I suggest changing it to "Post you best picture of month X".
1) It is not possible for many people to choose the best picture from whole archive.
2) Many people will possibly post one picture in most threads with this OP post.

This is like the only one I've taken recently that turned out with my camera settings, and therefore my best for the month.
It was just a test shot for my new camera and Holga lens, but it actually turned out fairly well considering I was just screwing around and all.
I'm looking forward to shooting some nice lo-fi shots in the spring when it gets nice and sunny.

>>309A lot of noise though. But it has it's charm. I would crop it into another format than 4:3 when your horizont is in the middle of the picture (16:9). Or move the horizont to a 2/3 part of the picture.

I like it as it is.

Love the shadows of his hand on the bottom right. Colors are awesome, and image is very sharp. Dont love the family on the extreme left. Maybe crop them out?
What kind of lens did you use for this?

TBH, I just borrowed my friend's DSLR to catch this shot, I usually shoot with an AE-1, and an a6000 but this was an exception. I was about 30m away.

>Who is david kim?
When it comes to ethics, I don't have much but I do not think I am a arsehole either. I do take my time to get to know the people I take, like for instances.
>Be me
>Find this bird couple
>Proceed to take picture
>She becomes paralyzed and screams
>Flash
>She continues to scream on the spot
>Her friend stares at both of us giggling
>She stops screaming
Are you ok miss?
>Yes, are you a art student?
Yeah, I am doing a "street photography project
>That is cool
Would you like to see the picture?
>Umm ok
>Show her pic
>Laughs
What degree are you in?
>She reply and bids me a good day
>Ditto

How do I say this. It's a very appetising dish.
>How can I improve?
Re-frame and remove elements or ad elements to add context.
Think about why are you taking the picture, is it for a menu or maybe newspaper or even an art display. Then take the picture (John Free)
use composition rules: Threes, thirds, diagonals, golden ratio.
