Balance Changes and Fixes:
>Increased the health drain for Undyne in Undying mode from 25HP per second to 50

>Increased the duration of Frisk's flight mode from 5 seconds to 7, increased its startup frames from 3 to 7.
>Lesser Dog’s headbutt attack can now be cancelled into itself.
>Fixed a glitch where Asgore could be made to accept mercy if he had used his level 5 hyper in a previous round
>Increased the hitbox of the giant bone in Papyrus' level 3 hyper
>Reduced the damage of Chara's level 5 hyper from 1600 to 999
>Fixed a bug which would allow Sans to use some of Shin Sans' moves
