The longer I look at the 'original content do not steal' spider woman, the more questions I seem to ask. Basic questions, like why is her thumb on the other side of her hand. What exactly is wrong with her horns; one being fatter than the other and not shaped the same at all? Why is her face tag clipping through her side-hair? For that matter, what shape is her head, the tag doesn't contort so her jawline is just that massively wide? The shading should also be neutral, not side-based; I bring that up because you can see the light shining through the windows on one side (which also no doubt masks the poorly traced over background in brightness and bloom as evidence by the second image) and her shadow is on the same direction of where the light source is shining. Could go further, but it'd be nitpicking minor problems that nobody here cares about.

(You might want to tell Kinky they can get rid of the jaggies by duplicating the lineart layer, then gaussian blurring the layer just a tiny amount. It's not a hard fix, takes maybe ten seconds, make the lines look less janky.)
