If you do have a request, make sure to link the page where it's being sold to make everything more transparent. Even if it's second hand sites like Mandarake.co.jp, suruga-ya.jp or Yahoo Auction (JP). If you don't know where to buy it, then try searching for their twitter via reverse image search sites such as Acsii2D, SauceNAO, and Yandex. Sometimes it can only be sold at events such as Kemoket and not online. In those cases, second hand may be your only option.

Also, the 8kun site is extremely buggy and slow in regard when using it. It always gets shut down and open it multiple times.

Just glancing at it, I'd say 5 is in more need than 6 of a rescan, although higher resolution scans of 6 would be nice. On a related note, someing that's in dire need of a rescan is Kemokko Lovers 4. The guy that scanned it just kind of gave up 50 pages in and scanned most of it like pic related.

You never know what people will upload or not. Some of my favorite artists never got scans or had low quality 8MB uploads. Some rare things get scanned but usually they don't. Even though the artbook looked nice, I don't think it's worth 60-80 USD (once you count shipping).
Besides anyone here can scan. If they think it's worth the money, then they should get it and scan it for the rest of us.
