I had this happen to me due to a combination of allergic reactions to food. Try going on a super hypoallergenic diet for a while. Cut out all wheat, gluten, soy, and most sugar for two weeks and see what happens.

Make your room/ apartment dimly lit a few hours before bed. Don't use any screens ( phones/tablets/tvs) an hour before bed. Relax.
Do things that would have tired you it during the day.
Have your room be as pitch black as possible when in bed.
Take melatonin at night to help you sleep. Its safe and natural chemical that your body produces. So there are no adverse effects.
