I won't lie to you, it's been pretty god-awful; the army has done everything in its power to fuck me with the last six months of my life it has. I'll refrain from complaining too much, but it's to a point to where I'll probably have to sign a two month extension so that I can out-process and take all of my leave.
I thankfully didn't get dragged out to the white house though. All of the boys from the other battalion did and they all came back with covid.
