So the issue is freedom of speech no?

Freedom of speech is to protect unpopular speak.

I think the left is VILE beyond the vastness of space, seriously hate em.

The tricky issue is policing freedom of speech.

I think wishing someone death, or laughing in the face of death to someone is an unspoken thing.. its a matter of taste, but it does show the character of someone who does it. I have not been perfect in the past when someone I did not like passed, so I am not sure what is the right answer.

Charlie was a special guy. I hate to see what the left is doing to his name.

Maybe the thing that could happens is to protect people's opinions, to allow for, not sure if it is a law, but protection for businesses and organizations and such against 1st amendment cases when someone is fired for.. saying Charlie Kirk should have died. That way the bad can be purged and not have negative effects on the companies who fired? Same for government and all. Some type of ethics law perhaps?

Its always been a thing where Freedom of Speech is literally there to say what is unpopular, whether you, or I, or anyone else likes it. BUT there can be protections to say.. protesting in an agitating/provoking manner against vigils and all?

I just don't know. Freedom of Speech is pretty absolute.

Tough call, would love to hear the debate in Supreme Court on it.
