it always helps with leather boots to stand them in a tub of warm water for 5 minutes (don't let water get inside!) then wear them around and they'll stretch to fit your knobby feets

A: The shoes suck. They are not all that good
B: You did not get proper insoles. Shoes are just as good as your insoles, this goes for all shoes.
