Beginning with some of the most useful directly on the subject of PMO addiction:
Hackbook EasyPeasyWay
Its based off a book about giving up tobacco addiction, very highly recommended read, its main purpose is to dismystify our mind tricks on failing with PMO. The writing itself is quite bad, and very repetitive at times, but good content and even then its good to repeat to we can internalize the message.

The Karezza Method
I have yet to read this one but it was mentioned in the previous book, supposedly makes a distinction between amative and propagative sex, so its definitely a read for those who still want to enjoy sex and intimacy, while retaining the benefits of semen retention. Notice this is quite old, even before the sexual revolution and degeneracy of our time.

Energy Karezza
Apparently just another modern take on the previous book, more focused on marital coupling satisfaction. Still worth a read.

Taoist Secrets of Love - Cultivating Male Sexual Energy
Well if the title wasn't descriptive enough, also haven't read, but definitely one on my to-do list.

The Way of the Superior Man
A spiritual guide to mastering the challenges of women, work and sexual desire.
While more related to relationships with the opposite sex, this book also points up more than one time, about refraining from masturbation and semen retention, and also on getting over the average mediocrity of your masculine side.

Bible is basically Semen Retention - The Book told very symbolically. Luke 8:11 gives up the mystery. Let that word of God dwell within.
Also, I've read and can recommend for serious nofappers/celibates:
- Regeneration by Kevin Sylvan Guthrie.
- Practice Of Brahmacharya by Sivananda
Recommended by other anons:
- Manhood and Marriage by Bernarr Macfadden
- The Coiled Serpent by C.J. Van Vliet.

>Luke 8:11
How exactly does this relate with semen retention at all?
And I call bullshit, can't find it right now but in the old testament it clearly states that those who seek and lead life based on wisdom will reap the true riches, doesn't you have to believe whatever you read out there, but it doesn't mean that you should ignore everything as well. Specifically, the Ecclesiastes book is pretty good one.

Are you kidding me, and in that passage does it say anywhere to retain your seed?
Its an obvious analogy to the word, otherwise it would just mean to spray your semen everywhere and hope that some of it lands on something that can grow.

This book isn't directly related to nofap, but many of us are doing this in order to improve our social interactions. This book called " How to Talk to Anyone: 92 Steps to Big Success Relationships" has been found by me to be very helpful.
