Actually, I have it on good authority from Toby, himself, that collecting twenty-nine distinct saves from twenty-nine distinct pacifist endings in the same folder will cause the game to unlock True Final Special Supreme Pacifist Mode, which actually enables you to save Asriel in the end.
He also directed me to a PayPal account that would reduce this number from ninety-nine saves for a small fee.
I have no reason not to believe him.
