Why do people always do this? Just because I don't speak out doesn't mean I hate or ignoring that person. Obviously I do have some other real life problems that have nothing to do with the assumptors. All these false assumptions just adding another problems, and burden is so much worst to endure.

You see a guy in a police uniform you assume he's a cop. You don't assume that he's going to a costume party. People assume the most normal scenario. If someone approaches you and you ignore them ofc they think you don't like them because that's usually the reason for rejection. They can't read your mind. Next time just tell them. "Hey, I appreciate your effort but I'm dealing with something atm and want to be alone."
