Since not all depictions have exactly the same hue, you could also describe it as a range between robin's egg blue and seafoam green.
What really throws me is that some people say "blue" and the rest say "green" but nobody calls it like it is.

All the girls in the game are mascots of Russian imageboards. I don't know which one, but some notable Russian imageboard used/uses Miku as their mascot, that's why they included her. I played it and loved it, but I'm from the former Eastern bloc and had some experience with former pioneer summer camps, so I might be biased. Miku acts very cute in it.
