One thing holding back traffic on this board is the very nature of an imageboard. If you compare plebbit's system, they can spawn an entire thread based off of one pic, whereas here that's much slower than having a single "post goatbro" dump in every thread. This doesn't encourage shitposting on a board without a massive userbase, it encourages more productive posts. /mtt/ has surprising quality given that it's for one game, but very little activity as a result, making it hard for those staying in the generals to let go like goatbro asked them to.
Personally I'd rather be able to talk about the game on /v/ outside of the general where it's relevant, and just report the d&c posters there, then save /mtt/ for more specific discussion and porndumps.
