Porn and masturbation are 2 different things. I'm black and white on the porn matter. Porn is simply bad for you. However, I'm not fully convinced on the benefits of no orgasm.
Quitting porn makes quitting masturbation a lot easier though because you can't get artificially excited at will. Moreover, masturbating to the same mental images kinda gets less exciting over time so my nofap streaks keep getting longer.
