Didn't Q tell us that we were making them expend ammunition. Some of that ammo, I thought, was the children that they had hypnotically turned into their little "Manchurian Candidates", but in mini formats to carry out things like school shootings etc.

This movie fits with that concept, except that we ALL have been turned into Manchurian Candidates, but it didn't take on everyone, more people than not, it didn't fully take. Maybe they got us to do petty crimes or sabotage bigger operations that we knew nothing about, but somehow to some extent we are all Hypnotized, some to a bigger degree - the woke, the liberals, the leftists, that's why it's been so hard waking some of them up. That's why there's a 4-6% of the population that will never wake up.

They learned that if they started them younger and younger, it took much better. That's why the schools are doing what they're doing now. The whole school agenda is to program them 8 to 10 hours a day.

I think some of us that didn't take were the ones that either had some defaults (autism,etc) or had the Full Armor of God - that's why Q instructed us to those verses. Putting on God's word, "putting on the mind of Christ". It acts as a Shield against the evil wickedness of manipulating people's brains to the point they're doing things they'd never otherwise do. They despise us because we are FREE and they hate that! They can't control us, their programming doesn't work on us. If they start very very young, the children are more malleable and can be programmed much easier.

Protesting Polish farmers blockaded all six border crossings to Ukraine on Sunday, according to Kiev’s border security agency. The move comes after months of protests by Poland’s agricultural workers against cheap Ukrainian imports threatening their livelihoods.

“As of this morning, more than 2,400 cargo vehicles are waiting in queues” at all six crossing points, State Border Guard Service spokesman Andrey Demchenko told Ukraine’s ‘European Pravda’ news site.

“Not a single truck is crossing the border towards Poland, because they are not allowed through,” Demchenko said, adding that cars, vans, and buses are being allowed to pass as normal.

Polish farmers have been blockading the border since November, in protest of an EU rule allowing Ukrainian farmers to sell their grain in the bloc without paying tariffs or abiding by Brussels’ stringent regulations. Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk said earlier this week that Warsaw was in talks with Kiev about temporarily shutting the border, although the Ukrainian side denied his claim.

Church of England guidance telling primary schools that children as young as five can be transgender was funded by Stonewall, it has emerged.

The controversial LGBT charity gave the Church a grant to fund two editions of the Valuing All God’s Children report, including the 2019 version that remains in use nationwide.

It comes after Christian parents urged the Archbishop of Canterbury to axe the guidance, which says primary school-aged children can change their gender identity and advises schools on how to create “inclusive” environments for trans pupils.

The Rt Rev Paul Butler, the Bishop of Durham, told the General Synod, the Church’s legislative body, last year that Stonewall was not involved in writing the report.

Gender-critical campaigners have called for the guidance to be scrapped, and said the revelation that it had been funded by Stonewall should be a “wake-up call” for the Church.

Last month, The Telegraph revealed that a Church of England primary school had allowed a four-year-old boy to join as a girl and then hid the child’s sex from other pupils, who were later described by parents as traumatised.

Valuing All God’s Children tells the 4,630 Church of England schools across the country that primary schoolers should be “at liberty to explore the possibilities of who they might be without judgment or derision”.

‘Significant grant’

The Rt Rev Jonathan Frost, the Bishop of Portsmouth, has now admitted in a written response to a question submitted to Synod that Stonewall funded the report’s second and current third editions, published in 2017 and 2019, respectively.

Gender-critical campaigners have criticised Stonewall for the training it offers organisations, which encourages them to tell employees to always state their pronouns and use gender-neutral language.

The Bishop of Portsmouth said the funding, the value of which neither the Church nor Stonewall has disclosed, was given by Stonewall after the Department of Education gave the charity a “significant grant” for “work in this area”.

“They recognised the quality of our work in Valuing All God’s Children, so were keen that we should be enabled to develop it to include the prevention of transphobic bullying through an updated version,” he said.

“Stonewall were not involved in the writing of our document but simply passed on a grant to enable us to do so, and to help with the distribution costs.”

Two Stonewall executives are thanked in the 2017 and 2019 editions: Dominic Arnall, who was head of projects from 2015 and 2018; and Sidonie Bertrand-Shelton, head of education programmes from 2016 to 2022.

Valuing All God’s Children is currently being updated after the Department for Education (DfE) published a consultation in December on new guidance for schools on how to respond to gender-questioning pupils.

‘Transgender ideology’

That DfE guidance does not use the word transgender, says children cannot change their legal sex and advises schools to only use sex-based pronouns.

Andrea Williams, chief executive of Christian Concern and a former lay member of Synod, said that the Church’s current guidance “pushes transgender ideology”.

“It is time for it to be scrapped and for the Church of England to shape its guidance on the Bible,” she added.

A bizarre dent in Earth's magnetic field above the southern Atlantic Ocean weakens the southern lights, new research finds.

The South Atlantic Anomaly is a large, oval-shaped region over South America and the southern Atlantic Ocean where Earth's magnetic field is weakest. The anomaly is already well known for allowing charged particles from the sun to dip close to Earth's surface, exposing satellites orbiting above to high levels of ionizing radiation, according to NASA.

Now, a study published Feb. 8 in the journal Geophysical Research Letters finds that this weak region also affects the southern aurora, the glowing lights in the upper atmosphere that can be seen at high latitudes. The southern lights occur over and around Antarctica and are the equivalent of the northern lights that dance over the Arctic and Subarctic.

Auroras are caused by solar particles interacting with gas molecules in Earth's atmosphere and are usually considered largely under the control of the sun, said Zhi-Yang Liu, first author of the study and a researcher at the Institute of Space Physics and Applied Technology at Peking University in China. But the new research highlights the two-way nature of the relationship, Liu told Live Science in an email.

"Our discovery highlights the significance of Earth-related factors, such as anomalies in Earth's intrinsic magnetic fields that rotate with the Earth," Liu said.

The researchers used data from an instrument aboard the FengYun-3E satellite, launched in 2021, that measures magnetic-field variations. They found a "substantial weakening" of magnetic fluctuations in the aurora australis, or southern lights, where it overlaps with the South Atlantic Anomaly.

One of the biggest girls’ football leagues in the country faces being shut down by the Football Association for refusing to allow a boy to play in its matches.

The Mail on Sunday can reveal that a row has broken out between the FA and officials running a female league in Yorkshire after parents complained their son had not been allowed to join.

It is understood the FA has threatened the West Riding Girls Football League with sanctions and a possible suspension if it does not agree to let boys on the pitch, a scenario officials have branded ‘a massive threat to the girls’ game’.

Last week an emergency meeting was held by organisers of the league – which has at least 6,000 under-18 girls playing across more than 300 teams – where managers voiced their concerns that allowing boys to play would ‘open the floodgates’.

The FA’s gender policy states that any under-16 teams must allow both boys and girls to play, despite admitting that ‘physical strength, stamina or physique’ can put one sex at the disadvantage of the other. Fiona McAnena, at sex-based rights group Sex Matters, said: ‘A boy on the pitch changes everything. The law is clear that female-only sport is allowed. It’s sex discrimination for the FA to tell girls they must accept a male player.’

This is what inevitably happens when reality intrudes upon the dogmatic Enlightenment principles to which the secular champions of social justice have been appealing for more than 200 years. The Enlightenment is the philosophical basis for Clown World. It is an outdated and sophistic philosophy that will disappear in the aftermath of Clown World’s demise.

What Is the Purpose of Delegates?

Delegates represent the interests of a group of people within a political party by voting on their behalf at a party’s national convention. Delegates from both parties vote on a specific candidate in the presidential primary election to select the party’s nominee that advances to the general election. The process of awarding delegates to specific political candidates varies between the Democratic and Republican parties:

Democratic delegates: Democrats use a proportional method of awarding delegates, assigning them to presidential nominees based on a percentage of support through state caucuses or primary votes.

Republican delegates: Each state can choose whether to award Republican delegates based on proportional support or through a ‘winner-take-all’ method, where all the state’s delegates are awarded to the candidate who won the most votes.

4 Types of Delegates

There are four types of delegates that help determine their respective party’s nominee:

1. Pledged: Pledged delegates are Democratic delegates who are required to vote for a specific candidate, i.e. the one who won the most votes in the primary, in a caucus, or at their national convention. There are three types of pledged delegates, including district delegates (who are elected at the district level), at-large delegates (who are elected and distributed statewide), and add-on delegates (who represent elected officials or party leaders).

2. Unpledged: Unpledged delegates are delegates in the Democratic party who are not pledged to vote for a specific candidate. They are also known as superdelegates.

3. Bound: Bound delegates are Republican party delegates who are required to support a specific candidate as determined by their state primaries or caucuses.

4. Unbound: Unbound delegates are Republican party delegates who are not obligated by any state election or caucus result to support a specific candidate. These delegates are also known as superdelegates.

What Is the Difference Between Delegates and Superdelegates?

Standard delegates are selected by votes and pledged to a specific nominee—they agree to support that candidate at their party convention. Superdelegates, also known as unpledged or unbound delegates, are automatic delegates selected to the national convention, but can support any presidential candidate of their choosing.

In the Democratic party, superdelegates often consist of Democratic members of Congress, Democratic National Committee members, and former Presidents or Vice Presidents. In the Republican party, superdelegates consist of three members of each state's national committee.

Trump supporters target black voters with faked AI images

Donald Trump supporters have been creating and sharing AI-generated fake images of black voters to encourage African Americans to vote Republican.

BBC Panorama discovered dozens of deepfakes portraying black people as supporting the former president.

Mr Trump has openly courted black voters, who were key to Joe Biden's election win in 2020.

But there's no evidence directly linking these images to Mr Trump's campaign.

The co-founder of Black Voters Matter, a group which encourages black people to vote, said the manipulated images were pushing a "strategic narrative" designed to show Mr Trump as popular in the black community.

A creator of one of the images told the BBC: "I'm not claiming it's accurate."

The fake images of black Trump supporters, generated by artificial intelligence (AI), are one of the emerging disinformation trends ahead of the US presidential election in November.

Unlike in 2016, when there was evidence of foreign influence campaigns, the AI-generated images found by the BBC appear to have been made and shared by US voters themselves.

One of them was Mark Kaye and his team at a conservative radio show in Florida.

They created an image of Mr Trump smiling with his arms around a group of black women at a party and shared it on Facebook, where Mr Kaye has more than one million followers.

At first it looks real, but on closer inspection everyone's skin is a little too shiny and there are missing fingers on people's hands - some tell-tale signs of AI-created images.

A Dutch national responsible for manufacturing toddler- and baby-like sex dolls he claims are “therapeutic” for pedophiles has called for self-identified “minor-attracted people” to join him in an unnamed location in Africa for the purposes of having their sick desires “protected.”

Bram Joosten, a native of Bennekom, Netherlands, recently advertised “protection services” in a video titled “How to be safe and happy as a pedophile.”

In the promotional video, posted June 14 to a website owned by Joosten called Doll Orphanage, Joosten encourages pedophiles to relocate to Africa in order to “start a new life where you as a MAP can be safe, content and happy.”

Joosten was previously located in Ukraine, but explains in the video he moved to a nation in Africa after experiencing backlash for his pedophilic activities.

“This service is for people… who permanently want to move to a place where they are safe, protected and where they can get everything they ever dreamed of. It’s a paradise,” writes Joosten. While he goes on to say that “this service does not include prostitution or helping you hook up with minors,” Joosten does state that he will seek out young women who “resemble minors” for interested clients. In the video promotion, “beautiful girls” are mentioned as a benefit of living in Africa.

“Finding girls is not hard since white privilege is still a thing here,” Joosten states. “People see and treat you as a God… I understand it if you prefer petite girls and it doesn’t matter if you want to date a girl that looks like a minor, as long as she is not an actual minor.”

Joosten advises site visitors that should they relocate to the unspecified nation in Africa, “importing things such as [child-like] sex dolls” can be done without risk of punishment “since it’s very easy to bribe people.”

He also claims to be able to personally assist potential clients with convincing customs officials to allow the importation of child abuse materials.

An international crew of four reached orbit following a successful launch to the International Space Station at 10:53 p.m. EST Sunday from Launch Complex 39A at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida. NASA’s SpaceX Crew-8 mission is the agency’s eighth commercial crew rotation mission with the company to the space station.

A SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket propelled the Dragon spacecraft into orbit carrying NASA astronauts Matthew Dominick, Michael Barratt, and Jeanette Epps, along with Roscosmos cosmonaut Alexander Grebenkin, for a science expedition aboard the orbital laboratory.

“Congratulations to NASA and SpaceX on another successful launch to the International Space Station! On this eighth crew rotation mission, we are once again showing the strength of our commercial partnerships and American ingenuity that will propel us further in the cosmos,” said NASA Administrator Bill Nelson. “Aboard the station, the crew will conduct more than 200 science experiments and technology demonstrations to help fuel this new era of space exploration and benefit humanity here on Earth.”

During Dragon’s flight, SpaceX will monitor a series of automatic spacecraft maneuvers from its mission control center in Hawthorne, California. NASA teams will monitor space station operations throughout the flight from the Mission Control Center at the agency’s Johnson Space Center in Houston. NASA coverage continues with audio only commentary until the start of the rendezvous and docking broadcast.

The Dragon spacecraft, named Endeavour, will dock autonomously to the forward port of the station’s Harmony module about 3 a.m. Tuesday, March 5. NASA will provide live coverage of rendezvous, docking, and hatch opening, beginning at 1 a.m., on NASA+, NASA Television, the NASA app, YouTube, and the agency’s website. The bricks were not made in a cement mixer. Instead, they were made with a biomanufacturing process where naturally-occurring bacteria converts road salt and an organic compound called urea into biocement, a hardened surface that may be able to take the weight of a landing or taxiing aircraft or a heavy ground vehicle. Using biocement to build a runway or road in a remote location could shave months of prep time and tons of equipment off the traditional methods.

“We’re trying to reduce or completely eliminate the need to bring in the heavy machinery, the concrete mixers, the literal boatloads of things that go into traditional construction, and being able to build it in a relatively quick timeframe,” Mitch Meade, an analytical chemist and deputy branch and program manager for the Air Force Research Laboratory, told Air & Space Forces Magazine.

Biocement is a promising technology at a time when the Air Force is pursuing the concept of Agile Combat Employment, where small teams launch and recover from remote or austere locations and can move quickly to new airfields. Part of the challenge of operating from smaller airfields is that there is not much space to land or park an aircraft.

“Some of them are pretty bare,” then-head of Pacific Air Forces Gen. Kenneth S. Wilsbach said in 2020. “And so what you might expect is, it’s a runway with a ramp. And that’s it.”

Wilsbach later said in 2023 that PACAF wants to clear jungles from overgrown World War II-era airfields to get at the concrete and asphalt buried beneath.

“We’re not making super bases anywhere,” he said. “We’re looking for a place to get some fuel and some weapons, maybe get a bite to eat and take a nap and then get airborne again.”

If the Air Force needs to expand runways, ramps, or roads, the usual process of making a paved surface may not be fast or lightweight enough to work in a Pacific conflict, where military airlift and sealift will likely be overburdened moving the rest of the force across the ocean.

“You almost have to build a cement factory and then all the infrastructure to lay down however much asphalt or concrete on top of that,” Meade explained. The process can take months.

Private companies have explored biocement for decades as a way to cut down on the carbon dioxide emitted by traditional cement production. It starts with S. pasteurii, a naturally-occurring bacteria that can be flown in or grown on site and is then sprayed onto the soil. Once it seeps into the ground, crews add calcium chloride and the organic compound urea. The S. pasteurii converts those ingredients into calcium carbonate, which binds the soil particles together into a hardened surface. The entire process takes less than 96 hours, though it can happen faster or slower depending on the soil and how often the bacteria is “fed.”

“Time is definitely the key factor,” Meade said. “We’re trying to build something as quickly as possible.”

The Air Force has been researching biocement since at least 2019. In the years since, landing pads made of biocement held up under CV-22s and a Navy MH-60S helicopter.

“Basically, you need an agricultural sprayer and some water tanks, so there is very little in materials you need to bring to the site,” Maj. MacKenzie Birchenough, a developmental engineer, said in 2019 about building a 2,500 square-foot prototype site with biocement.

Tests with larger aircraft are still to come as AFRL works to “turn this from a biochemistry experiment into something an Airman could use,” Meade said. Researchers need to find out what kinds of soils, climate, and applications where biocement works best. Future tests will likely involve load carts, which can simulate the weight of an aircraft.

“This might be a great solution for one environment, but would something else work better in another environment?” the chemist asked. “Understanding where these things work best is a big part of the research we’re doing now.”

The goal is to answer those questions sooner rather than later, since military leaders are keenly interested in the technology.

“Any time you talk to a senior leader, their first question is ‘when are we going to see this in the field?’” Meade said. “Everyone we talk to, their imagination goes wild.”

Biocement is not meant to support a permanent airfield, but another advantage is that it does not require much clean-up. While calcium chloride does not dissolve, tillers can be used to turn the biocement back into native soil, which eliminates the need to dig up old concrete and ship it out. But could introducing a biocement-making bacteria have wide-reaching consequences?

“One question I get asked a lot is, when you put this stuff on the ground, will it turn the whole island into cement? Will it take over the world?” Meade said. “No, it will not take over the world.”

A federal judge has blocked Texas from enforcing a new law that would make illegal immigration a state crime.

U.S. District Judge David A. Ezra of the Western District of Texas on Thursday granted a preliminary injunction that will block Texas' Senate Bill 4 from taking effect next week. The law would allow state authorities to arrest and jail illegal immigrants, and would give state judges the power to order deportations.

A former federal prosecutor and legal analyst said last week that it looked increasingly “unlikely” that U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon would allow former President Donald Trump to be tried in his classified documents case before the November election.

Trump, the frontrunner for the 2024 GOP presidential nomination, is currently facing four criminal indictments. Two of these indictments were initiated at the federal level by the Department of Justice (DOJ) and special counsel Jack Smith.

One federal case revolves around Trump’s purported mishandling of classified documents at his Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida following his departure from the White House.

Prosecutors allege that he unlawfully retained documents containing sensitive national security information, stored them inadequately, and declined to cooperate when requested to return them.

Trump has pleaded not guilty to the charges, claiming that he had a right to retain the materials and possessed broad authority to declassify documents during his presidency. He has also accused all of the investigations against him of being politically motivated efforts to harm his presidential campaign.

Mariotti told CNN on Sunday that Cannon is likely to continue ruling in Trump’s favor after his legal team has requested a trial start date sometime after the election, in 2025, citing his campaign schedule, Newsweek reported.

“There are so many criminal trials that are upcoming, and as far as Mar-a-Lago goes, Judge Aileen Cannon has really shown a willingness to push this trial and to give as much latitude to Trump’s team as possible,” he said. “It is just really hard for me to see her putting his feet to the fire, particularly given the fact that the classified documents at issue add an element of complexity and give her opportunities to delay further. I just think that realistically, it is unlikely that she is going to force them to go to trial before the election.”

By comparison, U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan in Washington, D.C., an Obama appointee who is presiding over charges brought by Smith against Trump related to the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol riot, has routinely issued rulings favorable to the special counsel.

She has delayed that trial, however, while waiting for the U.S. Supreme Court to decide on Trump’s claim of presidential immunity.

In an interview Sunday with Newsweek, Dave Aronberg, the state attorney in Florida’s Palm Beach County, agreed with Mariotti.

“I agree with Renato. This trial was never going to happen before the election,” Aronberg said. “Judge Cannon is new to the bench and has never had a classified document case like this before, which has built-in delays because of federal law. In addition, Judge Cannon has been very accommodating to Trump’s requests for more time. I’ve always felt that this is the strongest case against Trump but the least likely to be tried before the election.”

Meanwhile, special counsel Robert Hur, who was appointed to investigate President Joe Biden’s possession of classified documents from when he was a senator and vice president — neither of which is covered under national security laws like a president — found that he violated the law but chose not to prosecute him because of his substantial memory loss and the belief that his defense team would use them successfully in any trial.

“Our investigation uncovered evidence that President Biden willfully retained and disclosed classified materials after his vice presidency when he was a private citizen,” Hur’s report said, but added that the evidence “does not establish Mr. Biden’s guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.”

“We have also considered that, at trial, Mr. Biden would likely present himself to a jury, as he did during our interview of him, as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory,” it added. “Based on our direct interactions with and observations of him, he is someone for whom many jurors will want to identify reasonable doubt. It would be difficult to convince a jury that they should convict him — by then a former president well into his eighties — of a serious felony that requires a mental state of willfulness.”

Hur did not seem to address whether it was assessed that Biden knew what he was doing when he unlawfully retained the documents and provided information in them to a biographer.

US envoy Amos Hochstein is expected to visit both Israel and Lebanon tomorrow to continue diplomatic efforts aimed at de-escalating the conflict across the Lebanon-Israel border, according to officials.

Judicial Watch Statement on Unanimous Supreme Court Ruling on Trump Ballot Dispute

(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton made the following statement regarding the Supreme Court ruling allowing Donald Trump’s eligibility on the 2024 Colorado primary ballot.

The United States Supreme Court today made a powerful and unified statement against the brazen, unconstitutional coup by leftists against the constitutional rights of tens of millions of Americans. And, thankfully, a Supreme Court majority seems prepared to stop any shady Biden administration and leftist congressional efforts to overturn a Trump victory based on false allegations of insurrection.

In January, Judicial Watch filed an amici curiae (friend of the court) brief along with the Allied Educational Foundation (AEF) in support of former President Donald Trump in his challenge to the Colorado Supreme Court’s unprecedented decision to remove him from the state’s 2024 presidential primary ballot (Donald J. Trump v. Norma Anderson et al. (No. 23-719)).

Judicial Watch and AEF argued that, if the Colorado Supreme Court’s ruling was allowed to stand, presidential and other federal elections would be thrown into chaos:

In a basically standardless legal discussion, charges of insurrection can be levelled by imaginative partisans on the basis of many different kinds of inflammatory political actions or speech. Consider:

1. Vice President Kamala Harris promoted a bail fund that helped to free “those protesting on the ground in Minnesota” in the wake of the murder of George Floyd. The protests in 20 states following that murder were among the costliest in U.S. history, persisting in some cities for months, and resulting in at least 25 deaths. Protesters attacked federal property and set fire to a federal courthouse. Protests also caused President Trump to evacuate the White House to a secure underground location, as rioters assaulted police officers outside the White House gates.

2. Discussing an anticipated abortion ruling, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer told a rally on the steps of the U.S. Supreme Court on March 5, 2020, “I want to tell you Gorsuch. I want to tell you Kavanaugh. You have released the whirlwind and you will pay the price. You won’t know what hit you if you go forward with these awful decisions.” His comments were reproved by the Chief Justice of this Court as “dangerous.” Two years later a man was arrested for threatening behavior directed at Justice Kavanaugh.

3. Recently a number of Republican officials have proposed retaliating for the instant lawsuit by seeking to remove President Biden from their state ballots for abetting an “invasion of eight million” at the southern border of the United States.

4. On June 10, 2017, Sen. Bernie Sanders called President Trump “the worst and most dangerous president in the history of our country.” Four days later, one of his supporters opened fire on congressional Republicans at a baseball practice, wounding four, including Rep. Steve Scalise.

All of these facts are fodder for interested partisans seeking to disqualify opposing candidates. If the nation does go “down that path,” presidential elections in the United States will become a more ugly business. Legal maneuvers to remove President Trump from the ballots of various states, and the retaliatory maneuvers they provoke, will create a new, anti-democratic front in the partisan wars. To be blunt, “blue states” will apply Section 3 to harass “red” candidates, while “red states” will apply that provision to harass “blue” candidates.

The losers in this process, as here, will be the voters.

The Court should foreclose this kind of warfare now. Amici respectfully submit that the Court should refuse to ratify these maneuvers, and should instead adopt as its policy the observation that “[t]he cure for the evils of democracy is more democracy.”

After the Colorado Supreme Court ruled that former President Donald Trump is ineligible for office because of the Constitution’s “insurrectionist ban,” some prominent Republicans bashed the “unelected judges” for their decision.

“We need elections that we can trust, that we can believe in,” GOP presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy said Tuesday at a campaign event in Mason City, Iowa. “That means yes, unelected judges are not going to decide willy-nilly across the state who ends up on a ballot and who doesn’t.”

GOP Rep. Mike Waltz of Florida also criticized the “unelected judges” for issuing a “garbage” ruling in a socialmedia post Wednesday. And Trump pollster Jim McLaughlin told Politico that the case was decided by “a bunch of unelected, left-wing judges.” Missouri Lt. Gov. Mike Kehoe similarly said “unelected liberal judges” shouldn’t determine who can be president.

Facts First: These comments aren’t entirely accurate. In Colorado, supreme court justices are initially appointed by governors but then have to face the voters by running in statewide retention elections. Colorado voters previously chose to keep all four justices who were in the 4-3 majority that ruled against Trump.

All seven injustices on the state’s high court were appointed by Democratic governors, which has become a point of criticism from Trump’s campaign after the ruling.

The justices serve for an initial two years – and then Colorado voters decide on a yes-or-no ballot whether to keep them for a subsequent 10-year term, according to state law. This is different from some states, where they run head-to-head against an opposing judicial candidate.

Six of the seven Colorado justices have won statewide retention elections to stay on the bench. The seventh was appointed in 2021 and will be on the ballot next year.

From the majority opinion in the Trump case, Justice Melissa Hart was retained in 2020 with 75% of the vote, Justice Richard Gabriel was retained in 2018 with 74%, Justice William Hoodwas retained in 2016 with 71%, and Justice Monica Márquez was retained in 2014 with 68%.

Among the dissenters, Chief Justice Brian Boatright was retained in 2014 with 69% of the vote and Justice Carlos Samour was retained in 2020 with 73%. Justice Maria Berkenkotter, who also dissented, took the bench in 2021 and will be up for election next year, along with Boatright and Márquez who are coming to the end of their 10-year terms.

Late last June, when Bill Clinton welcomed Larry Hogan to Little Rock, the ex-president realized he had an opportunity to step carefully back into the political fray. The pair was scheduled for a ticketed chat about bipartisanship on Clinton’s home turf just as Hogan, the former Maryland governor, was rumored to be thinking about a third-party presidential run via the No Labels group, which he was also co-chairing. Before they walked onstage, Clinton delicately made his view clear to the Republican, even though Hogan hadn’t asked: Any independent campaign of the kind No Labels was talking about could only benefit Donald Trump.

He wasn’t done yet. Two months later, Clinton heard from Joe Manchin, who was vacationing near the Clintons’ spot in East Hampton and wanted advice about his political future. Clinton had heard real concern from fellow Democrats that the West Virginian would head a No Labels ticket himself, and he’d previously discussed the politically tricky senator with the Biden White House when administration officials asked for his help winning Manchin over on legislation. Manchin was being far more open about the attractiveness of an independent run than Hogan was. So when they met in person, Clinton decided to get considerably more forceful than their placid surroundings might have suggested. This time, he ditched the diplomatic niceties and told the senator sharply that he was risking putting Trump back in the White House.

By late November, Bill found himself closer to the center of presidential politics than he’d been since Hillary ran in 2016. He and Joe Biden hadn’t talked in person in a few months, but he had been making no secret to friends that he thought Biden wasn’t getting the credit he deserved for his accomplishments. Tucked into a quiet corner of Air Force One on the way to Georgia for Rosalynn Carter’s memorial service, the 42nd president repeated the sentiment to the 46th, chewing over the unique challenges of the presidency as almost no one else could. Flying south from Washington, they discussed Biden’s obstacles in a political environment warped by Trump — how hard it had gotten to focus public attention on what Biden was doing and how complicated it had become to turn around the national feeling about the economy.

Hillary wasn’t part of that conversation, but she was on the plane, too — along with Michelle Obama and Jill Biden — and she had plenty of her own thoughts as Biden entered 2024 running behind her old foe in the polls. In recent months, the former secretary of state has begun convening groups of friends and political allies for private dinners to talk through the coming election season and to drum up badly needed support for Democratic candidates, starting with the president. The sessions are occasionally at the Clintons’ primary home in Chappaqua, but more often at their house in Washington, not far from the residence of Vice-President Kamala Harris, with whom she has quietly been keeping in touch.

Four years ago, the Clintons were as far from political influence as they’d been in ages. In a post–Me Too world, Bill was often treated aspersona non grata in public and Hillary was still thought of primarily as the person who lost to Trump. But a few weeks ago, they drew a flurry of media attention with the announcement that Biden would host a major fundraiser in the city with Bill and Barack Obama in late March. (As the inescapable flood of Trump fundraising emails put it: “Obama is back! Bill Clinton is back too.”) The event is just the most public part of what’s been a longer-running behind-the-scenes effort. Neither Clinton considers politics their primary work these days — they’re staying busy with travel, writing projects, and foundation work — but according to a dozen people who’ve spoken with them directly in recent weeks, both have been quietly and steadily increasing their engagement with Washington as the election season heats up.

It’s been eight years since a Clinton was on a ballot, the longest period since Bill’s first failed congressional campaign in 1974, and the 2020 race was arguably the first one in decades in which neither of them was particularly powerful. Now they, and the Democratic Party, are trying to work out what, exactly, their most useful role could now be. No longer a distinct power center or the same draw for donors or audiences as the Obamas, they are nonetheless far from retirees. President Joe Biden is declining at a geometric, not an arithmetic, rate. His cognitive challenges are multifaceted.

His gait is shaky. His daily use of stairs now risks the chance of a tenure-ending fall. Even when he sticks to the teleprompter, he so slurs his speech, mispronounces words, and glides his syntax that at times he becomes as incomprehensible at the podium as he is unsteady in his step.

He now speaks a strange language foreign and untranslatable to most Americans. White House transcribers leave hiatuses in their written texts of his remarks to reflect that they either have no idea what he said, do not wish to publicize their guesses at what he said, or do not wish the public to know what he was trying to say.

Despite the circling-the-wagons media and the passive-aggressive sycophants like the opportunistic Gov. Gavin Newsom in waiting, the left understands that Biden will be lucky to get to the August convention. This spring and early summer, he will not campaign as a normal presidential candidate, and this time around, there is no pretense of the COVID epidemic to excuse his absence.

The people have already polled numerous times that their president is unfit to serve now and, in the future, should not run. So the 2020 Faustian bargain is in shambles. Remember its quid pro quos: all the major Democratic presidential candidates of 2020 nearly simultaneously pulled out the primaries to coronate Biden—but only on the condition that Biden would play to the hilt his “ol’ Joe Biden from Scranton” schtick that would offer a veneer to the otherwise unpopular hard left agenda of the new Bernie Sanders/Elizabeth Warren/the Obamas/Squad Democratic Party.

The people voted for a “return to normalcy,” all while the left destroyed the southern border, unleashed a critical legal theory/George-Soros crime wave, dismantled hard-won deterrence abroad, and printed money to spur hyperinflation.

Shocking data released by the U.K. government shows that over the past two years, the vaccinated population in England has suffered an outrageous number of deaths compared to the unvaccinated population, even though approximately 30 percent of the population has not even had a single dose of the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccine.

According to the U.K. Health Security Agency (UKHSA), by July 2022, 18.9 million people had refused the first dose of the COVID-19 injection, 21.5 million people had refused the second dose of the COVID-19 injection, alongside 2.6 million people who had received the first dose but refused the second, and 30.4 million people had refused the third dose of the COVID-19 injection, alongside 8.9 million people who had received the second dose but refused the third. According to the UKHSA’s figures, 63.4 million people were eligible for vaccination at that point. Therefore, as of July 2022, 30 percent of England’s population remained completely unvaccinated; 34 percent was not double vaccinated; and 50 percent was not triple vaccinated. However, the vaccinated population as a whole accounted for 95 percent of all COVID-19 deaths between January and May 2023, while the unvaccinated population accounted for just five percent.

But it’s the fact that these deaths aren’t among the one-dose and two-dose vaccinated population that is truly horrifying. The vast majority are among those vaccinated four times, with this population accounting for 80 percent of all COVID-19 deaths, and 83 percent of all COVID-19 deaths among the vaccinated.

The hard facts

The following figures published by the Office for National Statistics (ONS) in their “Deaths by Vaccination Status” dataset can be found on the ONS website:

Between July and September 2021, the highest number of unvaccinated all-cause deaths occurred among 70 to 79-year-olds in August with 676 deaths. Whereas, the highest number of vaccinated all-cause deaths occurred among 80 to 89-year-olds in September 2021 with a shocking 13,294 deaths.

Between October and December 2021, the highest number of unvaccinated all-cause deaths occurred among 80 to 89-year-olds in December with 776 deaths. In contrast, the highest number of vaccinated all-cause deaths occurred among 80 to 89-year-olds in December 2021 with a shocking 16,171 deaths.

Between January and March 2022, the highest number of unvaccinated all-cause deaths occurred among 70 to 79-year-olds in January with 776 deaths. In comparison, the highest number of vaccinated all-cause deaths occurred among 80 to 89-year-olds in January 2022 with a shocking 15,948 deaths.

Between April and June 2022, the highest number of unvaccinated all-cause deaths occurred among 80 to 89-year-olds in April with 500 deaths. At the same time, the highest number of vaccinated all-cause deaths occurred among 80 to 89-year-olds in April 2022 with a shocking 14,902 deaths.

Major banks are scaling back DEI programs and reconsidering diversity targets amid a conservative backlash and fears they could face 'reverse discrimination' lawsuits.

Financial heavyweights including Bank of America and Goldman Sachs are among institutions which have overhauled inclusivity programs which exclusively focused on women and minorities to now accept people from all backgrounds.

The pattern follows others multinational companies, including Zoom and Tesla, which have also dampened their enthusiasm for diversity, equity and inclusion through measures including cutting DEI departments.

Some of the steps are in response to fierce public criticism of DEI schemes by political leaders and business heavyweights. But institutions also fear lawsuits which claim programs that exclusively benefit minorities are a form of reverse discrimination.

'We're past the peak,' Subha Barry, former head of diversity at Merrill Lynch, told Bloomberg, which analyzed Wall Street's retreat from DEI initiatives.

Elon Musk has labeled DEI 'just another word for racism'

At Goldman Sachs, changes include opening its 'Possibilities Summit' for black college students to those from all backgrounds.

Bank of America has also opened internal schemes previously targeted at women and minorities to all staff. The bank said it has 'not eliminated any bank-sponsored D&I sponsorship programs'.

Meanwhile, executives at Bank of New York Mellon are reportedly looking at ditching workforce diversity targets after lawyers recommended they are scrapped. The firm is also said to be looking at whether to end bonuses linked to diversity progress.

The percentage of black senior executives at the country's top banks remains far below the population of black people in the United States.

At JPMorgan Chase, about five percent of senior leaders are black. At Goldman Sachs, the figure is 3.7 percent, while at Citigroup it is 8.7 percent. Black people make up around 14 percent of the country's population.

BNY Mellon, JPMorgan and Goldman Sachs told Bloomberg that they remain committed to inclusive workplaces with employees from diverse backgrounds.

Diversity, equity and inclusion programs have increased at American businesses for more than a decade but exploded in popularity following the murder of George Floyd in 2020 and the nationwide racial justice campaigns which followed.

The rise has led to criticism from politicians right-leaning business leaders who said the programs were discriminatory to white people.

New California bill would make illegal immigrants eligible for first time homebuyer loans

Joaquin Arambula, a Democratic assemblyman from California, introduced Assembly Bill 1840 earlier this year, which could create an alternative way for illegal immigrants to achieve homeownership.

The bill is set to expand eligibility criteria for a state loan program to expand these loans to include undocumented migrants who are first-time buyers.

Arambula’s update to the bill states, "an applicant under the program shall not be disqualified solely based on the applicant’s immigration status."

"It’s that ambiguity for undocumented individuals, despite the fact that they’ve qualified under existing criteria, such as having a qualified mortgage [that] underscores the pressing need for us to introduce legislation," Arambula told the LA Times.

The bill focuses on the California Dream for All Shared Appreciation Loans program, which launched spring of 2023 to give qualifying first-time home buyers a loan that covers up to 20% of a property’s purchase price that will not accumulate interest or have required monthly payments. Loanees are instead expected to pay back the original loan amount in addition to 20% of the increase in the home’s value when the property’s mortgage is refinanced or resold.

First introduced on January 16th, Bill 1840 was originally intended to "provide shared appreciation loans" to low and middle-income citizens. Under Arambula’s new proposal, the legislation would expand to allow the program to include illegal immigrants in the eligibility pool.

Arambula sent Fox News Digital a statement saying how the bill will address the uncertainty of the eligibility for undocumented individuals.

"The California Dream for All program already exists – it was established to assist low- and middle-income individuals to purchase homes. But the program hasn’t been clear about eligibility for undocumented individuals, and AB 1840 addresses that issue. Let me be clear: anyone who meets the program’s criteria can apply for this loan program. And, to qualify, you must secure a bank loan or mortgage," the statement said. "AB 1840 is about providing an opportunity for homeownership, which we know allows families to secure financial security and stability. The ability to do this strengthens local economies, and that benefits all people who call California home."

The LA Times reported the California loan program garnered 2,300 applicants in less than two weeks last year before the program’s applications were halted, and that "the program will replace its first-come, first-serve basis with a lottery."
