There really is no way they weren't all gay. Kars only cared about his inventions, but was too fabulous to not be gay. Esidisi was overly emotional and joined Kars in genociding his entire race. Wamuu and Santana were raised by two gay dads with no peers to know any different.

Unfortunately Araki specifically stated that Part 8 and Part 4 will never cross streams. Though I don't trust half of his statements anyways so take it with a grain of salt.
He said he planned on part 3 not having Hamon from the beginning and that DIO's stand was the first designed and other such nonsense.
