immediately chat up and ask a girl out when you feel that feel. ok maybe not "immediately", introduction, see you later, check out her social media and see what she likes to do, then ask her if she wants to go to place and do thing she likes with you. ideally this is something you already know a thing or two about so you don't have to fake being into astrology or some shit
then you get the rejection early and it is nearly painless, just find a new target and repeat until you get desired results

I'm not sure where you live anon, but I can get extremely cheap bottles of sake and only get hangovers from it if I mix other types of alcohol or go through at least two bottles in a night. It's especially comfy on cold nights since the cheap stuff is usually supposed to be heated.
