Frankly, I have no idea. Perhaps if one were to search reddit or some other forum maybe they'd find one; I've heard some game clans can be pretty comfy but those would take quite the time to enter.

imageboards were originally made with identities in mind, its why tripcodes exist in the first place
when imageboards first existed boards were a small tight knit community and things like names and avatars were used to identify each other

I'm not sure. I used Twitter a long time ago when #GamerGate was a thing. It was easy to find people to follow. A lot of anons had internet friends on there for some time. I eventually got tired of the "war" and a lot of the folks I used to chat with got suspended or they left. There was still a lot of other folks but life beckoned and I was busy so I eventually left and deleted my own account. If I was you I'd just follow people that you like.
Try having discussions with strangers. See how it goes. I'm not sure if #OPSkyNet is still a thing, but it can be an OK way to get follows. Also apparently there was a small controversy concerning some false #metoo allegation against an anime voice actor so #AnimeGate is now a thing.
