Judge Rules Parents Have 'Fundamental Right' to Drug Kids With Puberty Blockers And Cross-Sex Hormones

Trump-appointed US District Judge Liles Burke on Friday blocked part of Alabama's anti-transgender mania law by insisting that parents have a "fundamental right" to drug their children with puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones, which he called "medications" that are "well-established, evidence-based treatments for gender dysphoria in minors."

The law, signed by Alabama governor Kay Ivey in April, also designates the prescribing of puberty blockers or hormones treatments to minors as a felony punishable by up to ten years in prison. Under state law, a minor is defined as any resident under 19 years old.

U.S. District Judge Liles Burke ruled on Friday to allow the prohibition on gender-transition surgeries to remain in effect but granted a temporary injunction to block the sections of the law banning prescription of puberty blockers and hormone medication, in response to a lawsuit.

Parents "have a fundamental right to direct the medical care of their children," Burke wrote in his opinion. "This right includes the more specific right to treat their children with transitioning medications subject to medically accepted standards."

Burke explained that "the uncontradicted record evidence is that at least twenty-two major medical associations in the United States endorse transitioning medications as well-established, evidence-based treatments for gender dysphoria in minors."

Burke allowed another part of the law to remain in place, which bars teachers and other school officials from concealing a student's transgender status from his or her parents.

This is the epitome of True Conservatism™.

All that's missing is Burke celebrating drugging kids as "one of the blessing of liberty."

Some groups view smoking weed as medicine. Same goes for magic mushrooms. Do parents have the "fundamental right" to drug their kids with those drugs, too?

The side effects of pot and magic mushrooms are far less than the permanent damage that can come from puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones.

The "major medical associations" endorsing trans-mania are run by leftist quacks and it's the job of the government to keep their lunacy in check.

Instead, TruCon judges like Liles Burke, Neil Gorsuch and John Roberts are running with it and inventing new "fundamental rights" to justify child abuse.

At the World Economic Forum’s (WEF) virtual Davos Agenda summit on Tuesday, French President Emmanuel Macron declared that in the wake of the Chinese coronavirus modern capitalism “can no longer work”.

Appearing before a question and answer session conducted with ‘Great Reset’ architect and founder-chairman of the WEF, Klaus Schwab, Mr Macron said that while capitalism has historically driven down poverty globally, he claimed that it came with the cost of furthering inequality.

“We will get out of this pandemic only with an economy that thinks more about fighting inequalities,” Macron said.

“The capitalist model together with this open economy can no longer work in this environment,” he added.

The French president pronounced that capitalism has resulted in a “deep moral and economic crisis” in which “hundreds and thousands of people throughout the world had this feeling of losing their usefulness.”

Macron said there were “two kings in this system—shareholders and consumers,” and that capitalism has failed to support labourers and has been detrimental to the environment.

Mr Marcon — who has been seen largely as an economically neo-liberal leader — went on to claim that the world needs to “move beyond” the hostility towards state intervention into the economy and that companies must be bound by the responsibilities of alleviating economic inequality and reducing their alleged impact on the climate.

He argued that for the “economy of tomorrow” to succeed, businesses must balance competitiveness with fighting supposedly man-made climate change and reducing Carbon Dioxide emissions.

Macron went on to express his gratitude for President Joe Biden’s decision to rejoin the Paris Climate Accords — which the United States left under the leadership of former President Trump — yet called for leaders to “revise upwards” their green agenda goals.

The so-called “clinical trials” that Pfizer conducted on its messenger RNA (mRNA) Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) “vaccine” appear to have been completely fraudulent, which means the company could one day be held liable for all associated injuries and deaths.

Documents released in November 2021 by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) as part of a court-mandated information dump reveal that enrollment at one particular trial site happened at warp speed, just in time to meet the safety deadline for the FDA’s VRBPAC meeting on Dec. 10, 2020.

This meeting is where the FDA discussed granting Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) for the Pfizer-BioNTech injection in people 16 years of age and older. (Related: The contents of the Pfizer jab were recently shown to “stick” to bodily organs.)

“The allegedly suspicious-looking clinical trial data surrounds ‘the biggest recruiter by far,’ site 1231 (site 4444 was assigned site id 1231) in Argentina,” reported Undercover DC.

“Adding to the confusion, in five short days before the safety deadline (including a Sunday, 9/27/20), the trial recruited 1,275 of the 4,501 people using site number 4444. In just three weeks, the site recruited 4,501 patients – 10% of the entire trial at one site.”

“Overall, Pfizer rapidly recruited roughly 44,000 people for their trial, which took place at 152 locations worldwide and was overseen by numerous investigators, including Dr. Fernando Polack, who led the Argentinian study at Hospital Militar Central.”

Israeli Warplanes Launched 22 Missiles During Last Attack On Syria, Most Of Them Were Intercepted

Israeli fighters jets launched 22 guided missiles during the May 13 attack on Syria which targeted key military research and development facilities, Oleg Zhuravlev, Deputy Head of the Russian Reconciliation Center in Syria, revealed on May 14.

“On May 13, between 20:25 and 20:32, six F-16 fighter jets of the Israeli Air Force launched 22 guided missiles at facilities of the Syrian Scientific Studies and Research Center (SSRC) in the [town of] Masyaf and Banias Port, without entering Syrian airspace,” RIA Novosti quoted Zhuravlev as saying.

The SSRC is Syria’s main military research and development body. Israel targeted several facilities of the SSRC over the past ten years.

According to Zhuravlev, Syrian air defense systems intercepted 16 of the Israeli missiles and managed to shot down a drone.

The Israeli attack claimed the lives of three air defense servicemen and two civilian workers of the SSRC. Two soldiers were also wounded as a result of the attack along with five civilians, including a little girl.

This was the second confirmed Israeli attack on Syria in less than a week. On May 11, a series of Israeli missile and artillery strikes targeted a network of observation posts and positions of the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) in the southern governorate of al-Quneitra.

Israeli attacks on Syria have claimed the lives of at least 15 service members and civilians since the beginning of the year.

The growing human losses have led to calls for revenge by many in Syria. Despite this, the SAA will not likely retaliate any time soon due the fragile economic, security and humanitarian situation in the war-torn country. Damascus have been prioritizing its internal issues since the outbreak of the war.

"The FBI is interviewing the parents of Payton Gendron, the white supremacist teen who massacred 10 people at a Buffalo supermarket Saturday, law-enforcement sources told The Post.

Paul and Pamela Gendron — both civil engineers with the state Department of Transportation — are cooperating with investigators, sources added to AP.

The couple’s 18-year-old son allegedly traveled about 200 miles from the family’s home in Conklin, NY, to the Buffalo Tops Friendly Market, where he launched the slaughter. Payton specifically researched neighborhood’s demographics to target a predominantly black community, sources have said.

Terry Place, who lives a few doors down from the Gendrons in Conklin, said his family had occasional typical neighborly interactions with the shooter’s parents — and only really remembered Payton as their old paperboy.

“We spoke to her a couple times here and there,” Terry Place said of Pamela Gendron, who was known to take morning walks along their quiet street in recent years.

A preliminary investigation found that Payton Gendron had repeatedly visited sites espousing white supremacist ideologies and race-based conspiracy theories and extensively researched the 2019 mosque shootings in Christchurch, New Zealand, and the man who killed dozens of people at a summer camp in Norway in 2011, authorities have said."

The Biden administration, it appears, unless stopped immediately, is tee-ing up America to make it easy for the Chinese Communist Party to defeat it, and other nations, through biological warfare.

The World Health Organization (WHO), the organization that has unhesitatingly been doing China’s bidding during the COVID pandemic, is reportedly now planning to orchestrate a massive new power grab to internationally control the response to any future global pandemic. The plan is apparently to make the health of Americans dependent on the whims of China — which is both actively seeking to displace the US as the world’s leading superpower and has for years been working on new means of bio-warfare.

It is a plan that is being voted on next week: Congress and the American public need to fight vigorously — and FAST.

On May 4, a meticulous report, Biden Handing Over U.S. Sovereignty to WHO by Peter Breggin MD and Ginger Ross Breggin, raised an alarm. On May 2-28, 2022, the Biden Administration has proposed amendments to the WHO that “will empower WHO’s Director-General to declare health emergencies or crises in any nation and to do so unilaterally and against the opposition of the target nation.”

In addition to all of this, the Biden administration’s amendment will make the US legally obligated by international treaty to follow whatever the WHO decides. According to Breggins:

On May 22-28, 2022, ultimate control over America’s healthcare system, and hence its national sovereignty, will be delivered for a vote to the World Health Organization’s governing legislative body, the World Health Assembly (WHA).

This threat is contained in new amendments to WHO’s International Health Regulations, proposed by the Biden administration, that are scheduled as “Provisional agenda item 16.2” at the upcoming conference on May 22-28, 2022.

These amendments will empower WHO’s Director-General to declare health emergencies or crises in any nation and to do so unilaterally and against the opposition of the target nation. The Director-General will be able to declare these health crises based merely on his personal opinion or consideration that there is a potential or possible threat to other nations.

If passed, the Biden Administration’s proposed amendments will, by their very existence and their intention, drastically compromise the independence and the sovereignty of the United States. The same threat looms over all the U.N.’s 193 member nations, all of whom belong WHO and represent 99.44% of the world population….

These regulations are a “binding instrument of international law entered into force on 15 June 2007.” U.N. members states can be required by law to obey or acquiesce to them….

The targeted nation is also required to send WHO any relevant genetic sequence data.

A missing Pablo Picasso painting was spotted at the home of the Philippines’ controversial former first lady — as she celebrated her son’s presidential victory, according to a former official familiar with the artwork.

Imelda Marcos — the widow of late Philippine dictator Ferdinand Marcos — was filmed hugging her son, Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr., in footage that aired this week with the apparent long-lost masterpiece “Reclining Woman VI” hanging on a wall behind them.

The bombshell in the background was broadcast in a news segment by the local station TV Patrol Tuesday after Marcos Jr. became the country’s next president in a landslide victory.

A former official for the country’s Presidential Commission on Good Government — a task force created to recover the one-time authoritarian family’s ill-gotten wealth — said the painting was one of roughly 160 pieces of art allegedly acquired illegally by the Marcos family during their more than 20-year reign.

The abstract painting — which depicts a woman lounging on a couch with a hand on her forehead — appeared in a 2019 documentary about the Marcos family, “The Kingmaker,” before it went missing as the task force hunted for it, said former PCGG chairman Andy Bautista.

“This painting was also captured in #TheKingmaker,” Bautista, who appeared in the documentary, tweeted.

It wasn’t immediately confirmed that the painting — one of eight targeted for seizure by the country’s anti-corruption authorities in 2014 — was authentic.

But in the documentary, the former first lady flaunted the painting, along with other rare antiquities and artworks in her collection.

“[My husband] would say, ‘Imelda, I know how to earn money properly, but you know how to spend money properly because you buy beauty,'” she says in documentary — as the camera pans to the Picasso piece.

In the film, Bautista then reveals that the PCGG had filed a motion to seize the Picasso painting and other assets.

During his rule from 1965 to 1986, Marcos Sr. made stunning human-rights abuses, including the arrest, torture and killing of his opponent, and using his power to seize as much as $10 billion in ill-gotten wealth.

Much of that wealth, including millions of dollars worth of art, has still not been recovered.

The US Navy remains hush-hush about the sinking of a small secretive vessel testing high-tech equipment.

"Due to the experimental nature of the technology coupled with OSPEC concerns, we are unable to provide any further details nor specifics of the incident," Naval Safety Command spokeswoman Priscilla Kirsch said in an email to Navy Times.

The sinking occurred on Dec. 7, 2021. Information about the vessel's name and what type of technology was outfitted on the boat has been shielded from the public. The service noted that the incident occurred while the boat was moored at an undisclosed area. It gave no reason why the vessel sunk, though it said damages amounted to $2.5 million.

An upstate gun-store owner said Sunday he recently sold an assault weapon to accused Buffalo shooter Payton Gendron — and that he “feels terrible” about the teen’s alleged crime.

Robert Donald of Vintage Firearms in Endicott, NY, told The New York Times he learned from federal agents Saturday night that he hadrecently sold the 18-year-old suspect a Bushmaster assault weapon.

“I knew nothing about it until I got the call from them,” Donald told the outlet. “I couldn’t believe it.”

Gendron previously said in a race-hating manifesto that he planned to use a Bushmaster XM-15 in his assault, which ended up killing 10 people at a supermarket Saturday.

Donald said he didn’t recall specifics about his gun sale to Gendron because of the volume of customers he serves but that two agents from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives came to his store at 7:30 p.m. to gather paperwork related to the purchase.

The shop’s background check on Gendron had not turned up any red flags, Donald said.

“He didn’t stand out,” he said of the teen. “Because if he did, I would’ve never sold him the gun.

“I don’t understand why an 18-year-old would even do this,” Donald said. “I know I didn’t do anything wrong, but I feel terrible about it.”

"Donald said he rarely sells the type of assault rifle sought by Gendron and instead specializes in vintage pistols."

Gendron reportedly modified the firearm to make it more lethal. Donald said the weapon was legally compliant when sold.

“Even with all of those safety features on it — which is the only way I sell it — any gun can be easily modified if you really want to do it,” the gun-shop owner said.

Gendron is accused of targeting black customers after traveling to Buffalo to carry out the shooting."

The Washington Free Beacon collected data on nearly 1,100 articles about homicides from six major papers, all written between 2019 and 2021.

The review of hundreds of articles published by major papers over a span of two years finds that papers downplay the race of non-white offenders, mentioning their race much later in articles than they do for white offenders.

These papers are also three to four times more likely to mention an offender's race at all if he is white, a disparity that grew in the wake of George Floyd's death in 2020 and the protests that followed.

Saudi oil giant Aramco reported record first-quarter profits as oil prices soar around the globe

The Saudi Arabian oil giant Aramco reported more than an 80% jump in net profit on Sunday setting a new quarterly earnings record for the company.

The oil producing behemoth said that its net income rose 82% to $39.5 billion in the first three months of 2022. CNBC reported that this is up from $21.7 billion over the same period in 2021.

The company’s income to date obliterates forecasts by economic experts, as well. Analysts polled by Reuters forecast Aramco’s income to be $38.5 billion.

The record quarter income for Aramco comes as companies throughout the oil industry are experiencing windfall profits from sharp rises in oil and gas prices. Aramco said that its earnings were largely driven by higher crude oil prices which in turn caused increasing volumes of product to be sold as downstream margins improved.

In the Sunday earnings release, Aramco President and CEO Amin Nasser said, “During the first quarter, our strategic downstream expansion progressed further in both Asia and Europe, and we continue to develop opportunities that complement our growth objectives. Against the backdrop of increased volatility in global markets, we remain focused on helping meet the world’s demand for energy that is reliable, affordable and increasingly sustainable.”

Now with a market cap around $2.43 trillion, Aramco has surpassed Apple to become the world’s most valuable company in the world.

Aramco’s stock is up more than 15% so far in 2022 amid widespread market selloffs. In March, the oil giant reported that its full-year profits from 2021 more than doubled due to the ongoing rise in global oil prices that has now been greatly exasperated by Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.

As member states in the European Union and the United States look for alternatives to Russian oil Aramco has the opportunity to corner the Western oil market.

In early May, the European Union planned on moving forward with issuing additional sanctions against Russia. In order for the European Union to implement sanctions, all of its 27 member states must agree to enforce them in their respective nations.

An embargo of Russian oil by the European Union would dramatically increase tensions between the European Union’s member states and Russia as the member nations would subsequently isolate the nation from which they import almost two-thirds of their oil.

Ultimately, the European Union member states failed to reach a unanimous consensus on banning the import of Russian oil. Hungary was the sole dissenter.

Katie Britt, former Business Council of Alabama CEO and president, condemned Congress’ $40 billion Ukrainian aid package and told Breitbart News that Congress should “finish building the wall” or “handle the baby formula shortage” before helping Ukraine.

Host Matthew Boyle opened the interview talking about Britt’s recent surge in the polls, which she attributed to her “energy” and “passion” for the America first agenda.

Britt, former chief of staff of retiring Alabama Sen. Richard Shelby (R), said:

It is clear on the campaign trail that people want new blood. “And let me tell you, I am all about helping and supporting the Ukrainian people against Russia, but we have to be smart about this,” Britt said. “We have too many Yes men and women and politicians in D.C. that just do what they’re told instead of asking tough questions.”

WASHINGTON (Tribune News Service) — Congress last held a hearing on reports of UFOs — unidentified flying objects synonymous with space aliens — in the 1960s, and even in the realm of fiction, Scully and Mulder of “The X-Files” seem to have retired.

“Someone has to do it,” Rep. Andre Carson, an Indiana Democrat, says of the need for a public examination of unexplained aerial phenomena. The seven-term lawmaker will oversee a hearing on the issue Tuesday.

Two top defense intelligence officials are set to answer questions from the House Intelligence Committee’s subcommittee on counterterrorism, counterintelligence and counterproliferation as part of the session in Washington that’s scheduled to begin at 10 a.m.

“There are ways that we can raise questions that UFO-logists have raised for many years, and just average everyday citizens have raised — for decades now,” Carson said standing outside the Capitol. “We all watch television, we’ve heard things, we’ve read things,” he said. “We want to see the footage and have it explained to us. That’s what we want to accomplish.”

Last June, a greatly anticipated declassified report found that more than 140 so-called Unidentified Aerial Phenomena incidents investigated by the government since 2004 — many reported by naval aviators — could not be explained.

Carson, 47, said there could be national security implications in some of what the committee will learn Tuesday. That’s one reason a classified, closed briefing will follow the public hearing, he added.

The second session is necessary even if it generates fresh suspicion of some government cover-up, Carson said. “Because our enemies will be listening very closely to hear what the military has to say. And we don’t want to give them an advantage over us.”

But he hoped the public portion won’t just be a black hole of government deflection.

“Some experts say 2% to 7% of these sitings are not based on weather balloons or computer malfunctions, or aircraft that is top secret — we can’t explain it away. So, hopefully we can dig much deeper and find out what’s going on,” he said.

Carson added that he’d personally like to think there’s life beyond Earth.

“I’d like to think in the realm of possibility that there are other life forms out there. Within our solar system, who knows?” said Carson. “Might life forms exist on one of the moons of one of our planets — I mean, that’s for NASA and other folks to let us know.”

While Azov's cooperation with groups like RAM has been largely welcomed by the group's members, some have found it uncomfortable.

Skillt, the Swedish national who fought as a sniper in the Azov Battalion, is one of them.
