I've been a bit curious as I've played. Has Fox confirmed that all possible story paths have been explored? i.e. neutral, pacifist, genocide, post genocide pacifist?
Is that everything worth hunting down? The only thing that makes me wonder is his comment about FUN values and how they affect endings and such. Of course befriending/killing the main characters are more obvious fun value changers but what about more nuanced things like sparing only certain non boss characters or something along those lines.
Playing from the perspective of the mystery solver the game let's us know that it's in on the joke. The game knows that we're "playing it".
I've noticed I can run two instances of the game at once. Is this only a pirate thing or can steam do this as well? I don't have the time to mess around with this but I was thinking about what affect making different choices in different instances of the game might create. Probably nothing, but it got me thinking at least.
The aforementioned method sounds very cryptic but I feel like that train of thought is the one I need to discover the truth.
If I had to hazard a guess I feel like there's something left undiscovered in either the core or the secret lab.
