Five days ago, we published a breaking story that was originally uncovered by Dave Janda (DaveJanda.com), detailing the use of CIA-developed software to steal votes by intercepting voting machines and switching Trump votes to Biden votes. That story is entitled, “RED ALERT: Dems collude with CIA to launch intelligence operation that ALTERS voting machine results in Pennsylvania and other swing states.” (See full video interview below, which was banned by YouTube.)
Earlier today it was discovered that a software “glitch” in Michigan had switched 6,000 votes from Trump to Biden. The glitch was discovered when an effort was made to manually review the ballots, revealing that thousands of votes were switched by the software. This was announced by state GOP Chairwoman Laura Cox, who stated:
In Antrim County, ballots were counted for Democrats that were meant for Republicans, causing a 6,000 vote swing against our candidates. The county clerk came forward and said ‘tabulating software glitched and caused a miscalculation of the vote.’ Since then, we have now discovered the 47 counties used the same software in the same capacity… Antrim County had to hand count all of the ballots, and these counties that used the software need to closely examine their results for similar discrepancies.
So 47 other counties in Michigan were using the same software. This means the Michigan vote was stolen from Trump, and we are actually being subjected to a cyber warfare assault on America.
The same vote rigging software is used in every swing state
Now, we are learning from The Gateway Pundit that this same software was used in all swing states, including PA, GA, NV, MI, WI, AZ and MN.
The software is ominously named “Dominion.” The project to deploy this software is called both “Project Hammer” and “Operation Scorecard.”

The 2020 presidential election has produced liberal tears — of joy.
CNN contributor Van Jones broke down on air Saturday after news that Joe Biden has defeated President Trump.
“It’s easier to be a parent this morning, it’s easier to be a dad. It’s easier to tell your kids character matters, it matters. Tell them the truth matters. Being a good person matters,” said Jones, a former advisor to President Obama.
Jones’ voice broke repeatedly and he wiped his eyes as the waterworks flowed.
“And it’s easier for a whole lot of people. If you’re Muslim in this country, you don’t have to worry if the president doesn’t want you here. If you’re an immigrant, you don’t have to worry about your babies being snatched away or send DREAMers back for no reason. It’s vindication for a lot of people who have really suffered,” he said.
“‘I can’t breathe,’ that wasn’t just George Floyd. A lot of people have felt they couldn’t breathe. Every day you’re waking up and getting tweets,” Jones continued. “You’ve spent so much of your life energy just trying to hold it together.”

Biden, an old foreign policy hand, has made clear that he will espouse a centrist, Obama-style foreign policy emphasizing diplomacy, alliances and weariness towards employing military force against other states.
That orientation remains distinct from a more left-wing “progressive” foreign policy advocating significant cuts to the U.S. military, its global presence and operations against non-state actors.
However, even amongst center-left foreign policy thinkers, there is a divide (detailed in this article by Thomas Wright) between old guard “restorationists” advocating a general resumption of Obama-era foreign policy, and “reformers” seeking more aggressive alliance building and industrial policy to confront challenges posed by China, climate change and the threat to democracy posed by authoritarian populism….
Biden will seek to resuscitate today’s threadbare State Department, which under Trump suffered from major funding cuts, increasingly politicized leadership, and mass firings and resignations of career foreign service officers. There is also talk of ending the longstanding practice of awarding plum ambassadorships to unqualified political donors—but Biden has declined to commit to that.
The diplomatic revival will also see the U.S. again seek a proactive presence in international institutions like the United Nations and World Health Organization, and rejoin treaties like the Paris Climate Accord—though with reduced impact due to Biden’s likely inability to get climate legislation to pass should Republicans retain the Senate. Nonetheless, U.S. participation will mark a change of course after years of disdain and diminishing participation from Washington in such institutions.
Biden may also seek to revive the JCPOA nuclear deal with Iran. However, given the violent events that transpired in 2019-2020 after the U.S. withdrew, it is unclear whether the former status quo can be restored, or whether Biden will take a different approach to Tehran.
Whether a Biden administration will seek to salvage anything from Trump’s outreach to North Korea, which failed to curb Pyongyang’s development of nuclear weapons, also remains to be seen….
Russia, its nuclear arsenal and its ability to muster significant conventional land forces in Europe will also factor into U.S. defense policy, particularly as Moscow is implicated in attempts to manipulate U.S. elections.
Biden will undoubtedly be a harsher critic than Trump of norm-violating acts by Moscow such as blatant assassinations abroad. But given the focus on China, Biden is unlikely to deliberately escalate existing conflicts. Arguably, concern with Russian security threats has attenuated in recent years as economic constraints to Russia’s military modernization become more evident.
One challenge remains that the heavy mechanized land forces most relevant to deterring Russian threats to NATO are very different from the maritime capabilities most relevant to confronting China, which is seen as the bigger long-term priority. On the other hand, Pentagon investments in hypersonic missiles, cyber and electronic warfare, and space capabilities may be relevant to addressing both challenges.

A group of Michigan voters are suing Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson on claims she's allowed "partisan operatives" to dole out millions of dollars in private money for get-out-the-vote initiatives in select Democratic cities and counties ahead of the Nov. 3 election.
The lawsuit, filed Monday in the Michigan Court of Claims, alleges the Chicago-based Center for Tech and Civic Life gave money to county and local clerks in the battleground state to print and distribute absentee ballots and mail-in ballots and add drop boxes. The goal was to increase ballots cast "in only certain urban and predominantly Democratic precincts" and "selectively influence the outcome of the 2020 general election," according to the filing.

What happens if a president-elect dies before inauguration?
In the nearly three months before inauguration day on Jan. 20, there are still a few more hoops for Joe Biden to jump through before taking office: the official electoral college vote on Dec. 14, followed by the congressional certification of that vote on Jan. 6.
It may seem morbid, but given that Biden, at 77, will be the oldest president-elect in history and is running in the midst of a pandemic, it’s worth clarifying what would happen if he dies before taking office.
If Biden were to die before December’s electoral college vote, the Democratic National Committee (DNC) would have the ability to name a replacement candidate and pressure the electors currently committed to Biden to support them instead. Presumably, although not necessarily, the new candidate would be Biden’s vice president Kamala Harris.
Most states have laws, upheld by the Supreme Court, that penalize or discount so-called “faithless” electors who switch their vote—so it’s likely that this DNC-selected candidate would win, although there would be sure to be plenty of legal wrangling over each state’s handling of this process. There’s also nothing stopping the DNC from simply leaving Biden’s name on the ballot and proceeding on the assumption that Harris will assume his position after the electoral college vote, although this seems less likely.
Once Biden is selected by the electoral college, he officially becomes the president-elect. If he were to die between the electoral college vote but before the early January congressional certification, members of congress have an opportunity to object to the electoral results in any state and, if both chambers agree, to switch that state’s votes to the opposing candidate. It’s pretty hard to imagine Nancy Pelosi, the Democratic House speaker, agreeing to hand a state to Trump in any conceivable circumstance.

Rudy Giuliani announced on Saturday that President Donald Trump will not concede the 2020 presidential election, as the validity of “at least 600,000 ballots” are still in question in Pennsylvania — a key swing state.
“Obviously, he’s not going to concede when at least 600,000 ballots are in question,” Giuliani said in response to a reporter’s question about the president conceding in the wake of media calling Pennsylvania for Joe Biden.
“It’s not my job to determine if the ballots are right or not; it’s their job. With a mail-in ballot or an absentee ballot, the burden, under law, is on the Party that’s proposing it, which is why it has to be inspected,” Giuliani added at the press conference in Philadelphia on Saturday.
“They conducted themselves in a way that suggests that there was fraud,” Giuliani continued. “One of the things that does involve fraud is not making it possible for the people who were supposed to inspect to inspect.”
“The voters expect that their inspectors are going to be able to inspect,” Giuliani affirmed. “The voters were defrauded of that right. We will not know if those 600,000 ballots were valid, invalid, or not. Having conducted themselves that way, they certainly present a very strong circumstantial case that the ballots were tampered with.”
“Also, the highly unusual, almost mathematically impossible reduction in the vote in that period of time also raises the question that the ballots were tampered with,” said Giuliani. “So they’ve done everything they can to yell out to you, ‘We were tampering with the ballots,’ without being stupid enough to show it to you.”
“They kept our inspectors away, uniformly,” continued Giuliani. “I don’t think we’re going to find a single Republican that ever got to look at one of those ballots, when the law requires that we are allowed to look at them.”
“They did it here, and they did it in Pittsburgh. That can’t be a coincidence,” he added. “How did they figure out in Pittsburgh they should do the same thing that happened here? And they didn’t do it in other places.”
On Friday, the United States Supreme Court ordered Pennsylvania election boards to separate the count of mail-in ballots that arrived after Election Day.
The order, which was signed by Justice Samuel Alito, suggests that the justices may exclude the late-arriving ballots. This came in a subsequent ruling involving the results of the presidential election.
Despite all of these details still being in question, multiple media outlets called Pennsylvania in favor of Biden — moments before Giuliani’s press conference in Philadelphia began — giving the former vice president more than the 270 Electoral College votes necessary for him to be projected as the president-elect.
During his press conference, Giuliani also pointed out the corrupt nature of politics in Philadelphia — a city run by Democrats.
In May, for example, a former Philadelphia judge of elections, Domenick J. Demuro, was convicted for his role in accepting bribes to cast fraudulent ballots and certifying false voting results during the 2014, 2015, and 2016 primary elections in Philadelphia.

In an election impacted by the ongoing coronavirus pandemic and record-breaking levels of mail-in voting, the tight race for the White House between incumbent Republican President Donald Trump and his Democratic opponent Joe Biden seems to have reached its climax with the arrival of the voting data from Pennsylvania.
Joe Biden has gathered enough votes to win the state of Pennsylvania, according to AP’s call. In light of the Democratic candidate's projected success in Pennsylvania, the AP has called Biden the winner in the 2020 US presidential election, as with this state he passes the 270 Electoral College votes required to win the presidency.
Biden was quick to react to the news, rushing to thank the country for "choosing" him as the next US president and promising not only to be president for those who voted for him, but also for those who did not.

His Republican opponent, Donald Trump, has not conceded to Biden, instead arguing that the election is far from over. POTUS has accused the Democrat and "his media allies" of rushing to "falsely pose as the winner" in an attempt to conceal the truth, presumably referring to his accusations of voter fraud and the counting of illegal votes that came in after the polls had closed. He added that his campaign will start prosecuting the case in court starting on Monday in a bid to ensure that "election laws are fully upheld and the rightful winner is seated".
"The simple fact is this election is far from over. Joe Biden has not been certified as the winner of any states, let alone any of the highly contested states headed for mandatory recounts, or states where our campaign has valid and legitimate legal challenges that could determine the ultimate victor", Trump said.
The AP call came as Trump was trailing Biden in Pennsylvania with 49.1% against 49.6% with 96% of the estimated ballots counted, according to the latest Edison Research report. Authorities in Pennsylvania are yet to officially announce the results of the tally, with several other states still counting votes.
The counting continues in Georgia, where Joe Biden recently took the lead over Trump after days of trailing behind. In Arizona, in turn, Trump has narrowed his margin against Biden to 0.6%, coming closer to turning the state red as 97% of the votes have been counted there so far, according to Edison Research. Nevada is another state where Trump trails slightly behind the Democrat with 47.9% versus 49.9% and with 6% of the ballots yet to be counted.
What Was the Situation in the Run-up to Election Day?
As Donald Trump and Joe Biden headed into Election Day on 3 November, pollsters had suggested the president’s Democratic opponent was registering a more comfortable lead than Hillary Clinton had four years ago against Trump. In 2016 Donald Trump had swept in to claim a stunning victory in the electoral college vote against his opponent.
The final polls before the 2020 election, released on 2 November, showed that while some states were close, Biden was ahead in enough swing states to potentially win.

Donald Trump: Joe Biden ‘Has Not Been Certified as Winner’ of Anything
President Donald Trump issued a statement to corporate media on Saturday, reacting to the declaration that Joe Biden has won the 2020 election.
“We all know why Joe Biden is rushing to falsely pose as the winner, and why his media allies are trying so hard to help him: they don’t want the truth to be exposed,” Trump wrote in a statement sent by his campaign.
Trump said the election is “far from over,” as Biden “has not been certified as the winner of any states.”
The Associated Press, MSNBC, and CNN called the race for Biden at 11:28 a.m. on Saturday. The network news channels and Fox News followed suit.
“Legal votes decide who is president, not the news media,” Trump said.
Biden is currently leading in key swing states the president needs to win — Pennsylvania, Arizona, and Georgia.
The president said several states remain “highly contested,” where his campaign is mounting legal challenges, and other states, such as Georgia, would head to a recount.
The president also said his campaign will begin prosecuting the legal challenges to the state elections on Monday.
“The American People are entitled to an honest election: that means counting all legal ballots, and not counting any illegal ballots,” he said. “This is the only way to ensure the public has full confidence in our election.”
The president asserted that many ballots cast were “fraudulent, manufactured, or cast by ineligible or deceased voters” and protested that Republican poll watchers were prevented from witnessing the vote count in Democrat-run areas, such as Philadelphia.
He criticized the Biden campaign and Democrats for working against his efforts to validate the votes.
“Only a party engaged in wrongdoing would unlawfully keep observers out of the count room – and then fight in court to block their access,” he said.
Trump vowed to continue fighting for complete and accurate counts of the votes.
“I will not rest until the American People have the honest vote count they deserve and that Democracy demands,” he concluded.

On Thursday, Harris also accused President Donald Trump of “trying to invalidate” the ballots of “over 100 million Americans” who “voted before Election Day.”

The Biden Fight Fund has no description on its website, except that it is a “joint fundraising committee authorized by Biden for President and the Democratic National Committee.”
Some media outlets have declared Biden the winner of the 2020 presidential election. However, the Trump campaign is challenging the results in a number of states.
