On July 17th, 2013 the Epstein flight logs show a flight from Epstein Island into Teterboro, New Jersey, which is only 40 minutes away from none other than club Le Baron in New York City. They stayed for two days and then flew out on the 19th where they went stopped at MIT and went back to Epstein Island.

Now check the Q drop where he mentions that the "date is very important." Club Le Baron was running a "U.S. Royalty" live event on July 19th. This cannot be a coincidence. Epstein was literally right in this exact vicinity when Club Le Baron hosted a US Royalty event where Chandler posted security camera footage gloating about how untouchable she really was. This is just further proof that Q knew all about what went down that night.

Yet here we are, far from 2025 and there are at least 12 state senators, and the Secretary of State proposing new laws, creating new regulations outside of this 2-year window. They claim the power to do this through NRS 218E.150. That's complete crap that just says a commission can be created during regular every other year session! The government said on Tuesday that 17 of the state’s 22 municipalities remained under a state of emergency caused by the devastating rainfall.

Jordão has been the most affected by floods as 80 percent of its population was forced to shelter - while heavy rain continued to flood the surroundings.

At least 23 indigenous communities that lie across the interior of Acre have also been affected by flooding, which has submerged homes and businesses.

Dozens of people have already been confirmed dead across parts of Brazil following the cataclysmic downpours in February - and the toll is tragically expected to rise.

A 20-year-old man, identified a Elias Lima, was reported missing after he was swept away while swimming with friends in a stream as rain drenched the city of Rio Branco on Sunday.

Authorities initiated a search Monday and Lima was still unaccounted for as of Tuesday evening.

Flooding in the city of Brasiléia, more than 124 miles west of Rio Branco, the state capital, cause the Acre River’s water level to rise to 49.5 feet by midday Tuesday.

The water overflowed the José Augusto Metal Bridge, dumping waste across it. The bridge, which links Brasiléia with the city of Epitaciolândia, has been closed to traffic since Sunday.

The José Augusto Metal Bridge also connects Brasiléia with Assis Brasil, a border town across from Peru.

Road closures meant for authorities to transport 30 patients on canoes from Epitaciolândia and Xapuri to Brasiléia on Monday to ensure that they received their scheduled dialysis treatments on Monday.

The flooding in Acre came after the southern Brazilian state of Rio de Janeiro suffered floods across several cities after the area was slammed by heavy rain between Wednesday and Thursday.

A 29-year-old man with dreams of one day becoming a fireman prevented three more when he rescued a woman and her one-year-old twin daughters trapped in their family car moments before the vehicle was swept away.

Residents in the municipality of Paracambi held a demonstration at city hall on Sunday, protesting over the local government slow respond to remove debris from the streets.

This follows news that at least 40 people have been confirmed dead after the northern coast of São Paulo was hit by flooding and landslides last weekend.

The São Paulo state government reported that 39 residents, including a nine-month-old baby, were killed in the municipality of Sao Sebastião.

A seven-year-old girl was found dead under a rock at her home in the nearby city of Ubatuba.

The storm struck between Saturday and Sunday and displaced 1,730 residents and left 766 homeless, according to the São Paulo state government.

Rescue teams were working around clock Monday in search of at least 36 residents, who were reported missing in the cities of Barra do Sahy and Juquehy.

In a press release, the Department of Justice announced that the company agreed to pay a $41.67 million fine over the “insanitary conditions.”

“A criminal information unsealed today in federal court in Little Rock, Arkansas, charged Family Dollar with one misdemeanor count of causing FDA-regulated products to become adulterated while being held under insanitary conditions,” the press release explained.

The fine is the largest ever monetary criminal penalty in a food safety case.

The DOJ continued, “The company, a subsidiary of Dollar Tree Inc., entered into a plea agreement that includes a sentence of a fine and forfeiture amount totaling $41.675 million, the largest-ever monetary criminal penalty in a food safety case. The plea agreement also requires Family Dollar and Dollar Tree to meet robust corporate compliance and reporting requirements for the next three years.”

“When consumers go to the store, they have the right to expect that the food and drugs on the shelves have been kept in clean, uncontaminated conditions,” said Acting Associate Attorney General Benjamin C. Mizer. “When companies violate that trust and the laws designed to keep consumers safe, the public should rest assured: The Justice Department will hold those companies accountable.”

Principal Deputy Assistant Attorney General Brian M. Boynton, head of the Justice Department’s Civil Division added, “Companies distributing and selling food, drugs, medical devices, and cosmetics must ensure that these products are being held in safe and sanitary conditions.”

“The Justice Department will continue to work closely with the FDA to investigate and prosecute those who put public health at risk by failing to meet this important obligation,” Boynton continued.

By pleading guilty, Family Dollar admitted that its Arkansas distribution center shipped to stores in Alabama, Missouri, Mississippi, Louisiana, Arkansas, and Tennessee.

“According to the plea agreement, the company began receiving reports in August 2020 of mouse and pest issues with deliveries to stores,” the DOJ said. “By the end of 2020, certain stores reported receiving rodents and rodent-damaged products from the warehouse. The company admitted that by no later than January 2021, some of its employees were aware that the insanitary conditions caused FDA-regulated products held at the warehouse to become adulterated in violation of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act (FDCA).”

In January 2022, an FDA inspection found live rodents, dead and decaying rodents, rodent feces, urine, and odors, and evidence of gnawing and nesting throughout the warehouse.

Topline: State governments spent $38.5 billion to increase Medicaid payouts in 2022, but there is little oversight of how the money is being used, according to a U.S. Government Accountability Office report.

Key facts: Typically, state governments send money to Medicaid Managed Care, which pays healthcare centers on behalf of patients as needed.

But since 2017, states have been allowed to send extra money directly to clinics to try and improve the quality of healthcare. The practice was originally meant to be used sparingly, but it’s becoming more common.

State governments spent over $38.5 billion on these “directed payments” in 2022, which are managed by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

But according to the GAO, there are “weaknesses” in “CMS procedures for approving such payments.”

The report says that CMS has “weak fiscal guardrails,” meaning states often do not keep track of whether a healthcare provider is using its funds effectively before sending it more money.

The GAO evaluated five states and found that none of them were “consistently” evaluating whether the extra billions of dollars spent on Medicaid were actually having an impact on patient outcomes. In Texas, some hospitals received more than double the standard amount of funds, with little to no oversight.

The causes of this issue varied. Some states had flawed data software; some were simply not “implementing best practices.”

CMS also has not set any clear limits on the amount of money a single healthcare provider can receive.

Background: Eighteen states each spent over $500 million on directed payments in 2022, with California and Texas each giving out almost $7 billion.

Most of the money came from taxes on private healthcare providers, while some came from state general funds and other sources.

The United States spent $804 billion on Medicaid overall in 2022.

Summary: States are gaining more influence every year over how Medicaid funds are dispersed, yet they don’t have enough systems in place to prevent potential wasteful spending.

This commercial sex ring was built on secrecy and exclusivity, catering to a wealthy and well connected clientele, and business was booming until today. It's alleged that the prospective sex buyers in this scheme first had to respond to a survey and provide information online, including their driver's license photos, their employer information, credit card information, and they often paid a monthly fee to be part of this illicit club.

The affidavit that's unsealed in court today alleges that once the buyers were verified, they were then texted and allowed to place orders for with commercial sex workers. They would choose a duration of this encounter they wanted, the types of services they wanted, and they also would receive a menu of different options and different women that they could purchase, sometimes at rates between $360-$600 an hour.

The menu included photographs of the various women who were available that day, and the defendants, um, then directed the sex buyers to various apartments in Watertown and Cambridge in Virginia, where they engage in commercial sex.

According to the charging documents, the buyers who made up this ring hail from an array of professions. They are doctors. They are lawyers. They're accountants. They're elected officials.

They are executives at high-tech companies and pharmaceutical companies. They're military officers, government contractors, professors, scientists. Pick a profession. They're probably represented in this case. They are the man who fueled this commercial sex ring, and the government alleges that there are potentially hundreds of individuals who took these services as commercial sex buyers.

The buyers in this case are not charged today. They're not named in the affidavit. But I wanna emphasize, this is an investigation that's just getting going, and we're in the very early stages.”

Far left fugitive Daniela Klette, a former member of the notorious Red Army Faction group which left dozens dead in a long campaign of violence, has been arrested in Germany after 30 years on the run.

The 65-year-old was one of Europe's most wanted people and was among a long-sought trio from the radical anti-capitalist group, which was also known as the Baader Meinhof gang.

The group carried out several bombings, kidnappings and killings that traumatised Germany in the 1970s and 1980s, leaving 34 people dead and hundreds injured.

Since it disbanded in 1998, Klette and fellow gang members Ernst-Volker Staub and Burkhard Garweg are believed to have been financing their lives on the run through robberies of money transporters and supermarket cash heists.

Klette, the only woman tagged as 'dangerous' on Europol's most-wanted list, was arrested on Monday in the German capital on suspicion of attempted murder and various serious robberies between 1999 and 2016, prosecutors in Verden said.

The suspect showed no resistance as she was detained at an apartment in the city's Kreuzberg district after being identified via fingerprints, said Hanover police chief Friedo de Vries.

Police found two pistol magazines as well as cartridges in the apartment, de Vries said.

Daniela Behrens, interior minister for the state of Lower Saxony, described the arrest as a 'milestone in German criminal history'.

Klette had been in hiding in Berlin for 20 years, according to the Bild newspaper.

Neighbours told the popular daily she went by the name of Claudia, had a partner about the same age as her and always said 'hello' when she went out walking with her dog.

A steady flow of police officers were still coming and going from the building on Tuesday afternoon.

Shop assistant Karina Ziegler, 46, said she was 'surprised' to see the crowds of officers two blocks down from her workplace this morning on what had begun as 'a completely normal day'.

The anti-capitalist RAF emerged out of the radicalised fringe of the 1960s student protest movement.

Staub, Garweg and Klette, alleged members of the RAF's so-called 'third generation' active during the 1980s and 1990s, are the chief suspects in a 1993 explosives attack against a prison under construction in Germany's Hesse state.

In the attack, five RAF members climbed the prison walls, tied up and abducted the guards in a van, then returned to set off explosions that caused about 600,000 euros worth of property damage, according to German prosecutors.

The so-called third generation was also behind a bomb attack on the former Deutsche Bank boss Alfred Herrhausen as well as attacks on US military facilities in Germany.

Klette is also believed to have been involved in an RAF attack on the US embassy in Bonn, the German capital at the time, in 1991.

However, Tuesday's arrest is related to more recent crimes.

Klette and her two accomplices are suspected of being behind the failed robbery of a money transporter in 2016 near the northern city of Bremen, among other offences.

In that incident, masked attackers armed with AK-47 automatic rifles and a grenade-launcher opened fire but fled without cash when security guards locked themselves inside the armoured vehicle, which was carrying about one million euros ($1.1 million).

Prosecutor Clemens Eimterbaeumer said 'further investigative work' would be carried out to establish whether there are 'any connections that we can now follow up from Ms Klette to the other wanted persons'.

Investigators on Tuesday said a second arrest had been made in connection with the case. The detained suspect is male, and of the age range of the two remaining fugitives, police said, declining to give further details.

Ten days ago, an alarm was raised in Wuppertal when a man on a regional train was mistaken for Staub, 69.

However, it turned out to be a case of mistaken identity, and he and Garweg, 55, remain on the run.

Indiana legislators are considering a bill to ban certain ownership of farmland by China and other adversaries, following similar moves in dozens of other states.

Earlier this month, Indiana's state House unanimously approved a bill to prohibit any citizen of, or entity connected with, a 'foreign adversary' from buying any agricultural land in Indiana after July 1.

This week a Senate committee approved the bill, adding language that prohibits purchases of any land, other than residential leases, within 50 miles of a military base or 10 miles of an armory or maintenance facility.

The Indiana bill does not ban specific countries, but defers to the US Commerce Department's list of adversaries, which currently includes China, Russia, Iran, North Korea, Venezuela and Cuba.

Of those, only China is identified as an owner of farmland in Indiana, with three separate entities owning a total of 618 acres in three different counties, according to WISH-TV.

As well, the firm Syngenta, a subsidiary of Chinese firm Sinochem Holdings Corporation, leases about 170 acres.

Those holdings would be grandfathered in and not impacted by the proposed law, which would ban purchases by a foreign adversary after July 1.

At least 24 other US states have passed similar laws restriction certain forms of foreign land ownership.

Federal data show that Chinese firms and investors own just over 383,934 acres in the US as of 2021, making it the 18th largest foreign investor.

That's far less than the land owned by the top foreign land owners: Canada, Netherlands, Italy, the UK and Germany.

But China's status as an adversary and rising tensions between Washington and Beijing have heightened concerns over Chinese land ownership.

More than 30 workers with the Kentucky Department of Corrections were caught having sex with inmates behind bars during a 16-month period, while others were found smuggling drugs and guns.

A shocking investigation by Herald-Leader revealed 59 cases of employee-on-inmate sexual offenses in the past five years, with 35 cases involving possible criminal charges.

Most recently, 42-year-old Amanda Kulka was charged with third-degree sodomy earlier this month for allegedly having a sexual relationship with an inmate half her age.

The inmate, who has not been identified, was serving a lengthy sentence for burglary, assault and theft, according to the outlet.

Haley will also be having a Thursday campaign event in Falls Church Virginia, a town located less than 8 miles from D.C. that overwhelmingly voted for Joe Biden. On Friday, Haley will have an event in Washington, D.C. The Uniparty is financially backing Haley despite her historic GOP Primary losses to President Trump. Loomer Unleashed reported that Haley spent much of February attending fundraisers hosted for her by Democrat mega-donors in the cities of New York, San Francisco, and Los Angeles. Lee Dunn, another Haley McLean fundraiser host, donated to Mitch McConnell and John Thune, who has always stood by McConnell’s side and is McConnell’s rumored hand-picked successor to be the next GOP Senate Leader. Dunn’s other recent donations include giving to Peter Meijer, one of the only GOP members of Congress who voted to impeach President Trump. Meijer is also a Liz Cheney ally. It should come as no surprise that Dunn has an obsession with giving to Never-Trump candidates, as FEC records show that Dunn is an attorney for Google.

Haley McLean fundraiser hosts Andrew Maner and Ashley Davis donated to Never-Trumpers Asa Hutchinson and Chris Christie. Maner also donated to Jeb Bush’s failed campaign in 2016.

Nikki Haley will also have a Thursday Falls Church, Virginia, event. Falls Church is another elite suburb of Washington D.C. Fairfax, the county where Falls Church is located, went for Joe Biden by a margin of 69%-28%.

On Friday, Haley will be having an event in Washington, D.C., a place that went for Biden by a margin of 92%-5% in 2020. It’s safe to assume that very few, if any, Republican voters will be attending Haley’s D.C. and Falls Church events. Instead, Haley’s D.C. area events will be filled with freaked-out Democrats who are dreading President Trump’s likely return to power.

Multiple European leaders have denied any official plans to send troops into Ukraine to fight against Russia

The unofficial presence of Western special forces in Ukraine is a matter of common knowledge, the Financial Times wrote on Tuesday, citing a senior European defense official, speaking anonymously.

The comment came in response to French President Emmanuel Macron’s earlier suggestion of potential NATO deployments in Ukraine.

Speaking to the media after a gathering of European leaders in Paris on Monday, Macron said there was “no consensus [at the meeting] to send, in an official manner, troops on the ground, but in terms of dynamics, we cannot exclude anything.” He also promised to stop at nothing to prevent Russia from winning the conflict.

A senior European defense official explained to the Financial Times that Macron’s statement about sending in troops was an attempt to put pressure on Russia.

“Everyone knows there are western special forces in Ukraine – they’ve just not acknowledged it officially.”

Russia has repeatedly reported strikes against what it described as “foreign mercenaries” fighting in Ukraine. Last month, Russia’s Defense Ministry announced it had killed over 60 foreign fighters in a missile strike, of which the majority, according to local sources, were French speakers. The head of the local Ukrainian administration later confirmed that two of the dead and three of the wounded were French “volunteers.” France subsequently denied the presence of any of its soldiers in Ukraine, although the French defense minister admitted that some French nationals were fighting in Kiev’s army as “volunteers.”

British, French and US special force operatives have also been active in the conflict zone, according to a set of classified Pentagon documents leaked last year. Washington did not confirm or deny any information in the leaked files, but launched a probe and stated it would review who would have access to such information.

In late 2022, a British military publication acknowledged that more than 300 Royal Marines were involved in “discreet operations in a hugely sensitive environment and with a high level of political and military risk,” in Ukraine.

Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu stated that as of December, more than 5,800 foreign mercenaries had been killed in the Russia-Ukraine conflict since its onset in February 2022, with most of them coming from Poland, the US and the UK.

The official act of sending NATO troops to fight the Russian army in Ukraine would make a direct clash between the US-led bloc and Moscow “inevitable,” Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov has said.

US spies have raised alarms about “inexperienced loyalists” threatening their jobs

Former US President Donald Trump is “likely” to launch sweeping reforms of the US intelligence community if he is re-elected in November, prompting concerns from the agencies that once baselessly accused him of ties to Russia.

Politico interviewed 18 intelligence officials – including several former Trump appointees who later came out as his outspoken critics – in an article published on Monday, warning that the possible purge could “undermine the credibility of American intelligence.”

“Trump intends to go after the intelligence community,” said one former senior intelligence official. “He started that process before and he’s going to do it again. Part of that process is to root out people and to punish people.”

The new president would replace “people perceived as hostile to his political agenda with inexperienced loyalists,” Politico summarized the claim by Trump critics.

The two people specifically named were former acting Director of National Intelligence (DNI) Richard Grenell and aide Kash Patel, who played a key role in declassifying materials about the origins of ‘Russiagate’.

Politico acknowledged that Trump’s hostility to the intelligence community was related to the infamous document claiming that Russia “interfered” in the 2016 election against Hillary Clinton. It quoted former FBI official Andrew McCabe defending the inclusion of the so-called Steele Dossier – produced by a former British spy paid by the Clinton campaign via cut-outs – in the appendix as merely due diligence.

Though the FBI quickly found out that the dossier was false and who funded it, they continued to use it to spy on Trump’s campaign and presidency.

When Trump challenged the intelligence assessment – authored not by all 17 agencies, but a hand-picked group of Obama administration loyalists – at the July 2018 summit with Russian President Vladimir Putin, the spies felt that “never before had a commander in chief so publicly delegitimized their work.” Trump’s DNI Dan Coats told Politico that this prompted him to offer his resignation in February 2019 – which was eventually accepted that August.

Other Trump appointees turned critics interviewed in the article were former National Security Advisor John Bolton and Fiona Hill, a top Russia adviser on the National Security Council – and witness against Trump at his Ukraine impeachment trial.

“He wants to weaponize the intelligence community,” lamented Hill. “If he guts the intel on one thing, he’ll be partially blinding us.”

Several unnamed officials said Trump’s possible purges could jeopardize “sources and methods” used by US spies and undermine the trust American allies have in Washington, which the Biden administration has tried so hard to rebuild. Back in December, a diplomat from an unnamed NATO member country described Trump getting re-elected and actually purging the US administrative apparatus as a “doomsday option.”

Others worried that appointments of “controversial” figures could lead competent junior officials and staff to resign.

“There are thousands of people busting their ass, often in dangerous places, sacrificing a lot for the country. And to have their work just dismissed by a commander in chief, is really just discouraging,” Jon Darby, former director of operations at the National Security Agency (NSA), told Politico.

Rajeev Chandrasekhar, India’s minister of state for electronics and information technology accused Google’s Gemini chatbot of breaking numerous media-related laws. Chandrasekhar, a member of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Bharatiya Janata Party, replied to an X user who showed chat logs with the bot where it pointed out that some experts think Modi’s policies are “fascist.” That determination, it said, was based on the BJP’s “Hindu nationalist ideology, its crackdown on dissent and its use of violence against religious minorities.”

“These are direct violations of Rule 3(1)(b) of Intermediary Rules (IT rules) of the IT act and violations of several provisions of the Criminal code,” the minister posted in response to the screen shot.

India has been keen to invest in AI and court major technology companies, but it’s also considered hardline stances when the technology poses a problem for its leaders. For example, it recently weighed forcing WhatsApp to break encryption and identify the creator of deepfake videos of Modi.

Wisconsin school superintendent Dr. Claude Tiller Jr. recently resigned from his position after comments calling his jurisdiction “lily” white and referring to a district principal as a “bitch.”

Tiller was on an Atlanta radio show, “Relationship Talk with Dr. Adrienne,” on WAOK, to talk about the challenges facing public education. During a break, in a hot mic moment, he was heard referring to a district teacher as a “bitch” while the show’s webcam was still broadcasting.

Work on the multibillion-dollar plan dubbed Project Titan started a decade ago

US tech giant Apple has abandoned its decade-long effort to build an electric car, Bloomberg reported on Tuesday, citing people familiar with the matter.

The anonymous sources told the outlet that the announcement, which Apple made internally on Tuesday, came as a surprise to the nearly 2,000 employees working on the project. The decision was reportedly shared by Chief Operating Officer Jeff Williams and Kevin Lynch, a vice president in charge of the effort. They told the employees the project would begin being phased out and that many of them would be shifted to the company’s artificial intelligence division.

Apple and CEO Tim Cook never acknowledged the car project publicly, instead referring to it as work on “autonomous systems.” That made it a source of intense speculation in the automotive and tech industries.

Since Apple started devoting resources to the concept in 2014, the plans to build an electric semi-autonomous vehicle have repeatedly shifted and attempts to bring a product to market have faced numerous setbacks. Apple axed dozens of employees connected to the project in a 2016 restructuring. Earlier this year, Bloomberg reported the tech company’s estimated release date for the car had been delayed until at least 2028.

EV giant Tesla’s chief executive, Elon Musk, responded to Apple’s decision to abandon the project by posting emojis of a salute and a cigarette on his social media platform X (formerly Twitter).

Operations at the Pantex nuclear weapons plant have been paused until further notice Tuesday evening as nuclear security officials monitor wildfires near the facility northeast of Amarillo.

Currently we are responding to the plant, but there is no fire on our site or on our boundary," Laef Pendergraft, a nuclear safety engineer with the National Nuclear Security Administration production office at Pantex, said in a news conference Tuesday night.

"We have evacuated our nonessential personnel from the site, just in abundance of caution, but we do have a well-equipped fire department that has trained for these scenarios and is on-site watching and ready should any kind of real emergency arise on the plant site," Pendergraft said. "We also have a fully-staffed emergency response organization who has activated. We are monitoring the scene and we will continue on through the night to ensure that the Pantex plant is protected and safe."

Officials announced about 8 p.m. Tuesday night they would suspend operations at the plant as fires edged closer to the site. All weapons and special materials are safe and unaffected, according to a statement from Pantex.

Earlier in the evening, Consolidated Nuclear Security, LLC (CNS) and National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) officials stated an undisclosed incident occurred at 6:13 p.m., and while there are response personnel at the scene, there were no confirmed details of that incident by that time, reads a news release from Pantex. "CNS and NNSA officials are directing response efforts," the news release continues. "Appropriate precautionary protection actions have been initiated for Pantex employees."
