I have been diagnosed with General Anxiety Disorder for the past few years and it's really hard to find people with a similar situation to ask for advice. Currently under a panic attack and I was wondering how do you people deal with this to not let it overwhelm your routine like it is doing to me right now.

I've had some panic attacks in the past. I just let them run their course and seeked help after.

There's probably not very much you can do really. Try a relaxation technique like autogenic training. Try to interpret your anxiety as false alarm, like someone making noise in the background. Keep yourself informed by reading books from very good psychologists.

Always remind yourself that it will pass. No anxiety attack lasts forever, I've had really bad ones before that have lasted over an hour for sure, but then it's over and it sucks but it's over.

I like listening to asmr to calm down sometimes, there's plenty of videos made for panic attacks out there. It can help sometimes. Other than that, there's not much you can do besides breathing tricks maybe.

I recommend you take Kratom. It has helped with me substantially.

Yes. Kratom is excellent for anxiety if you have no access to meds.
