At the moment I am playing Senran Kagura Peach Beach Splash. It's not as good as the others, every character is the same with the same animations apart from a single close combat attack. The English subs are also awful and wrong as well but they often are with things like this.

What do I not play?

In the morning I go through the first 2 smt on my laptop or some other emulator game. After that I play some """competitive""" stuff like UT, dirty bomb, some fightan…

If I'm not too tired and sleep through the entire afternoon, I boot up something more comfy, like homm or elona, then more fighting games or ut until I get sleepy

That is if don't have any other new games to play- I spent all day yesterday playing gravity rush for example, and civ4 for a few days 2 weeks ago, or if I just decide to marathon some soulstorm the entire day. I am proud of my vydia knowledge, and since it's all I really have, I make the most of it

I've never even opened /v/. I really like the BF1 gameplay and all the mechanics. There's one rifle that has a fucked up animation where it loads one more round than it should but i think it's the best current FPS at least on consoles. BF4 was good too. The bullet drop and things like that feel very realistic, the vehicles and special weapons are well balanced. The maps are all really well designed for the most part. All the problems with the game are with the way EA handles it with all the DLC, the server issues, and having to update it all the fucking time.

BF is the only EA game series i've played but i don't have any complaints with the actual base game, other than i would like to be able to customize my loadouts more in depth like in BF4. I get the appeal of having issued weapons but would like to be able to just change the optics on a single rifle rather than changing to a variant of the same rifle where the leveling of that rifles doesn't cross over even though it's a variant.

Now I'm back to being a hikikomori, and since I have no friends, no job, never leave my room, etc., I only ever use my phone for music and games. The two games I play are Star Trek: Timelines and Dragon Ball Z Dokkan Battle. I always consider mobile app games, not real video games. But there are a couple of exceptions that are okay. I've been playing video games since the NES era. First game I played was that 2-in-1 game cartridge: Super Mario Bros. and Duck Hunt. First game I owned was Super Mario Bros. 3 and it was awesome at the time. So years later, here I am. Still playing video games because I have an awful passion for it. Awful because nowadays video games don't wow me as much it used to before. My must-play list is getting shorter each year.

BF1 is okay. It's nothing different than the previous games. I was gonna be dedicated for that shooter game but that DLCs are just a let down. The very idea of DLCs/season pass alone is even more of a let down. I haven't gone back to it after they released their first expansion pack and yet I still feel like I need to be dedicated in playing the game. I wish Battlefront 2 was more fun but that beta was just meh. Wish there was a shooter that I can actually enjoy. Great if it's single player. I can't stand multiplayer anymore. It's not because of toxic players but it's because I just want something to relax and play with. I'm done being hardcore long, long time ago.

I've played a couple of mobile app games on my android tablet. Stupid ones like the Star Wars games but some fine classics like solitaire and chess.

I've been game hopping here and there but I've been playing The Elder Scrolls online. Playing solo in that game is actually not that bad. I still hate the fetch quests formula that these RPGs do nowadays. It's boring as fuck and it's a chore. Yes, I know it's an mmo but I've been going solo and it's okay so far. I'm afraid that I'll get bored of the game entirely, sooner or later. I sometimes play PUBG and Fortnite battle royale. Two battle royale games that are interesting yet they both have a lot of problems. I'm not even that good but I like the concept. But whatever, these video games nowadays don't wow me like they used to before and I'm no longer a hardcore gamer like I used to be.

>I always consider mobile app games, not real video games

That's because most of them aren't due to a lack of actual gameplay. Even the 2 that I have on my phone, I only keep because I like the source material they're based on.

Same. I remember playing a lot of NES and SNES growing up, but these days it's hard to get excited for games. There are 3 games coming out next year that I'm excited for, but other than that I haven't been excited for a game in maybe 2 years. I just end up playing older games most of the time.

I was researching about the lore. Some say it is and some say it's not. It does takes place hundreds, if not thousands of years before the main games but even I'm not entirely too sure. Besides some of the ridiculous fetch quests, the story in the game itself is not that bad. Still waiting for Elder Scrolls VI.

I don't mean to sound too cynical, but after what happened to Fallout 4, I don't want to get my hopes up for TES6. FO4 got screwed (and continues to get screwed) so hard that a lot of people are saying that even mods can't fully fix it. I hope Bethesda doesn't fuck it up, but that's like saying I hope fish learn to fly. That's why I'm mostly hyped for M&B: Bannerlord, it will satisfy my need for sword n' board action, and all of the gameplay footage I've seen looks really promising so far.

It wasn't all bad, but it had some big flaws that made it an underwhelming game. For one thing, I couldn't stand the voice acted MC + dialogue wheel. I always love games that allow the player to insert themselves into the main role, make their own decisions, and do things their own way. When Bethesda added the voiced MC, it obstructed the player's ability to fully substitute their own personality, and truly feel like they are the game's protagonist. The dialogue wheel limited the player's ability to make their own choices, again making it difficult to fully immerse one's self in the game.

Aside from that, the main story was shallow and predictable. Nothing about it really impressed me, and the some of the choices made were just awful. And when I say awful, I don't mean in the way like "I wanted to save everyone, but sacrifices had to be made" kind of way, I mean more like "I have 4 choices here, and they're all stupid" kind of way. To be fair though, FO3's and TES's main story weren't incredible either, they were ok, but FO4 didn't really improve with the storytelling. Also, like the story, the factions weren't an improvement either, then again Bethesda hasn't done factions well in years, so no surprise there. Really, FO/TES factions these days are just quick ways to get extra supplies and benefits. Bethesda always seems to have big ideas with their games, but rarely deliver, could be that their ambition exceeds their allotted time/resources, could be that they've stopped caring, who knows.

On the upside, the weapon and settlement customization was neat. With these sandbox-style games, I always love anything that increases player choice/freedom. And as always, Bethesda does do a good job of creating visually pleasing environments, so at least you have pretty things to look at while you complete Fedex-quest #382. But ultimately, FO4 was just another step down from previous games. I really want to hope that TES6 will be good, but I don't want to get my hopes up only to be disappointed yet again.

I've gotten into Planetside 2 really heavily this past week. Will probably be my "main" game for a long while. I'm still trying to figure out a good playstyle for a solo player.

Besides that I've been playing Fallout 3, the first time since I was like 12 on the xbox 360. I've never installed mods before so I've been doing that but I don't care for most of them. The only real mods I'm using are enhanced weather, dynamic weather, darnified ui, and re-animated. The rest of the "mods" I've got are performance-related, or bug fixes. And better textures. Most mods seem to break the atmosphere of the game or literally break the game due to compatibility issues. Modding isn't fun contrary to what people like to say.

Also still have to start Thief Deadly Shadows since I went through 1 + 2 recently and want to complete the trilogy. Then I'll also start Trails in the Sky second and third chapter to finish that up. It's a lot more focused on combat compared to baldur's gate and you start with 6 hand crafted characters right off the bat, so after the prologue I'd say it's fairly challenging, yes.

This is exactly why I made it a habit to spam quick saves in vidya.

If you still want to deny yourself the ability to save, make a hard save before entering a dungeon and load back to that on death or whatever. Quick save inside the dungeon (or anywhere else) in case of crashes/bullshittery.

Put simply; use quick saves as a "just in case" measure and hard saves as proper saves.

I know it sucks and is disheartening to lose progress but at least it's only ~1 hour. Take a break and you'll have at it again soon enough.

That was my intention originally, but I fucked up and forgot to save before the dungeon. The main problem is that I will play a more modern game for a while, and of course those all auto-save every two seconds, so when I go back to an older game I forget to save manually and it messes everything up. Fortunately, I went back to play again and found that it saved after exiting the dungeon, so I kept my loot.

What type of games do you guys find yourself attracted to? For me, I can't find interest outside of competitive shooters. I stick to games like Rainbow Six Siege. Whenever I play, my focus is on improving my stats and gameplay, rarely ever do I think about having fun. I suppose games aren't really fun to me, more like they're something I can improve at and be skillful in.

I play a fairly wide variety of games, but the ones I gravitate to the most are platformers and RPGs. I usually like to go for games with a medieval setting or a sci-fi setting, basically anything that allows me to escape from the real world into a new place entirely. From there, I try to make the game last as long as possible so it feels like it's my second life.

Thanks, oh i forgot to mention but my pc is a shitty "gamer" laptop from ages ago, i can't really play games on it, i marathoned the dead space saga on pc 2 years ago and it could barely handle them at 720p, i've been playing some indie/underground/niche stuff on it though like jet set radio, rabi ribi, guacamelee, fortune summoners, fairy bloom and chantellise but even then my pc sounds like it was a plane taking off, i think i'll stick to 360 games for now, there's a CEX near me that sells used games for pennies and i spend hours on craigslist and other shady sites looking for cheap videogames

>I come from a poorfag family myself and always have been 1 or 2 generations behind with consoles so I can kind of relate.

Same, would you believe me if i told you that until 2015 all i had was a ps2? A whole 2 generations behind, I bought a wii that same year, a 360 this year and i want a ps4 but sadly it seems out of reach for the time being, i kinda want to get a job but i'm not really qualified for anything

>>4974

>That's really cheap actually

Yeah it is, i couldn't believe it myself, the guy said these things needed to go that day and he even offered to drive anywhere to drop them off (i chose a public park with cops around) so i'm assuming he stole them, weird because the guy arrived in a expensive looking car and he looked relatively normal, the console wasn't really "new" though, i mean it was sealed and all but it was a refurbished E unit so it has been tampered with by indians but for less than a hundred i couldn't really complain, it works just fine though, i've left it running for days straight and it still works, it's also incredibly quiet if i install the games and the graphics ain't half bad for some of its games, for example halo reach looks gorgeous

>Where are you finding all those games for cheap prices?? do you use Ebay?.

craigslist, ebay, amazon and CEX stores; they have online stores for this too and if you buy in bulk aka 10+ or more you don't pay shipping but i find more convenient just going to the store itself, that way i can check if the disc is in good condition and if they come with the manual or not, after all there's nothing but harmless crackheads looking to make a quick buck from stolen goods and weird smelly fat people like me looking for titty fighters at decent prices, i might even go as far to say that cex is comfy for hikkis looking to buy """old""" media

>That's what normalfags do.

It seems incredibly wasteful, i still have my old ps2 and a couple of games (used to pirate because poor so i used a hard drive and burned discs mainly) from ages ago, the ps2 is from like 2004 and even though i don't use it as much it's still there, if i do end up getting a ps4 later on i won't sell it either, i'll be there in the corner with his older brother until i die

I didn't like chantellise much and haven't played the others, but good taste. If you're into roguelikes at all give Elona+ a try, you should have no trouble running and it's a pretty good life-sim type rpg, and it's also not designed around perma death.

If I were you I'd also find a way to buy a cheap desktop computer. I'm running a pretty old machine myself but I can handle most games from ~3 years ago without much trouble. It'd give you the option to pirate and emulate games as well. The PPSSPP emulator is really nice and not very resource intensive at all and I never owned a PSP, so things like that are nice to have for example.

No one cares and it's probably offtopic but today i scored some more game stuff, going to flea markets and run down malls was worth it although i couldn't remember my address so the way back home was hell because i took a cab, i bet the taxi driver thought i was retarded, anyway i got this:

project sylpheed

lollipop chainsaw

resident evil 5, 6

tomb raider 2013

ace combat 6

vanquish

batman arkham asylum, city, both are GOTY versions

alan wake

bayonetta

gears of war 1, 2, 3, judgment

dead rising

need for speed hot pursuit

dead or alive extreme 2 (holy hell this one has a meaty manual, it's like 40 pages and half of them are pictures of the girls)

splinter cell conviction, blacklist

jade empire (yesterday i learned that some xbox games work on 360)

fallout new vegas complete

I bought another 360 controller for 10 bucks, the PC wireless adapter thing for 20 and a charging stand for 25, it was cheaper than buying batteries in bulk and i don't have to go out to buy them so i think it was a good investment.

I was going to buy bioshock 1 and 2 but after trying infinite and hating it i downloaded them to my pc first and to my surprise both run perfectly, i can have everything maxed out at 1080p and they run at 60fps, 1 maintains it but 2 has slight framedrops, doesn't drop below 40 though so i think i'll play them here.

I got a wii for 54 bucks, it doesn't have the gamecube ports but it can play backups, came with the newest wiimote, a nunchuck and a 32gb sd card that the owner probably forgot to remove, didn't know it used batteries so i'm gonna buy a pair of rechargeables and maybe a normal controller, i'm also surprised that it doesn't look that bad on my lcd TV even though the ps2 looks like ass on it and both use composite cables

Unfortunately i ran out of money so i wasn't able to buy anything else, i did some chores in the house and told my parents i needed some money and they gave me a bit, with this i can buy one more game and the batteries so i want to know your thoughts about these games and if any of them are worth it:

darksiders

singularity

shadows of the damned

XIII, it's some xbox game

Funnily enough i didn't play anything the whole day, i just made sure everything worked and i just sat down to eat, watch some anime and post here.

Instead of buying those rechargeable batteries and games i talked about i think i'm gonna buy 3 months of xbox live and play online for a bit, there's currently a deal for non-live users where you get three months for the price of one, basically 10 dollars for 7 free games (of dubious quality) and online play.

By the way if anyone is interested in playing resident evil, halo or gears of war with me just leave your gamertag and i'll add you, i wouldn't know how to contact you outside of this board though.

I know this is kind of turning into my personal blog but since no one else posts i think it's okay.

First of all i decided to move the xbox 360 to the living room because it looks far better in the expensive 55 inch samsung 4k hdr LED than my crappy 22 inch no-name LCD, the wii and ps2 are staying in my room.

The controller i bought is kind of faulty, RT squeaks and sometimes i press RB from the edges and it doesn't register, the internet says it might be just dust though, but other than that it works fine.

The wireless receiver works perfectly, it still smells like new even.

Some bad news, both ninja gaiden games hang on loading screens, i tried installing them to the HDD to fix it but it fails halfway through so the discs are definitely damaged, weird since they don't look that scratched, at least i only paid 4 dollars for both.

The wii isn't up to date (notably it doesn't let me play muramasa or xenoblade because the "ctios" isn't the latest) and i don't know how to fix it, i'm gonna try modmii and that other tool reddit has bookmarked to update it but i think i might brick it, wish me luck.

Turns out i had just enough money to buy metro 2033 and its sole DLC (ranger pack), i haven't tried it yet because i wanna go to sleep early so i can wake up at 8:30 AM (just after my parents leave for work) and play in the living room.

I played RE5 today and it was far, far better than people gave it credit for, sheva's AI is atrocious though.

Today i played some gears of war 3 matches online, mostly horde mode, and as soon as i pressed start the game gave me a shit ton of exp, enough to go from level 0 to 15 in one go, it also gave me 5 achievements right out of the bat without having even played the campaign, anyone knows why? I've never had a 360 before and i had to make my gamertag using this old hotmail-email i've had since 2003 so i know for a fact no one else has used this email for anything xbox related.

Metro 2033 is complete bullshit on ranger mode, it might be because i've never played it before and i thought playing on ranger was gonna be fine since i've played STALKER before, but i can't even make it out of what i think it's the tutorial:

There's no heads up display nor crosshairs, i have to aim every weapon like if it were the counter strike AWP and i can't tell if i have medkits or not to quickheal, there's no minimap and important objects don't glow either.

Scavenging ammo is practically useless, everything gives me 3 bullets tops, doesn't sound too bad for a survival horror game but AMMO IS ALSO USED AS CURRENCY, if it were just ammo (hurr) it wouldn't bother me at all.

I die in a single hit from anything, even the basic rat things kill me in one slash, at least i'm able to kill them with one or two bullets as well.

It looks like a fun game but holy shit, i think i'm gonna start over in hard mode.

You guys should check out /v/ on friday, they always organize "gaming nights/weekends" and playing old/dead games with fellow autists is always fun, no steam/trannycord pozz either, they always provide a link to the game and the only chat they use is the one built into the game, the games i've played so far run even in my acer potato so that's another plus, maybe you can even make some friends there or something, it might not be for everyone but in my case it definitely beats the hell out of my usual friday night: watch my parents get drunk in the living room, watch shitty netflix movies with them, make sure they don't choke on their vomit or do anything stupid, clean up their mess at fucking 3AM and finally carry them both to their bedroom at 4AM so i can finally turn off the electric jew and get some quality gaming/anime in my room.

/v/ is pretty much all 4chan and reddit nowadays. If you want to play vidya with anons go to /vg/, they have a thread pinned for games and servers they host, they also have game nights, and they recently came up with a vidya book club of sorts that is also pinned where they play a game for a week or two (depending on the game) and then discuss it in the thread.

>Do you mean autists humorously or no?

I personally haven't had any bad experiences when I played stuff with anons from both /v/ and /vg/, but I'm not too socially retarded myself, just not very talkative. Whenever socially awkward people were around no one ever made a big deal of it and were accepting/helpful regardless, it might be a good way to practice socializing and getting out of your shell a little without having to fear the repercussions when around normalfags.

Regarding /v/ I'd be careful though because of what I mentioned in the first paragraph.

Difficult to answer, so I didn't until now. I actually like everything. It's like my taste in anime, there isn't a genre that I don't like. All kinds of games from any era as long as they are good (so naturally, the amount of new games that interest me keeps decreasing over time, but I don't care, because old games exist). I used to beat insanely difficult platformers, but I beat so many of them that there's not much for me to do in that genre. I still occasionally marathon some games that I already played. Lately I have mostly been playing arcade and Atari games, because I don't feel like playing something that takes a lot of time commitment, since I have been doing other things more as well. Also play PC games. Occasionally I play Doom or Diablo again, or something else that never gets old. I play Solitaire a lot for some reason if that counts, though I used to be more of a Minesweeper guy. Probably going to check out more PC-98 games this year, since I have the emulator for Touhou anyway (and I suck ass at it, shmups are the only games that I'm hopelessly bad at, but I still play them here and there). A lot of cool games for that since it was basically the only PC gaming success in Japan ever.

I don't really see the point of limiting myself to very specific kinds of games. If you do that, you're missing out on most of the good shit out there. Wouldn't even surprise me if that made your skill level stagnate at some point, actually. Try everything out and get into new things. Personally, I only miss out on multiplayer. I used to do it a lot online, but it took so much time and it had no real progression other than increasing my skill (that was generally already decent by default). MMOs are something that I may end up never playing again, since they truly are only time wasters and nothing else, pretty much. They are good for socializing, but I don't think that would work so well for me now, as an adult. Nowadays I don't do multiplayer at all, so I'm not used to it, so the idea of doing it makes me uncomfortable, despite the fact that it's online and anonymous. I would rather play local multiplayer, but of course, that's impossible alone. Even when I wasn't completely isolated, people just didn't want to do it, so it's not viable at all. Technically, the 400 to 500 extra hours of Dark Souls (decided to play it a couple more times, including some dumb builds, and that was the result) that I played in the beginning of this year counts as multiplayer since people invaded me, but that wasn't my choice most of the time so I say it doesn't count.

I played Pokemon since it came out, and I stopped playing after catching them all in Gen 6, and that seemed like the perfect moment to quit. When Gen 7 was announced I realized that there is no point and that I was wasting my time playing the games. No reason to really keep playing them, they just don't appeal to me anymore, and the series clearly wasn't going in a good direction. Honestly, at this point, Gen 2 is probably back to being my favorite, because it's simple, not quite as broken as 1 (I may really like how fucked up the first games are, but I can't say that it's a good thing), and it's just a video game, nothing else to get in the way, and it doesn't have bloat. They added and improved a lot after that, but most of it wasn't refined all that well, and a lot of optimization mechanics were introduced in Gen 3. I actually did care about natures, abilities, EVs and even IVs sometimes because I'm fucking autistic, but eventually I got pretty sick of this shit even though it did become pretty easy over time. The generations that I had the most fun with after 2 were probably 3 and 5 (though 5 would probably be harder to play again nowadays, especially the first games since they have so much story). Play 1, 2 and Emerald, is what I would recommend. If you feel like you need more, just keep playing them, or try some of the spin-offs like Stadium and Colosseum.

I play sudoku in the morning on my androd, then I go to the bathroom for my morning poopy, then I return to the desk with some empty too liters and I play nude modded versions of bethesda and obsidian and ubisoft games. I maturbate furiously after dinner and then chill out with a caffeine free dr pepper and some solitaire. If i'm need to stay up or just do not want sleep, then I go minesweeping. Tis 'le best'

one thing I neglected to mention was that with DOI and Insurgency is that even despite me using a config that makes the game look like it was released for the PS2, maximising resources towards it, closing all other programs and having it at 640x480 I still only get 10-25fps

such is life I suppose

A new good game still comes out here and there (mostly Yakuza, because Sega still does what Nintendon't). I don't think homosexualming PCs are worth it, though. I have a PC for gayming, and I regret buying it (more specifically, I especially regret spending so much on it, it was overkill) because I could just have waited another 6 years or something, then get a really cheap used PS4 and I would have the same games then, plus the exclusives that I like. I waited until the PS3 came out to get the PS2 and waited until the PS4 to get the PS3 (and my dad gave me the PS1 when the PS2 came out, so I was always behind on consoles, not that I cared, and the PS1 was the best so it didn't matter), and I haven't regretted it yet. It's not like I play multiplayer anyway.

PCs for recent gaming are inherently shitty as computers, because then they have to run Windows 7 (10 is not even an option, of course), and the hardware will have to be 100% NSA approved and there's nothing you can do about it. Because of that, the computer ends up becoming a console anyway, since it's terrible for anything else, and you should just have another computer anyway for everything else like I do. I think it's smarter to just use computers for emulators and older games that run on Wine or VMs (and that actually covers most games worth playing anyway). Just having a PS4 at least keeps cancerous software out of your computers, you get the exclusives, and just buying a cheap used one later on prevents them from getting your money. Then again, piracy is easier on PC, but a lot of the time, when the price is decently fair and I have nothing to hate about the developers, I don't mind spending potential savings on a game, preferably if it's a physical copy, unless it's so cheap that it doesn't matter. Other than that, used games are cheap too.

Overall, spending too much on gaming nowadays is a waste. Just get some nice controllers (for older console games I mostly use my PS1 Hori stick from Japan with adapters, these days, just because it's super comfortable and doesn't hurt my left thumb like every d-pad seems to, and the big buttons are much more comfortable as well) and play on emulators, and old consoles when you can't emulate. If you still want a PC for that, don't spend too much. Getting something that can run all the current games has way more costs than benefits. Being forced to use Windows is actually a huge cost as well. You could be learning a lot more about computers, but using Windows will really never allow that, except for VMs, for testing. If I could get my money back, maybe I would have bought one of those huge Astro City Virtua Sticks for Saturn, for two players (so I could pretend that I'm not alone), that looks like it came from the real cab that I will never have in my life (but could pretend to have if I had that stick in front of my great CRT, and I could also use the second stick for Robotron 2084). Mine is still light enough that it's better to use on my lap. I don't know where it would even fit, though. I am already up to my eyeballs in electronics. Absolutely surrounded. Tables aren't enough, I really need actual shelves, or just tie one of my computers to the ceiling.

I don't fret too much about hardware anymore; I've been getting a lot more enjoyment out of quirky indie games recently (like the kind you find on GOG) and they don't have as demanding hardware requirements.

They all like to try new ideas the big AAA games are scared to, but it's rare to find an indie game that gets everything right.

I've done that as well. I can run quite a lot of games like that on Arch, on a 9 year old desktop with a processor that is quite a few years even older than that (a replacement for the original). Even if you just find a really old computer in a dumpster, you can still probably run more games on it than you will ever have the time to play, especially considering emulators. People don't realize just how much old hardware is capable of, because they only pay attention to current, unnecessarily bloated software. Honestly, graphics haven't even improved in quite a long time. You can't even see the different at this point, the games just get heavier. People just don't see how valuable these machines are. I guess that's one reason why they keep getting worse, in many ways. Just the natural consequence of letting normalfags influence technology, and making computers that can be used by anyone. If you aren't one of them, you are already living in a post-scarcity world, as far as entertainment goes, and that's fantastic. It's a shame that it will be ruined for everyone else, especially people that are being born now, that will have no skills and no freedom when they're my age, but I'll be just fine. Too much fun for just one life.

I am not sure what your problem is. As long as the hardware has drivers for W7 it is easy to install it. You need to create a USB image with the USB3 and NVME drivers inserted into the image. There are tools to help you get this done with a few clicks. Recently my cousin built a i7-8700K rig and it runs win7 nicely.

For PSP monster hunter immediately comes to mind as well as disgaea and final fantasy tactics.

Other games worth looking at are donkey kong country, act raiser, super metroid, super mario world and yoshi's island all on SNES.

Most of these are fairly easy but will keep you busy for a while if you can get into them.

Have you played Dragon's Dogma? It's from '12 and the pc version fairly well optimized, at least I could run it well enough on my toaster. Now that there's a GOG version it's as easy as it's ever going to get to pirate. Worth having a look at. You can play as a loli and/or have a loli companion

If you're into roguelikes at all, Elona+ Custom is great too. A lot of absurd stuff is in the game but it's really enjoyable. There's also no perma death. The /vg/ thread has a lot of useful info as well as download links (it's free) if you're interested in checking that out.

>Sleeping dogs

Was alright, a GTA clone that's better than GTA. Speaking of which, Saints Row 2 was pretty good too. Never played the first one and the ones that came after are all garbage.

>Any metro game

I'm a massive pussy when it comes to scary shit so I've been putting this off, but since I loved STALKER I've wanted to give this a shot this as well.

>Medieval total war 2

Unfortunately I only ever got into Shogun 2, which was great. I'm not that good at real time tactics/strategy stuff since I like to take my time to come up with a plan of action.

>divinity original sin

>Rimworld

>Any dragon age game

No. Only the first one. Everything after that is pozzed and garbage. DA2 disappointed me more than I want to admit.

>I have actually never got around to finish it before my hdd died though.

The base game is fairly bland to an extend. It's a neat first experience with all the side quests and all that. Without spoiling anything, late game gets better and has one of the more memorable boss fights in games. Skyrim wishes their dragon fights are half as good Then there's the end game in Bitter Black Isle, which I find by far the most enjoyable. It's just pure dungeon crawling with some pretty challenging enemies.

>I've had a look at Elona+ Custom and if im honest it just looks like it'd give me a headache

Fair enough. It took me a couple tries to get into it myself, but once I did I was completely hooked.

I mostly solo so I just mute everyone and hide chat unless I'm playing with someone as the squeakers that play rarely have anything of value to say outside of blaming other people when they die or flaming.

Outside of that I've been playing modded autismcraft, Open-Xcom and Endless Legends.

I used to enjoy semi-tactical FPS games that rely more on team play, until people with the inability to listen to simple instructions or communicate at all started to become more and more common, which only made it frustrating. I assumed Siege is this kind of game and avoided it because of that, as well as because of how popular, and by extension filled with normal fags it is. Some of the mechanics look really neat though.

Though I can understand avoiding communicating due to anxiety.

Unless you play ranked people rarely communicate or work as a team anyway, wall reinforcement (normally in a shit place) and their gadget is about all you get in quick matches which is workable. If you get a full premade though, its alot of fun with lateral strategies and callouts. Putting mines in really random spots on defense and getting a kill or everyone with shields on attack is always fun.

>Have you played Terraria?

Yep, its a great game, been replaying it with a few content mods, very enjoyable but having to build a shitload of houses for all the new npcs is a bit of a pain. Always found it funny when it the game was in beta it was always called a minecraft clone, but now its gone far and beyond of minecraft in both quality and content.

>'ve been meaning to replay X-com in the form of OpenXcom with a few mods in the near future

I've heard the final modpack is a good vanilla plus extension, can't comment on its quality because I haven't played it. X-comfiles is pretty fun though, if a tad relentless. You start of as pesudo men in black with only 2 agents and have to stop super-natural monsters and take down as many cult groups before the alien invasion.

I would recommend endless legends even to people who don't like 4X style games, the art and music is fantastic and very comfy game. I never bothered with multiplayer but I still enjoy it against AI.

>Always found it funny when it the game was in beta it was always called a minecraft clone, but now its gone far and beyond of minecraft in both quality and content.

Everytime someone mentions minecraft it immediately reminds me of Terraria. I haven't played it in a couple years though, should go back to that sometime.

I don't know what mods I'm going to play with yet, I'll have a look at what's out there when I bother installing it. Saw mention of a warhammer mod on /vg/ though that seemed interesting. Heard of it a few times, will have to check it out at some point. I tried out xenonauts but something about the artstyle put me off playing it.

>I had a look at it multiple times now, but I can never get myself to play 4X games

I'm not a big fan of many 4X games but something about Endless Legends clicked with me. Only thing I don't like about it is the empty turns of doing nothing at points (which I think is pretty common issue in the genre) and the combat is not great and takes too long to solve but it can be auto completed instead.

>I tried out xenonauts but something about the artstyle put me off playing it.

I've heard that multiple times now. As well as

>something feels off about the game

which is why I haven't played it. UFO: Aftermath and Aftershock are supposed to be x-com spiritual successors too, and they have some neat stuff in it. The combat plays in real-time with pause, which I find in itself interesting for the genre. Sort of like Door Kickers, if you've played that, except that every soldier has their own speeds they do things at due to stats.

Apart from turn based tactics I never really enjoyed strategy/grand strategy games. Total War is one exception, but even then I haven't found the patience to sit down and learn to play well. Crusader Kings 2 is another one, but I mostly like it for the crazy stuff that can happen, and it's pretty easily learned on lower difficulties through trial and error.

Save yourself the disappointment. Mod Morrowind instead, there's a rather neat necromancy mod if you're into that sort of thing fuck even Oblivion is a better choice. If you're doing it for the lewd, however, godspeed.

> Im too much of a social fuck-up to get in discords

I don't consider myself much of a social fuck up, I just have a tendency to talk very little. Especially in groups of more than 2 or around strangers. Most of the time I only listen in if voice coms are necessary instead of speaking because "my microphone broke" and just communicate by text. Though as a general rule I avoid PUGs that tell everyone to get on shitcord because those that don't will be kept out of the loop, and in-game communication will be fucked. More so if it's multiple groups trying to work together. Also it's not an intended part of the game. Games like Planetside 2 did it right with the in-game coms where you can talk publicly in the general area, only to your platoon, and only to your squad. Even that has obvious downsides though.

Here, have a chart. Ignore that 4 and 4A exists, they are mediocre rpgs at best and terrible SMT games. Persona 1 and 2 are still worth playing though.

>>6384

Both for me. The two are linked in a sense, people worship their ranking and develop a really shitty ego over it, even if they got carried or cheated to get there. "Everyone below my level must be shit and the reason I did something wrong" is a very common mindset in competitive games. That and what normals consider "banter", which is screaming nigger, throwing primary school tier insults at each other or acting like retards.

I never really cared about ranked modes unless it gave something worth putting up with the constant insults from armchair professionals.

Perfect, thanks. Right on time since I started craving JRPGs not too long ago and was leaning towards either Suikoden 2, SaGa Frontier 2, or Star Ocean Second Evolution. Might pick up Digital Devil Saga to play in between the other whenever I take a "break".

>people worship their ranking and develop a really shitty ego over it

This is why I never bothered with any games that feature ranks in the first place. Good competitive games are dead because of the general video game community nowadays. I miss the late '90s/early 2000s

If you have the means, you maybe could get a steam compatible VR headset and use their virtual desktop. You don't have to do desktop tasks, you can play games in a virtual cinema. It might take time and patience to get working, but you could play games in a cocoon if you set it all up right. Some have a mic built in so you could voice chat on games.

I haven't tried playing games lying down with the headset on, but if your headset has a high enough resolution to display the text in the game, AND if you can get the virtual screen centered above you in the direction of the headset, then you might have the coziest setup available.

Now I go see if I can do this.

if it wasn't so expensive, I'd consider getting a VR headset, but I can't even afford to upgrade my old dying PC. and voice chat isn't really something I'm interested in at all, I get anxious enough just talking to people very rarely through text chat

my setup right now is already very comfy, I have a desk with my monitors set up right to my bed, and my keyboard and mouse cables are long enough to where I can use them in any position I'd desire, so I end up never having to move or anything, it's nice

I wouldn't bother. I did enjoy the first Witcher despite its flaws though, and I recently started Witcher 2 for the 4th time and lost interest midway through as with all previous attempts.

If you want good RPGs/fantasy games your best bet will always be older vidya. Gothic 1 + 2 are great if you haven't played them yet. Some newer ones; Underrail which has a lot of similarities to fallout 1 + 2, which you should also play, and Divinity: Original Sin. haven't played the second one so can't comment on that.

I bought a pre-modded used white PSP GO for about $70 (no box, only the console and charger) on a mom and pop videogame store, but i realized way too late that it has been tampered with, why do i say this? Because i've looked up some info and it's not supposed to have a black analog stick, in every single picture and unboxing i've seen it's entirely white except for silver rings around the face buttons and the glossy L and R (both of which are faded on mine, or maybe were sanded off), the battery also lasts a really short time (3 hours tops), but i can always swap it for a new one and it doesn't bother me anyway since i barely leave the house, still it's a shame that i couldn't get a stock console, i live in the middle of nowhere and going to "the city" and back to swap it for another one/get my money back would take me 5 hours, it's just not worth it, it works perfectly after all and it looks nice, i'll take some pictures of it tomorrow.

Anyway i've been playing monster hunter portable 3rd and darius burst, i can't make sense of anything but the gameplay on both is great, i've also considered starting over in black rock shooter because my save is from 2013 when the game was released in english as a PSN exclusive, my PSP 3000 broke in december of that year and i basically threw it in a corner and never bothered to get my saves back until now, and i don't remember anything about the story, i saved just before a bossfight against a pink haired rabbit girl that doesn't take damage until you kill about 30 of her flying turrets and i'm low on healing items.

I bought a switch. I got zelda and dark souls with it. It's neat being able to switch between docked and undocked but to be honest I don't care the tablet's screen. I feel its too small but it might be fine for casual late-night-in-bed gaming. I have to also complain about the "controller" with the joycons; while it's functional it's a bit cramped/small for my hands so tomorrow I'm going to buy a pro controller.

It's been at least 7 or 8 years since I've played with a controller and I'm absolutely terrible with it but I'm having fun with zelda. I've yet to play Dark Souls since I feel like I should "break myself in" with a controller playing zelda until I'm more comfortable.

Handheld consoles are pointless for hikkis since their most useful feature is being portable. The only reason I can think of to get one is exclusives.

I bought PUBG and tried it and my anxiety went through the roof. My hands were shaking and I was so nervous. I ended up getting 5 kills in my third match but christ I was ready for a nervous breakdown. I can't do it. I used to be so into FPS games like Rainbow Six Siege but my anxiety just gets to me. These games are so tense. Now I just play my switch all day with its relaxing nintendo games and indies. I suppose I'm a casual now but oh well. At least hollow knight doesn't make my hands shake.

Do any of you anons have anxiety and how do games help or make it more problematic? Have you had experiences similar to mine? I'm going to refund PUBG for $20, what game should I buy? I assume by the time I get the refund the winter sale will be over, so what's good for $20 or less?

4 years ago I really thought i could go pro in counter strike and i tried really hard and played it basically all day and all night and didnt bother to eat or sleep i played it so much. Thinking back I didnt really enjoy playing the game since it made me so incredibly furious and angry that I frequently had to go sit down or try to sleep to cool down because I just go so angry I thought I would start punching holes in the wall and could barely control myself. Not exactly what you are talking about but kinda close. Nowadays I just play single player games only and its definitely a change for the better since Im not about to crush my mouse every other hour. As for new games, the only games I dont emulate that I think are worth it honestly are games like xcom or Paradox games, theyre really good if you dont mind putting in a good amount of time to figure them out, or a JRPG like Trails of Cold Steel but I dont think thats $20

I actually enjoy competitive fps games quite a bit when I'm in the mood. I feel a real sense of progression and satisfaction that few single player games offer when I start getting better and have those brief pockets of whooping ass when i'm on a roll. I like knowing I'm competing against real people who are trying just as hard as me to not get their shit pushed in and just the whole game being in good fun. But aside from back when I had steady friends, I don't do voice chat or anything, I get too anxious and most of the time it seems to be shithead kids anyway.

What's neat is that it works as an mp3 player and you can use maps without cell service so you can find your way around. Phones honestly kind of suck as a phone since you can just use google voice for free at a computer with a headset and have your hands free to take notes or whatever.

Yeah. I just hate the fact that for every Deus Ex, Shadow Warrior or System Shock I manage to play/finish there's about 10 crap tier indie games like Viking Squad, or Tokyo 42 that soak up needless time & energy that could be better spent playing something else. Hell, I just got done slogging through Immortal: Unchained the other day and it was a truly dreadful experience. Probably one of the worst games I've played in a while (certainly the worst Souls-like out there, even though it feels dirty to even refer to it as such) and yet I finished it anyway because I'm a glutton for punishment and hopelessly chained to slavishly fulfilling the random whims & arbitrary rituals of my obsessive compulsive mind. Mostly for completionist's sake and because I hate leaving things unfinished. And also because I have all the time in the world and got nothing better to do.

Instead of diving into something like Homeworld Remastered, or Arcanum, or Arx Fatalis, or The Witcher 2/3, or Skyrim, or Fallout New Vegas, or the hundreds of available ROMs & ISOs of classic games, all of which I've never played before, I instead, mostly play the short, mechanically repetitive, indie trash that fills up most of what's in my list. Crap like ECHO, or AER: Memories of Old, or Downward, or Styx: Shards of Darkness, and it just drives me crazy. Why do I waste my life playing games that are far inferior to other, better games that I've never played before? It boggles my mind. It's like having a gourmet meal in front of you and choosing to eat from whatever's in the shit encrusted trash can out in the piss covered alleyway instead. If I had to give an answer as to why, I'd say laziness. On some level it makes perfect sense, given my overwhelmingly lazy sensibilities, to play short, inoffensive garbage that I can finish from anywhere to 1 to 10 hours, as opposed to long sweeping games that require many times that amount to get through. It's easier, in a bizarrely masochistic sense, to play a short shitty game, than a long good game. It just feels like too much effort to sit down and play a game that I know is considered a classic and is something I'll probably like. It's almost like the expectation it will be good wears me out on an emotional level and playing something more mediocre & dismissable instead seems far easier & more doable. I have to be in a very unique mood to play a good game, otherwise I just seem to stick to the same sort of bland porridge overflowing on Steam and elsewhere that I've mentioned above. Anyway, I don't know. I just wish I wasn't like this. I have such copious amounts of time to devote to gaming and the way I waste, piss & squander it away like this, never fails to bother me.

I still haven't even finished Stalker: SoC with the OGSE mod, despite enjoying it quite a bit. Granted I got a bit too bogged down with the side quests (never made it the Red Forest, for instance), and the constant running back & forth between zones got pretty tedious (even with the addition of vehicles, despite how impractical they are given the terrain & enemy spawns). I think it's been like 6 months since I played it, which makes me sad. And then I go ahead and instead play shit like Attack of the Earthlings, or Solstice Chronicles MIA, or Tartarus, or some such other crap that I finish in the length of an afternoon. Why do I do this to myself? Why can't I just play good fucking games instead of mediocre ones, when the good ones are right fucking there? Why does it feel like too much effort? I just really don't get it. I guess the simple answer is that I'm too lazy to get invested in a long, complex game, or that, even if it's short, that its goodness will be too wearying to handle. At the end of the day, I just really hate myself, I hate how ass backwards my preferences are, and I wish I could slam my head into the wall until it somehow functioned properly.

I'd also like to get a PS4 at some point. Bloodborne and The Last Guardian are two games I'd really like to check out, but I know I probably never will. I got the time, I got the money, but I just don't have the excitement or the willpower to make it happen. Easier to just slump back down into the alley.

>Well one advantage of having those preferences is that sometimes you could even find some rare gem among that pile of trash.

Yes, I suppose that's true. Vaporum & Ghost of a Tale were two such recent games that somewhat fit that category, I suppose. They sure don't come along often for me though, with "rare" certainly being the best way to describe it. On one hand you can certainly appreciate a good game a lot of more once they do present themselves, but on the other you're also so worn out from slogging through crap that you're too tired to derive joy/satisfaction from anything, even if it's good. What a predicament to be in.

>Though maybe you should try to find another time waster like idk reading books, making miniature boat models

Nope. Too lazy & don't have the energy. I'm far too used to instant gratification to swap it out for slow, boring crap like that. Hell, I haven't even read a book (not counting graphic novels & manga) in like 12-14 years. Last one I tried to get through was Hyperion, by Dan Simmons. It was actually pretty good and had me pretty gripped and interested to see it through, but right around the half way point (when they're in that boat that sails above the tall grass) I just stopped. My attention wanders and random thoughts will start to intrude as I'm reading and I end up having to re-read pages about 20 fucking times so I can visualize everything perfectly to the smallest detail in my brain, mostly as a result of my OCD, which itself is a very exhausting process, and all together it's just too much. My mind just won't give me a moment's peace. It's hopeless. Same would be true for any other more traditional hands on hobby. For or better or worse, modern entertainment is all I have to work with.

>archiving porn

Never saw this as a hobby, but man have I done a lot of it. I've probably spent well over 1000 hours just browsing rule34, XVideos & Pornhub, among many other websites, just adding stuff to my encrypted porn vault. It really is quite a time killer now that you mention it. I can only do it when I'm edging though, which I can manage to keep up for a couple hours now. Otherwise it's too boring.

>as long you can "swap" the scenery for a bit so you can remember why you started on that path.

It's far too late for that, but I appreciate you trying to help, nonetheless. Sometimes problems like this don't have answers. You're simply at the mercy of them until you die. It is what it is.

i quit videogames when i left a gaming discord like a year ago and havent played anything since because without anyone forcing me into it i simply have no motivation to play. my daily routine is slowly becoming mind numbing stale and i really want to get back into videogames but im not sure where to start. i was thinking maybe an mmo because the level up grind is enough to motivate me to continue playing. what kind of mmos are good right now? i played wow and trying to decide between private vanilla server or retail, or maybe a totally different mmo altogether, like maybe elder scrolls online. anyone here play any mmos or should i look into other games like the witcher series? im also open to broading my horizon with types of games i never played so far, like visual novels or hidden gems.

i've played alot of wow private servers. there are a few good ones out right now, but none of them are "fresh". Which basically just means the servers have been out for a while and the populations have dwindled down. The most popular one you can play right now is netherwing TBC. Blizzard will release classic this summer, which will be a huge event.

I'd recommend playing single player RPGs until offical wow classic comes out. Divinity Original Sin 2, Witcher 3, Kingdom Come Deliverance. these are just three RPGs that have came out recently that are a blast to play and easily pirated.

I'm currently playing on the most popular WoW vanilla private server Northdale and have been since its release.

It's really fun and sort of brings some structure to my hikkineet life as it forces me to have kind of normal schedule to raid twice a week.

Man, I just want an FPS that captured my interest like when I was 12 with CoD and I could play for 15+hrs straight a day. I'm on PC and I've tried Siege, Pubg, CoD, Destiny 2, Quake, tf2, Fortnite and still nothing captures my interest. Siege comes the closest but I can only play for like 8hrs a day before I get frustrated. I remember the good times I had in old cod, playing SnD for hours on end, grinding out levels/prestige. God, I wish I could just re-create those times, when grind was fun as hell. I think the only game I haven't tried on PC for FPS games is CS:GO. Guess I'll be trying that.

I've been delving back into Skullgirls on Linux PC recently. Been trying to wash off the fighting game rust. So far, not so good. Can't seem to get the timing down on a few combos with Parasoul.

Does it have to be a FPS? Maybe you like the grinding more than the shooting?

So far I've been trying Parasoul, Beowulf, Valentine. Swapping out Beo w/ Big Band every so often just to see what works.

I was on a bloodborne/souls kick up until recently. Just started the newest god of war and it's been fucking incredible so far. I think it also drives home what a massive piece of shit my actual dad was when seeing kratos dysfunctional ass relationship with his son is making me genuinely jealous lol.

I'm trying to beat Contra without dying. Haven't played it in years, but I can 1cc it easily after playing it a little bit for a week or two. And now I have a great replica of an SNES controller, so my arcade stick isn't my best option for that anymore. Having a good d-pad again is very nice. Trying to completely master a short game, playing it a few times every day, can be very fun. I wish I could do that with shmups, but being pretty much on rails kills my motivation. It's difficult for me to play something many times if I can't make it go faster as I improve, so I play games like that too infrequently to really get better. Platformers, on the other hand, just let me hold forward and go as fast as I can. I like having that level of control, but that preference unfortunately seems to limit my overall skill.

Sinking my teeth into The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth (with both DLC). It's been a pretty long time since I last consistenly played a video game, so it's a bit weird to get used to this again, but I'm enjoying it. I'm not sure what my goal is though. Maybe 100% the achievements? That still leaves me with 200 achievements to go. I don't think I really need a goal though. I'm having a decent amount of fun just playing it as is right now.

This is gonna be a blogpost, but bear with me because it's videogame related.

PSP GO anon here, sorry for not posting the pictures i said i would, but my phone's camera is garbage, please understand that my 2016 moto G is a $100 budget phone and i only own it because my parents wanted to keep in contact with me, even though i'm inside the house 100% of the time, and this thing was the cheapest, most reliable phone i could find at the time (i did not want them to spend $1000 on a gay iphone piece of shit i wasn't going to use).

Anyway, i bought a Vita two weeks after i got the PSP. I received a bit of money (plus other stuff) for my birthday and i decided i wanted to play some atelier and neptunia on my bed. I managed to find a premodded OLED model with original charger, 32GB SD card, a 3.0 SD2Vita, a 4GB memory card and acrylic case for $145, no box but who cares, it's not new anyway. It proved to be an excellent purchase, everything my PSP did this thing does better.

Since i ended up using the PSP less and less i somehow left the charger on my pants and when mom washed them it got ruined, so i tried charging it with the Vita's brick (solely to transfer saves, this thing does not have a SD card) because it had the same voltage and a quick google search told me it was compatible. What an horrible mistake, the PSP turned on by itself and it felt extremely hot from the back, so i opened it and the battery was swollen, i panicked and removed it as fast as i could. I ended up ruining the R trigger in the process (broke the ribbon cable), fixing it would set me back around $40 and i'd rather fix my old 3000 model instead so that's effectively $80 dollars down the drain. I knew i should have bought the clear blue 2DS instead.

The refurbished O3DS i've had since 2013 ended up dying that same week, i was playing pokemon and wanted to take a piss, so i put it in sleep mode and when i came back i wasn't able to turn it on again. I reseated the battery, removed it and ran power directly from the charger, opened it and cleaned the internals. Nothing worked, so i left it in a drawer for roughly 5 months. A couple days ago i was reading something on gamefaqs, some guy with a hacked O3DS had the same problem and he fixed it by blowing air into the SD slot. It worked. BUT, turns out i ALSO RUINED the fucking triggers while i was cleaning it. So it's worthless for basically every game but pokemon, and i've only got pokemon ultra moon left to play. I'll assume repairs are gonna cost me around $50 so i might as well upgrade to the newest model.

There's a N3DS in the local pawnshop going for $130, it's the rare mario edition that was sold on black friday a couple years ago, assuming the console is in good condition AND i manage to scrounge up/beg for enough money i'm going to buy it tomorrow because i really want to give ever oasis a try.

No pictures of my Vita, but this time i have a screenshot as proof.

Fun game. I wanted the achievements originally, but I never bothered getting everything. There are just too many of them, and I don't like having to look up how to get things in games. I played the challenges, kinda mastered the game and then stopped. Maybe because I reinstalled Linux on that PC and never reinstalled Steam. For some reason the game makes my fucked up Windows 7 machine blow up, freezes everything and gives me a BSOD, or something like that, so I never played it on that. It gets to the menu and then everything goes horribly wrong. Even on a fresh install, for some reason this computer just hates that game, though I have been having random issues with it for a while, since the previous HDD died.

It was a better experience than playing the original game, though. Maybe the item combinations are just more ridiculous in this one, or maybe I just got luckier. I happened to find a screenshot of one of the early good runs, with some insanely huge fireballs, so I decided to talk about it. I don't have the seed, unfortunately. It was ridiculously overpowered. The crazy item combinations make this game. Really fun. I should play it more, actually.

I should play Touhou more. Maybe I can 1cc normal before I die (I think I got pretty close, because Touhou is actually pretty fair), that would be nice. Shmups in general are my weakness, because I never play them enough. Your computer is fine. You can run most emulators and some old PC games. Way better than whatever I had in the late 90s to run Nesticle and ZSNES a little later. Play NES Batman, Bubble Bobble, Secret of Mana, Pocky & Rocky, Super Puyo Puyo, Mega Turrican and Revenge of Shinobi, Summon Night: Swordcraft Story, Duke Nukem 3D, maybe Diablo (it doesn't run properly on 7, but it does on XP). All of them randomly chosen by my brain, so it's obviously the best thing to do. Maybe I should actually make a giant list of games and let a randomizer choose what I play, that could be fun. If you want games to play, you can always watch Game Center CX. That always helps. You should do that anyway if you haven't.

I've been playing through the Telltale Games roster for the past week or so. It's really a shame they went defunct; they've been the most innovative thing to happen to gaming for the past decade.

Being in your room all day doesn't give you the opportunity to make the kinds of moral decisions that Telltale Games' lets you make. It's really been an interesting series to play through.

I guess I don't have the problem of communicating to people over a game like some of you guys seem to. Sure, some experiences talking to others devolve into awkwardness at times but for the most part I don't think I'm bad at it. So multiplayer games work great for me. I've been playing Destiny 2, CS:GO, Insurgency: Sandstorm, Halo MCC, and Monster Hunter World and Freedom Unite and have made a decent amount of online gaming buddies.

Played Asteroids Deluxe for 2 hours after being drunk for 6 hours. Now I'm going to continue to play Morrowind again, because I'm a procrastination master, so I do everything except what I should be doing, even though I have no actual obligations. Today was a good day anyway, I guess.
