If you're referring to the "grimdark mamono" part, it refers to how some of MGE's monsters have some unintentionally dark entries. I can immediately think of monsters such as the Matango (whose spores turn women into matango which causes them to release spores as well which can easily turn an entire village of unsuspecting human women into fungoid monsters and it's menfolk into what amounts to Cordyceps-infested zombies. Assuming a strong enough wind scatters the spores, matangoes could potentially infect an entire country, making them more of an apocalyptic plague then a sexy mushroom girl) the Humpty Egg (which is a JubJub egg that basically aborts itself and turns into living egg yolk just to have sex as soon as possible) and Mindflayers (who are capable of mindcontrolling women into acting like mindless, basically lobotomized, dick-obsessed sluts for the sole purpose of feeding the monster with the memories of the sex, turn their husbands into semen-dispensing squid monsters, and her powers, at least until KC clarified in an FAQ, had potential to be used for NTR-related shit) as the examples of "If you just barely read the entries, you might think this is the most fucked-up shit ever" monsters. Most of the grimdark mamono interpretations come from KC being too excessively descriptive about how great monster sex feels and not descriptive enough when it comes to the extent of monster girl's capabilities/origins, to the point where he needs to clear misconceptions up in FAQs rather than write the articles so that dark interpretations like that never happen in the first place. He's been getting better in regards to that as of late though. Matango however are just straight up bad.
