Hi 8chan /p/. Let me say that i mostly lurked /p/ over there and didn't like posting because people are unreasonable assholes (for the lulz) but I hated it.
I'm trying out here to see what it's like.
I'm working on a series of light pained images of outdated technology called "Retro Techno". Each is about 15-20 exposures blended. U guise like? Please keep n mind this is my first real attempt at serious light painting.
I used a cable release and just kept the shutter open until I was done painting each section. I used a small Single LED flashlight and an iPhone light.

I want to reshoot this eventually because of the lack of detail on the text around the lens.

>>151I'd have to say this is my favourite.
Composition-wise, it's perfect.
However, all of them suffer from a sort of a halo/ghosting (maybe from the multiple exposures?); whatever should be in focus sorta is, but not quite.
(then again, this could be what you wanted, in which case you nailed it)Keep shooting, the idea is great and I'd love to see how this develops.

>>149I think that you achieved quite unusual appearance of images and it works excellently.
I like
>>150 most of all because the background is visible on bottom.
This is what could be done for other theree photos - enchance the background visibility.

>>157>>186Thank you both for the feedback. I've added another to the series and make a little story on "steller" which has been cool for making little series. You can see it here:

>>193This one makes me think of vintage magazines where they'd advertise all sorts of stuff. Great job!

I think these are neat. Like another poster said, they remind me of magazine ads (not in a bad way). Is this just a bunch of old shit you have sitting around?
>>152Not a fan of this one. Not big on the perspective.
>>193Maybe it's just me but this seems blurry (except the numbers on screen). I like it otherwise.
