his plan was quickly thwarted when three female teachers took action.
Kindergarten teacher Rachel Davis became concerned when her students were heading inside from the playground at Inglewood Elementary School in Nashville and she noticed a strange man hanging around outside the fence, she told WSMV. Her intuition proved true when the door to the building opened to let the children inside.
As soon as he saw the door open, the man hopped the 4-foot chainlink fence and sprinted toward it, Davis told WKRN. Fearing for her students, the teacher attempted to block his entry with her body. It was then that another educator heard her screams.
Thomas immediately ran to help, telling the children to run for their lives. A third educator, bookkeeper Shay Patton, heard the commotion and saw Davis tackle the man as Thomas tried to hold him back.
Together, the three women fought the intruder, who was later identified as 33-year-old Onreka Gray. The suspect has a lengthy criminal history, including convictions for criminal trespass, aggravated burglary, assault of a police officer, and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Together, the teachers managed to take down Gray, placing him in a hold until the police arrived. Still, the man desperately tried to get free.

The Russian Defense Ministry has learned about 10 US projects in Ukraine where Washington and Kiev collaborated on pathogens of highly dangerous infections, as revealed on Friday by Igor Kirillov, the head of the Radiation, Chemical, and Biological Defense of the Russian Armed Forces.
"There is information about the implementation of 10 similar projects (including UP-3, UP-6, UP-8, UP-10), which included work with pathogens of especially dangerous and economically significant infections - Crimean Congo fever, leptospirosis, tick-borne encephalitis, and African swine fever," Kirillov told a press briefing.
The United States is operating at least four US biological laboratories in Nigeria therefrom monkey was spread, Kirillov revealed, citing the World Health Organization's reports on the origin of the outbreak.
"According to the WHO report, the West African strain of the monkeypox pathogen originated from Nigeria, another country where the United States has deployed its biological infrastructure. According to available information, there are at least four biological laboratories controlled by Washington in Nigeria," Kirillov explained.
He also went on to call the UN health watchdog to investigate the operations of US-financed facilities in Nigeria.

Anti-herpes virus activity of the carnivorous botanical, Sarracenia purpurea
Abstract
Herpes simplex virus type-1 (HSV-1), one of the most widely spread human viruses in the Herpesviridae family, causes herpes labialis (cold sores) and keratitis (inflammation of the cornea). Conventional treatment for HSV-1 infection includes pharmaceutical drugs, such as acyclovir and docosonal, which are efficacious but maintain the potential for the development of viral drug resistance. Extracts from the carnivorous pitcher plant, Sarracenia purpurea, have previously been shown to inhibit the replication of HSV-1. In this study, we demonstrate that S. purpurea extracts can inhibit the replication of HSV-1 by two distinct mechanisms of action. These extracts directly inhibit extracellular virions or viral attachment to the human host cell as well as inhibiting the expression of viral immediate-early, early and late genes when added at various times post-infection. This botanical has previously been shown to inhibit the replication of poxviruses through the inhibition of early viral gene transcription. These results support a broader anti-viral activity of S. purpurea extracts against both pox and herpes viruses.

Revisiting an Ancient Theory of Herbalism
In our own era of mysterious diseases, the supposition that some plants might cure the human organs they most resemble is surfacing once more.
HOW, I HAVE often wondered, did people first discover the highly specific applications of particular plants and herbs? That ginseng improves energy, say, or that ginger alleviates nausea, or that horsetail, which contains silica, might help hair to grow? One theory, possibly apocryphal and certainly much maligned by modern medicine, is that the physical characteristics of plants themselves provided clues as to how they might be used. This notion, known among scholars of ethnobotany and practitioners of herbal medicine as the doctrine of signatures, holds that plants have a “signature” — color, texture, shape, scent, even the environment in which they grow — that resembles the body parts and diseases they heal. Thus bloodroot, or Sanguinaria canadensis, whose roots and rhizomes secrete a red sap when cut, was once thought to heal blood disorders and hasten wound healing. And eyebright, or euphrasia, whose flowers resemble the human eye (or rather, with its yellow dots and purple stripes, a jaundiced, bloodshot one), has for centuries been used to treat ocular ailments, like conjunctivitis. (In German, eyebright is called Augentrost, or “consolation of the eyes.”) Signatures, in other words, made it easy to divine a plant’s medicinal properties. Form reveals function; function echoes form.
It’s difficult to say when and where the doctrine of signatures originated; the concept is an ancient one and has been observed across numerous cultures and healing traditions. It is a hallmark of traditional Chinese medicine and Native American herbalism, and appears in Indian Ayurveda and African herbalism, too. It’s first mentioned in the writings of classical antiquity, including those of the Roman naturalist Pliny the Elder. According to the 16th-century Italian scholar Giambattista della Porta, Dioscorides, the first-century A.D. Greek physician, wrote in his famous five-volume pharmacopoeia of plants and their medicines, “De Materia Medica”: “The Herb Scorpius resembleth the tail of the Scorpion, and is good against his bitings.” In her 2012 book, “The Language of Plants: A Guide to the Doctrine of Signatures,” the herbalist and naturopathic practitioner Julia Graves notes, “Each culture has imbued this art with its own flavor, and each epoch added its own twist.”
The idea gained traction in medieval Europe, particularly among Christians, who gave it theological underpinnings. Paracelsus, the 16th-century Swiss physician, alchemist and philosopher, was one of its biggest advocates, writing, as though about a divinely orchestrated scavenger hunt, “God does not want things to stay hidden, which He created for mankind’s benefit and which He gave man as his property into his hand. … And even though He Himself hid it, so did He mark upon it outer, visible signs, that are special marks.” In the 17th century, Jakob Böhme, a cobbler turned Christian mystic, popularized the doctrine when he published a book-length treatise on it, “The Signature of All Things” (1621), while in England, the herbalist and physician Nicholas Culpeper and the botanist William Cole soon wrote seminal books of their own. Together, these works helped codify the anthropocentric idea that God had given humans hints about nature’s therapeutic gifts, and it was up to us to find and use them. So ubiquitous did this notion become in the West that it even found its way into literature: In Milton’s “Paradise Lost” (1667), the Archangel Michael purges Adam’s eye (his “visual nerve”) with euphrasia to cure it of the “filme” caused by eating the “false fruit” of temptation.
WITH THE ADVENT of modern medicine, the doctrine eventually fell out of favor, and nowadays is viewed mostly as pseudoscience. Detractors point out the obvious: It can be dangerous to medicate oneself this way — bloodroot’s efficacy is strongly contested, for example, and although it is sometimes used by herbal types to treat cancer, it can be toxic in large doses. There’s also the inherent subjectivity of the enterprise. Your heart-shaped leaf may be, to my eye, a kidney-shaped one. And of course almost all herbs have myriad uses, not merely those that correspond to their primary signatures. Horsetail not only promotes hair health, as its long, coarse, taillike stalks might suggest, but is also used for bone healing. Purslane, which the Cherokee used as a vermifuge because its scarlet stalks looked vaguely wormlike, is also a powerful antioxidant.
Yet herbalists today still subscribe to the concept, in part because many of the plants are effective in precisely the way their signatures indicate. Lungwort, with its spotty leaves that look like lung tissue, is often used for respiratory issues; dandelion, thought to help jaundice and other hepatic ailments because of its bright yellow color, really does protect the liver; and medicinal mushrooms that bear a resemblance to tumors have been shown in studies to slow their growth. In his oft-cited 2007 paper, “Doctrine of Signatures: An Explanation of Medicinal Plant Discovery or Dissemination of Knowledge,” the ethnobotanist Bradley C. Bennett writes that the doctrine might not have been entirely baseless. Although he is deeply skeptical of the notion that the doctrine was used to discover remedies, particularly with respect to a plant’s visual or superficial aspects, he writes that signatures can also encompass “olfactory or gustatory clues,” and that “potent odors and strong tastes” are fairly reliable indicators that a plant will have bioactive compounds. He also argues that rather than leading to the discovery of medicinal properties, plant signatures were instead used to remember those that had already been uncovered — the signature as a mnemonic device. Such a practice would have been especially useful in nonliterate societies where knowledge was transmitted orally. “Plants that are both efficacious and easy to remember,” the ethnobotanist and medical anthropologist Glenn H. Shepard Jr. has written, were more likely to endure in a culture over time.
But those who work with plants find even this idea — the signature as bookmark, if you will — too reductive. A plant is more than the sum of its parts, and certainly more than the sum of its parts that resemble the human body. Indeed, traditional cultures have long revered plants and herbs as teachers and guides, and even today, not only herbalists and naturopaths but also a new generation of florists have been inspired by the principles of the doctrine, viewing it as a means of hearing what nature has to say, of decoding her secrets. This notion feels particularly relevant in this strange, claustrophobic moment when many of us find that our only respite is the outdoors. As anyone who has ever taken psilocybin mushrooms knows, plants are mysterious beings with an intelligence of their own: They do have messages for humans, but they also don’t exist purely for our use. The Brooklyn-based floral artist Joshua Werber tells me that he incorporates these notions visually and metaphorically in his work, and that his plants, which he grows in his backyard garden in Brooklyn, let him know what they want. “We’re in dialogue,” he explains, “I’m listening to them.” The doctrine of signatures, those who believe in it might argue, is one way that plants make themselves heard.

EXCLUSIVE: House Republicans Call On Biden To Withdraw From World Health Organization
May 27, 2022
Republican Wisconsin Rep. Tom Tiffany sent a letter Thursday to President Joe Biden, calling on his administration to withdraw from the World Health Organization (WHO) and requesting documents and communications between the Biden administration and the agency.
The Daily Caller first obtained the letter spearheaded by Tiffany and led by three House Republicans on the Republican Study Committee (RSC). In the letter, the lawmakers slam Biden for reversing the Trump administration’s plan to withdraw from the WHO, saying the Biden administration has not achieved any reforms to the organization.
They further mention that in April 2022, Biden’s administration proposed amendments to the International Health Regulations (IHR) that the lawmakers say would expand the WHO’s global influence.
The lawmakers then call for documents and communications between the Biden administration and the WHO and IHR.
“Joe Biden’s decision to reenter the WHO on his first day in office perfectly represents his America last agenda. Taxpayers should not be forced to fund a destructive and anti-American organization. The WHO must answer for lying about COVID and the lab leak theory, kowtowing to the Chinese Communist Party, and its role in promoting destructive global lockdowns,” Republican Study Committee Chairman Jim Banks told the Daily Caller before sending the letter.
Here Is What The Lawmakers Request In The Letter:
The administration’s proposal of amendments to the IHR.
The administration’s participation in any proposed pandemic treaty conversations at the WHO
Discussions related to Taiwan’s membership of the WHO.
Discussions regarding membership of the Assad regime and Russia in the WHO Executive Board.
The selection process for the WHO director general.
Efforts to remove Item 25 of the WHO.

Characterizing the cytoprotective activity of Sarracenia purpurea L., a medicinal plant that inhibits glucotoxicity in PC12 cells
Abstract
Background: The purple pitcher plant, Sarracenia purpurea L., is a widely distributed species in North America with a history of use as both a marketed pain therapy and a traditional medicine in many aboriginal communities. Among the Cree of Eeyou Istchee in northern Québec, the plant is employed to treat symptoms of diabetes and the leaf extract demonstrates multiple anti-diabetic activities including cytoprotection in an in vitro model of diabetic neuropathy. The current study aimed to further investigate this activity by identifying the plant parts and secondary metabolites that contribute to these cytoprotective effects.
Methods: Ethanolic extracts of S. purpurea leaves and roots were separately administered to PC12 cells exposed to glucose toxicity with subsequent assessment by two cell viability assays. Assay-guided fractionation of the active extract and fractions was then conducted to identify active principles. Using high pressure liquid chromatography together with mass spectrometry, the presence of identified actives in both leaf and root extracts were determined.
Results: The leaf extract, but not that of the root, prevented glucose-mediated cell loss in a concentration-dependent manner. Several fractions elicited protective effects, indicative of multiple active metabolites, and, following subfractionation of the polar fraction, hyperoside (quercetin-3-O-galactoside) and morroniside were isolated as active constituents. Phytochemical analysis confirmed the presence of hyperoside in the leaf but not root extract and, although morroniside was detected in both organs, its concentration was seven times higher in the leaf.
Conclusion:Our results not only support further study into the therapeutic potential and safety of S. purpurea as an alternative and complementary treatment for diabetic complications associated with glucose toxicity but also identify active principles that can be used for purposes of standardization and quality control.

The Prosecutor General’s Office of the DPR has completed the investigation of a criminal case against mercenaries from the UK and Morocco. The involvement of theBritish Sean Pinner and Andrew Hill, as well as the Moroccan Saadoun Brahim, in the fighting against the Donbass has been established.
Now everyone faces the death penalty, as stated by the head of the department for the investigation of crimes against the peace and security of mankind of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic Viktor Gavrilov. He added that the case materials have already been transferred to one of the courts of the DPR for consideration on the merits.
Earlier, the British mercenary Sean Pinner, who had surrendered to the Russian military in Mariupol, spoke about the attitude towards him in captivity. He stated that the good attitude there came as a surprise to him. The Briton said he was given medical attention, watered and fed. He added that he was being helped to go home. He clarified that he was in Ukraine without signing a contract and was ready to take responsibility for his life. Interestingly, later the UK reported thatPinner was, in fact, a sniper.
Other British citizen Andrew Hill who was captured by Russian troops in the Nikolaev region, urged his compatriots to seriously think about whether they should go to participate in hostilities in Ukraine. Hill himself came to Ukraine from the Polish city of Rzeszow. There were seven people in the group with Hill, he did not get to know them and had a minimum of information, he could not even name the commander.

Mkt Fag: Welcome to Fantasy Island where no one is home and we already left 4 hours ago-edition
And 45 minutes to the close all the indices make new HOD......of course cause it's all good we are not being forced to drive it higher. Inflation has peaked for the 25th time and we are not sucking on the NYFRB teet for over $2T a night because we are forced to.
Deep discount retailers are still strong and Dollar Tree is having a taking profit phase (smart peeps doing that) but Ulta is up over 8% on it's 'earnings' and a slew of upgrades that say "all clear there will be no recession". And while they do that they sell it from the other hand to (You). And of course on a friday starting a long holiday weekend they are going to snap the 8 week losing streak-simply because they can (cough, $2t reasons a night to be able to do that at will) Also Europe and UK up for third day in a row. >>>/qrb/136203 Delinquencies, Foreclosures and REO and this is a train 'a comin' towards the end of the year make no mistake

Pretty good coming from CS with newly installed BoD member Blythe Masters (the inventor of the Credit Default Swap)-btw how are all those doing that yer former boss Jamie wrote against the Ruble now.....
So there is only one moar day left in the month and that is Tuesday and since this is a short day (bond-wise) dis is over. It will stay here and not change much at all. They don't want three days to talk about shitty markets because that may lead to the discussions of how they are able to stay where they are at (NYFRB $2T.nightly) and don't want that.
Decent read here if you don't already see what they are really up to

>>>/qrb/136171 SEC Sent Query to Musk Last Month Over His Major Twitter Stake
They are all over this because they want to be 'seen' doing something however how come you or the FTC din't give a shit about any this when everyone knew it was a 'bot infested shit hole?- Now you wanna single him out for missing a deadline by a few days?
Does not appear to have been made within the required 10 days from the date of acquisition as required-however....I've seen purchases/sales made by many companies (Execs and 10% owners) that are filed up to 6 months after they occur many examples of that but let's jerk EM around-he no angel and has broken SEC laws about his "taking TSLA private at $420/sh" without filing a thing on it just a twat about it and that is why he got his twatter ban. But Nancy and co-horts can (legally) buy calls/puts via Paul Pelosi on confirmed insider information and that is ok-it's legal but...

See Cap#5 for a most boring day (for a change) in Commodities-
Treasury complexSee Cap #3 All quiet here across the entire curve-they already folded (no Kenny's chicken for you!) on Weds and the bulk of the Securities lending is still the 2year note-see that description in that portion on the NYFRB Operations post connected here
FOREX-US$, Ruble, Yen, Pound, EUROSee Cap#4 Ruble still has the Central bank rate cuts working on it and until the next round of currency conversions (for gas payments this will trend down to sideways-but as mentioned yesterday it's 52 week range is: 0.006317 - 0.018018 so as VP said in Russian the other day here: >>>/qrb/135931 pn cap #4 "it's no problem", US $ is doing nuffin and muh Yen has given back it's strength from last night >>>/qrb/136121 pb to be back where it was before that strength Ruble closed at 0.015094 -0.000368 -2.38%
Metals'''Nuffin-for a change, COMEX #s went down again (by about 3k) so that floor at $21.50 is pretty solid-see the what the next week brings as the June delivery month is pretty active.
Oil/EnergyWTI closed +0.58(+0.51%) Natty Gas tried a stab at $8.80 and nuffin dhere so for once a pretty boring day.

NYFRB Operations today-the paper game vs 'cash'
A total of$2.0459Tin overall transactions today just to get to the next day-nuffin to see here-this Repo is for overnight and uses 99 counter-parties (the most seen yet) and decrease of $23B'' over Weds but still over $2T overall 6th day over the $2T mark and this is to get to Friday
Reverse Repossee cap #2 $2.007T and $1B less than Thursday and thirdstand alone Reverse Repo over 2$T and third highest ever-this also for fourdays to get to Tuesday'''
'Temporary' lending at a $2t level...they said thesame thing about removing the $ from muh Gold standard in 1971..."it's just temporary"
https://www.newyorkfed.org/markets/desk-operations/reverse-repo
Mortgage backed Securities (MBS)See Cap #3 slowing down a little on the acceptance side $4.053B submitted vs. $1.521B accepted in one operation-moar submitted today by $41m and moar accepted by $396m ==Done early again submitted @ 10am est and completed by 10:20am but not unusual (for today only) because the Bond markets close at 2pm
This settles on July 14th
https://www.newyorkfed.org/markets/desk-operations/ambs
Securities Lending OperationsSee Cap #4 '''$39.201B submitted and $37.282B accepted-
Moar today submitted by $2.184B and but slightly less accepted that by $1.1.473B with 2-Year Note CUSIP #91282CEK3 biggest at $5.711B of that-the same as Friday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
'''They 'use' the 2 year to 'gauge' what the FRB gonna do with Prime rate rises and it is NO mistake they are 'lending' the 2y in over $30B of them since last friday-so in definitive management mode here-NO RATE HIKE IN SEPTEMBER.
This settles on Tueday after the holiday
