I ordered a patch from this website, and I never received a shipping confirmation or the patch in the mail. I contacted two different email addresses associated with the website, and never got a response.
Looks like the /out/ patch store is scam.

I know this is old, but did you pay for it using Paypal?
If you did you can get Paypal to refund you directly by launching an investigation.

I ordered from the now-defunct outpatches.tictail.com store. This one seems to be well-liked on 4/out/. Sadly, they don't have any patches specific to my state, although it's neat that those exist now.
