The CIA; a covert army of mayhem across the world

At the center of the US Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) lies 3 major problems that disregard foreign policy and international law, an opinion piece in Common Dreams by Jeffrey Sachs revealed.

According to Sachs, the CIA's aims and tactics, along with its covert methods and deceptive strategies, ensure a lack of accountability.

He calls Congress a "doormat" and notes that the agency's objectives are whatever the CIA and president determine at the time, irrespective of international and domestic law.

Sachs recalls Mike Pompeo's comments when he admitted, as CIA director, that the agency "lied, cheated, and stole."

The CIA, founded in 1947, has two main missions. One is to provide intelligence to the US government, while the other is to undermine whoever is considered an "enemy" by the current president, by a variety of techniques, including assassinations, coups, manufactured disturbances, arming of rebels, and other methods.

CIA creates mayhem, no accountability

Sachs notes that the second objective has had a destructive impact on global stability and the rule of law in the US. He calls the CIA a covert army of the US "capable of creating mayhem across the world with no accountability whatsoever."

He recalls how former President Dwight Eisenhower orchestrated the 1961 assassination of African president Patrice Lumumba of Zaire.

Sachs also details how in its 77-year history, the CIA has only been called to meaningful public account only once: in 1975. That year, Idaho Senator Frank Church led a Senate investigation into the CIA's stunning campaign of killings, coups, instability, monitoring, and Mengele-style torture and medical "experiments".

During his podcast "Off Leash" on Tuesday, Prince gave listeners his "professional opinion" that many nations around the world just did not have the capacity to govern themselves.

According to a commentary from The Intercept by John Schwarz, former Nany Seal and founder of mercenary firm Blackwater Erik Prince has called on the United States to "put the imperial hat back on" and control massive parts of the globe again.

Erik Prince is a former US Navy SEAL who was behind the revival of the private security industry.

He also calls himself "Kingfish".

Notoriously known for Blackwater and his involvement in the Iraq War, he established another private military company called Reflex Responses – or R2 – after he sold Blackwater to investors as an escape from controversy. The UAE secretly hired both companies, Blackwater and R2, to go to Yemen.

Blackwater, which has massacred scores of Iraqis and is despised in Iraq more than the US soldiers themselves, has taken pride in employing Colombians and other Latin American military personnel, from soldiers to commanders.

During his podcast "Off Leash" on Tuesday, Prince gave listeners his "professional opinion" that many nations around the world just did not have the capacity to govern themselves and that the US should just swoop in and govern those countries instead "cause enough is enough, we’re done being invaded."

"You can say that about pretty much all of Africa, they’re incapable of governing themselves."

Senate Republicans blocked a $118 billion deal last week that would have allocated money to both the border and foreign aid.

Former President Donald Trump said that all foreign aid should be issued as loans from this point forward, rather than giveaways, as the United States is more than $34 trillion in debt.

In a post Saturday on Truth Social, which was originally in all capital letters, Trump wrote: "From this point forward, are you listening U.S. Senate(?), no money in the form of foreign aid should be given to any country unless it is done as a loan, not just a giveaway. It can be loaned on extraordinarily good terms, like no interest and an unlimited life, but a loan nevertheless."

Trump singled out the U.S. Senate as it is considering a foreign aid package that would allocate more than $95 billion to Ukraine, Israel and Taiwan, as well as humanitarian assistance to Gaza.

"The deal should be (contingent!) that the U.S. is helping you, as a nation, but if the country we are helping ever turns against us, or strikes it rich sometime in the future, the loan will be paid off and the money returned to the United States," Trump also wrote. "We should never give money anymore without the hope of a payback, or without 'strings' attached. The United States of America should be 'stupid' no longer!"

U.S. debt topped $34 trillion in January for the first time in the nation's history.

Trump's criticism of foreign aid also comes after Senate Republicans blocked a $118 billion deal last week that would have allocated money to both the border and foreign aid.

Former President Donald Trump's campaign is using his Valentine's Day card to his wife, former first lady Melania Trump, to garner donations, and tens of thousands of contributions have been made so far.

The Trump Save America Joint Fundraising Committee, which is raising money on behalf of Trump's presidential campaign and his Save America PAC, published the former president's Valentine's Day letter to Melania and is inviting donors to "send her your love" as well.

"Dear Melania, I LOVE YOU! Even after every single INDICTMENT, ARREST, and WITCH HUNT, you never left my side. You’ve always supported me through everything," Trump wrote the Valentine's Day letter to his wife that the committee published. "I wouldn’t be the man I am today without your guidance, kindness, and warmth. You will always mean the world to me, Melania!"

The end of the letter states:"If you love Melania, I humbly ask you for you to leave her some kind words below!"

The page then includes a space where users can send a personalized message to the former first lady, but a donation must be made in order to send a message.

As of 10:30 a.m. Eastern, the page shows more than 86,300 donations have been made while the goal stands at 100,000 responses.

Former President Donald Trump, the likely 2024 Republican nominee for president, has raised $79.6 million for his 2024 campaign, Federal Election Commission data shows as of Wednesday.

Each U.S. military service saw a notable decline in white recruits over the past five years, according to data obtained by the Daily Caller News Foundation, likely factoring into the military’s crippling recruiting crisis.

The Army, Navy and Air Force missed their recruiting objectives by historically large margins in fiscal year 2023, which ended on Sept. 30, as the broader American public has grown wary of military service, according to Department of Defense (DOD) statistics, officials and experts who spoke to the DCNF. Since 2018, however, the number of recruits from minority groups has remained steady — or, in some cases, increased — while the number of white recruits has declined, according to data on the demographics of new recruits obtained by the DCNF.

The data “reveals the decline of white recruits is almost entirely responsible for the recruiting crisis,” Will Thibeau, director of the American Military Project at the Claremont Institute, told the DCNF. “A smaller proportion of white Americans serve now than ever before. This is fundamental, because complimentary increases in black and Hispanic recruits have not taken place,” he added.

U.S. troops are under attack in the Middle East, maintaining a heightened posture against a belligerent Russia in Europe, and bolstering deterrence against the People’s Republic of China. The U.S. military is weakening, unable to respond to some of the most pressing challenges to U.S. national security, according to a report released by the Heritage Foundation.

“This is a huge blow as the recruiting crisis is the worst in the history of the all volunteer force, ” Robert Greenway, director of the Allison Center for National Security at Heritage, told the DCNF, referring to the plummeting numbers of white recruits since 2018.

A Dramatic Decline In White Recruits

Other demographic groups have fluctuated over those five years, but none consistently tumbled over time like the white demographic. In fiscal year2018, 44,042 new recruits to the Army — or56.4%of the total — were white, according to data obtained by the DCNF. That number collapsed to a low of 25,070 — or44.0%of the total — in fiscal2023.

Over the same time period, black Army recruits increased from 19.6% of the total in 2018 to 23.5% in 2023, and Hispanic Army recruits rose from 17.2% to 23.5%. However, the real number of recruits from the remaining non-white demographic groups also dipped from fiscal 2018 to 2023, as the total number of new personnel the Army signed on each year fell dramatically, the data shows. None of these groups saw the same degree of decline as white recruits, however.

Military.com first reported the precipitous drop in the number of Army soldiers recruited in fiscal year 2023 from five years prior. “What we’re seeing is a reflection of society; what we know less of is what is driving all of these things,” an Army official told Military.com. “There is no widely accepted cause.” (lying)

The DOD maintained an estimated 1,314,000 active-duty troops out of an authorized end strength of 1,322,500 at the end of fiscal year 2018, according to department statistics. The Army missed its active duty recruiting goal by 6,528 troops, while the other services slightly exceeded theirs, data shows.

Congress’ fiscal year 2024 defense policy bill capped military end strength at 1,295,700 active-duty personnel, down from an authorized 1,316,944 in 2023, when it achieved only an estimated 1,296,271, data shows.

“This fiscal year was without a doubt the toughest recruitment year for the Military Services since the inception of the all-volunteer force. The Marine Corps (active and reserve components) and the Space Force are the only Services to achieve their FY recruitment goals. The Department continues to work collaboratively to develop innovative ways to inspire service and mitigate recruiting shortfalls,” DOD said in a statement announcing the fiscal year 2023 recruitment numbers. The Army fared worst, achieving just 76.61% of its target — 50,181 out of 65,500, according to DOD data. Only the Marine Corps and Space Force met their goals.

The Army had 485,000 active-duty troops in 2021, but it finished out 2023 with just 452,000, the smallest full-time force since before WWII. Sweeping reforms to the Army’s recruiting structure announced in October have yet to materialize.

Some steps the Army has taken so far appear to be successful. The Army’s Future Soldier Prep Course, which provides academic tutoring or physical fitness training forprospective soldiers who don’t quite meet entrance standards, hasgraduated nearly 9,000 Army recruits since implementation in August 2022.

The U.S. Navy missed active duty recruiting objectives for 2023 by about 20%, despite rolling out a score of initiatives aimed at relieving pressure on recruiting — including offering bonuses up to $75,000 for enlistees in certain highly technical occupations and raising the maximum age to join from 39 to 41

It also pushed the limit of the congressionally-mandated maximum percentage for recruits who score between the 10th and 30th percentile on the Armed Forces Qualification Test, according to the statement.

Seeking to recreate the Army’s success in boosting the test scores of potential future soldiers, the Navy also implemented “Future Sailor Preparatory Courses” at boot camp to help possible recruits meet the Navy’s academic and physical standards, the statement said.

The Navy strove to take on a total of 40,232 active-duty officers and enlisted personnel, but only achieved 32,316 in fiscal year 2023, according to a press release.

The Air Force achieved only 24,923, or 89%, of its goal 27,851 new active-duty officers and enlisted troops for the fiscal year, while the Air Force Reserve fared even worse.

The Marine Corps reached its recruiting goal, Commandant Gen. Eric Smith announced on social media on Sept. 28. “I’m mindful of how challenging an environment this is and want to publicly give credit to our professional recruiters and all our Marines who uphold our rigorous standards 24/7,” he said.

In addition, the Space Force had obtained more than 99% of its proportionally small accessions goal by July.

“The Marine Corps recruits the best this country has to offer who reflect our culture and values in every demographic which is reflective of the American population,” the Marine Corps spokesperson told the DCNF.

Meredith (Steve Bannon's sister), who was listed as the group's vice president.[4] The group reported making only $15,000 in grants that year,[4] of which $10,000 went to volunteer fire department where Bannon hosted a political rally.[3] The group reported spending $1.1 million on "other expenses" (vendors) and more than $1.4 million on "conferences, conventions and meetings."[4]

History and operations

Bannon founded Citizens of the American Republic in 2017,[3] after he was abandoned by his previous financial backers, Robert Mercer and Rebekah Mercer.[7] The New York Times reported in January 2018 that, according to Bannon's associates, Bannon aimed to raise between $25 million and $100 million "to build an antiestablishment political operation" that would spend money on Republican primary election campaigns, with half going to voter mobilization initiatives and half going to political advertising.[7] Bannon reportedly "spent months quietly courting some of the deepest pockets on the right" to raise money for the effort.[7]

The group is a platform for Bannon to promote President Donald Trump's views via podcasts and films.[4] According to the organization it was formed to "advance the ideals of American nationalism and American sovereignty."[8] The organization's website features videos and other content promoting "economic nationalism" and advocating against illegal immigration.[9]

In 2018, the group focused on an attempt to keep Republican control of the House of Representatives in the 2018 election.[6] During that year, Bannon's associate Guo Wengui (also known as Miles Kwok), exiled Chinese billionaire businessman, allowed Bannon to use one of his two private jets to travel to events in support of Republican congressional candidates in New Mexico and Arizona.[5] The flights were revealed in February 2020 by ProPublica.[5] Bannon made the flights under the auspices of Citizens of the American Republic.[5] Several campaign finance experts who spoke with ProPublica said the trips could violate federal campaign finance law, which prohibits foreign nationals from making contributions to candidates in U.S. political campaigns (including in-kind contributions such as payment for campaign-related travel).[5] Guo and Bannon denied that the travel was for campaign activity; an attorney for Bannon's group stated that the trips on the private jet were to promote Bannon's film, Trump@War.[5]

In 2019, Bannon hired Cleta Mitchell, a high-profile conservative attorney who has also represented the NRA, to represent the organization.[9]

The organization attracted attention following the federal grand jury indictment of Bannon, Brian Kolfage, and several of their associates on charges of conspiracy to commit fraud and conspiracy to commit money laundering in connection with the We Build the Wall fundraising project.[4][3] The indictment alleges that Bannon used "Non-Profit-1" (a group matching the description of Citizens of the American Republic) to divert funds from the wall group.[3] According to the indictment, federal prosecutors plan to seek forfeiture of the assets of the organization, as well as from other Trump-aligned political organizations.[4][3]

Special Counsel Robert Hur’s report, which revealed a serious decline in President Joe Biden’s mental acuity, also details how Biden’s mishandling of the nation’s highest level of classified information appears to predate the investigation by years, Biden having seemingly misplaced a highly sensitive top secret (TS-SCI) classified briefing book while on vacation in the Hamptons as early as 2010, with his counsel forced to review with him how to handle classified material. The Special Counsel shockingly concluded he was “unable to determine” if the materials were ever recovered.

According to the report’s account, at the start of Biden’s vice presidency, his first Counsel, Cynthia Hogan, directed his personal aide to ensure all classified documents received by Biden were returned to the Executive Secretary team, advising against storing any classified materials in the West Wing office and emphasizing the immediate handoff of such documents.

The Chair of the Senate Oversight Committee, MI Senator Ed McBroom, was first to speak with Mr. Poulos and immediately asked if the Dominion Voting Machines were connected to the internet. In his response, Mr. Poulos explained that the voting machine is “designed” to be connected to the tabulator. Senator McBroom asked if, for some reason, “the locals were to have that computer connected to the world wide web and also networked to the tabulator, is there something in the software that would it shut things down at that point—would it continue to operate? What is the security protocol at that point?” Mr. Poulos appeared to point to the “locals” as the responsible parties for determining if the machines were indeed connected to the internet. “First and foremost,” he began, “the complete security that is under the control of the local authorities is paramount.” If this is indeed true, it would appear that he’s saying it’s up to the election officials in each polling place to ensure the security of the voting machines. The response by the Dominion Voting Machines president begs the question—What if, hypothetically, of course, there were “locals” like the hostile workers at the TCF Center in 2020 who, based on their actions on the day after the 2020 election, had a strong interest in Joe Biden coming from behind to win the election in 2020? And what if there were individuals overseeing the elections who were not interested in protecting the security of the machines?

Then-MI Senator Pete Lucido (R) asked Mr. Poulos, “How do I know, as a voter, Mr. Poulos, that I didn’t have any irregularity of the software being manipulated? How can I be sure of that?” The Dominion CEO responded by saying a “hand count audit and recount” would resolve any questions about the integrity of the machines.

The idea of mRNA vaccines goes back to Robert Malone’s discoveries of the late 1980s, but he was unable to pursue them and the patents passed to Merck, who spent the end of the old century expensively failing to develop a product. Concerns extended to viruses. In 2018 a pharmaceutical company – seeking new smallpox vaccines – re-created the extinct horsepox virus using DNA chemistry alone. Given the right conditions, the reborn virus infected tissue culture, replicating itself. The potential to recreate smallpox became all too apparent. Many of us believe that the COVID-19 pandemic began with the escape of a virus manipulated by collaborating U.S. and Chinese scientists.

The U.S. response has been to lavishly fund its Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA), Defence Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) and Defence Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA). Please don’t ask me how these interact and divide responsibilities; I never did understand. But they passed money to anyone with plausible product. By 2011, I’d moved to UEA and was consulting on antibiotic development for biotechs. We’d always review whether their prospective drug might cover some bioterrorism agent. If so, there was a chance of biodefence money.

DARPA alighted upon mRNA vaccines. Their beauty was that, if you sorted delivery, mRNA instability and toxicity, then you could adapt them for any pathogen. Think of the mRNA vaccine as a missile (lipid nanoparticle and mRNA modification to give stability) and payload (specific mRNA encoding the antigen). Once you have the missile you can fill it with an armour-piercing payload, or a high explosive, or shrapnel, gas or nuclear. Likewise with mRNA, different strands of mRNA cause the vaccinee to make different proteins, which elicits (in theory) the desired immune response. Bingo.

200,000 Facebook Marketplace user records leaked on hacking forum

A threat actor leaked 200,000 records on a hacker forum, claiming they contained the mobile phone numbers, email addresses, and other personal information of Facebook Marketplace users.

BleepingComputer verified some of the leaked data by matching the email addresses and phone numbers on random records within the sample data shared by IntelBroker, the threat actor who leaked the data online.

A Meta spokesperson was not immediately available for comment when contacted by BleepingComputer earlier today.

IntelBroker claims this partial Facebook Marketplace database was stolen by someone using the 'algoatson' Discord handle after hacking the systems of a Meta contractor.

"In October 2023, a cyber criminal by the name of 'algoatson' on Discord, breached a contractor that manages cloud services for Facebook and stole its partial user database of 200,000 entries," IntelBroker says.

The leaked database contains a wide variety of personally identifiable information (PII), including names, phone numbers, email addresses, Facebook IDs, and Facebook profile information.

Threat actors can use the email addresses leaked online in phishing attacks and the Facebook Marketplace users' mobile numbers mobile phishing attacks.

The exposed mobile numbers and personal info can also be used in SIM swap attacks that would allow them to steal multi-factor authentication codes sent via SMS and hijack their targets' accounts.

Nine rank-and-file Department of Homeland Security officials told the Daily Caller News Foundation they supported the House’s passage of impeachment articles against DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas.

In a 214-213 vote Tuesday, the House voted to impeach Mayorkas over his handling of the southern border amid record illegal immigration. Seven Border Patrol agents and two Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials expressed their animosity towards Mayorkas, but said that there is still a long road ahead in fixing the southern border despite the action. The DCNF granted anonymity to the officials, who are not authorized to speak publicly.

“We have laws in place that are not being enforced due to Mayorkas’ leadership,” an ICE official told the DCNF. “If agents and officers were authorized to enforce the laws enacted by Congress this influx would not have occurred, but instead he pushes for agents and officers to process and release individuals as quickly as possible. Individuals are released into the United States with minimal background checks and minimal follow up.”

One Border Patrol agent responded to the news of Mayorkas’ impeachment by saying “fuck that puto,” referring to masculine version of the Spanish slur meaning “prostitute.” “This most likely won’t change anything BUT it is a symbolic win and one heck of a statement to make in an election year,” the first agent said.

Illegal immigration at the southern border has hit record highs during Mayorkas’ tenure as DHS secretary. In fiscal year 2022, the Border Patrol recorded more than 2.2 million encounters with people trying to illegally cross the U.S.-Mexico border, according to Customs and Border Protection (CBP) data.

In fiscal year 2023, Border Patrol recorded more than 2 million encounters of illegal migrants at the southern border, according to federal data. “Mayorkas was a total dumpster fire who never owned up to the crisis he created with his disastrous policies. But I don’t think the Senate is gonna remove him which sucks,” a second agent said.

“It’s definitely a step in the right direction. It’s just embarrassing that it took 9 million+ illegal aliens invading our country…before he was finally held accountable,” a third Border Patrol agent said. Some DHS officials said that while they believe this is a good move, it’s just a small part of the problem.

“It’s about time, but the border is far greater than him.He’s just the scapegoat to the true evil behind it. All for show. They passed more spending for Ukraine,” a fourth agent said. “A pleasant surprise for sure. But I don’t know if it’s gonna change anything,” a fifth Border Patrol agent said.

The impeachment articles charged Mayorkas with “willful and systemic refusal to comply with the law” and “breach of the public trust” largely for his handling of the southern border. “Too little, too late honestly,” a second ICE official said. “Should have been done three years ago if they truly wanted to change […] the border situation.

And why wasn’t Kamala [been] impeached as well since she was considered and appointed the ‘Border Czar’ by the President? It’s just a political stunt to show the republicans are tough on the border after they voted to pass the terrible border security bill.”

“That’s fantastic. If we can get him out, that’s three of the four asshat clowns gone. We just need to get Sleepy Joe out and hopefully we can start securing the homeland again like our department title says we’re supposed to be doing,” a sixth agent said.

“Impeaching the Secretary will not disrupt the administration’s goal of allowing millions of illegal aliens into the country. As long as this administration remains in place, the chaos at the border will continue. Policy changes need to be implemented immediately,” a seventh agent said. DHS didn’t immediately respond to the DCNF’s request for comment.

A former software engineer at Meta and Google allegedly murdered his wife and 4-year-old twins in what police are investigating as a murder-suicide.

Anand Sujith Henry, 37, and his data scientist wife Alice Benziger, 38, along with their 4-year-old twins, were found dead inside their $2.1 million estate in San Mateo, California.

The New York Post reported Henry shot and killed his wife inside their bathtub before turning the gun on himself.

NBC Bay Area reported the boys were either smothered, strangled, or poisoned due to there being no sign of outside trauma on their bodies.

It was reported Henry previously filed for divorce from his wife in 2016, but the divorce was never finalized.

Anand Sujith Henry, 37, allegedly killed his sons and fatally shot his wife, Alice Benzinger, 38, in a bathtub before turning the gun on himself, sources told KTVU.

The couple were found dead inside the house with gunshot wounds beside a 9mm pistol and a loaded magazine inside one of the bathrooms Monday morning after police were called for a welfare check, authorities have said.

Their two sons were found dead inside one of the five bedrooms.

A cause of death for the two young children has not been released, but it is believed the boys were either smothered, strangled or given a lethal overdose because there was no sign of trauma to their bodies, sources familiar with the investigation told NBC Bay Area.

NCAA official resigns in protest of transgender policies that ‘discriminate against female student-athletes’

A member of the NCAA Committee on Infractions resigned from his position over disagreements with the organization’s policy for transgender student-athletes, according to a letter obtained by the Washington Examiner.

William Bock III, the former general counsel for the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency, submitted his letter of resignation to NCAA President Charlie Baker on Friday, citing the college sports organization’s policy to allow transgender men to compete in women’s sports as a primary reason for his departure. Bock has served as a committee member since 2016 and is stepping down from his role more than a year before his current term is set to expire in August 2025.

“Although I may not have agreed with the wisdom of every rule in the NCAA rulebook, I believed the intent behind the NCAA’s rules was competitive fairness and protection of equal opportunities for student-athletes,” Bock wrote. “This conviction has changed as I have watched the NCAA double down on regressive policies which discriminate against female student-athletes.”

Bock cited the NCAA’s three-phase participation policy, which it began implementing in January 2022, that would allow transgender student-athletes to play in their desired sports so long as they met certain requirements. Among those requirements is documentation that proves testosterone levels were below the maximum allowable levels for any given sport.

However, Bock rejected that policy, arguing much of the biological development that occurs before and around the time of puberty puts biological men at an advantage even if they are required to suppress testosterone levels before competition.

“There’s a lot of biological development that starts at birth that allows you to maximize testosterone, and those changes that you get through development — they don’t go away,” Bock said. “And you’re going to reduce performance by a small amount if you reduce testosterone levels, but you’re never going to bridge the gap between men and women. And so it’s a ruse to say that testosterone suppression, it’s a level playing field, so it’s not true.”

Bock also pointed to his 14-year stint as the general counsel for the Anti-Doping Agency, during which he served as an attorney on high-profile cases, including a key role in investigating bicyclist Lance Armstrong and his use of performance-enhancing drugs. Through this role, Bock said he specialized in biology and how testosterone-based enhancements could slant competition.

Bock said he first opposed the policies that were being discussed at the NCAA shortly after Lia Thomas became the first openly transgender athlete to win an NCAA Division I national championship. Thomas previously competed on the male team before transitioning to identify as female and competing on the women’s team in 2022.

Thomas’s participation ignited a nationwide debate about transgender student-athletes, leading to the new NCAA guidelines.

Bock said he consulted with experts in sports physiology and developmental biology “to really try to make sure that I really understood the science” but ultimately came out against the policy altogether, which later led to his decision to step down from the NCAA Infractions Committee, which deals with integrity in sports.

“If I’m there in a sport integrity role when there’s massive, essentially authorized, cheating taking place and dramatically harming women — it’s just a contradiction,” he said. “I just felt like I couldn’t seem to do that any longer and needed to resign with the hope that maybe [it] will cause other people to look at the issue more closely.”

While most headlines focus on the southern border crisis the United States is also seeing record-breaking numbers of illegal immigrants along the extensive northern border with one U.S. Border Patrol sector reporting more migrants in the last few months than in the last four fiscal years combined. Since October 1, 2023—the start of this fiscal year—agents in the Swanton Sector, which oversees parts of Vermont, New York, and New Hampshire, have apprehended 3,100 subjects from 55 countries, according to chief patrol agent Robert Garcia. In a social media post, Garcia includes a recent photo of an early morning apprehension of four adult males from Bangladesh near Mooers, New York. “The record-breaking surge of illegal entries from Canada continues in Swanton Sector,” Garcia writes, adding that a “citizen’s report in Champlain, NY, led to the arrest of 10 Bangladesh citizens.”

This is especially concerning because Bangladesh is a hotbed of terrorism. The South-Asian Islamic country is well known as a recruiting ground for terrorist groups such as Al-Qaeda Indian Subcontinent (AQIS) and the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS). In the last few years there has been an alarming surge in Bangladeshi migrants trying to enter the U.S. via Mexico, reportedly to conduct attacks. A congressional probe made public a few years ago reveals that migrants from terrorist nations are trying to enter the United States through the southern border at record rates, including an astounding 300% increase in Bangladeshi nationals attempting to sneak into the country through Texas alone. Shortly after the congressional report was released, federal authorities arrested a Mexican-based Bangladeshi smuggler in Houston and charged him with bringing in 15 fellow countrymen through the Texas-Mexico border. His name is Milon Miah and he lives in Tapachula, in the southeast Mexican state of Chiapas bordering Guatemala. Now large numbers of Bangladeshis are coming in through Canada, which shares the world’s largest international border with the U.S.

Last year more than 12,200 illegal immigrants were apprehended crossing into the U.S. from Canada, a stunning 241% spike from the previous year’s 3,578. The majority were Mexicans who are permitted to fly into Canada without a visa. “The phenomenon has transformed a 295-mile border area along northern New York, Vermont and New Hampshire into a hot spot of migration,” according to a mainstream newspaper story published a few days ago. Around 70% of the illegal crossings last year occurred on that stretch (known as the Swanton Sector), the article reveals. “Rather than deal with an arduous journey through the Darién Gap in Panama and a near-certain encounter with the Border Patrol, migrants from as far as Mexico, India and Venezuela who have the wherewithal have been flying to Canada — taking advantage of border crossings without any imposing walls or fences,” the story says.

A Democrat New York legislator who represents the northeastern part of the state just south of the Canadian province of Quebec, is quoted in the article blasting the feds. “The northern border has been pretty much ignored,” according to Assemblyman Billy Jones. He also said the federal government is “failing on immigration, and they’re failing the people that live along the border.” The surge in illegal immigration is also overwhelming local officials in New York’s North Country, according to the report. Farmers and residents of small towns in the area are increasingly spotting illegal immigrants on their property after crossing from Canada. “The illegal crossings are sometimes facilitated by new human smuggling operations, often based outside New York, which advertise their services on social media and charge migrants thousands of dollars to get them into the country from Canada, often leaving them indebted to the smugglers,” the news article states.

The northern border has long been neglected by the government even as serious national security issues prevail in the region. Nearly a decade and a half ago, a federal audit revealed that less than 1% of the U.S.-Canada border is adequately secured by the U.S. Around the same time, another federal investigation found that the Border Patrol was not adequately guarding a rural and dangerous stretch of the Canadian border that runs from Washington to Montana and is rife with drug smuggling and potential terrorism and gang threats. The area is considered an important entry point for aircraft that smuggle drugs from Canada, the probe found. A Montana senator requested the investigation to assess drug trafficking and terrorist threats along the mostly unmanned, 1,000-mile stretch of federal land adjacent to Canada.

The Biden administration gave the UN migration agency nearly$1.3 billion in 2023, which it uses to help migrants on their journey to enter the US illegally.

The United States is bankrolling its own “invasion” by funding the United Nations and its partners, which, in turn, give hundreds of millions of dollars in cash and aid to migrants who eventually cross the U.S. southern border illegally.

While the U.N. has aided migrants for decades, the scope of its operation has dramatically expanded as the number of illegal immigrants—from at least 160 countries—into the United States has surged.

That expansion has been fueled by more than $1 billion in funding from the U.S. government to the U.N. and other agencies assisting migrants, according to a government spending database.

“We’re actually funding our own border crisis,” Todd Bensman, senior national security fellow at the Center for Immigration Studies, a “pro-immigrant, low-immigration” think tank, told The Epoch Times.

“And it’s provided by, ultimately, the United States taxpayer.”

Until President Joe Biden took office, the United States had obligated about a half-billion dollars per year to the International Organization for Migration (IOM), the U.N.’s migration arm.

The American journalist chose an unexpected tactic for his interview, the Russian president has said

Russian President Vladimir Putin admitted on Wednesday that X host Tucker Carlson caught him by surprise during their interview last week.

The final interview was two hours long and has been seen by hundreds of millions of people. Before it, Carlson was criticized for speaking to Putin at all – and afterwards, for not asking the Russian president certain things.

“I think your Carlson – I say yours, since he’s a member of your profession – is a dangerous man,”Putin told journalist Pavel Zarubin on the sidelines of the Future Technologies Forum in Moscow.

“I thought he would be aggressive, ask me sharp questions. I was not just ready for that, I wanted that, so I could give equally sharp answers,” Putin explained. “But he chose a different tactic.”

Commenting on reactions to the interview from the West, Putin said it was a good thing that the leaders there watched and listened to what he had to say – but bad that they felt the need to twist his words.

Asked if Carlson could face reprisals in the West, the Russian president pointed out that WikiLeaks publisher Julian Assange “still sits”in a British prison.

While the US has tried to accuse Assange of revealing state secrets, which is more difficult to pin on Carlson, “anything is possible in today’s US,” Putin said. While this kind of persecution would certainly be a bad thing for Carlson himself, it would be good for the world, because it would reveal the true face of the “liberal-democratic dictatorship” embodied by the ruling class in the US, the president concluded.

Biden Regime Threatens to Mass Release Thousands of Illegals from Detention Following Senate’s Failure to Pass Disastrous Open Border Legislation

The Senate’s $95 billion foreign aid package passed earlier this week included no border provisions for the open US border.

Early Tuesday, the Senate passed Schumer’s supplemental aid package and allocated $95 billion to Ukraine, Israel, and Taiwan. 22 Republicans voted in favor of giving foreign countries money while ignoring the crisis at the US border.

The $95 billion package died in the House. Speaker Johnson immediately shut it down without a vote.

Now the Biden regime says ICE will likely have to release thousands of illegals in custody because they will lack the funding to keep them detained.

ICE is about $700 million in the negative on their budget, which could have been dealt with if the funding had included border provisions.

This has lead ICE leaders in higher positions of authority to consider releasing about 16,000 illegals in their custody for cost-cutting purposes.

This is the threat from the regime. Either fund our outrageous open border policies or we will release thousands of more illegals on top of the millions of illegals already released inside the country since Joe Biden took office.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement is at risk of having to release thousands of detainees amid a budget shortfall that will persist after the failure of a Senate border bill.

ICE is currently facing a $700 million budget shortfall that would have been addressed by the Senate border bill that failed to gain traction last week, causing agency leaders to circulate proposals for cost savings such as slashing its detention capacity and releasing roughly 16,000 migrants, according to a report from the Washington Post.

According to the report, the bill would have provided $6 billion in supplemental funding for ICE enforcement operations, a large boost for the agency ahead of spring’s typically busy illegal crossing window.

George Soros is poised to take a massive stake in the nation’s second-largest radio company, which owns more than 220 stations nationwide, according to court filings and sources close to the situation.

The left-leaning billionaire’s Soros Fund Management has bought up $400 million of debt in Audacy — the No. 2 US radio broadcaster behind iHeartMedia with stations including New York’s WFAN and 1010 WINS, as well as Los Angeles-based KROQ, according to bankruptcy filings.

One insider close to the situation, noting that he was a Republican, said he believed it was possible Soros was buying the stake to exert influence on public opinion in the months leading up to the 2024 presidential election.

“This is scary,” the source said.

Sources told The Post that Soros’s stake is equal to about 40% of the company’s senior debt — a massive chunk which, although not a majority, could yield effective control of the media giant when it emerges from bankruptcy.

Soros scooped up the debt during the past few weeks at roughly 50 cents on the dollar from hedge fund HG Vora, according to a source close to the situation.

Audacy confimed the Soros’ investment after reports of the deal surfaced.

“The decision by our existing and new debtholders to become equity holders in Audacy represents a significant vote of confidence in our company and the future of the radio and audio business,” Audacy said in a statement.

Soros Fund didn’t respond to a request for comment. A spokesperson for HG Vora declined to comment.

A hearing to approve the Audacy restructuring plan is slated for Feb. 20 before US Judge Christopher Lopez in a Houston bankruptcy court.

Audacy filed for bankruptcy on Jan. 7 with $1.9 billion of debt.

Under Audacy’s current Chapter 11 bankruptcy plan, existing shareholders are expected to be wiped out.

High-ranking creditors like Soros would be repaid with stock in the restructured company.

The proposal requires bankruptcy court approval.

It’s the latest media play for Soros.

Last summer, a fund linked to Soros joined a consortium of former lenders who paid $350 million for bankrupt Vice Media — an outlet that at its peak was once valued at $6 billion.

A judge in Manhattan federal bankruptcy court ruled that Soros Fund Management and Fortress Investment Group represented the best option to take the Brooklyn-based company out of Chapter 11 bankruptcy.

The fire sale marked the stunning demise of Vice, which was co-founded by larger-than-life media exec Shane Smith.

Smith, who ran the business as CEO from its founding in 1994 until 2018, left amid a series of reports about alleged a frat house-like culture at the company.

She was a momager. She was always around her daughter. She was not an absentee parent at all. The thing is though, she had two issues. One was her husband who wanted more money so they needed to work their daughter more and the other issue was that to get more work for the daughter, she had to let her "rehearse" and "read for parts" with producers. The mom was more than willing, not only to appease her husband but also because she loved being on sets and basking in the glow of fame from her daughter.

Her daughter had been acting from a very young age, but was not really molested or assaulted until she was about seven. She got a big break that year. She had been recommended by an A+ list director/producer who had seen her for a screen test. Uh huh. He had been consulted because of an interest in an upcoming television project. The A+ lister had been involved in a similar type project, but not for television.

Anyway, the producer of the television show loved what he saw and told the mom he needed to spend some time alone with the girl to make sure she could handle the rigors of the episode. Two hours later he brought her back. One of the actresses in the episode who literally has played basically the same character for every episode of television she has been on for the past 30 years had tried to tell the mom what would happen if she let her daughter go with the producer. The mom told the actress to mind her own business.

Fast forward a couple of years. Another producer. Another recommendation. Who did it come from? That A+ lister again. It was a project in his sphere even though he was not involved on a daily basis. This time it was a movie. For the very short amount of time the movie was being filmed, the nine year old girl was repeatedly sexually assaulted and raped. The mom let it happen. She pretended to not notice the men taking her daughter to their trailers or would tell others that the men wanted to go over lines or play video games. She had a never ending list of excuses. There was an actress on the set who had bit parts in the franchise. She never worked again after that movie because of what she saw. She said she could never work in an industry that would allow that to a little girl.

It was shortly after filming wrapped that the girl began to cry out for help and was reluctant to ever be alone with anyone. She began to self harm even at that young age. Her family was no help. The mom wanted the fame and the dad needed the money. The dad had no idea though about the assaults. When he did find out, he blamed the mother and the daughter. He killed them both before killing himself.

Prime Minister Anthony Albanese said in a radio interview with 2GB that he had asked the Attorney-General to bring forward legislation in response to the Privacy Act review, including laws that deal with so-called doxing, which refers to the malicious publication of private information online.

Medical doctor and sexual assault specialist Dr Jennifer Martinez said she was attacked and trolled online by Zionists and Israel sympathisers after she responded to a comment about human rights.

Martinez maintains she has never made an antisemitic comment in her life, nor has she commented on the rape allegations of October 7.

“Despite this, I was publicly defamed and called a rape apologist and antisemite on various social media platforms.

“The vexatious claims came amid veiled threats which progressed to the doxing. I wasn’t referred to AHPRA, as I use a pseudonym online, but several of my friends and colleagues were.

MOSCOW, February 15. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin called US Secretary of State Antony Blinken "our man," but warned him about a possible "failure" if he continues to speculate on the issue of the so-called Jewish pogroms.

In an interview with journalist Pavel Zarubin, published by the Kremlin’s official Telegram channel, the Russian leader said that the issue of Jewish pogroms had been raised by US Secretary of State Antony Blinken several times.

"He said it several times. He said that his relatives, his great-grandfather fled Russia due to Jewish pogroms. This issue is being raised all the time in various countries of the world - in Europe, in the [United] States - with the goal of demonizing Russia, showing that it is populated by barbarians, by thugs and rogues," the Russian leader said.

"But, in fact, if we treat the incumbent secretary of state’s words not as political slogans, but from the point of view of the nature of problems, it will get a lot clearer," he continued. "For example, '''we do have it all in our archives. Blinken’s great-grandfather did leave the Russian Empire. As far as I know, he was born somewhere in the Poltava region, but moved in Kiev and had fled from this city."

Putin believes that by making such remarks, Blinken "at least indicates that there was no Ukraine in 1904 - the year Blinken’s great-grandfather departed from Kiev to the United States - because he says that he fled Russia."

An award-winning Penn State professor arrested in a sickening bestiality case faces more charges after videos emerged of him allegedly engaged in lewd acts in a park — including inserting a tree branch and lollipop in his butt.

Themis Matsoukas, 64, was already facing charges of open lewdness, indecent exposure, sexual intercourse with an animal and animal cruelty after police said he’d been seen on video involved in sexual acts with a pet collie.

The chemical engineering professor begged troopers to kill him — while saying the sex acts helped him “blow off steam,” according to an initial criminal complaint in June.

Matsoukas has now been hit with an additional batch of similar charges for other alleged acts from 55 videos found on his electronic devices seized on a search warrant, Fox 43 reported.

They included videos of the professor naked apart from a ski mask, according to an affidavit obtained by Onward State.

He was captured on video masturbating on a picnic table, in a lake at the park and on Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR) vehicles, according to the affidavit.

Matsoukas was also seen climbing a tree while naked, and inserting a tree branch, a Tootsie Pop and the control handle of a DCNR John Deere crawler in his anus, officials said.

The accused perv also allegedly defecated in public areas of Rothrock State Forest and in a maintenance area next to DCNR equipment, as well as smeared bodily fluids on a glass table at a lease camp, Onward State said.

The gross footage was reportedly captured at Alan Seeger State Park, four lease camps and two private properties surrounded by state forest land, according to the affidavit cited by the outlet.

Biden should have gone there a long time ago—for him to go now is an insult to those who live and work in East Palestine, and the Great State of Ohio, itself. I can’t believe anyone wants him there? I know he doesn’t want to be there, and even he knows he is making a mistake, because he is pandering to people who are smart, politically savvy and, unfortunately, badly hurt by Biden’s in-actions and lack of caring. It will be so interesting to see how they meet and greet this FRAUD, and the THUGS that surround him!
