I am fed up with being tired all the time.

Bump, more people should see this thread and try to get to bed sooner.

My thought and question is:

How can I turn sleep into another form of escapism?

Lucid dreaming, perhaps? If so, how does one train themselves to lucid dream every time they fall asleep?
