Every sociopath is also a narcissist. A high functioning sociopath will not necessarily commit murder, though they are more likely to kill indirectly through financial fraud. An aspie lacks the recognition of body language needed to be a social predator and can at times be thought of as an autistic sociopath, but only if they have developed narcissism. I would say that most aspies adhere to a moral sense or code of some sort which the sociopath will not espouse.

I remember a test I was told to find if someone was a sociopath, give a person a pen and ask them to stab you: if the person asks you why then they're not a sociopath, if they skip that and just stab you then chances are they're a sociopath. Because an empathetic person will want to know why whereas a sociopath lacking the ability to feel others' will just go ahead and do it.
