It kind of does because Luna still dies. Ignis puts on the ring of Lucii and scarifies his self to kill Ardyn. In the end neither dies but he defeats him and weaken him enough to let Noctis send more time in the crystal getting stronger and Ardynis weaker so Noctis don't have to give his life to beat him. I haven't seen any mines here with tunnels, there have been some rock mines but they're usually just dug in the sides of some mountains
But there have been some tunnels made like for transportation

So I finally got Steam set up. A friend asked if I could make a profile to test something, despite knowing I hate Steam, and I said I already made one a few days back. Turns out what he wanted to test was if he could surprise me with L4D2 and Portal 2. Made my day to be honest.
