AFAIK, the Bible has zero concept of psychopathy and sociopathy. Both of these are untreatable, hereditary personality disorders. For example, everywhere will tell you to stay the fuck away from these people, even if they're your own parents. However, that advice is getting seriously outdated because of (1) the internet, (2) how much time these types of people spend on the internet.
So the traditional wisdom regarding compassion and so forth are either entirely wasted or abused, or exploited by certain mentalities that are virtually incapable of feeling real emotion or empathy besides feigning it.

You can shout buzzwords as you like, but the Bible doesn't advise what to do with sociopaths. You can try to pin phrases like "Jew", "whores", "liars" on them and that may be accurate to an extent, but it doesn't hit the fundamental point of what they are.
There may be cultural variation, but the emotional rhetoric of love and compassion when applied to Creationism, pro-life activism, or simple Church sermons falls thin when there's a category of people who have limited emotion from both psychiatric diagnosis and genetic testing.
So I see when China got hit by the Coronavirus, plenty of Christposters asserted it was divine retribution for the mistranslation of the Bible. Granted that it was the common people who suffered for the misactions of their leaders, who remain safe in their ivory towers. Albeit that rhetoric has died down as now its developed to a global pandemic and it is blatantly unrighteous that the Italian people hypothetically suffer for the misactions of China, the key point is that when things go bad is "praying for mana from heaven" rather than taking real preventative measures.

The problem with many religions is that the adherents are often literal minded and do not understand that the founders may have been speaking metaphorically or allegorically when mentioning certain topics.
Often this leads to misinterpretations at best to the extent where the adherent believes the teachings to be the opposite of what the founder believed.
