To those that haven't followed on smug, I am making a 3d-printable mold that you can cast a slime-girl's vagina out of whatever medium you want. You can do whatever the fuck you want with the resulting toys from this mold.
I am doing this as an exercise of getting over my process anxiety and perfectionism. I will be casting this in smooth-on ecoflex 00-30, and documenting my adventures of printing,post processing, and casting on both smug and here.
In the meantime I will post a rough of the progress I made on smug, and then get to dye testing.

So, I went and did a thickener/silicone painting test, and changed my mind on the idea of painting the face with thickened colors. Too much time for my patience with this. Besides, I can't sand the face, no way, got no leverage to scrape the parts.

My ender 3 is a few months old, it has quite a few aftermarket upgrades, springs, extruder parts, Borosilicate glass bed plate, and a cable guide.
I tried to sand it as well as I could. The flattest part of the shaft was easy to sand. the rest of it… not so much, can't get good leverage. I tried to dremel out some support joinings with a brush head, but that oddly caused cracks in the tail end of the print. I have no clue how as it's three wall layers on the print- that should be sturdy enough.
As for the feel, I heard from someone else who casted a 3d-printed onahole that 3d printed lines was an interesting sensation. I feel like mine's gonna probably be tight and ripply.

The color inconsistency between these pics and the last ones is not a light trick, that's simply me pouring the last amount with misaligned colors- more blue than red.

i used to and still do design and sell stoner accessories. used to be friends with several dealers and suppliers. in the pic are 2 grinder cards i was designing for a CBD business. and a simple 2 stage, toothless grinder with custom logo.
i would design 2 stage, 3 stage, custom shapes and in all sizes. (up to 15 cm or 6inch wide)
ABS where possible for its strength, pla aslo works but a lttle less durable

Progress update: Everything cured properly
Ultimately, as for it's intended use, the toy sadly did not perform up to expectations. Way too tight, and this is 00-30 firmess we're talking about. I've decided that I'm going recast this, in 00-10 firmness, and will commence a dump of documented pictures.

I have to admit, I was disappointed as shit during first use, all this effort put in and it don't even feel right. Oh well, shit happens, I can always repurpose this material as filler for other things if I get around to that.

Material is here. Smooth-On Ecoflex 00-10, squish-test of some partially-cured extra material has me very optimistic about how this will turn out to be.
Filled and curing as we speak, I'll probably demold it just before bed, depending on how the extra material I have cures with it. had a scare of leakage, but so far, everything seems to be fine when I had made some minor adjustments to the mold.
I'll add some notes to my upcoming readme/manual of this mold.

You're welcome! The container on my material says that the silicone itself is at minimum, a 4-hour cure time, just like the ecoflex 00-30. Also, like most of the smooth-on's products, ways to extend the cure time include what amounts to baking it at 170F for an hour, and then hotter for some-odd other hours.
Ultimately, I'm thinking I'll still do an overnight in the laundry room, where it's summer heat when the door is closed.

The mold has come apart, the toy has cured properly, my mind- and my dick, were blown away. 00-10 firmness is a quirky material, but for a tight kind of toy as this one, it's perfect.
00-10 silicone is squishy, kinda sticky when cured, and very tender. Your fingernails if jabbed into the material (I was playing with leftover material when I noticed this) will leave visible marks.
Furthermore, the difference between improperly cured silicone and properly cured 00-10 silicone is distinct but subtle: when properly cured, 00-10 is sticky, but dry, and should not leave residue- that is, unless the mold release was not properly cleaned off, or it cured improperly.

Slimegirl V2 is vastly softer than Bad Dragon, BD's toys run about 00-20 shore if I remember. It makes me think that each 10 units up on the shore scale is ten times firmer than the last one. Don't quote me on that, I don't know much about the math of shore scale.
00-20 is a perfectly usable onahole firmness, what matters is the model you cast it with. Janine is fine, Mary is fine, but Sugar Star is ridiculously tight. She's so tight that it feels like when I try to cum, the toy physically won't let me fill her up, it's that tight. Forum posts say the butt-onaholes have the same problem of tightness that sugar star has.

Well Anons, it's been over a month, and version one of my slimegirl has been sitting in my junk box for a good chunk of that time, with no use whatsoever. I've found some uses with the junk silicone- which mostly involves shredding it to pieces (with the use of a hamburger meat grinder) and using the shredded material as filler for other projects.
Which means, I'm going to cut up and deconstruct onahole V1 into the consistency of the stuff in the bag, which is coincidentally the same silicone I used for for the face test.
This means that this will be the last time you will see version 1 as whole hole. Therefore, if you want any pictures before I do the deed, I will take any requests.
And if maker anons want some more advice on shredding silicone, I will be happy to provide what I know.
