Arizona’s Maricopa County Board of Supervisors Lied – EAC Updated Website after Gateway Pundit Report Discovered Their Auditors Were Uncertified

Let’s face it, if you are willing to steal a US Presidential Election, then you will do anything. Today’s actions by the EAC will shock you.

This morning we reported that the two ‘auditors’ selected in Arizona by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors to perform an ‘audit’ of its 2020 election results had some notable issues.

The Maricopa Board of Supervisors limited their choices to two companies Pro V&V and SLI Compliance.

Pro V&V was also selected by Georgia’s corrupt Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger for a recent sham audit there. Secretary of State Raffensperger used Dominion-linked Pro V&V, an Alabama-based testing laboratory, to do the Georgia audit of the Dominion machines.

We know that Pro V&V has only three company contacts and has been in business since 2011. The President of Pro V&B is Jack Cobb. Cobb has been called in to perform audits for Dominion in the past. He performed one audit in the Philippines in 2019, but he referred to himself as the ‘Laboratory Director’ during this engagement. Pro V&V once had a certificate of accreditation from the USEAC but it expired in 2017. (No recent accreditation was noted on its website.)

SLI Compliance also provides little support for its election certifications on its site. It has a website and a page dedicated to voting system certification testing. SLI Compliance on its website claims it was accredited by the USEAC but this morning we could find no support for this or if this was current. However, we did see that both entities were used by Dominion voting systems for their recent audits.

This leads us to today.

The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors claimed they selected Pro V&V and SLI Compliance because they were certified by the EAC. But this is not true. The facts show something different. We pointed this out this morning!

So today the EAC added two memos to its site each dated with yesterday’s date, January 27th, from the desk of Jerome Lovato:

Masayoshi Son Rewards Top Execs With Massive Loans To Help Pump SoftBank Shares

With retail traders asserting their dominance over equity markets in a way the world hasn't seen before (thanks to Wall Street Bets and its legions of rabid users hell-bent on punching hedge-fund shorts in the nose by taking GME to the moon), it's worth looking back on an incident - which only unfolded few months ago - where Zero Hedge called out SoftBank for using an options-trading strategy that was partly responsible for driving huge gains in the Nasdaq (which, in turn, bolstered SoftBank's bottom line) (and, in turn, bolstering both SoftBank and many of its top positions).

SoftBank ended up making billions via what we termed "the biggest gamma squeeze" in history. But now that a similar squeeze has made GME the markets story of the year, and retail traders are once again taking over the market, SoftBank has shared another piece of the puzzle in its annual report.

As the FT reports thanks to an incentive package that was approved a year ago (last February), four top SoftBank executives are sitting on a collective gain that could be as large as $1.2BN after they were each loaned hundreds of millions of dollars to buy the company's (fast-rising) shares.

Last year, SoftBank granted a total of $600MM in loans to four top executives: Rajeev Misra, head of SoftBank's infamous Vision Fund, Marcelo Claure, currently the head of SoftBank Group International, Katsunori Sago, SoftBank’s chief strategy officer, and Ken Miyauchi, recently promoted to president and CEO (Nikkei targeted Miyauchi in a glowing profile published Thursday).

Since then, three of these men (including, most famously, Misra) have stepped down from SoftBank's board, alleviating the company of the responsibility for disclosing these compensation schemes. As one "expert" pointed out, not only is it unusual (if perhaps not illegal) for a company to refuse to disclose these compensation packages, in Japan, hefty executive pay packages are frowned upon, which is one reason why SoftBank might not want to reveal them.

6 State Attorneys General Warn Biden Over Potential Presidential Overreach

A coalition of state attorneys general on Wednesday sent a letter to President Joe Biden reminding him that any potentially unconstitutional executive actions or federal overreach will not go unchallenged.

The letter, signed by six attorneys general (AGs), puts the Biden administration on notice that any actions that might exceed their statutory authority, are inconsistent with constitutional tenets, or place civil liberties at risk could trigger legal action by the states.

“We stand ready to meet with your administration to discuss more how the issues below affect our States; litigation is never first option, and we would like to help your team in its important job on behalf of all Americans, consistent with the Constitution and the rule of law,” West Virginia AG Patrick Morrisey, who is leading the group, wrote in the letter addressed to the White House (pdf).

“Yet if you sign unconstitutional laws passed by Congress, it will be our responsibility and duty to challenge those laws in court. If cabinet officials, executive officers, and agencies go beyond the bounds of their statutory authority, fail to follow legally required procedures, or fall short of the bedrock Administrative Procedure Act obligation of reasoned decision making, it will likewise be our responsibility to take action.”

The Administrative Procedure Act, or APA, is a federal law that governs the process for agency rulemaking and has been frequently invoked to challenge executive branch rules and regulations.

Morrisey is joined by AGs from Arkansas, Indiana, Mississippi, Montana, and Texas.

It comes as Biden issued a series of executive orders in his first week since taking office. Some of the executive orders have overturned Trump-era policies, while others have established or expanded policies relating to climate change, racial equity, and the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus pandemic.

Some of the orders have already drawn widespread scrutiny, such as the decisions to rejoin the Paris Climate agreement and to cancel the Keystone XL Pipeline, which is expected to put thousands of jobs at risk and undermine the U.S. relationship with Canada. The Biden admin has also met with backlash for embracing a quasi-Marxist critical race theory in its policies seeking to prioritize certain racial groups that have historically met with disadvantage over others.

‘I’M ASHAMED’: Ex-Atlantic City Dem Mayor Sobs As He’s Sentenced To 30 Days In Jail

CAMDEN, N.J. – The former Democrat mayor of Atlantic City was sentenced today to 30 days in prison and 11 months of home confinement for defrauding contributors to a youth basketball team out of more than $86,000.

Frank Gilliam, 49, of Atlantic City, New Jersey, previously pleaded guilty to wire fraud.

According to court documents, Gilliam was the co-founder of AC Starz Basketball Club (AC Starz), a non-profit that he incorporated to operate a youth basketball team. While serving as a member of the Atlantic City Council and later, as mayor of Atlantic City, Gilliam solicited donations for AC Starz from various individuals and entities under the false pretense that the contributions were for a youth basketball team and/or school supplies for underprivileged children. Gilliam instead used most of the money for personal expenses – including luxury clothing, expensive meals, and trips – that were completely unrelated to the operation of a youth basketball team. In total, Gilliam defrauded the contributors out of $86,790.

“I stand before this court as a fractured human being, one seeking to do better,” a sniffling Gilliam told the judge during a video appearance. “It’s something I wish never happened. But it did. The mistake I made is not something I’m proud of. I’m ashamed, I’m embarrassed. I’ve hurt people who love me, I’ve hurt people who depended on me.”

Gilliam had asked the judge to be sentenced to probation and community service.

“This defendant stole more money than many U.S. residents earn in a year,” the judge said. “The defendant also took money from the very underprivileged children in Atlantic City that he tried to encourage and prepare for a better life.”

Gilliam’s lawyer, Harry Rimm said, “Mr. Gilliam’s community of supporters, represented by more than 200 letters to the Court from family; friends, teachers and professors from grade school, junior high school, high school and college; coaches, basketball players and their parents; mentees; members of the local clergy and even victims impacted by Mr. Gilliam’s actions, have recognized his sincere contrition and asked the Court for leniency at his sentencing. I have been both a federal prosecutor and a defense lawyer, and, in my 25 years practicing law, I have never handled a matter in which so many appeals for leniency were submitted to the Court on behalf of an individual like Mr. Gilliam. Clearly, Mr. Gilliam’s community believes that his one mistake should not outweigh all the good that he has done — and continues to do even during the pandemic — for his community.”

The corruption in Atlantic City has long been scandalous — it even spawned the HBO series “Boardwalk Empire.”

In addition to the prison term, Judge Rodriguez sentenced Gilliam to three years of supervised release, ordered him to pay restitution to his victims in the amount of $86,790 and ordered him to perform 200 hours of community service.

Report: Top Joe Biden Aide Helped Found Think Tank ‘Heavily Influenced’ by Beijing

A White House staffer leading President Joe Biden’s policy towards Asia previously founded a think tank that had strong links to the Chinese communist regime.

The Washington Free Beacon reported on Wednesday that Kurt Campbell, Biden’s choice to serve as chief coordinator for Asia policy on the National Security Council, helped found the U.S.-China Strong Foundation. The think tank, which seems to have been closed down, promoted expanding cultural and economic ties between the United States and Beijing.

Campbell’s organization, however, caught the attention of some observers not for its advocacy in favor of student language exchange programs between the U.S. and China, but rather for its support of Beijing’s political and economic programs.

The foundation has promoted the Chinese army and China’s Belt and Road Initiative—deemed a national security threat by U.S. officials. It has also partnered with the Confucius Institute U.S. Center, an educational nonprofit organization that the State Department designated as a foreign mission last summer, citing its promotion of Beijing’s propaganda efforts to academics across the world.

“The indicators suggest that the U.S.-China Strong Foundation could be a [Chinese Communist Party] front group, or so heavily influenced by the CCP as to be tantamount to a front group,” said Anders Corr, an intelligence analyst and publisher of the Journal of Political Risk.

The group also entered into a partnership with the Confucius Institute U.S. Center, an education outfit funded by the Chinse government. In recent years, the federal government has investigated organizations such as the Confucius Institute for attempting to recruit students to spy on China’s behalf. The institutes have also more broadly been accused of disseminating Chinese propaganda.

Revelations about Campbell’s work with the U.S.-China Strong Foundation come the same week that it emerged Biden’s youngest son, Hunter, continues to hold a 10 percent stake in an international private equity firm with ties to Beijing.

Biden's LGBT Agenda: Pedophilia Coming Down the Pike?

The Biden regime's January 20 executive order demanding "equal treatment under the law, no matter [one's] gender identity or sexual orientation" is just the first salvo in the next wave pushing "LGBT rights." The order will soon be backed by federal law, via the pending LGBT "Equality Act."

While many are now warning that the order will destroy girls' and women's sports, its impact is much broader.

The enforcers will be given free rein to transform society in unimaginable ways, given the undefined terms in the order and pending law: gender identity, sexual orientation, LGBT. Why has there been no pushback on embedding these sexual-radical concepts in our legal system?

Establishment conservatives have shied away from addressing this issue and denigrate anyone who dares to confront it. They don't want to be called "anti-gay" or "uncompassionate" toward the "gender confused." (In 2018, MassResistance was banned from CPAC for our outspoken opposition to the transgender movement.)

Yet now, conservative commentators complain about boys taking over girls' sports and locker rooms. Too little, too late.

Biden's LGBT Executive Order

Biden's executive order (E.O.) targets "discrimination" based on "gender identity and sexual orientation." Anywhere existing statutes or regulations prohibit "sex discrimination," the E.O. instructs all federal agencies to review and revise regulations as necessary to include "gender identity and sexual orientation."

Justice Gorsuch's absurd ruling in Bostock is cited as one basis for this E.O., along with Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. The woke E.O. even references the radicals' idea about overlapping areas of discrimination, called "intersectionality."

The E.O.'s introductory paragraph is emotionally manipulative, mentioning respect, dignity, love, children, one's true self, and people just wanting "a roof over their head":

Every person should be treated with respect and dignity and should be able to live without fear, no matter who they are or whom they love. Children should be able to learn without worrying about whether they will be denied access to the restroom, the locker room, or school sports. Adults should be able to earn a living and pursue a vocation knowing that they will not be fired, demoted, or mistreated because of whom they go home to or because how they dress does not conform to sex-based stereotypes. People should be able to access healthcare and secure a roof over their heads without being subjected to sex discrimination. All persons should receive equal treatment under the law, no matter their gender identity or sexual orientation.

But nowhere does the E.O. define the new terms at issue.

Amandha Dawn Vollmer is a doctor of Naturopathic Medicine from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto and has a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Biotechnology. She found that the COVID-19 test does not actually test for COVID-19. The test itself is a polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test that identifies DNA particles.

She found that the PCR testing protocol developed by the World Health Organization (WHO) to detect COVID-19 actually tests for chromosome 8, which is present in all humans. One of the “primer” sequences (the start sequence) in the PCR test for SARS-CoV-2, which is used by the WHO, is found in any human DNA. In essence, we are the “virus”.

The COVID-19 test is done using reagents to extract an RNA sample. An enzyme called reverse transcriptase converts RNA into a complementary DNA sequence. DNA (called “primer”) is reproduced (amplified) several times so that the sought DNA sequence can be detected. The more replication cycles, the more likely it is that the targeted sequence will be detected.

Sometimes chromosome 8 (aka “COVID-19)” is detected, other times it is not detected by the PCR test. The reason why it is not always detected is that the PCR test sample (“primer”) must be amplified. And if the “primer” is not sufficiently amplified, the DNA sequence will not be identifiable. This is the scam. If amplified sufficiently, what has been identified as the” COVID-19 virus ” (aka chromosome 8) will always be detected. That limit point for amplification cycles determines a positive or negative result.

Now you know why the test gives 80% false-positive results for COVID-19 and why so many people tested positive are described as asymptomatic. They don’t have any COVID-19. They have what everyone has, chromosome 8.

How the scam works

Anyone can be declared positive with this PCR test. It only needs to be replicated (amplified) the DNA in the “primer” again and again, until a positive result is obtained. According to the Center for Evidence-Based Medicine, ”the higher the viral concentration, the fewer amplification cycles are required.” In order for a person to come out positive, it only matters how much DNA from chromosome 8 of the tested subject is found in the “primer” sample, in the equation with the number of multiplication cycles.

Every time the DNA in the sample is amplified, it doubles its number of molecules. Doubling is exponential after each amplification cycle. But the number of cycles can vary from laboratory to laboratory. The probability that the test will come out positive increases depending on the number of cycles. Cycles for a COVID-19 test usually range from 20 to 30 cycles, but there are tests with 45 cycles, to which absolutely everyone comes out positive. The number of cycles is completely arbitrary.

If there is enough material, then the person will come out positive according to the number of amplifications as per the WHO protocol. The test protocol indicating how many times a “primer” is amplified is set arbitrarily and can be reset arbitrarily, depending on the needs of the state. You know, it’s like organized crime!

A New York City police officer arrested Thursday on a child pornography charge used social media to send sexually explicit messages to dozens of minors, persuading some of them to send him nude pictures, asking for phone sex and sometimes encouraging self-harm, federal prosecutors said.

Officer Carmine Simpson chatted with at least 46 minors via Twitter since last April, prosecutors said, collecting 18 photos and 33 videos of children he instructed to act in a sexually suggestive manner, along with dozens of other images used for sexual arousal.

A judge ordered Simpson jailed without bail pending trial, saying the 26-year-old officer from Long Island was more of a danger to the community than typical child pornography defendants because he allegedly encouraged some of the victims to cut, choke or hit themselves, sometimes with a knife or belt.

Because police officers are seen as targets for violence behind bars, Simpson is being held in protective custody at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, the same federal lockup where Jeffrey Epstein’s longtime associate Ghislaine Maxwell is awaiting trial.

OBERLIN, ALLEN PARISH, La. (KLFY) — A family in Allen Parish is burying a loved one further from home because he was rejected on account of his skin color. It happened in Oaklin Springs Cemetery in Oberlin.

“It was just so much a slap in the face, a punch in the gut. It was just belittling him. You know that we can’t bury him because he’s black,” said Karla Semien.

She’s the widow of Darrell Semien (55), a former Allen Parish deputy and Reeves police officer. The gentle giant, caring cop and foster father died Sunday after his colon cancer resurged in December and progressively overtook him.

When Darrell’s family tried to buy a burial plot Tuesday in the cemetery close to their home, only his skin color mattered. The Semiens called the Oaklin Springs Cemetery and met with the woman who sold plots.

As Karla remembered, “First me and one of my other sons got out of the car when she drove up, and he’s white, and she said she was sorry for our loss, and I told her, ‘Thank you.” And before I could say anything else, the rest of them started coming out of the car, and she looked at them, and then she looked at me and says, ‘We’re going to have to have a discrepancy.’ She said, ‘We’re not going to be able to sell you a plot.”

Since its start in the 1950s, Oaklin Springs Cemetery contract only allowed, “remains of white human beings.” Despite the contract being signed by everyone who buys a plot, the cemetery board said they had never noticed it before.

“I’m sorry I have no better explanation for it than that,” said Creig Vizena, the cemetery board president. “I can’t answer a question that I don’t know the answer to. I refuse to speculate on it. I just know that it was wrong and now it’s right.”

Thursday, the cemetery board eliminated the word “white” from its contract in an emergency meeting. The woman who denied the family space no longer works for them.

“I apologized, and I’m still apologizing to those people. I am so sorry that this happened,” expressed Vizena who visited the family as soon as he heard what happened.

He thought the contract was legally binding through the courthouse, so he told the Semien’s, “I can’t sell you a plot, but I can give you one of my four plots.”

Since the language was uncovered, Vizena has been convinced if it could be overlooked for so long in Oberlin, there is likely similar “racist” language elsewhere.

“Check y’all records. If there’s any kind of stupid verbage like this. Contracts, ordinances, please change it, Vizena said. “We can never change as a country until we wipe that stuff out. There’s no room for that.”

Even though no family who goes to Oaklin Springs Cemetery will be denied for their race again, the Simien’s doubt it hasn’t happened before.

“It’s not possible,” argued Darrel’s daughter, Kimberly Semien. “If that cemetary had been there that long, that many years, I’m sure. I mean people die every day, and Oberlin has a lot of colored people out here. I know there had to be family who went out there.”

Regardless, them being denied was enough for them to search elsewhere. They said their first question to each cemetery they called was, “Are black people allowed to be buried in your cemetery?”

Even though the Oaklin Springs Cemetery contract allows all colors now, the Semien family said they’ll never feel welcome here because of how they were treated.

“His main duty was protect and serve,” Kimberly said of her father. “He didn’t but his badge on and say, ‘I’m only going to protect the blacks because they’re blacks. I’m just leaving white people out of it.’ No. He protected and served everybody no matter what the color is.”

“People need to know. It’s just not right,” said Karla. “For the rest of my kids’ life, they are not going to hear anything. Any apologies. They’re not going to hear anything that anybody says except my dad couldn’t be buried there because he’s black. That’s the only thing that’s going to stick in their heads for the rest of their life and mine too.”

Darrell Semien’s funeral and burial arrangements are set for Saturday, Jan. 30, at the Sonnier Cemetery in Oberlin.
