Since /v/ is an archiving mess at the moment, I propose something.
Let's make a board like /eternalarchive/ but about any hentai manga autists may have saved.
Each thread would work as a dump for those doujins, but a pinned thread should keep register of these doujins, with he aid of some shared document site to edit the document and add those doujins, and download links if possible.
I find 2 particular problems, even if doujins are saved, there's no guarantee the link will last, and the last one is how often the archive will exists.

I've lurked the entire 'event' and it keeps on pooping up that there was a large amount of spammed emails all sent at once.
Going off of my previous experience with this shit (irl, I'll just say dude trust me bro and leave it there), it indicates a few things to me (combined with other unspoken aspects of the situation)

Emails are used by everyone at this point, but the fact it was spammed indicates at least at a surface level they know of 'how things work' when getting something shitcanned with a decent amount of experience/knowlege of the modern net. If it was somebody older, you'd usually expect only 1-2 emails, then for them to just go above the hosts' heads and notify authourties/bigger dogs at the host. Unless it was a concerned parent on cocaine, I'm guessing the general 16-35 age range. On top, it's likely one person or a directed group, since a named company/law firm/office will send 1-2 emails and bank on their direct influence/sway over the quantity of messages.
>2. It's somebody from outside the country of the host
If it's within the country, you'd generally expect letter, telephone or even personal correspondance on top of the emails. It's a minor detail, but going off of the fact it was all virtually done, it's someone outside of the Netherlands and by extent the 'local' European area, and possibly someone who can't speak Dutch on top.
>3. It's someone with a vested interest in it being taken down
Going off of the notion it was clearly targeted and with the goal of it being as fast of a choke as possible (ie 12 fucking hours), somebody has to gain from this. If it was someone concerned with laws, it'd be a short time period still, but with a much more reasonable timeframe of something like a week so it could be done 'properly' and not be a rush job (since rush jobs can sometimes result in something worse happening in the laws eyes and the accused being justified to do it. Take for example, if Tenboro had released the 50TB torrent of everything on the site in a 'panic', he'd get in trouble but could avoid too many consequences under the idea that he was fulfilling the request as fast as he could over as securely as he could).
>4. If the person is known; it's someone big, known or influential/rich
Note that this scenario was not leaked by the owner of the site, but one of his head mods. Why on earth would this be the case when the owner talks about it later anyways, was likely the first to know about this and was awake for the whole shitshow?
To deflect legal issues.
The announcement was never at any point made by the owner, to the extent that for the first few hours, even lower moderators had no idea what was going on. If the owner announced it (same as if he attempted to purposefully and forcefully extend the time he was given to shut the site down) he could be liable for purposefully attempting to distribute the content of the site as well as liable/reasonable intent to harm if he announced it first or gave any evidence to who it roughly might be.
By Maximum_Joe finding out on his own and accidentally leaking, it means the blame can be lost in the works, and also that Tenboro can't get pinned for commenting and informing people - since then he would be trying to 'contain the situation' as oppose to trying to squirm out of it and distribute his shit.
The fact Maximum_Joe also states in his first major post to the main site that he can't make a formal announcement as of yet reinforces this idea of them bouncing the blame around into nothingness. The alibi will go along the lines of Joe 'noticing' something, then under his own authourity leaking it to an anonymous imageboard before seeking approval at which point the 'situation spiralled out of control' and at which point formal comments had to be made - while witholding as much information that could be used against them.
In short, they were purposefully avoiding getting sued - which means the person involved could and would likely sue them over the situation (in turn ruling out some poor shmuck who knows how to do these things, a trolling group or a concerned parent)

tl;dr a middle aged, non-dutch person with either a name or a bank with a vested interest in taking down the site. As for a timeline
It could be anyone - but at the same time there's one very obvious suspect who suspiciously hasn't commented on this entire situation as of yet despite it occuring within his time zone. I shouldn't need to spell out the rest.
I repeat - I'm definitely not saying Fakku is behind it - but the stars align strangely over the spiderjews head. He's done scummy and sneaky shit before, and the early/indicative evidence at the very least doesn't rule him out. But as I said - it could be anyone.

I'm aware some anons use Hydrus, either as a database for their own pics or not, myself included, since I use it to tag hentai doujins I store for easy access so there's a chance that they have doujins databased on hydrus of their own.

Numerous ideas have been thrown around about it, but here is what the BO have confirmed:
1) Hydrus is not currently great at handling paged media. It can do it, but the workflow is a little awkward. I plan to improve this in future.
2) IPFS support is prototype, and mostly for advanced users who are already comfortable with the program. I'm working on it now.
3) Hydrus is not for everyone. If you have 10,000+ files and want to manage them better than files and folders, you may like it. If you want a clean and professional experience with beautiful UI, you may not.
So it's nothing but a project now. The main reason I do these threads and post this is to keep anons up to support it and use Hydrus for managing whatever manga they downloaded to be used later when the project get to the point it can be used and to post resources and the such.

The people that cheer on lolicons prohibition are the same as pic related:
Autistic people that lack the cognitive ability to disassociate fiction from reality. I would agree that such type of content should be banned to those type of individual, since they are more likely to turn into irl sex predator. But following that logic, it just makes sense to me that those people should be simply banned from using any interactive media such as the television or access to a computer with internet.
The reason is that their lack of ability to differentiate fiction from reality would potentially apply to other type of content such as violent video games (=> edgy mass shooters), furry content (=> zoophiles), animes, generic porn, progressive rhetoric exposition that sounds like "you can be anything you want". (=>trannies, degenerates, etc.), action/horror films (=>criminals/serial killers).
In conclusion, I agree that lolicons shouldn't be morally acceptable by social norm, it is obscene content but it deserves to exist like any other obscene type of content as long as no harm is done to a person without their consent.
In my opinion the problem isn't properly being addressed because it is a slippery slope pushed by mentally ill retards that dreams of a world upside down.
Those insane people should be contained and isolated from the sane and rational majority. You may not like lolicons and that's totally fine but don't forget that freedom has a cost if you start impeding on other people's right.

I have moderation power > 20 and donated also to the site. Even with that, the content blocked/removed by 10B can not be found.
Furthermore using the more unknown "gallery filter tags" for "the Fjords" or other banned (expunged) galleries, the content is no more accessible.
