We seek to know more about James Gilliar, a partner with Hunter Biden in SinoHawk Holdings LLC, a failed venture into business partnership with CEFC, an energy company controlled by the Chinese Communist Party. We're sure you know about the venture; what no one seems to know very much about, however, is James Gilliar.
Who is James Gilliar?
What are James Gilliar's activities, involvements and prior history?
Why is his past and current life so shadowy?
The answers to these questions may help unlock further proof of the crimes and corruption of the Biden Crime Syndicate.

The earliest time-stamped appearance of James Gilliar (at least, as nearly as BO can tell based on documentation) occurs with the formation of J2CR (UK) LIMITED, in the United Kingdom. The company was registered on 2 Feb 2015. See the first attached pdf file, a copy of the Registration.
This company did business in, and apparently had numerous offices, in capital cities around the world. See the attached pic. The website for this company is: https://j2cr.com/
The "About Us" section of this website indicates that the company includes former high-level US Dept. of Homeland Security and US DoJ officials. The website does not identify any of the officers, board, advisors or staff. The state of the company's US registration as a foreign corporation is in Delaware (see the third attachment).
We have not yet determined whether any Foreign Agents registration (FARA) filings exist for this or any related company as yet. It is possible such filings may exist, as the company - as stated on its own website - reportedly engages in lobbying.
Those registration documents may be useful in uncovering more information.
The filing history of J2CR in the UK indicates that the company has, gone "dormant" on multiple occasions (see the fourth attachment). However, it was recently revived when accountings required under UK law were filed and the status of the company was "made up" by those filings on 28 Feb 2021 (see the fifth attachment). The company remains on "Active" status with the UK government.

James Gilliar's company appears as the President and Managing Partner of "EEIG" in a 22 Feb 2016 document presented to CEFC - that's CEFC China Energy, a Fortune Global 500 company. The document was a confidential proposal to CEFC concerning the acquisition of Westinghouse Electric Company (see pdf attachment number 1). The signature line for James A. Gilliar can be found on page 55.
EEIG is actually EEI-Group or EEI Group, which is a company of unknown origin, allegedly formed in 2010. Its website is here: https://eei-group.com/
According to the website, EEI-Group is involved in work in the energy, infrastructure, technology and raw materials mining sectors of industry. Its own "About Us" page speaks of corporate responsibility, but it discloses no information as to the officers, directors, origins or ownership of the company. See the pic as attachment #2
At a later point in time, James Gilliar as the head of J2CR, appears to promote the CEFC-Westinghouse acquisition either as a valuable piece of corporate intelligence, or an investment opportunity. See the 3rd attached file, a pdf of an email from Gilliar to, among others, Hunter Biden and Jim Biden, the currently installed President's son and brother, respectively. Gilliar sent this email on 10 May 2017.
It is worth noting that EEI-G has an interest in Lithium mining, among other things. See the 4th attachment.

In the context of communicating to Hunter and Jim Biden, James Gilliar was at that time engaged in the development of the now-infamous SinoHawk Holdings business relationship with CEFC China Energy.
To briefly explain, the non-Chinese principals of the venture intended to form a business entity called Oneida Holdings LLC, a Delaware-incorporated business. See attachment #1 for a copy of the proposed (unknown if fully executed) LLC Agreement.
On the first page, you will see a business named 8 International Holdings Limited, a British Virgin Islands company, listed as a proposed member of Oneida Holdings. Page 26 of the Agreement (the signatures page) reveals that James Gilliar is the signatory for 8 International Holdings. His title is not indicated.
We believe that 8 International Holdings Limited corporate documents from the British Virgin Islands would show additional useful information. We welcome any documented information about this company.
To continue, why is Oneida Holdings important? Because it is one of the signatories of the agreement, along with CEFC China Energy, to form SinoHawk Holdings. See attachment number 2.
Attachment #3 is an email from James Gilliar to substitute the 8 International Holdings company for his personal name, which obviously occurred during the drafting of the documents.

What else do we know about James Gilliar?
- Gilliar is a British national living in the Czech Republic, in Prague.
- We have identified some family members, which is how we acquired the confirmed photos of James Gilliar. The photos were confirmed to be accurate pictures of James Gilliar by his former business associate, Tony Bobulinski.
- We have identified multiple domain names which are, or have been, used by James Gilliar.
We have also acquired information concerning James Gilliar's background.
See the attached pics.
Of particular note to certain Anons, you will see in pic 2 that Gilliar's background includes a role working with law enforcement for anti-human trafficking.
We have reason to believe the exact opposite is true. Gilliar and his wife, Erika (aka Mmme Erika, or Madame Erika) also engage in business breeding, selling and running racehorses worldwide. These activities require the international movement of move live horses, and the procedures for this business are similar to techniques used to move human slaves. Additionally, assuming Gilliar's biography is true and he does have international law enforcement connections, he would be well-positioned to discover and avoid known law enforcement operations to counter human trafficking.
(Note: Pic #1 partially redacts the passport number for Gilliar. The entire passport number is known to The Polo Grounds; however, in keeping with our own rule regarding doxxing, we are not posting the entire number at this time. We will seek the approval of 8kun administration before doing so.)

As you will note from the pics in the previous post, James Gilliar is involved with many high-wealth individuals and companies.
Of particular interest is Gilliar's relationship with the United Arab Emirates (UAE) royalty. Gilliar is listed as an advisor to the eldest son of the President and ruling Sheikh of the UAE, specifically H.H. Dr Sheikh Sultan bin Khalifa bin Zayed al Nahyan.

Without posting background news reports, Sheikh Sultan bin Khalifa (the "SBK" in SBK Holdings), reportedly controls more than $1trillion US in assets worldwide held for his royal family's interests, through a range of holding companies. James Gilliar is listed as an advisor to SBK; while you will not be able to locate a direct visible reference to Gilliar on the SBK Holdings website as an officer, director or management team member, at the time of this writing his reference page as an Advisor can be found at this address:

Additional searches for Gilliar's activities revealed the following information concerning his relationship with the mining company, EMH - aka European Metals Holdings.
In keeping with Gilliar's interests, EMH has apparently acquired the largest mining site for lithium in Europe.

We have not yet been able to find documentation verifying the authenticity of Gilliar acquiring 15 million options of EMH. We appreciate any help in finding that information.

We have more information and are working to prepare it for posting here; unfortunately, that takes some time.
James Gilliar is, essentially, something of a "ghost" - for someone whose efforts apparently had him in significant contact with some of the most wealthy people and businesses on the planet, his activities have not attracted much attention of the press.
He has not sought much press.
And, considering his known role as something of a pivot-man in the 5-way circle jerk known as SinoHawk Holdings, no one in the mainstream media appears to give much of a shit in finding out WTF this guy really is…
We think that's weird. We think it sounds like he's protected. And, we think that makes him a helluva lot bigger fish than anyone has so far bothered to mention.
As a Brit, and considering his background, he is almost certainly MI6. From the looks of things, he very well could be the Queen's bagman. We don't know. Very few people probably do.
Since he is something of a ghost, the only way to get a handle on his activities (and therefore the corrupt activities of the Biden Crime Syndicate) is to tear this guy's life apart, digitally. We have some basic info on his wife, Erika, and of course Marco Polo has posted info about his trashy and indiscreet young daughter, Imogen, on Telegram. We'll get that stuff posted here soon.
We are seeking your assistance in tracing his digital domains footprint, finding any emails, documents, other companies, reports, relationships, etc., so we can better figure out what this guy was up to and how to get him either:
a) prosecuted,
b) a deal worked out to get confirmation from him that Joe Biden was knee deep in corruption and treason…let's face it, we already know that but sealing his fate with this evidence would be game-changing…or
c) some combination thereof.
We came to you because you're the autists that no government, intel agency or criminal gang has ever been able to stop.

Hi, Trip-A.
Our board is organized a bit differently (and after some helpful comments from another BO we're probably going to alter the format a bit differently - I'll explain that in a minute)
Right now, this bread is a bread for posting sauced digs. The first 8 or 9 posts are actually a research trail from MarcoPolo's info and digs, and we're hoping anons will use that as a "launch point" to further the research. So, the idea is that this bread is where sauced results get posted.
The Caravan bread is for shitposting, general discussion, memes, etc. That's how we're currently organized.
After some wise comments from a much more experienced BO, we're probably going to merge the 2 threads. Not really sure how we're going to do that yet, but we'll post it.
If you want some details about how this board runs (we have a different approach from /qresearch/), skim thru the Tutorial thread for details. Another BO suggested that we seem to be organized more like /qrb/, and I think that's an astute observation.
But to explain it here:
- We don't have notables or a process of nomming them. Polo Grounds has a separate Archive thread and I will periodically lift digs from here (text and any files) and repost them in the Archive for permanence. That thread is locked, so we keep control over that. It's not to be a gatekeeper; it's just that the Archive is intended for info that we're focused on obtaining, not a more general worldwide use. One other note - I know the Archive is currently pretty bare; I'm still working on getting files ready to upload into it, which is a task in and of itself. That is due to file size limitations.
We don't have Bakers, either. Right now I'm the only Baker; we're not going to have a dough that keeps changing with each bread - we're trying to KISS this so that it's less time-consuming or complicated. I've e-baked before and sucked at it, so I didn't want to burn myself or anyone else with a complicated task.
Over the next couple weeks I will try to find/vet a few BV's who can watch over the board when I'm not around, but for right now your humble BO (me) is the only guy who's handling business here.
As for archiving anything here…well, so far there's a lot of shitpost, not a whole lot of research posted in here except for what we've got up. I'm hoping that changes, but time will be the only answer to that question.
You're welcome to archive at your discretion anything you see in here. I don't know how to track/identify the posts worth looking at (aside from doing notables, which I'm trying to avoid doing). One reason for that is that in QR, the notables also contain a lot of information that is known false - it's put in the notables there so that QR anons can keep track of the fake news narrative and other purposes. In here, our goal is to obtain verified true facts that further our inquiries into the people and crimes of the Biden Crime Syndicate, the ChiComs, other minions and the Plandemic crap. So our focus is a bit different.
End of this ramble, then, is that the best I can tell you is to choose to archive in whatever fashion you deem appropriate. We're happy to have you do that; we don't want to take any time from you for other important work you're doing, but you are welcome to scrape our info for anything that you think will be useful elsewhere.

I can switch the archive bread to archive-everything. It's good that not everyone can post in there.
If you need a service for automatic truthables or whatever posting, just give me a call. I can also mirror these on another board, just like I mirror /qr/ notables on /qrb/. I use a tripcode on /qrb/ for that, so if you want such automatic posting, I would prefer if you allowed that trip on here too if automatic posting should be requested, so that posts that I did are marked accordingly.
For automatic collection my scraper doesn't need much. Some end of notable post by baker. The notables/truthables should be linked after another on one line with a comment at the end (latter isn't required, but it makes no sense to have ones without description). That's basically it. I don't have to do these, but I can.

Tucows is required to apply acquisition accounting to the assets and liabilities acquired, including fair valuation of the acquired deferred revenue balance, which will lower the reported Adjusted EBITDA1 contribution in the first approximately one year period following the acquisition. Last May, in a much-touted speech in Iowa, Romney used language that was literally inflammatory to describe America’s federal borrowing. “A prairie fire of debt is sweeping across Iowa and our nation,” he declared. “Every day we fail to act, that fire gets closer to the homes and children we love.” Our collective debt is no ordinary problem: According to Mitt, it’s going to burn our children alive.
And this is where we get to the hypocrisy at the heart of Mitt Romney. Everyone knows that he is fantastically rich, having scored great success, the legend goes, as a “turnaround specialist,” a shrewd financial operator who revived moribund companies as a high-priced consultant for a storied Wall Street private equity firm. But what most voters don’t know is the way Mitt Romney actually made his fortune: by borrowing vast sums of money that other people were forced to pay back. This is the plain, stark reality that has somehow eluded America’s top political journalists for two consecutive presidential campaigns: Mitt Romney is one of the greatest and most irresponsible debt creators of all time. In the past few decades, in fact, Romney has piled more debt onto more unsuspecting companies, written more gigantic checks that other people have to cover, than perhaps all but a handful of people on planet Earth.
By making debt the centerpiece of his campaign, Romney was making a calculated bluff of historic dimensions – placing a massive all-in bet on the rank incompetence of the American press corps. The result has been a brilliant comedy: A man makes a $250 million fortune loading up companies with debt and then extracting million-dollar fees from those same companies, in exchange for the generous service of telling them who needs to be fired in order to finance the debt payments he saddled them with in the first place. That same man then runs for president riding an image of children roasting on flames of debt, choosing as his running mate perhaps the only politician in America more pompous and self-righteous on the subject of the evils of borrowed money than the candidate himself. If Romney pulls off this whopper, you’ll have to tip your hat to him: No one in history has ever successfully run for president riding this big of a lie. It’s almost enough to make you think he really is qualified for the White House.
The unlikeliness of Romney’s gambit isn’t simply a reflection of his own artlessly unapologetic mindset – it stands as an emblem for the resiliency of the entire sociopathic Wall Street set he represents. Four years ago, the Mitt Romneys of the world nearly destroyed the global economy with their greed, shortsightedness and – most notably – wildly irresponsible use of debt in pursuit of personal profit. The sight was so disgusting that people everywhere were ready to drop an H-bomb on Lower Manhattan and bayonet the survivors. But today that same insane greed ethos, that same belief in the lunatic pursuit of instant borrowed millions – it’s dusted itself off, it’s had a shave and a shoeshine, and it’s back out there running for president.
Mitt Romney, it turns out, is the perfect frontman for Wall Street’s greed revolution. He’s not a two-bit, shifty-eyed huckster like Lloyd Blankfein. He’s not a sighing, eye-rolling, arrogant jerkwad like Jamie Dimon. But Mitt believes the same things those guys believe: He’s been right with them on the front lines of the financialization revolution, a decades-long campaign in which the old, simple, let’s-make-stuff-and-sell-it manufacturing economy was replaced with a new, highly complex, let’s-take-stuff-and-trash-it financial economy. Instead of cars and airplanes, we built swaps, CDOs and other toxic financial products. Instead of building new companies from the ground up, we took out massive bank loans and used them to acquire existing firms, liquidating every asset in sight and leaving the target companies holding the note. The new borrow-and-conquer economy was morally sanctified by an almost religious faith in the grossly euphemistic concept of “creative destruction,” and amounted to a total abdication of collective responsibility by America’s rich, whose new thing was making assloads of money in ever-shorter campaigns of economic conquest, sending the proceeds offshore, and shrugging as the great towns and factories their parents and grandparents built were shuttered and boarded up, crushed by a true prairie fire of debt.

LONDON/DUBAI, Dec 21 (Reuters) – Qatar plans to invest at least $10 billion in U.S. ports and has approached international banks for financing help, three finance sources say, in an infrastructure spree that reflects the Gulf country’s deepening ties with Washington.
The Middle East and Western sources familiar with the matter said Doha was targeting investments in ports around the U.S. East Coast which were expected to be developed in phases, adding that the plan was at a preliminary stage.
The country’s sovereign wealth fund Qatar Investment Authority and the Qatar Government Communication Office both declined to comment.
“The Qataris have been preparing for almost a year to test the waters with U.S. port investments,” said Michael Frodl, a U.S.-based adviser on projects including maritime security, commerce and infrastructure, who is familiar with Qatar’s strategy.
“We think that a shrewd investor with the $10 billion the Qataris desire to put into American port infrastructure would likely look at the underserved East Coast first and foremost. The West Coast is getting all the U.S. government and private investment attention, while the East Coast is long overdue for improvements.”
Frodl said ports with easy access to highways and rail lines would be a priority.
“We’d be looking at aging medium-sized ports south of Boston and north of Jacksonville,” he added.
A Middle East-based source said the investments would be backed by debt, which would be linked to the port assets, adding that Qatar was in early discussions with banks to look for a structuring adviser.
The banks being approached included Morgan Stanley, HSBC and Credit Suisse, two of the sources said.
Morgan Stanley, HSBC and Credit Suisse declined to comment.
In November Congress approved U.S. President Joe Biden’s $1.2 trillion infrastructure package, which port and industry sources say includes $5.22 billion of federal funding for port specific programs, falling short of the tens of billions of dollars estimated to be needed for investment in creaking infrastructure.
U.S. transport secretary Pete Buttigieg told an online news briefing with the Port of Los Angeles on Nov. 16 that while Washington was delivering a “historic level of funding” to improve ports, “it can’t all be from federal grants.”
“We’re going to have to keep working with local, state and private partners in order to make sure that we have the kinds of resources that are needed,” Buttigieg said.
There are around 360 ports in the United States, according to the U.S. Coast Guard.
The Middle East-based source said Qatar could look to target three port projects.
A fourth finance source separately confirmed Qatar’s investment plans in the United States.
Qatar currently has minimal holdings in overseas ports. However, last year the state’s commercial ports operator, QTerminals, purchased the Turkish port of Akdeniz and entered into an agreement to develop the Black Sea port of Olvia in Ukraine.
STRONGER TIES
Relations between the United States and Qatar have deepened after the small, wealthy Gulf monarchy forged close ties with the Taliban, playing a key role in the talks that led to the 2020 deal for the U.S. troop pullout from Afghanistan this year.
Washington and Doha signed an accord in November for Qatar to represent U.S. diplomatic interests in Afghanistan.
“Qatari interest in investing in U.S. infrastructure dates back to at least 2016,” Frodl said.
“Things would have been more advanced if it was not for the previous Trump administration, which was closely aligned with the Saudis.”

ANKARA, Sept 29 (Reuters) - SBK Holding has purchased Luxembourg-based Silcolux Investment's shares in Turkish conglomerate Kiraca Holding for $82 million to become a 45% shareholder of the company, a source familiar with the transaction said on Tuesday.
With the move, which was reported to Luxembourg authorities on Sept. 25, SBK Holding will become Kiraca Holding's main shareholder, the source said.
After the deal, SBK Holding will hold 45% of Kiraca Holding, while Inan Kirac will hold 42.5% and the Kirac family will hold the remaining 12.5%, the person added.
Kiraca Holding was not immediately available for comment.

South Africa also exports palladium, and will most likely be the source to pick up where the Russian exports are sanctioned away from Europe and the US.
Now add in the ANC government in South Africa taking away the white farms. Grain exports from Ukraine are at a dead stop, South Africa can take up that slack.
Prince is no dummy, I imagine Gilliar could be in South Africa right now tryin to get into port improvement/management and/or metals and/or maybe agricultural products
