iirc whole quest was done as the result of it winning a poll in the Patreon or some shit. The whole subplot came off ANOTHER romance subplot that similarly became the main focus for uncertain reasons. I'm gonna assume it's just the result of furry degeneracy sabotaging the progress of this game; slow as Innoxia might be they do seem to be relatively focused on finishing what they have in mind. Going off on a tangent to focus on letting the player lick horse butts seems pretty uncharacteristic of them.

I think the answer is essentially no unless someone else wants to do it. You don't even have to go to the trouble of importing a save, you can just open up the save file (Notepad++ highly recommended for this) and edit the NPC's birthday yourself. Then scroll down to the <family> section and alter your mother or father ID to match their ID.
This would TECHNICALLY make that NPC your mother/father, but I'm pretty sure that the game would have no real way to display that data or alter scenes using it.
