Had it in my pics folder from long ago when I was into femdom. Genuinely tried it all out until I got redpilled.

I was going to delete it, but I wanted to see if there was anything in it I could reverse-engineer for greater testosterone. That means I've flipped the diet part around (still eat my greens though), and I've started following the StrongLifts regimen.

The only other thing I could think to reverse was the fapping part. If I understand it correctly, then fapping exactly once every week would just continually boost your testosterone (probably not by much, but might be worth considering).

There's an article about this on YBOP that says that there is no evidence that nofap actually raises test in the long term, but there are other benefits.

I don't recommend trying to fap once a week. I tried it when I first started my nofap journey thinking the same thing you are, but found that it is too hard to resist doing it again afterwards.

You might have better willpower than me though, so if you really want to go ahead and try it.

I had all the side effects of higher T after stopping fapping, eye contact, better posture, more energy, work out way more, higher sex drive, more confident. Not sure if it's technically higher T but it does change something.
